Ive been with state farm with Azat for quite some time and I have to say that he is very tentative to my familys insurance needs. He is a delight to speak with over the phone, very understanding and prompt, willing to make adjustments to my policy as needed.Rest assured with any concerns, I just have to call him and I know that right away, we will be taken care of. Azat has been my insurance agent for years now and Ive always been satisfied with his customer service. Hes prompt and thorough with his communication and works within my budget to provide the insurances I need. I currently have an auto, renters, and general business liability policy with him. I highly recommend Azat if youre in the market for an insurance agent!

I was very skeptical about acquiring insurance through Azat from State Farm. Once I spoke with him, he made my decision easy. Now with over 5 years as a client, I can honestly report that Azat is one of the most professional individuals Ive worked with. He goes above and beyond to help you get the right quotes and plans. The best agent I have ever dealt with! I was also an agent in the past and I can assure you that Azat is very honest and caring agent. He makes sure that all your needs are met and then some. Always prompt when it comes to calling back and getting what you need done. Prices are also amazing. Would highly recommend him for all your insurance needs!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. Azat has always been patient and kind to me. He has always worked to explain my policy choices and options. He has gone out of his way to make sure I got the best deal, and I have by a long shot!!!! Hes a straight shooter too. He wont try to sell you something that you dont need or if youre getting a better service somewhere else, he encourages you to do whats best for you. Ultimately, it seems as though he wants whats best for the customer (whether its through him, another agent, or another company for that matter).What I appreciate the most about working with Azat is that he takes the time to explain the risks that come with NOT having insurance or the right kind of insurance. Because he took the time to have this chat with me, I increased my policy. I cant be more grateful because a couple months after the policy increase, I was in an accident. If it wasnt for that policy increase, I would have had to pay for a lot of the costs out of pocket. Im glad I didnt have to!Bottom line - I stay at state farm not only because of the service of the company, but also for the service of my agent, Azat.
