Just moved in this week. The neighborhood so far is quiet and seems to be occupied by mostly working professionals. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom has a nice open floor plan, is very modern, and clean. The neighborhood is dog friendly and a lot of residents have one. Theres a big open, off leash dog park within walking distance. Clean, well kept property. Not a lot of visitor parking though. Ill try and update in 3 months or so but so far so good.

I loved my time at Azure Apartments. I needed someplace big dog-friendly (hes almost 100 pounds) and with flexible terms of rent. (I ended up staying longer than a year) The community is well-maintained, safe and friendly. I had a great hillside view from my unit, which was a pleasure to look at each day. My dog and I enjoyed many a sunrise and sunset from the balcony. There are great walks just outside...we walked at Shollenberger Park every day which was just lovely, watching the river tides and many birds.The apartment itself (a one-bedroom unit) was very roomy and comfortable. It was almost always amazingly quiet. I almost never heard more than a few footsteps from my upstairs neighborhood. At night you could sometimes hear owls! There was a huge bathroom with a washer/dryer...a super convenient feature.The office staff was always helpful and friendly. If you had to pick up a package, they almost always remembered your name. Maintenance staff was very prompt and efficient. The pool in summer was a great way to refresh and almost never crowded.Overall, I really could not have asked for a better experience. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house closer to work.

Many residents got their packages that day because of this notification, and Amazon no doubt got a flurry of much-deserved complaints!On the community bulletin board I had once accused Azure of turning a blind eye to the thievery and destruction on the property. I was misinformed. Your office does what it can to protect tenants’ packages, and we appreciate your efforts!!!SIDE NOTE: I don’t know what all of these other people are complaining about! This apartment community is well-kept and harmonious, and the units are modern and spacious. The office team and maintenance are super responsive as well. I couldn’t be happier here. And if the garbage valet doesn’t grab your trash, call the garbage valet company. Vagrant setting up camp near your window? Call the police or SAFE team. Amazon package delivered to the wrong apartment? Contact Amazon or JUST GO GET IT! The Azure team isn’t responsible for remedying every little annoyance for you.

I recently had an air conditioning problem in apt. 1332. Moose was able to open my a/c vents and provide a portable a/c unit. He is also planning to add freon to my apt a/c.Moose did an outstanding job!

Let me start this rambling review with the point I USED to love this complex. Several years ago, the complex had wonderful people, employees and facilities. Azure now is absolutely horrible and I would high recommend you look elsewhere. Unless you pay crazy $$$ for one of their upgraded units the apartment or townhouse you pay for is in a constant state of disrepair. We take very good care of our townhouse but constantly have to put in maintenance calls, so many in fact I have honestly lost count. They will find any chance possible to gouge you with fees and there is no point in complaining since the staff doesnt really care about you. Azure charges $33 a month for what they call valet trash. Which is basically a service where a 3rd party vendor is supposed to pick up your garbage for you 5 nights a week. In theory it SOUNDS great but in reality it sporadically gets picked up and you are trapped paying this fee even when they dont actually provide you the service. They spend all of their time sending out angry complex wide emails about kids playing with sidewalk chalk but cant seem to figure out how to stop the drunks harassing people at the pool, the feral cat problem and loud parties that happen on what seems to be a nightly basis. I hate to be cynical and leave negative reviews. This placed used to be great and there still are a few good people around but save yourself the frustration and keep looking. I have been here for almost 5 years and WILL NOT be renewing my lease again.

Ive lived here almost seven years and couldnt be happier! The maintenance crew has always been super helpful and efficient, and I cant say enough about the office staff. They are quick to help with anything small or large and are always most accommodating. Thank you Tina, Angela, Chis and Lauren!

This place was terrible. The apartment was filthy on move-in day- oil splatters, grime, towel was black when wiping the floor, strong musky odor. The management was minimally responsive to concerns. One of the staff raised their voice and yelled at me on the phone. I moved out promptly. Does have a 30 day move out guarantee with 30 day notice.

Update: Finally got an answer back and they are helping handle it. I just wish we didnt have to call so many times before it could be handled.When we first moved in it was okay but today I know there is no security at these apartments even though they azure you there is. The reason is I have a homeless person making a bed next to my apartment window. I have tried all day to get ahold of someone to deal with it but nothing. I left messages at all departments but they dont respond. Im happy that this is the last month I have here. I highly recommend passing these apartments when your looking for renting.

So far its been a really good experience. The team in the office was very helpful and attentive, the apartment is clean, quiet and comfortable. There were a few little things to fix that the maintenance group handled really quickly and smoothly. I have only been here for about 3 weeks but so far its going even better than I expected.

Love this place! Quiet and secure. Detailed and professional cleaning before our move-in. Responsive maintenance staff for work order. Not to say amenities like, AC, in-unit W/D, valet trash service... Last but not least, Lauren and Chris are always super nice and helpful!
