Pedro and crew did an amazing job. AZ was great from the email/phone assistant to the estimator and especially the crew. Pedro gave me options and best recommendations. The job was very well done! In one eight hour day they installed the condenser and five units, all the men on the job were hard working and professional.

I had four of the mini splits installed on my property. I was very pleased with the results and the responsiveness of this company. Manuel and team came on time and did a great job. There were 6-7 of them and took one and a half day to replaced a 1988 furnace plus installed a Lennox 4 ton compressor. They worked hard n pretty much non stop. Clean up could be a little bit better but I know they didn’t have much time. Jaime n another guy came a week later to add two more vents and they took care of the leftover trash under the crawl space n perfected everything else. We are so pleased with the process. Pretty fast!! We were able to install a few days after signing the contract. Enjoyed AC in two days!

We are very pleased with our ECO water filtration and softener system We have had it nearly a month and it has been exactly what CT said it would be. Showers and cleaning is very nice now that we get good sudsy results. We feel it was expensive but with Costco sale and rebates it was easier to get into a good system. The RO system was almost free with the discounts so that a nice touch. City inspector came by and said it was a well installed system and approved without any fuss.

Mid August, our AC system decided to call it quits after 18 hrs of life. After shopping at Costco, they referred us to AZ Air Conditioning. With this in mind, we couldn’t go wrong if Costco is partnered with them and gave us peace of mind that our new AC system is backed by Costco. When we met AZ Air Project Consultant (Mike), he evaluated our AC system and he made us feel so comfortable and not pressured about how much a new ac system and duct replacement would cost. We decided to replace the duct system too, since its still the original since our house was built in 1973. AZ team are true professionals all the way down to the installer level. Pedro, their lead installer, and his crew of 5 are top notch, hard working professionals. I had to leave my wife alone while the work was being done due to my duties at my office. But Mike, being such caring project consultant, reassured me that he would stay and oversee the whole installation. That speaks volume. Pedro kept my wife updated at all time, as well. When the job was completed, Pedro explained all the paperwork and showed their work to my wife all the way up in the attic. Boy, was she impressed. Being a quality manager for an aerospace industry, I know what good work looks like when I see one. Pedro and his crew did one hell of a job! I would highly recommend AZ Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone needing repair, cleaning, or new install.

Ian was great. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, he or someone did not communicate to the billing department that they did NOT install the AC due to not getting the permits. As a result, they took $35,000 out of my account and it took over a month to get it back! Due to no help received from Ian or others, I had to have my bank file a discrepancy to get it back! Very frustrating at the least.

I think AZ Air Conditioning may have gone out of business. I have been calling for 2 days straight (over 12 calls total) and sent an online request. Nothing. I know its the middle of summer but you have to be able to field phone calls and be responsive. Both their Instagram and Facebook profiles havent been updated in over 9 months.Maybe its phone issues but I have tried 3 different phone numbers listed for them. It rings rings rings then states no one is available and I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full.Anyone know a good, dependable air conditioner company that covers Simi Valley? I may need to find a new one.

I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to write this review because of the outstanding professionalism exhibited by Nino that is sometimes rare to see these days.He came to do maintenance on my heater and air conditioner which included changing my filter but also doing a thorough examination and checking of all working components. He explained to me his findings and recommendations without any hard sell. He was able to answer all my questions and I felt confident in his answers as he is very passionate about helping the customer make smart decisions on maintaining an efficient system. I signed up for their membership of twice a year maintenance after my conversations with Nino.Nino is also very personable, takes his job seriously, and again professional. I recommend AZ Air Conditioning and Heating and especially their technician Nino.

I cant say enough about my fabulous experience with AZ Air Conditioning and Heating. From the in-home sales pitch to the project manager and install team, the two Davids and the rest of the guys were professional yet personable, conversational yet continuously working. I can imagine each install comes with its own particular issues. The job at my house presented numerous challenges. I watched these guys think on their feet, troubleshoot and devise ways around over and through every obstacle they faced. These guys put in an incredibly long day without throwing in the towel or any downward turn in demeanor. It was time to replace the entire HVAC system after 45 years. Who to trust and how much to spend was the big question. After meeting with several vendors, we decided to sign a contract with AZ Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. referred by Home Depot. Crew of 6 installation technicians arrived at 8:15 am and worked in an organized and clean manner. The working areas were protected with plastic a complete high-tech HVAC system and ducts were installed. Work was completed by 6:15 pm and a complete demonstration and instructions were given by Luis, who was very helpful from the start to the finish. Control board is really easy to read and operate at a glance. Great system so far.

