Stayed here for the first time while in town for work. The place was relatively quiet, and the tacos downstairs lived up to their reputation—definitely a highlight. The beds were a bit firm for our taste, as we prefer softer mattresses. Wasnt a fan of the coffee at breakfast, so we opted to grab some elsewhere, but no big deal. The value you get here is excellent, with fresh-baked cookies at check-in, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. The neighborhood felt safe with plenty of places to eat nearby. Well definitely be back!

I arrived late, about 8pm, at the hotel. We had a few choices, but this location was so cute and had spa in the name. I mentioned that I was just really here for the jacuzzi and she said we had an hour, so we rushed to get settled and go down. WHAT A DARN SHAME it was when we entered the jacuzzi on this COLD night! It was barely lukewarm water. Another guest called the front office, as we warned her before she got in. The office told her they cannot assist as the maintenance man is gone. We were so cold and the wind was strong, it took us a bit before we braved getting out. This was so disappointing. Service got low stars because of this issue and the front desk lady not even trying to help.. however the lady on security gets 10 stars for her hospitality and kindness.Now, that being said, the place was super clean, beds were nice, too hard for me, but clean and comfy. The free breakfast was very good with lots of choices and great staff! All staff was kind.They had a garden type tub, so I was able to take a super hot bath to relax, so that made up for it a little bit and helped my sore legs.

After seeing a lot of 5 star reviews, I was very optimistic and really looked forward to staying at this hotel. I was very exhausted after extensive travel and just really wanted to get some sleep. When I got my room and was ready to brush my teeth, immediately dark gray water (i.e. metal contaminated water...lead?) was pouring out of the bathroom faucet! Pressure was inconsistent, and it eventually turned clear. I immediately went down to the front desk to confront if there was any recent construction done that I should be aware of. They stated there were none. I informed them what had happened, and they said the maintenance staff was already gone home and there is no one who could take a look, and they would just make a note. (Most likely, they will not have a water test kit.) I told them I needed bottled water because I had no access to safe water in my room. At the bare minimum, I want to brush my teeth, so unfortunately, I didnt get to shower or do anything else and was fortunate that it was only 1 night. When I was grabbing breakfast, the staff ignored me because they were so busy in their conversation, and I found a fly in the eggs. I just checked out immediately and will need to find a different hotel for my next visit.

This is the best hotel in Moreno Valley, by far. We have stayed in competing hotels. I truly appreciate Ayers offer a military discount. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. We have stayed here before and this time did not disappoint. We enjoyed the suite as well as the pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast. We look forward to returning in the future. As to the location, I appreciate that there is a grocery store close by as well as places to eat.

We were in town for a family wedding and the hotel was just a few mins from the venue. Great place. Clean rooms. Lots of stores and restaurants located conveniently with 1-2 miles. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.They do have free breakfast which looked wonderful to me. However I didn’t not eat while there, but there were 2-3 relatives who did not care for it. Mind you I had over 25 relatives staying in same hotel.

Everything was fantastic, except there was a horrible stench in the hallway, like something died and wasnt removed for at least a week. Great rooms and plenty of places to shop and dine in the immediate area. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly.

Stayed for a week during Christmas. Outdated rooms. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. They do a sheet, thin scratchy blanket, then another sheet on top. The full breakfast was OK. I wish they wouldve splurged on pancakes and Philadelphia cream cheese. The other brands of cream cheeses are just gross. I paid over $150 per night. It was one of the higher priced hotels in the area. Employees were nice. Alot of homeless in the area. It seemed the hotel next door had security. Id try another hotel in the area next time.

We have regularly stayed at the Ayres Moreno Valley for at least 15 years. The hotel is clean and the staff are great. The accommodations in the room were very good. However, our last couple of stays were lacking. The once superb breakfast has really gone downhill. One of the reasons we picked the Ayres was the long gone fabulous omelettes. Two stays ago, on a weekend, we were told they did omelettes only during the week. Our last stay was for four days during the week, not an omelette or cooked to order serving of eggs to be found! The steamer table had some overcooked scrambled eggs, tasteless sausage patties, and cold potatoes. We left out from 10:30am to 10:45pm, one day, our room was not serviced all day. The desk person said she would note it, but that was it. Get it together folks!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too soft for our preference. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect around plenty of restaurants, stores, a mall and Costco directly next door. We were excited about trying the delicious breakfast that is mentioned in reviews. Unfortunately the omelette bar is not available on the weekends which is not mentioned in the reviews. Otherwise the food is tasty and we enjoyed making our own mini waffles.

