2023-05-01 15:54:23I read the reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I needed to see if they carried a part for a water faucet and as I was walking towards the door, I was met with an older woman, who before I could say anything, said, computers are down, so no card sales. I said that was fine, I had cash. Again as I was pulling out the part, even before it was in full view, she said,”nope, nope we don’t carry that part”. I pulled it out anyway and showed her fully and she continued on about they are not carrying anything, all the while blocking the door. So, I “tried” asking if there was other RV part stores and she seriously would not stop talking and rebuffing anything I asked. She did say,”good luck trying to find any place, because they are closed or went out of business .”Well no wonder, with that kind of attitude. I am a big supporter of family owned businesses and will pay the higher cost, however this place really needs an over haul on customer service. I have already told two people not to bother with this place.

2018-12-20 00:30:09Super friendly with an impressive inventory. I went to Pats Rv Supply in Santa Rosa and they have 35% of the selection B&B has. The first thing I noticed at B&B was they have price tags on everything. At Pats I waisted a bunch of time taking items to the counter to ask how much the items cost. Some items at Pats the lady behind the counter had to take a picture of the item and sent it out to get a price. I think the lady at B&Bs name is Patty. She was super friendly and knowledgeable.

2020-01-13 21:19:39Called them for an RV part and the woman who answered was unbelievably rude. Not only would she not even let me explain what the part is and kept interrupting me saying she didn’t have it when she didn’t even hear what I was asking for. She said go somewhere else and hung up on me. Never in all my life have I experienced a business to be so unprofessional and rude when I call to give them business. Don’t give this business your money! They should be out of business!

2021-05-27 18:55:40After reading a couple other reviews I realized that one of the gentleman, (not so gentle), that works there has a very poor attitude and poor customer service! I was appalled! I called to see if they had an adapter for our RV to plug into a generator. The man said they had one but since we don’t live in town I wanted to make sure it was exactly the one we needed before driving all the way into Healdsburg on our way to go camping. I asked him if he could give me more details and he immediately became rude and aggressive and refused to give me any other info and then stated “we have an adapter, if you want it come get it!”. I was shocked and said “wow I’ve never been treated like this when trying to give someone business” then he said “GOODBYE!” And hung up on me. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

2021-03-25 01:47:40If I could give this store less than one star, I would.I just called and spoke with some guy over the phone(presumably the owner) asking if they had certain brands in stock. They said they did for both the products that I was looking for. I then asked how much for those parts and he refused to give me pricing over the phone. He said Why would I give you a price? Just come in and you can buy it here.Blown away by this response, I barely knew how to respond. Im like, what? What do you mean you cant give me a price?? He then hung up on me.Who runs a business like this? Let me tell you, someone who probably has overpriced products.Needless to say, I will never do business here.

2019-02-08 23:21:37Well stocked Mom and Pop shop with parts and supplies for most RV repair or upgrade needs. Very reasonable prices, similar to Amazon or Camping World, with friendly, personal service. A hell of a lot easier to navigate than CWi f you just need a few parts for your rig without wading through chairs, tents, stoves, etc. If they dont have something in stock, theyre happy to order it if they can. The owners emulate the best of the helpful, friendly nature of RV folks. (My husband and I have been full time RVers since 2017.)

2015-04-05 02:09:19They went above and beyond for us. Opened up hours after closing so we could come buy a toilet after ours broke suddenly. Ordered knick knacks we needed as well. Great place to buy all your rv supplies!
