Azure has built 2 personal pools for me and also has assisted with more than one complete re-model at our Customers homes (we own Desert Home Services). My Wife and I, as well as our Customers have been very happy with the service and outcome that Azure has provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool, spa or any outdoor living area in your home.

Rick kept me up to date through out the construction process and the few hiccups that occurred after completion were resolved quickly and professionally. Would recommend (and have ) Azure pools to anyone looking for a new install

After interviewing 3 pool/spa contractors and customers of each, we chose Azure Pools for our project. It involved demo-ing and filling our large existing, older design, in-ground, boulder surrounded spa and replacing it with a slightly smaller, raised spa with infinity edges and modern look.Using my wife’s brother’s spa as inspiration, Renee and her team at Azure worked with us every step of the way to deliver a spa that came out even better than we had envisioned.Very helpful was her use of “fly-over” graphics that allowed us to see and play with layout and design options before and during the process. That tool was especially helpful when we were doing final tile selection, to be able to see how different tile sizes and grout lines laid out. The finished project was very close to what we designed.The project was on-time and on-budget, acknowledging there were upgrades we chose to make along the way, but those certainly weren’t surprises or bait-and-switch.Renee shared our attention to detail, which was implemented by her construction team, who always left the job site as clean as possible. Our HOA is (rightfully) very particular about following submitted plans and job site noise and cleanliness, and told us that they found Azure very easy to work with and were also very happy with how the project turned out.We highly recommend Azure.

This company is freaking amazing! They are super helpful with every aspect of this pool project. I thought we had a good idea of the pool we wanted but their suggestions were the perfect addition. I know this is unheard of but it took 6 weeks from breaking ground till our first cannon ball! Their whole team was professional, ward working, and friendly. Rick and Renee kept us in the loop every step of the way and we know that they cared about the project just as much as we did. We highly recommend Azure Pools and Spas, Inc!

I feel so lucky to have found Rick and Azure Pools and Spas. From the first phone call to the last handshake, Rick was warm, welcoming, and professional. He is incredibly responsive and creative (and patient). We were a relatively small job (just a spa), but Rick treated us like his most important customer. He understood our budget and did a great job staying within it. The worksite was impeccable, the finished product is superb. Rick designed the spa using a cool computer program, providing a neat visual before the project moved forward. The spa is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot recommend Rick and Renee at Azure Pools more highly.

I had 6 different bids for my pool w no idea with what I was getting into. Rick came over and walked me through the entire process. His knowledge and expertise were well above anyone else’s.. he helped me design the entire back yard. Provided me a state of art digital rendering of the project..Here is the best part. The project came out even better than the rendering. I was shocked. Years later. Rick has helped me w other projects, and has done repairs on my pools when needed w out question.. (ex). Tiles over time will chip off, or a light goes out in the pool. The Azure team is quick to fix..

Does not offer NEARLY ANY of the services listed on their gmb page. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude as well. Much better companies that aren’t looking to gouge an entire new construction project from every lead. As a property manager here in the desert, our company will never recommend Azure Pools.

We just completed our home in La Quinta (Tradition Golf and County Club). It was budgeted for 2.5 Million and ended up at over 4 Million.Azure Pools and Spas were one of the few contractors that stayed on budget and provided an outstanding product!! Our pool and spa was built with professionalism and offers hi tech controls that are a dream to manage.Azure stands head and shoulders above any of the other contractor’s on our project.Paul and Brenda Johnson

Even a year after the pool was completed, you still treat us as if we are the most important client you have. We interviewed other pool contractors prior to choosing Azure, but what made the difference was when my wife and I talked to our neighbors who had you built their pools with Azure they all recommended your company so highly. I am a two-project veteran, client of Azure pool and Spa. Azure pool and spa is a family business run by Rick Neff and sister, Renee. My first project with AZURE was a large fairly complex infinity pool, spa / landscaping project on my home (new construction) in Rancho Mirage. Rick Neff, the owner, has a keen eye for design and was hands on and provided a lot of very valuable creative input and worked with me on every step of the project and in spite of the my many iterations and changing visions for this project, patiently stuck with me, resulting in a magnificent pool, spa and backyard for my home.Fast forward 5 years, there was a significant maintenance issue (a leak) caused by seismic activity. Azure not only stood 100% behind their work and the warranty and made the necessary repairs, but Rick supervised the entire repair process. I don’t know about you, but when a contractor stands behind their work, as we expect them too, even though it shouldnt be a surprise, it is none the less very comforting and underscores in real terms what the company is all about. That’s who I want to do business with.Project number two, was a pool remodel and equipment replacement, and repair of the drainage system on an older home I acquired in La Quinta earlier this year. Admittedly a more modest project, the Azure team treated it as if it were a very big project, and did a great job. And yes there were a few twists and turns on the project, (especially related to the drainage system) but the team adjusted and addressed the challenges, came up with a creative solution and got the job done, perfectly!Azure is not the lowest cost, nor the highest cost provider. What you get from this company is a highly experienced hands on quality approach to your project. A family business that is small enough to provide a highly personalized approach, but big enough and experienced enough to handle a large and complex project. This is a company that is a part of this community and stands behind its work I would highly recommend them.Patrick Dolan

My real estate company requested an estimate on my rental propery to repair the light on my pool. They made the repair instead of giving estimate. When questioned, they said Jim had approved the repair. There is not any Jim associated with my property, then they said it was a safety issue. I paid the bill, I do not cheat people, my real estate company has been instructed to never use this company again.

The best of the best, the owner Rick built two pools for me and both experiences went without a problem.The end result were better than I expected . I would give Aszure Pools ten out of 10. Thank you Rick Neff for a great job
