Very clean property and Good security patrol and cameras. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accommodations and decor. Very cozy and detailed with amenities. Breakfast in particular the eggs taste oily everything else superb! Thankful to stay here and look forward to coming back!!

A perfect stay. Room immaculate. Air in the room fresh. Pool and whirlpool hot tub very enjoyable. Everyone working here is friendly. Heaps of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Very good part of town. Free breakfast was good and saved us a bunch of money. Could not be more pleased with our stay here.

The staff at Ayres Loma Linda were all professional, caring and friendly. I had a wonderful three-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept well all three nights. Also, the hotel was conveniently located. I would like to stay there again.

While looking for a last minute hotel in Redlands California recently, I stumbled upon Ayers Hotel and I couldnt be happier! Cindy Ybarra assisted me at the front desk and was so helpful! She invited us to stop by the lobby between 5 and 7 for complimentary wine, beer, and snacks! This was perfect because we had been traveling all day and were tired and didnt feel like going out to dinner. Our room was incredible and reasonably priced. The rooms are very spacious, clean and luxurious. Cindy let us know that there was complimentary breakfast in the morning. However we were not expecting Pedro!!! The complimentary breakfast was individually prepared homemade omelets and hashbrowns made by chef Pedro while we watched and waited! Delicious and very entertaining! What a treasure you have at Ayers Hotel! Pedro is a gem! This place is 100% Amazing! Do not hesitate to book a room here!

Fantastic place to stay. we originally scheduled because our son had a soccer tournament nearby early the next morning but it was canceled and we stayed anyway to enjoy it. it was raining that day so we couldnt get in the pool but i highly recommend it. very clean and spacious rooms. place is just absolutely great

The entire staff was fantastic, they really delivered a quite pleasurable experience for both me and my son. In particular though I would like to single out Audrey Pina and Arianna Valladares who both made our stay at the Ayres feel quite personable. Both worked out my arraignments in a timely and professional manner with cheerful attitudes that show they love their careers! I can even see bigger things in their future in hospitality. In a word, they were marvelous! But let me also say that Emily, Matt and Bo were fantastic as well. And of course my friend Pedro always served up a hearty, tasty breakfast with warmth and good cheer. I will definitely be staying at the Ayres on all my future trips to Redlands, CA and only wish that they had locations here in the east coast. Our rooms were clean and beds quite comfortable and the hotel in general has a beautiful atmosphere and aesthetic. I can never say enough good things about the team at the Ayres Hotel, please keep up the great work!!

Absolutely loved our stay here, staff was extremely friendly, great amenities, convenient location, beautiful building, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and amazing complimentary breakfast station. Staff was super accommodating we only needed to stay for 2 nights and they were extremely helpful to adding more time to our stay. Will definitely come here again. Super convenient location to the ESRI train station. My room was very nice and the bed slept well. The managers hour every night with free beer and wine was a treat I looked forward to after working all day. Definitely the first place I check when I come back to Redlands!

We’ve stayed here many many times. It’s so convenient for us as we travel from Monterey Bay to Chandler Arizona. Right off the freeway, and past LA so we don’t have morning rush hour to deal with.The happy hour and breakfast is a plus. We love the cook who makes the omelettes, so happy all the time!I didn’t have to search for a luggage trolly, room was nice and we enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long drive.Thanks for the beer and snacks!

Accidentally stop at this hotel, needed place to sleep, came at 6 am asked if they have late check out, guy on a front desk were ok with the late check out. But what happened they start knocking (more not knock more bangs) on a window before the late check out 3 h before textual time of leaving. It was for the few times even we tried to communicate with them . What they do they just arguing and yelling and don’t want to treat you as a customer. Then they called and called - complained about our stay .After threat with the police, they are called the cops on me and my husband, the manager trying to use force to get me being 7month pregnant outside, another girl were rude and yelled, even though they opened door to the room while I were naked and wanted to come in, on my asking to get dressed and leave to talk to them they refused said you have no time for that . Completely unacceptable behavior, police by the way, just waisted their valuable time on this situation, this people who worked this day don’t know what they can and what they can not to do .