My daughter and I stayed here for almost a week. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You will not find a better hotel experience for the price. Our rooms (and the whole hotel) were very clean, breakfast was fast, yet made to order if you like, convenient location to what we were there for, lots of dinner options around. They provide a great atmosphere to hang out for breakfast or in the evenings. There is a nice size business center which allowed me to come downstairs and work my east coast hours while my daughter slept in. All of the staff were super helpful. Rooms cleaned daily which was a surprise and delight! So many of the big chains do not offer this anymore as a “cost savings”. Thank you Ayres family and staff for making this trip memorable for my daughter and me.

The staff is truly amazing. They go out of their way to offer stellar service. That being said, the rooms are very basic. There’s a few things lacking and they’re really drab.I spent almost a week here.One day I didn’t have WiFi for about 5 hours. They changed my access code and didn’t tell me. I needed to attend to work several time zones ahead, which had me working in late evening hours, but there was no staff to assist until the next morning. I called the front desk several times. This put me behind in work.My first morning there housekeeping came at 8:21 a.m. That’s way too early. I asked them to come a bit later and they didn’t return at all until the next day. When they do clean the rooms they look impeccable.The breakfast had a lot of options. The waffle and omelette bar is nice but the buffet style eggs were always cold and the sausages were very poor quality ( full of bone shards and gristle). They also have an oatmeal machine, pastries and bagels and toast. The coffee is good.I expected more from the rooms had it not been for the amazing staff it would’ve been 2 and a half or 3 stars at the most.

I had a great time .my room was great we stayed for 4 days .My sheets were very nice and clean.I went out to the pool. It was really awesome. I met one of the owner’s of the hotel He was very friendly. He was walking around talking to his employees and he was very respectable and kind to them. I will come back to this place because it seems like it’s a family oriented hotel .the breakfast there are great and friendly staff

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were impressed by the courtesy with which we were received upon check-in. The rooms were very clean, which is the most important thing, the beds were very comfortable and well presented, only one of the beds had the bed skirt wrinkled, something that is insignificant but you want me to tell you how to improve, maybe you can notice that.I recommend this hotel to people like me who likes comfort and cleanliness.

This hotel is very nice however I cant give it higher than 3 stars because the sheets were dirty old and dingy (so gross) in at least 2 out of 6 of our rooms. Our other guest may not have complained about theres. However I will give the breakfast 5 stars for the workers cleanliness and the great food options. For this reason I will stay here again only after examining the sheets in the room.

This is a great hotel, I loved it because not only was the hotel spotless clean its near every shopping place and eateries you can think of. The mall is right next door, Target down the street who could ask for anything more. I thought I left my iPad in the room called this morning and I believe Stephanie went to personally check to see if it was there. Can you say impeccable customer service!! I cant wait to stay again!

Hallway was wet and there was only part of the tile floor covered. This resulted in an incident where I slipped and fell backwards onto my folded knee and the my elbow, spending our last night with me laying in bed with my knee up on a pillow and icing it the rest of the night. Will be following up with management or corporate after seeing my doctor. Im still in pain, two days later!

From the outside the hotel looks pretty shabby compared to the other areas hotel and spas that have stayed at. Once you get into the lobby it looks a little bit better than the outside. Customer service is excellent. The rooms by far are the cleanest that I have stayed at. They are very warm and inviting. Dont be fooled by the outside appearance in the very small pool that resides outside. The Hampton next door is a downgrade

I stayed here for 4 days and for 3 days straight, we never had our rooms cleaned or beds made. We asked for towels when we were in the pool an the receptionist gave attitude over towels. There was about 15-20 people in the pool and they only brought out 5 towels. The washer was leaking water all over the floor. Ive stayed at the one in Huntington Beach with amazing service. This one I wouldnt recommend.

