I am so lucky to have found Baber! I asked them to repair my Thinkpad laptop. From the first phone call, Paul Baber was empathetic and helpful. I explained that Id purchased the laptop about five years ago, secondhand, and had never had it tuned up. I explained that I was low income and could not afford to exceed the estimated $89 for repairs. Paul reassured me that if more extensive work was needed, he would let me know before proceeding. Not only did Baber repair my computer, they included excellent notes on exactly what was done. All of the personnel at this company were professional and gracious. Theyre housed in a building with a weird entry system (the only glitch; just knock loudly or ring, and someone will let you in). Highest recommendation.