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. The staff was friendly. Very easy check in and out. The room was clean. Only draw backs you can hear people in other rooms and its right next to a freeway. Across the street from a motel 6 and freeway bridge. So traffic with cars and walking pedestrians are a big factor.

Staff were great from the first phone call reservation to check out. Breakfast staff were super nice and helpful.Facility was very clean and comfortable. Room was nice, lots of space and all the amenities we needed at our finger tips. Bedding was and bathroom were very clean.Hot breakfast was good, coffee was great and we enjoyed the outdoor seating options near running fountain. I would suggest a second waffle maker.Our stay was very accommodating, good location and the price was outstanding. We will check back with this hotel first when we come back to town.

Excellent room, great room service and I loved the social. The fitness center needs to be maintained: specifically the chain on the rowing machine needs to be lubed, and the battery for its computer changed. I would have like to see a TV, speaker, or a fan in there as well. Perhaps a cable machine!

First time at this location(came for Christmas week), wont be returning 🙅‍♀️🚫🟢 PROS 👍- room and bathroom were spacious(we stayed in room 230 which was on the second floor, king size bed with fireplace and sofabed)- Big Samsung TV I think a 50inch(not smart though 😕)- long counter space for the sink- quiet hotel and not many people in the pool or gym- room has microwave, mini fridge and freezer, and safe- patio has heat lamps above, fireplace, and a grill- free parkingLoved the architecture of the building and interior design🔴 CONS 👎⚠️Reason why I wont be returning is because the OLD SPRING MATTRESSES that are sunk in 😑📣Me and my husband kept tossing and turning all night and woke with back pain. Ridiculous that Ayres cant replace these old worn out mattresses!⚠️ According to Ayress website its states my room came with bath robes, a weight scale, portable laptop desk, and magnifying mirror, out of all 3 king fireplace rooms they had, only room 230 had the magnifying mirror but other than that they lied cuz NONE of the amenities listed were there 😡.- TV is positioned in front of the bed so if youre sitting on the couch not a good view. (They could have put a TV in front of the fireplace too)- TV doesnt swivel(had to unmount it just for husband to connect his ps5 so we could watch movies)- Breakfast is served by an employee(Im used to serving my own food at hotels so this definitely was a con for me but this is normal for Ayres hotels 🤷‍♀️)-🚿 water pressure is low, depending on what showerhead you have in your bathroom (which is unusual for Ayres) and the sink water pressure goes away if someone is showering- gym faces the pool so there is no privacy when working out- Managers reception aka social hour (Mon-Thurs 5pm-7pm) was only charcuterie 😑. We dont drink so we go for the snacks and hors doeuvres but it was just charcuterie for the whole week 😤. I specifically came here because they offered social hour. Im used staying at Staybridge Suites where they offer actual food for their social hour so this was very disappointing.- Maintenance isnt 24hrs here(our toilet got clogged and had to switch rooms)- had to get creative by using pillows and the side drapes to help cover where the sun was peeking through our window.(We like our room pitch black when sleeping)- when we moved rooms the WiFi connection got weaker which was only 2 rooms down mind you(232)😑- washer and dryer(only one set) cost $4 bucks each! Thats crazy!***Breakfast gets packed around 8 oclock, Id advise get up early and beat the line of people, that way you can get a table too.Breakfast food offered• Plain scrambled eggs(cheese and salsa offered)• Some other type of mixed scrambled eggs that green stuff mixed in 🤔• breakfast potatoes with onions and green bell peppers• Sausage• Toast, english muffin and bagels• cereal• mini muffins and mini danishes• yogurt• coffee and Cocoa as well as the orange juice and apple juice from the juice machineHeard one of the cooks say that they can make you an omelette of your choice.

From the staff to the cleanliness was fantastic. The front desk employees were kind and always available to answer questions. The kitchen staff were kind and very welcoming. I called the front desk to ask if the night security guard could keep a close eye on our Penske truck, and the said yes! The security guard checked on our truck all night. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and conformable. They were pet friendly and the price for the pet fee is fair. I would stay at this hotel again.

We rented 4 rooms, as per usual when we travel to Redlands- Ayres is our home away from home, my son and Grandkids meet us there whenever we go. We are ALWAYS greeted with the utmost respect and courtesy. My grandkids are 10, 7 and 4- they are treated very well every time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and if there is anything needed, the staff is super responsive and accommodating.