Front desk staff are very friendly. Room attendants were nice as well. Staff at the breakfast and taco night were happy and had a good sense of humor.Whole building was really clean. While sitting in lobby I watched as the front desk agents moved around and they were always busy cleaning up lobby and fixing furniture that had been moved.Room was spacious and it was very clean however it smelled like dirty feet up on entrance. Which was not so nice. Thought maybe it was due to the heater being on so I turned that off went to dinner but same smell when I opened the door to the room. The room attendant did me a solid when I asked about in the morning, whatever she did made the smell go away and it never came back for the week I was there.I really appreciate that she went above and beyond to make it betterCustomer service here from all was excellent. Room attendants fixed room and kept it super fresh after. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Ayres Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! My husband and i stayed for 2 nights (my birthday weekend), and we truly enjoyed every minute of it. The room was so beautiful from the front door to our private patio. I never expected such a fabulous room. The pool area was so amazing and very clean. The Ayres hotel front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely yummy, and the hotel has an omelet bar (build your own omlet) for free. Our whole experience at the hotel rates above 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you, Ayres Hotel, for such a wonderful weekend... I cant wait to visit again

My car was damaged while staying here and it took almost three full days to get a simple answer. Did the perpetrator get captured in film? Im aware the hotel isnt liable, but all I wanted to know was yes they are or no they arent on camera. I had to show up in person three times. I also had to call several times. I left written notes more than once. Each time, the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about since I had to repeat myself. The level of irresponsibility and complete disregard to not only a guest, but a military one is astounding.

My husband and I spent this past Valentines Day at Ayers. Weve stayed at this hotel many times before (over 5 times) and we always enjoy our visit but this time, they charged us $250 for smoking in the room. My husband and I never smoked in the room but they produced pictures of ashes left in the room and refused to pay our money back. I dont know if their hotel is doing bad or what but they have no right to charge customers for smoking when they have not smoked. I recommend that no one stays here. They will find an excuse to over charge you. Theyve never done this before but now they will.

I will give zero star if I can. The hotel looks clean, but there is bed bugs. After I stayed there for only 1 single night, I found red and swollen, with a dark spot at the center of each bite on my arms and hands. Its itchy. I never had this experience before and its horrible. They should deep clean the room and the beddings.

Disabled accomodating, welcoming check in staff absolutely lovely, night staff very pleasant, male front desk staff different each day stare rudely inhospitable; Naima, the chef who cooked my omellette is spectacular as well as her partner colleague. breakfast I took to go upstairs had me full two days.The technology is decent but the laundry overpriced. Excellence on many levels and the most part very Afro melanated friendly. Bring your own bath salts, oils, foaming bath; it is a spa in the minimal sense that it offers massage.

The rooms were good. The hotel seems a little old but the rooms do appear clean. The major attraction for me was the hot breakfast that they have.they make really good omelettes. Fresh waffles and a wide variety of cereals . Yoghurt, and juices. This place is also priced right unlike some of their other alternatives in the area.

We both really liked your hotel and will stay there again. The people who work there were/are very friendly and helpful.The made to order breakfast was very nice with many selections. You also had good coffee.The room was big and comfortable with a oval shaped soaking tub and a microwave and small refrigerator that even had a freezer. That is a wonderful and different touch.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast omelet and viewing the chefs in person omelet creations. The front desk staff was very helpful and greeted me with friendly smiles. The guest key cards failed to open some amenity doors to the business center and fitness room on the way to pool. The front desk staff member reprogrammed the cards to work very promptly. The rooms were very clean.