I bought a new gas furnace from AZ Air Conditioning and Heating. The entire process was flawless. Everyone at AZ I had contact with were courteous and informative.On the day of installation, Marino and his assistant did a wonderful job removing the old unit and installing the new one. They arrived on-time and were very professional throughout the installation. Since a new smart thermostat was included, Marino made sure I understood how to use and program the new unit. He also made sure that the new furnace worked properly and answered all of my questions before leaving. I definitely do not recommend them as they do not backup their work after the one year warranty. I had them replace my entire HVAC system via a Costco contract. They appeared to due a nice job at first. However after the one year warranty was up I noticed a lot of water was coming down rooftop exhaust pipe (termination flue pipe) and collecting a lot of water on my HVAC system, attic flooring, insulation and getting inside of the HVAC unit soaking all the wiring. They would not bother fixing this issue that has been an issue since it was installed and they would only send a service tech out with a $175 visit fee plus whatever the cost would be to fix the leak/cause.It turns out they did a terrible job on the flue pipe and raised the entire pipe up and out from the room and did not bother reassembling it at the correct length and then sealing it correctly. I had to have someone else come out and show me the bad job they did and they sealed that pipe correctly.Definitely dont recommend them.

All the guys were very professional clean the first thing they did was to tarp the floors and apply plastic to the walls and then starting working I felt very safe and all the guys were very polite and and clean they went out of their way to explain every aspect of the work that was performed and I can’t tell you just how satisfied I am a new unit in this time of weather being colder than normal it a great unit installed by a great group of guys the did alot of work in one day and very clean no nonsense no excuses everything done right the first time on the job and explained like a true professional I’am glad that we went AZ air conditioning and the Byron was so help with the thermostat made the new technology seem so simple am able to program my heating and air conditioning temperature with my phone makes life that much better for someone that’s not that computer savvy I would strongly recommend Bryro. Well, first you go through Costco‘s, then they send out an agent to your home who really doesn’t know calls for your city and where to install the unit and how far away from the wall has be from the unit I preferably would like to know before the install, but it’s too late now they want to charge me another $3000 to relocate it which is ridiculous. It now takes up space in my patio which I don’t like the unit you should not be located where family gatherings are at and that’s what the agent should know it should be put to the side of your house were like in the front. Where are you really don’t see it. It shouldn’t be located where you gather for parties and it’s an eyesore, even the insulator should recommend a better location…update very happy that AZ Air conditioning came thru for us and move our unit here is a picture ..and thank you to Mr. Girón for coming out and make it possible👍

We are extremely pleased with the mini-split air conditioning system that AZ Air Conditioning installed in our home. Marlon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even came out to see us on the weekend to evaluate our needs, and plan accordingly for the project to start, which was within a few days. Pedro and his installation team are awesome to work with! They found ways to install the units in three different rooms with no exposed conduit in the interior of the house. On Wednesday morning (9/6/2023), Joe from AZ came and evaluated the HVAC system and confirmed that more return air flow is needed for the system to perform effectively and efficiently.Thursday the next morning (9/7), two technicians from AZ showed up on time at 9 am. Wow. Thumbs up for Joe’s promise fixing the inadequacy from the original installation.Pedro Z and Jason(a young guy) did a fantastic job for adding a air return to an existing cooling/heating system due to insufficient air flow coming out off vents in several locations in the house.The HVAC system is situated inside a closet on top of the house foundation. The most desirable new location for the air return location is on a wall that happens to be on the other side of the foundation. It is considered not safe to make a hole through the thickness of the foundation and definitely requires a lot of work as well.Jason who was the team member working diligently in the crawl space was successful in identifying an existing gap in this long foundation running across the width of the house. This gap could squeeze through a flexible duct from one side to the other side of foundation. That was a great find.Then guess what! They started working to install the new air return. It’s totally out of my expectation. Around 1:30 pm, the job was completed with professionalism.Joe from AZ is the pivotal person!

Manuel and his crew did a very good job in replacing my existing central a/c and heating system. I had an old system and they replaced it with the new heat pump system with a new larger intake, ducting and vents. They also removed my old condenser from the roof and installed the new one on the ground with new electrical. They arrived on time and worked a long day to finish it in one day. They left the house clean (as much as reasonably possible). Manuel was friendly and kept me updated. The new Lennox system runs great! Thank you!

The experience I had with Gabriel and Alfredo was overall a great experience. They were very professional and took the time to explain every part of the ecowater filtration installation process and included me in all the decision making. They treated the installation as if it were their own home. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and that everything was working properly. I was astonished by the attention to detail they had. Every single part of the job was meticulously thought out and executed. At every point the made sure to adhere to code to avoid any future issues and that the city inspector would have nothing to gripe about. I followed them around the whole time and they never seemed bothered by my presence and always were happy to explain something I didnt understand about the process. The only gripe was that they didnt show up within the window they were scheduled by about 20 minutes, but they finished well within the estimated time, so they made up for that.