After a harrowing day waiting in the Emergency Room at the nearby Redlands Community Hospital, I was welcomed at Ayres, Redlands, like an old friend. The gentleman who checked my husband and I in added a discount for hospital/medical onto my already reasonable charge with a AAA deduction. He also asked the security person, Parker, to accompany me to pick up some snacks for us since we had not eaten since breakfast and it was 11 p.m.. My husband was having difficulty walking, so both men made sure we arrived at a room designed for disabled guests safely.The next morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before heading for home, sweet home. We have stayed at Ayres in Phoenix twice before and recommend the Ayres brand to all.

I stayed here one night, on a Wednesday, for work purposes. The hotel was very nice, there was plenty of parking and the location seemed safe. The room was nice, clean and the pillows were very comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was that the sink was clogged. I brought my own stuff, but it was nice to see that they provide big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room also had plenty of towels. The reasom why I took off one star was because its by the freeway, the rooms are outside and my room was on the side of the freeway so it was a bit noisy for me since Im a light sleeper.Breakfast was great. They had bagels, pastries, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, juice and they were making fresh eggs and omelets. The night and morning staff were very friendly. When checking out they asked how my stay was and if I had breakfast. They also told me I could ask for breakfast to go, which I thought was nice.

My friend and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending this past weekend. This place is absolutely incredible. Everything at this hotel was 5 star quality.They had a very nice pool and huge jacuzzi. They had a fitness center that was free to use and a complimentary breakfast that was very good and served until 10am on the weekends (instead of the normal 9am time at most hotels). They offered automatic room cleaning service unless you put your do not disturb sign up (all other hotels Ive been too since Covid make you request it instead, and some dont offer it at all). I drive an electric car and to my surprise, they also offered free parking AND free charging for my car. The staff were all very friendly and nice.The rooms themselves were incredible. We stayed in a the suite, which had two bedrooms (one with a couch with a foldout bed and a desk and a coffee table), two full bathrooms and two refrigerators and microwaves and big tvs. The beds were big and comfortable, there was beautiful tile on the floor. They even had a wall thermostat they added to control the air conditioning and heating, along with a ceiling fan. Everything was spotless and clean. They constantly had staff going around the hotel and repainting the walls, touching up things, cleaning them to ensure everything looked brand new. The entire resort reminded me of a Spanish villa. The location was only 1 mile from our wedding venue, which was in downtown Redlands. The best part of this place was the price. My friend and I only paid $135 per person per night to have adjoining rooms that contained our our bedrooms and bathrooms. This place is privately owned by a family, so that is why so much money and attention to detail has been invested in everything. Larger corporate chains try to nickel and dime you for everything these days. You cannot beat the value and experience of this place.The only comments I have for improvement are two of the EV chargers were broken, so there was only one Tesla one that was working; they need to get those fixed. The pool was freezing, so maybe they could make it a little warmer if its heated. The water pressure in my shower wasnt as strong as I wouldve wanted. Finally, we were on the second floor and the stairs were on the opposite side, far away from our room and where we parked.These are minor nitpicks though. Most places dont even offer the services or amenities this place does. The fact that the owners care so much to invest in trying to create the best experience possible for their guests is a breath of fresh air in this post covid world of inflation, greed, and passing the rising costs on to the consumer.I would 100% stay here again. My friend and I want to return when we have more time to relax and explore when we dont have wedding activities to attend all weekend.