Best Hotel and Spa in the Inland Empire by far!!! The top floor room that I was in was just wonderful, ceilings so high that you feel like you are in a castle, the two queen beds in the room are super comfortable, real pillow sizes and 4 per bed plus one extra in the closet!! Ive stayed in some hotels that make the pillows into squares that are half the size of normal just to make them seem fuller I guess, and I hated that. Really large chilling also has a ceiling fan to help the cool air stay down where you want it..or hot air if you want. The furniture was elegant but felt a bit office style (I guess for business travelers) and all were clean and plenty of places to unpack and store your stuff. The little kitchenette is nice ( No Room Service was a downside). The bathtub/ Shower was quite large and a great soaking tub!!The Breakfast you get is fantastic..Fresh cooked omelets however you want and are huge!! Bacon, waffles, potatoes..breads muffins, yogurt, little snack packs for travel...fresh fruit standard drink selections and a huge dining room and outside patio with lots of spots to sit and eat. You can get real plates and real silverware in the dining room or you can get it to go and eat upstairs. Small exercise room with a few machines and access to the spa (Appointment only) and the lovely private outdoor pool and hot tub. Full daily turn down and restock of towels sheets etc if you need. Laundry service I did not use so I cant vouch for it or the Spa so, I apologize for that but Im positive they are as good as they come!!The area is quiet, another hotel, A grocery store and several restaurants nearby. All in all this is a great place to stay in, the halls and rooms are very sound protected, so sleep or relaxation 😌 is wonderful. If your in need of a hotel and dont want to risk finding yourself in a seedy, dirty, drug haven, disappointment of a hotel and dont mind paying a little extra then go to the Ayers Hotel and spa, it is truly a 5 star above all the rest that I know of in the inland empire. Love it Love it Love it 😀!!! Hope this helps, sorry no photos but the view is what you expect in the Moreno Valley, Riverside and San Bernardino areas!

The location of my ear buds said they were still at the hotel as well. Of course I told the staff an nothing was done. I will definitely not be back, so disappointed.

We had a great experience at Ayres Moreno Valley. Steve (the manager) was super helpful in getting our family rooms next to each other. The included breakfast was much better than I expected (it had made to order omelets, among many other great items). Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed for what we paid. The location and proximity to other restaurants and shopping was fantastic. Overall we had a great experience and I would book this hotel again.

I am not a fan of leaving 1 star reviews but our stay at the Ayres Hotel was one of the worst experiences staying in hotels I have ever experienced.Upon arrival we were greeted by a security guard who let us in to the lobby (we arrived late), check-in went well, and the overall atmosphere and decor of the Hotel looked great! I was excited, it appears well kept and clean -Which it is.Night 1 our stay went well, the next morning we decided to go visit family, and as such we left our card on the door that says do not disturb. ( we didnt want our beds made and we were fine on towels ) We came back to our hotel that late afternoon to discover that the staff STILL entered our room. I noticed the cash I had on my nightstand was also missing ( it was only 3 or 4 dollars ). I made all of us go through our personal belongings to make sure I we didnt accidentally take the cash off the nightstand -We didnt.I went to the front counter to express my concern that we left the sign on the door, and that the staff had still entered. I informed the front desk person Cody that I think we had the cleaning staff enter our room when we did not want it, and we are missing 3 or 4 dollars, not a big deal but the principal behind it was why I wanted to lodge a complaint.We later found out that my wifes brand new slippers also went missing that day. Cody did his best to try to be understanding but offered no resolution other than sorry that happened to you, I will inform our manager. And that was that. I emailed their manager and have received 0 response. My next step is to contact their corporate office to at least let them know of this unsavory behavior in hopes the sticky handed staff will be busted. Aside from the theft it is a pretty nice hotel.

The rooms are very clean and it is in a good location. For breakfast they have someone making fresh breakfast, but very little healthy options; the fruit is a Dole fruit cup ☹️. It is nice that they have a taco guy in the evenings, which is really good and priced well.Overall, though, it feels like a Hampton inn from the early 90s. The rooms feel outdated and as mentioned the breakfast is pretty old school.With all that said, it is a nice, clean place to stay and Ill likely stay here again.

Excellent experience! I have no complaints about my 3 day/4 night stay back in September 2018. Customer service was excellent from the complimentary FULL breakfast (includes made-to-order omelettes), outdoor shady/covered courtyard with misters, and orange-infused water in the lobby to the quality and cleanliness of the room. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want a couple steps above their expectations. Keep it up Ayres - I will definitely return when Im in California next.