We had a roof-mount whole house fan installed, and the crew showed up on time, and took precautions to keep the house clean by laying down floor runners and covering furniture with plastic. They were friendly, and asked questions about how I wanted the unit to be installed, which was appreciated, and invited me up on the roof to inspect the installation once it was done. From the initial meeting with Ilan, the sales representative, until the completion of the installation of the HVAC system, I have only superlative opinions about everyone who worked at my home. The owner of the company personally evaluated each step of the process and helped me get the approval of my HOA by going to their office and explaining everything to them. Service techs were professional, courteous and prompt. My issue is with the info that I was given by AZ versus what I paid for my AC Service. I was told that I would be responsible for labor seeing as how my unit had a 10 year warranty and that I would not be charged a diagnostic fee. Today I was charged a $149 diagnostic fee $200 to clean out a PVC pipe that is less than 2 feet long. This is in addition to the service call fee. Samuel Rios came to inspect 4 condo units that I manage that had not been serviced in a very long time. He was very polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He was able to inspect each unit and make reasonable recommendations for work that was needed. The technician, Hugo, was excellent. He took pictures of any problems areas and explained how they should be handled. He also explained some features of the system of which I was not aware.I signed up for a ten-year maintenance agreement under the impression, from the salesman, that I wouldnt have maintenance issues for at least ten years. After every maintenance inspection, the technician tells me that a very expensive cleaning of the various units of the system need to be done to keep the system functioning but are at extra cost. For example, condenser coils corrode and detreat, isnt that a manufacturing issue?

Now, they are trying to charge me $4,374.60 to do various things to the system. I initially purchased an extended warranty but so far, they are not honoring the warranty. Appear to try their best to nitpick and try to say my system is filthy--I have done multiple things wrong--although their people have been the ones coming out and servicing the system in the past. After being told initially that once yearly maintenance is alright. Now, I am being told that I should have been servicing it twice yearly all along. This is recommended. Recommended, not required was my understanding. Also, the tech took super close-up pictures in my home of the system, without my knowledge-forwarded to manager, who said my system was filthy. The reality is that only close-up pictures of certain areas were taken--to make the condenser look 10-times worse than it really is. Unethical. I feel uncomfortable with this company. I truly question their integrity.

Costco referred AZ Air Conditioning and Heating to my home to give me a quote for a new A/C and heating system. The sales rep (Joshua) showed up a little bit late but was respectful at all times. He surveyed the location and went into our attic and took pictures of our existing heating system and ducts. As a courtesy, I did explain to Joshua that I would be getting two other bids before I made my decision. I was a little disappointed that he did not bring any brochures on the units he would be recommending. He explained this was done to be more environmentally friendly and that I could see the system on their website. That was a great answer. After Joshua gathered all the information necessary for a quote, he explained he would send the quote to me by email the next day. I did receive the quote as promised but this is where things take a turn. Allow me to explain.The quote did not itemize the the cost of the product, labor, tax and permits. This is basic information that should be on every quote no matter what your buying. Instead, the quote was lumped together with no itemized break down. I text Joshua for the break down and he said, We dont break All that down unfortunately.(For $35,000, I need a detailed quote! ) I ask him, why not? He did not respond to that question.I dont like doing business with companies that are not transparent about their itemized cost. That would suggest they are trying to hide something. It is shocking that Costco endorses this type of company.I hope management reconsiders their policy on giving detailed quotes.

The working areas were covered and plastic sheeting enclosed the work area. After the job was done, everything was as cleaned up neatly. AZ A/C installed our a/c unit in 2015 and has since maintained it. Tony M. was our most recent technician. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as were the previous technicians. We have experienced ticking noises from the electrostatic filter. Tony explained the most likely causes and remedial actions. He also pointed out a newer type of filter which can perform the same function without the noises. Tony inspected the compressor unit on the roof and found dirt buildup. He recommended options to clean the unit to increase efficiency. Overall, Tony was very thorough and knowledgeable. Glad to have him serviced our a/c system.

The sales part was okay. I just don’t like sales men and their gimmicks but we went through Costco and got a good deal and it was the cheapest quote I got. My main praise is for the installation crew, they do the real work! Byron was great. Him and his crew explained things to me as they were doing them and Byron showed me how to use my AC when it was done. They also cleaned up everything! The system itself is pretty amazing. Nino V. is very friendly, polite and informative. He even pointed out a flaw in the warranty, If there is a power spike (electrical surge) this is an act of God and not covered by the warranty. So, I am going to have him install the two surge protectors. He also discussed how the filter works and how bacteria can start grow in the heater/fan components. He suggested that he installs a UV light in the system, Im still thinking about that one.