Everything was clean. Checking in was pretty smooth except that training was taking place.I find it rude when Im held up due to training without staff stating something. Such as excuse the hold-up we are training.Say something, at least as im standing right in front of you while your explaining what buttons to push and why.They informed me of a social hour with cocktails 🍸 n beer 🍺 which I didnt expect from such a place but was pleasantly surprised.However, when I decided to come down for a drink 🍸 people were standing around in the lobby having a drink & I couldnt find where the drinks were.The staff member working had all her friends hovering over the desk so Im just wandering around looking to find these drinks.Finally, the friends or coworkers all standing around dispersed when I stepped up to find out where this social hour was held.Only to find out this was it. The lobby and the bartender was ...the staff member tending the desk. Well, the drinks were all behind the counter.So, in between assisting folks with checking in/out, etc, you have to go up and wait basically in line to get a drink. It was like a kindergarten class. And this is a hotel? Defintely about as classy as motel 6.It was absurd! Very uncomfortable situation. As if monitoring people staying there. I had one refreshment and went to my room.Lastly, upon leaving, I noticed I was overcharged by $100. I contacted the hotel almost a month ago to find out why I was overcharged & resolve the issue.Almost a month now and guess who has heard nothing back nor been reimbursed. Maybe it was for my 1 drink I had?I dont have time to waste on lousy motels, not a hotel! I work for a local electric company where many of us travel more often than not.We simply put motels such as this on our list of places to avoid. Maybe a place best for anyone except those traveling for a career.

Overall, my stay was good. The breakfast menu was inadequate in my opinion, you should offer bacon and sausage, many people either cannot eat the sausage due to the spices or just dont like it. The potatos were under cooked and the scrambled eggs were dry and chopped up so small they fell off the fork.

The room was VERY spacious, clean & nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was security patrolling the parking lot at night. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel consider getting a a 2nd elevator. Aside from that, I would definitely return again.

The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were not only better but also cheaper than what my sisters paid for in a nearby town. In addition, the made-to-order breakfast omelets, as well as the prepared breakfast station were both very flavorful with the cooks being talented and helpful. Only stayed one night here. The service was great, the staff was very polite and helpful.The rooms were clean and had all the usual amenities. Some negatives in the room were that the toilet seat was broken. Obviously, no one noticed or reported to maintenance staff. The other thing was the lighting. They are still on cheap, low quality CFL bulbs. Its 2022, upgrade to LED. they pay for themselves in less than 6 months.Lastly, the best thing was the free breakfast! Everything we tried was delicious. The lady behind the counter was friendly and always smiling. Try the ribs! Yes, for breakfast, they had smoked ribs. Amazing!We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a work trip for just shy of a week. Overall the place is well maintained. The staff I encounter was friendly. The room overall was fine. I enjoyed the large selection of channels on the TV. The omelet bar was fantastic, and the chef was great. The only thing that made this stay less than five stars was the water pressure in the shower was less than ideal and the pillows were all very flat. I asked other co-workers if they encountered similar issues and they all agreed.The hotel has a few restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of DoorDash options in close proximity.

First time staying at an Ayres hotel. Room was good. Shower was nice and hot but water pressure is low. Breakfast is made to order which is nice if you have the time to wait. Unfortunately, I didnt get to try it as the line was long and very slow moving. There is no evening reception of drinks and appetizers even though its still advertised on their website and key cards. Staff said they cancelled it during COVID and just never brought it back.

The room accommodations at the Ayers in Redlands are always nice. However, fresh coffee was not available Monday morning. I suggest the management order a back up coffee machine to ensure fresh brewed coffee is always available. Also, the coffee cups may be environmentally sound, but they are so flimsy that adding the lid to them is dangerous. Spilled coffee while adding a lid is always frustrating.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and professional. The chef was so nice and talkative. My room was clean, smelled nice and a good temperature. Their complimentary breakfast seemed way to nice and tasty to be a complimentary breakfast. My only complaint if I had to find one would be that the area seemed just a little sketch. Not bad, just not super great. Im not from the area so I could be totally off. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I was in town for business during my stay. The front desk was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. The nice fireplace on the patio was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a long days work. Staff was attentive and cleaning procedures were on point. We stayed here for one week and had the best time. The rooms are so clean and beautiful. The courtyard is great to hang out and enjoy the weather and scenery. All the staff is just so great and we felt welcome each day. We had to switch are dates many times due to our granddaughter being born and they were awesome. Any requests that I needed they were right on top of helping us. It is handy that there is a Cocos right across the street. Also they serve hot breakfast each day and it was really fresh. We plan on staying here for many visits to come. I am in a wheelchair and the whole place is wheelchair accessible. We stay at Ayres hotels on a fairly regular basis. This is our first time at this location and it has proven to be a disaster.When I made the reservation my intent was to pay for one day and use Ayers loyalty program points for a second. Oddly, this requires making one reservation directly with the hotel (which I did after bouncing around their phone system which insisted on transferring me to invalid numbers) and making a second reservation through the Ayres Rewards site (which I also did). On checking in I was advised that my reservation was only for one night. It took awhile to get this straightened out.The following morning the room cleaning staff knocked on our door to ask when we would be checking out - their records only showed a one night stay. On advising them of the same stuff that we had covered with the front desk staff the previous day they indicated that they would let the front desk know so I could resolve the discrepancy but that I should call to make sure it was handled.Attempting to verify that the matter was solved I attempted to call the front desk from our room phone (no one was answering) then on an outside line (again making the rounds with invalid extension selections on the Ayres menu). After a bit of back and forth with the desk clerk I felt confident the matter was well in hand. It wasnt.When my wife returned from running some errands later in the day she found that her card key didnt work - it had been deactivated. The Ayers clerk on duty advised me that I would need to present myself at the front desk to have new access cards issued. I advised the clerk in very direct (ok, loud) terms that it would be a very, very, bad idea for me to come to the front desk.Given my mood on the phone, they somehow figured out how to rectify the situation without my presence.Tomorrow morning were out of here... never (ever) to return.