The staff was very professional and polite. My room was clean and very organized. The overall overview of the hotel it was clean and quite. I especially liked that my friend and I were out on the patio and the bartender without asking turned on the fireplace which was very romantic for us to share drinks and have comfortable conversations throughout the evening. A very pleasant surprise! Chose this hotel based on Yelp reviews and had some misgivings. The hotel turned out to be wonderful. The staff were all pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. The serene feeling of the hotel from the moment I arrived relaxed my initial concerns and I immediately found myself looking forward to my stay.The bedding was high quality and comfortable. The towels a little rough and thin, but that is my only complaint.The full service breakfast was a pleasant surprise, considering the comparatively low rates for the room. The coffe and tea station in the lobby was a God send for me, as I generally wake extremely early. Some flavored creamer at the lobby station would be welcome.I would have liked to have had a safe in the room.Overall, the 3 nights I spent with you were relaxing, quiet and pleasant. I visit Moreno Valley regularly and will definitely be returning to what I now consider to be the best hotel in the area.Thank you to the staff for a job well done!

The air conditioning is a bit noisy but I think thats typical in many hotels. The TV remote control is different, a bit awkward to use, and did not have a number of channels youd expect. Had to watch Game of Thrones on the laptop!! The breakfast with the made to order omelets was a daily treat. My kids enjoyed the pool and we even used the decks nice gas grill one evening! We checked out Taco Tuesday and Thursday and Wednesdays Mexican fare - all delicious and very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay and will definitely come again.

Best hotel stay Ive had in a long time. First where the service and treatment met, even exceeded, pre-COVID norms. Everything was in order, including a new favorite mini soap and shampoo brand. Room was made up and refreshed each day. Near an iconic Chicago brand hot dog and Italian Beef restaurant alongside a number of quality brands department stores, target etc. A bit far from Riverside Convention Center, mostly due to ridiculous traffic at any hour, mitigated some by access to the carpool lane. Otherwise Ayres is my new favorite hotel brand. Wonderful experience!

I have a difficult time staying at hotels because i used to manage a hotel for many years so the last few hotels we stayed at were a disappointment. We were staying as part of a wedding party. The check in process started off a little rough because we were expecting an early check, which we eventually got to a room that was not cleaned at all. We were quickly assigned another room, so disaster avoided. The room was spacious and comfy with a nice size bath tub, which we took advantage of! I liked that the hotel is close to so many shopping and eating venues. The lobby is pleasant and there is plenty of parking. Service was all up to par. The beds are SO comfortable: What a great nights sleep! Didnt want to get up and go, but...There are nice sized tubs for bubble baths. Very nice complimentary breakfast with omelet station. Didnt get a chance to use any of the spa facilities, but hope to on my next visit. Hotel is located at a good-sized mall and next door to Costco. Was great for our last-minute shopping and filling up our car on our way home. Only down-side is that theyre not pet-friendly like some of the other Ayres in the area.

The air conditioning unit did not cool and made the room feel swampy. The nearby shopping was convenient, allowing us to purchase better sheets and we washed them in the guest laundry before our second nights stay but ultimately, we had to check out a day early because both mattresses caused too much back pain to go through another night and the inefficient AC unit continuing to perform poorly were two important issues that would not be remedied to make a comfortable nights stay. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again unless the most important basic elements: mattress, sheets & effective air conditioning are improved.

