I had a great experience with B&S. Brought my Tesla there without an appointment. Keenan explained the details and listen to why we were in an accident. He took pictures of all the damages and send me an estimate the same day. If I had taken to Tesla it will take a month to get in for an estimate. When I decided to chose B&S to have my car repaired, they sent info to Tesla insurance right away to get things started. It takes almost month for the car repaired due to insurance processing time and it took time for the parts to arrived. I’m happy to have my car fixed here and it looks like brand new again (i bought it for 2 months and got in the accident). Keenan took care all concerns I had and he gave us a lot of useful information. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Thank you Keenan and B&S team for your hard work.

I stopped by after first calling. The woman who answered was friendly and helpful, said no need for appointment if there for estimate. I stopped by following day about 30 min before closing and Josh was helpful even though they were near closing time. He even offered an alignment check when I mentioned I was driving down to So Cal to see my dad. I dont have info on how they repair (yet), but recommend for customer service most definitely. And the cat in the wait room is friendly and cute.!

I awarded 5 stars to B&S Hacienda Auto Body in Pleasanton due to their exceptional quality of work and outstanding customer service. My Tesla Model 3 suffered structural damage from a rear-end collision. The team was highly responsive throughout the entire process, efficiently handling the estimate, seamless communication with the insurance company, prompt ordering of parts, and timely repairs. They did a great job on the bodywork, but that’s not why I am giving them 5 stars. They really know EV’s and went above and beyond to fix my car. At one point during the body damage repair process, they noticed that my car stopped charging while plugged in. It had nothing to do with the body damage (which was minor and in a whole different section of the car). They knew that if the battery sits at 0% for long times, it could be permanently damaged. They treated the situation with the urgency required. They contacted me right away and worked with Tesla to get the problem fixed. I really appreciated their work and their diligence.

I brought in my 2015 Lexus RC 350 to repair a broken sunroof (sunroof was shattered, no other damages to the car) and they disassembled the car beyond what was necessary (ex: the bumper, doors, and wheels were removed???) and their estimate of $18,000 was so excessive that Progressive totaled my car. I reached out to another shop to see what their estimate would have been for a similar repair and it was less than 1/3 but it was too late as the extent of disassembly had incurred costs beyond what Progressive would pay. So, if somebody breaks into your car through the sunroof and you never want to see your car again, bring it to B&S.

Unfortunately this my 2nd time doing the bumper repair, But fortunately I have the B & H take care of my car repairs, they did great work (both times) made my car look like new again, definitely super nice and helpful peoples here too, highly recommended this business to you, specially thanks to my advisor Keenan! BTW it’s took a longer time than I expected but that’s Tesla’s parts department problem.