Our accommodations were quite pleasing...comfortable beds and an ample desk to work on. What really surprised us was the breakfast next day. My wife had ordered an omelet and had requested it to be cooked well done. She cut into it, and it was not done correctly. She inquired if they might be able to cook it more, was told...no. Much to our surprise, the chef came over and asked if he could assist, we explained the situation, and left it at that. I was there for the wedding of my nephew. My hotel rate was just over $300 a night which was pretty shocking, based on your posted rates. On Sunday morning the water in my shower was ICE cold. The great parts of this hotel are Chef Pedro and his fill-in on Sunday morning, the new manager; she is definitely a can-do person! Chef Pedro was so personable and wanted to make sure all of his guests were happy - hes a true gem! the rooms are clean and even with proximity to the freeway and trains they are quiet. I am positive I woke during the night and removed my earrings and placed them on the table between the beds. I did not pack them and realized I hadnt and called the front desk to request that they attempt to retrieve them within 2 hours of checking out of the hotel. We went for a friend’s wedding at The Grove and not only was it a convenient drive our stay was very pleasant. The staff at the hotel were helpful and very nice. Marissa the general manager made sure we had everything needed to make this stay a memorable one. Marissa allowed us the use of the media room to make all the wedding flower arrangements. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was clean. However the staff lack basic training in customer service. The young man who received us at the front desk was in need of a shower and shampoo, had his mask half off his face, and addressed us as if we were meeting up with him at the mall (yo, wassup?). We came down for breakfast at 9:30 am on a weekday morning only to find that it had ended 30 minutes prior. Also, the bathroom by the pool was not clean, but I dont know when it had been last checked. I do recognize that it is probably difficult to find good help these days but some additional training and more oversight by management would do wonders for this hotel.

We liked our stay, but we could not figure out how to get the room cooler. It stayed at 80F all the time. We noticed the floors were really warm, so likely the heat radiated from the first floor continuously. Your staff were helpful and pleasant, especially the breakfast people. The afternoon managers reception was a nice touch. The fitness center needed to be cleaner. We decided to not use the treadmill after discovering the stop button would stick and required a room card to pry up. That issue coupled with the general neglected state of the machine led to the conclusion the machine was potentially unsafe due to inadequate maintenance. Our room was spacious! The daily breakfast was fine, but the pastries were dry and hard. It would be nice to have more options for the hot food or perhaps different menus instead of the same thing each day.

It was delightful to rest with the happy hour beverages and cheese offered, a service I was not previously aware that was offered. The pool was clean and it was stocked with all the needs. A beautiful hotel with an exceptionally kind and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and clean; the pool is luxurious and open relatively late; and the made-to-order omelets are fabulous. I was especially pleased with the large refrigerator and freezer which actually, you know, freezed things.While our exterior room faced the freeway, the sound of traffic was undetectable from within. The claims of low water pressure are greatly exaggerated.If you intend to stay at Ayres in Redlands, be sure to book with them directly and not through a third party website, as they price match (and also third parties are lame).