The first room I got was right near the laundry room and it was annoying loud. I had to take my bag back to the front desk and request a different room. The second room had many alarming stains in the carpet and was very unacceptable to present as a room for this kind of hotel. I had to go back down to the front desk. Finally, the third room was okay, however it took forever for the key card to work and later that evening I had to go get a new card because it was not working at all.I felt after the second room was so bad, I would have been offered some kind of upgrade or similar but was not. Josie and Q (wonderful lady in the kitchen) were always there for great conversation and help in any way possible. The flat screen TV was unusually small for the room. I would have loved to spend time in the room watching a movie, but even watching TV was not that enjoyable. At least a 42+ inch screen would make a huge difference. The gym was on the smaller side but equipment was sufficient and not a problem as long as there isnt more than 3 or 4 people at a time. Spa pricing seemed a bit expensive (as in Vegas spa expensive) might have considered a service or two if pricing was more in line with the location. $80 for a 50 min massage seems reasonable assuming a $20 tip. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

It was 7am and raining. I was in town for work. I needed a place to get some rest and get out of the rain. I called a neighboring hotel, they told me no check in until 3pm. I could not wait until 3pm. I called Ayres and the front desk told me to get out the rain and she had rooms available. I was there in 2 minutes and she delighted me. I was surprised and very happy at the price. The hotel was very clean and the room was exceptional. Last but no least, at check-in the lady at the front desk told me I was just in time for breakfast. Accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Key card needed to be inserted numerous times into the card reader on door before key was able to open the door. The staff was alerted and gave us new key cards, but the problem apparently was with the key card reader itself. The staff indicated they would have it looked into. This was my first experience staying at an Ayres Hotel and Spa, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the lobby was when I walked into the hotel to check in. When I finally got into my room, I was in awe. The room was beautifully kept and the fan on the fourth floor gave the room a more expensive look. Normally I dont walk barefoot in any hotel I stay, but I didnt mind it while I stayed at the Ayres. The gym was nicely kept and so was the pool. Breakfast was great and Taco Tuesday and Thursday provided a yummy inexpensive meal. It is also conveniently located near a variety of stores. Overall, my five day stay was well spent at this beautiful place!

We booked 6 rooms for the convenience of being close and not having to fight traffic getting to our destination.You can imagine we were all pretty sad and just wanted our stay to be stress free. We had a King sized bed, a sofa, work desk area, television, telephone, two night stands and a coffee table. Our bathroom shower was spacious, and had a big bath tub as well. The vanity area of the bathroom was nice and spacious and also came with a blow dryer, and excellent lighting. The “Kitchen area” had a mini fridge, microwave,coffee pot, ice bucket, cups, and a trash can. We thought it was a little strange to be right outside the restroom, but it worked out fine for us. The rooms at this hotel have the key card slot so one of your keys has to be in the slot to have your lights and air/heat working. We would remove ours whenever we left the room, otherwise it defeats the purpose of having it. Our room was very clean, the bedding was fine, you could see faint stains or marks on the end of the sheets that were tucked into the bed, other than that they were fine. The complimentary breakfast was wow! Spectacular, wasn’t expecting an actual cook or chef to be there making omelettes, they had a nice spread with loads of options. We had Christmas Day breakfast and it was crowded, but everything tasted great, cleanliness in there could have been way better though. Staff in the breakfast was very unfriendly and thats the one thing we really noticed, especially for it being a holiday. We were disappointed to know the bar would be closed for us to hang out at, especially the outside area we planned on having some friends meet us at the hotel for drinks and to exchange Christmas gifts, we had to settle for going to Applebee’s down the road and what a mistake that was, we would have much rather spent our money at the hotel bar or restaurant. Everyone else we encountered throughout our stay was friendly, housekeepers, front desk, and even other guests. This location is right int the heart of Moreno Valley you’ll be near everything and not far from other parts of the cuty or Riverside. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Ayres for a great Christmas stay!

I only have a few complaints the main one, FREE BREAKFAST, It was so crowded in there between 6 and 10 a.m. you were lucky if you could get any decent food. The chef makes omelets right in front of you but me nor my husband could partake in it because the line was always so long and the chef said it was about 45 minute wait...for an omelette? WHEW! So all weekend we did not get one of those. They ran out of waffles, pancakes, coffee,. The breakfast room needs to be watched more for little kids running around, bumping into you while their parents are not watching them but eating letting the kids run around like it is Disneyland. This is NOT the place to be doing that.We stayed in Room 418, major problem with the A/C Unit. The outer shell would keep sliding off the unit and slam on the floor in the middle of the night scaring us to death and it didnt keep the room that cold. I didnt want to touch it so we just left it hanging there. The TV doesnt have alot of channels. On the guide it said it had HBO, I would go to the channel and there was no HBO! Bummer...The microwave did not heat up food all that great. The bathroom was spacious as well as the room but it had little issues.Watch how you book your spa day. I thought that booking for 2 people to stay at the hotel meant we get 2 massages but alas we only got one, they made my husband pay for his otherwise they were not going to do it, that didnt seem right and I dont recall seeing it was only good for one person.