My wife and I were traveling cross country as a function of our relocation to CA. We were traveling with our two dogs (65 and 75 lbs).We loved the hotel. The room was large, more of a suite than a standard sized room, and the hardwood floors were great for the dogs; no carpets to retain odors from past pet visitors. The bed, sitting area, microwave, refrigerator, and bath facilities all met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a pet rest area, complete with a bag station for waste disposal. We found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained.The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and service oriented. The complementary breakfast was outstanding, and the chef will prepare custom omelets if desired.We stayed at 5 different hotels during our trip, and the Ayres Hotel was the best of the bunch, by far!I travel a lot on business, and would recommend this property whether youre traveling with kids, pets, or by yourself.

The room was nice, but one of the pillows had a dark smudge and the sheet did also.Now I arrived at about 10:30 pm and was tired so I didnt call the desk, but did inform them in t h e morning. Not only do they have a free breakfast, they have a free managers reception with cheeses, crackers, relish tray, beer, and wine.On the negative side, because of the layout and locatoon of stairs, you may have to carry your bags a very long way to your room. The hotel is positioned right next to an elevated freeway. It gets a little noisy when traffic picks up.

My room was on the east side of the hotel near the front of the building and it was somewhat noisy from the nearby highway, so an inside room or west side away from the road would be a better option. This was just a weekend stay for a soccer tournament but the staff was outstanding. The property was well maintained, the room had vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan along with a recycle can next to the garbage can. Staff was great getting this granted for me. Our shower head needed to be replaced was terrible with no adjusting the spray and water just fanning out and not hitting your body. Cook to order to breakfast was great, chef was busy cooking and the line formation was a bit confusing extending through the breakfast patrons tables eating rather than a more orderly fashion in front of the breakfast bar and around.

Upon arrival we were greeting by a very friendly front desk employee. He checked us in quickly and we were off to our room. The A/C would not turn on, I called the front desk and within 2 minutes the nice gentleman who checked us in was there to see what was going on with the A/C. He got it working and was on his way. We looked over the room, checking for bed bugs and uncleanliness. We didnt find any bugs, signs of them of dirty surfaces anywhere. This hotel room was very clean! In the morning we had the free full-breakfast that filling and good. The kitchen staff is also very nice. Upon checking out several staff members were out and about, every one of them said good morning and wished us a good day. There are a few members of your staff I would like to give recognition to for their outstanding customer service. The three outstanding staff members in the kitchen are Pedro, Gloria and Juan. They were cheerful, kind and helpful every day that I was there. I stayed in your hotel for two weeks. When I asked for some assistance with lifting some items from my car, Juan was very willing to help and was very talkative and friendly. The front desk person, Kim I thought was a great person to have to welcome guests to your hotel. She was very welcoming, and would start a cheerful conversation. She would smile every time I would pass through the lobby. Smiles are very important, especially in the hotel industry. Stayed for a business trip - I have never heard of this brand before. Very nice, clean, nicely decorated, EXCELLENT Breakfast in the mornings!My only issue was that they did not really explain that they only do housekeeping service every THREE days so when I got back to my room after a long day of meetings at 5pm my room was not cleaned and therefore had no clean towels. I called the front desk and after a very long wait for someone to answer I was then told they only service every 3 days - SO I asked for more towels to be delivered to my room. No problem. Had to go to a business dinner and got back at 9:30pm only to find no towels had been delivered. Tried calling front desk again and no answer. So now I had to walk all the way to the front desk because no one was answering the phone at that time and the person working the desk gave me some towels. Quite inconvenient, but overall it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. At first, I was wary because of its location almost literally under the highway. But from the moment we walked in the door we were completely thrilled with our choice of hotel while we visited University of Redlands. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of questions about the college and the surrounding area, and EVERYONE at the front desk and in the office chimed in to give me their impressions and opinions. They were wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean and quiet. We were thoroughly surprised by and totally enjoyed the managers happy hour. It was so relaxing to just sit and read while enjoying some snacks and wine in such a pretty setting. We realized the next morning that we needed a late check out, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The front desk staff were amazing about getting my laptop back to me after I left it in the room. I cant speak highly enough of them! Only 2 minor things that I would comment on: the coffee at breakfast was not so great (next time well bring Starbucks VIA) and there was no half-and-half, and there was some sort of soccer tournament on in Redlands so the hotel was full of kids. We could not get to the pool or fitness center for bodies. I understand though that the hotel cant turn down reservations just because they include kids, but it was a bummer. We will be back though!

We had a pool view which looked exactly like pictures of pools want to look, a great jacuzzi and a fitness center. Covid has changed much of the conveniences like breakfast and housekeeping but they have strived to do their best and delivered! My only complaint about the hotel itself was there was a guest smoking on the balcony every single time I went outside my room. There is not a military option under discounts, so I had to call the hotel directly. The person who made my reservation made it for the wrong day. I loved our room (we parked right outside, on the ground floor), the staff was very helpful and friendly, loved the pool (so clean!), and appreciated the prompt response to my request for help in hooking up my laptop to the TV via my HDMI cable. Staff are so helpful, and room was very clean. The pickup cleaners ruined one of my shirts ( had holes in it), and didnt get the spots out of a few of our clothes. Other than that it was wonderful. And the staff were great, and breakfast was great. From room 133.

Within 3 weeks we stayed at Ayres 3 times. We just moved back to the area from Montana and needed a nice place to stay while we looked for a house. Ayres is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in to date! Wonderful front desk customer service and beautiful rooms. Very quiet and safe.

Very Nice accommodations with excellent service. There are 2 areas that need some attention: the room floor was filthy with grim. No dust-balls but the floor had what appeared to be grimy dirt that discolored our feet and anything that came in contact with it. The second area that needs attention are the hard and lumpy mattresses. In addition, they have button indentations that poked through the mattress pads making the bed even more uncomfortable. We used the comforter as a mattress pad and that helped a little.

Great experience beginning with reservations. I needed help with registering as part of a wedding group and was treated with kindness. Check in was super easy. Our room wasnt ready, but we were given other options, even one that saved us money. The. Room was very nice and quiet.

This was my first time staying at Ayres. I felt safe/secure, appreciated/valued as a guest. All staff were outstanding friendly and went out of their way to make my stay the best ever! My room was quiet, homey, spacious, clean, and I loved the big tv, microwave and fridge/freezer. A do not disturb sign and usb chargers on the night stands are needed. I can tell that customer service is #1 there. This hotel and the employees left such a wonderful impression, Im highly recommending it to others. I am so glad I chose Ayres, and it will be my first choice from now on, wherever I travel.

Overall the rooms were clean and very spacious. All of the staff were extremely friendly. My room was upstairs on the outside and I found the location of the elevator and the stairs not to be very accommodating. We were traveling with my 18 month old grandson so we have lots of bags and things. It was difficult to get to our room because of the location of the stairs and elevator. It was a very long trek back and forth. Elevators on both sides would have been helpful or a staircase on the east outside of the building would have been helpful. Again everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ayers Hotel here in Redlands. The staff was attentive, the full breakfast was delicious, and the happy hour reception was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and well equipped. I would suggest an interior view room as you have a great view of the interior courtyard. I highly recommend this hotel.

Accommodated our USU Eastern Mens and Womens Soccer Teams. Had to get three additional rooms on short notice and was very hospitable. Great staff thats friendly and willing to help!Oh,.. almost forgot. Having the cook available a PLUS!!

The Ayers Hotel in Redlands California was a very nice hotel.This hotel has outside entrance and the bedding and rooms were modern and comfortable.The breakfast was very good.I was there in July on business and the hotel was close to the plant that I was working at and also close to good dining and shopping.I would definitely recommend this hotel and if Im back in the area will stay there again.

I’ve stayed here many years and love everything they do to help me enjoy my stay! They not only made and make me feel very welcome but always go beyond what any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has done. I literally feel like royalty when I stay here. The rooms are always very nice and big as well. I always get a fabulous breakfast before I race. And Monday-Thursday have happy hour with free beer, wine and cheese. I don’t drink but I am a Cookie Monster! They have cookies as well which are delicious!