I wish I could put less than 1 star. Someone stole my tire from my jeep rear-mount. They tried stealing my catalytic converter but they stole others next to my car overnight. The security is not doing their job. The admin cannot help because the cameras are pointed at the building not the parking lot. Horrible experience, it used to be good. The place was clean I have no complaints. There is no pay preview or movie channels. I Understand its not their fault about the pandemic, but if they chose to shut down the restaurant then at least offer room service. They did cook us an awesome omelet in the morning though. Theyre rooms are clean and tidy with great closet space as well as an indoor air conditioning/heating unit (a little loud though). We had an overnight stay in the middle of the week. My room was very spacious and well maintained. The hotel is going green so you have to insert your room key card in a special slot inside the room to turn the power on. My room was dark when I entered and the curtains had been closed. I needed to use the flashlight on my phone to find the card key holder. The bed was some kind of memory foam I think. Not the most comfortable bed in my opinion but mattress choices are highly personal. The staff was polite and answered any questions with a smile. The hotel brings in a 3rd party vendor to serve tacos and burritos in the hotel Bayer three nights a week. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The buffet style breakfast the next morning was ok. The omelet bar had already started to run out of ingredients even though we had arrived to breakfast only 45 minutes after they started serving. Everything else was pretty typical. Parking was easy, and getting there from the freeway was a breeze.

The free buffet breakfast is very decent and whilst it might be a bit frantic at peak times, the food is more than acceptable. A special mention should go to Angela, the Bar Manager whose effervescence is infectious. My only criticisms relate to the bar opening hours - 6pm to 10pm is in my opinion too restrictive and the fact that it doesnt open at all on Sunday should be revisited. My wife had to tell the manager to not do what she was doing. We had put the amount that we were told on a credit card. It was 3 days after Valentine’s Day and let’s just say, we were really concerned when we left. We had our children with us and I was very unhappy. Everybody was very kind and helped ensure my stay was nice. Everybody on the front desk staff made an effort to remember my name and greet me when I came back or left. The breakfast was good, although occasionally slow if ordering omelettes.

Stay was great (5 stars). Clean beds, gym had free weights, breakfast was good. There must be 15 places to eat within 1 mile. I was in town on business for 20 nights. I stayed here for 18 nights in a row. Only negative was the bathroom had a bad odor every night. It would clear in the morning then return every night. I assume it was coming through the exhaust connected to other rooms. When my light was on, it did not sound like there was a fan on. To be fair to the hotel I did not report this to maintenance, I kept the bathroom door closed and dealt with it. Over all great stay. This hotel did not have room for me during my last 2 nights in Riverside. So currently I am writing this review from the La Quinta Inn (3 star hotel). The bathroom at the La Quinta does not smell. But I would go back to the Ayers with the smelly bathroom in a heart beat.

We have stayed here numerous times, recently the situation in the breakfast room has become unbearable. Guest load there plates with food they dont eat, almost full plates of food are routinely discarded. Empty or not plates our left on the table. The waste is deplorable. In addition the juice machine was not working and the coffee was undrinkable, that never happened before.Finally the expansion of Taco Tuesday to almost every day of the week has become a nuisance, almost impossible to return in the evening and have a quiet drink in the lounge. We will be saying at another hotel in the future. I can add that this review form is just silly since asking for an opinion about the fitness center of which you have no knowledge since you didnt go in it can hardly be of any use to you.

The 2 ladies at the front desk on the evening of 9/22 were exceptionally nice. This is the first hotel in years that my husband and I actually felt welcomed at, thank you! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be looking for the Ayres hotels on our future vacations!! Only improvement would be a printed tv channel guide so we know what channel is what station - the numbers on this tv were not standard numbers and made finding specific channels a little frustrating.

I had a mostly positive stay with a couple of exceptions. The complimentary breakfast was the worst part. The sausage patties were still partially frozen and the rest was pretty bad as well. I would have gladly paid if a better breakfast was served. So as nice as the idea is for offering a complimentary breakfast, it was not good at all. The other issue was a dirty A/C fan unit which gave me a sore throat. Luckily it was not too warm on the day I stayed, so I was able to keep it off for most of the time and still be comfortable. The microwave had seen better days too.... I had to call front desk to help get it to work properly. The guy had to manuever it in such a way for it to work (a liitle strange).The front desk staff were all phenomenal! The hotel amenities especially the lovely courtyard patio was also phenomenal! The room itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. So all in all a wonderful stay with just a couple of glitches.

It was a last minute decision to get a room and we called Ayres 1st, but was told sold out. As we called others in the area we got the same thing sold out. I decided to call the Ayres back and was so glad I did because the front desk personnel Tania was AWESOME!. A room had become available and we reserved it. Tania was polite, kind and courteous the whole time and when we arrived for check-in she called me out by name as I approached the front desk. Whenever we want a hotel we like to stay where they serve breakfast and not just a continental breakfast. The room was adequate and clean. The beds comfortable with a different twist (a separation wall between them...nice touch) everything in the hotel was up to date. We added the Ayres to our list of hotels to stay at. Thank you Ayres!

I travel for a living and this is by far the best hotel Ive stayed at, the staff is great, the rooms are clean, the bar is convenient and the Mexican stand 3 times a week is to die for. not to mention the few suit rooms with the patios are very nice to have. I would recommend this hotel. i am now in an apartment but still go back to visit. thank you guys for making me feel at home during my stay. good job Jason! (manager)

A slight Unusual smell in the hallway and in my room like cigar needs some fresher I asked to be moved but no response.Other then the smell issueVery clean looking and comfortable beautiful place to stay.I would stay again if I can choose a clean smelling room.I would have gave it a 5 overall if they would have moved me to another room.

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. We really enjoy the cook to order omelets in the morning and the taco/tamale bar in the evenings. This is our first choice when we are staying in this area.

Clean, comfortable, attractive rooms in a location surrounded very closely by eating and shopping places of all description. Best room rates in the area without sacrificing any comfort or convenience. The rooms are well set up for work---good lighting, plenty of outlets, although as in nearly every other hotel, the chair is too low to make typing easy. Wi-Fi was flawless. Some nice design extras. I was tempted to steal a handsome lamp with a dog figure in the base. Excellent help from the front desk staff. Breakfast is good, although theres no grab and run option.

Everything was handled professionally as usual. Only thing to mention is that there was no coffee at the Keurig during our stay. The front desk said they were out. That is a simple thing, but one I always enjoyed. I was there 3 nights and no one made an effort to resupply. I ended up buying my own to use while there.I saw a reservation rate online and needed 2 rooms, so I called and was told to get that rate I had to do it on the web site. Again, not a big deal, just not the normal service.

Every time we stay here we always get exceptional service. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff are always polite and helpful. What a beautiful hotel! The place was wonderful! We held a celebration of life luncheon for our Dad there in Moreno Valley and the staff was so wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had 9 rooms for our family and they all commented how nice the rooms, patio and grounds were and what a great time they had.We would definitely stay there again. They helped make this very special day for our family a very memorable one. Thank you Ayres hotel!

Did not stay here but a friend did the rooms are a good size and up to date. We attended the Taco Tuesday very tasty tacos and tamales in the bars patio. We also visited the pool nice, clean also has a grill for guest to use and clean towels.

Housekeeping was very flexible about keeping the room kempt, even when we left later in the day. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, so that it stayed lively and fresh even after eating it a few days in a row. The room, building, and general atmosphere was gorgeous and had a relaxing aroma all around. One last thing, but certainly not the least of compliments: the bathtub was absolutely gracious in space; a rare commodity.
