If I could rate them a 0 I would.If your planning to use them for anything just turn the other way, run and save yourself a headache and money.I’m a registration service based off Northern California. I had dealer track, and I was a really satisfied with them. But a sales associate from AVRS came and delivered a really well executed Presentation on why we should switch over.Not researching which was my biggest error, I switched over. Anddd then I regretted it as soon as I found out that the sales person was fired for misrepresenting the presentation. That was a big red flag, but I had already signed a one year contract.So I’m here sticking it out.Customer service is really bad, I tend to figure out the issue for myself before the rep even understands what the error code is.I mean I can just go on and on.But I’m here telling you, to run the other way.I can’t wait to switch back to dealer track.

I am so happy with AVRS! They are always so friendly and so helpful! They are also very professional and care about making sure your questions are answered completely. Within seconds or just a few minutes someone is always there to help with a registration or transfer deal either by phone or online live chat. They are always very knowledgeable and no matter your level of expertise they never make you feel that any question is silly to ask. Their system makes it a breeze to process registrations and transfers and out of state… etc.I have only great things to say about AVRS and I highly recommend them!

Sent them all the paperwork, now they are saying they never received the paperwork and it has caused lots of issues with the DMV. It is there mistake and they are putting all the blame on me.

For the people saying ask your dealer not to use. if you had a bad experience it wouldnt be these people it would be the dmv person/bank sending in your documents. AVRS ONLY ACCEPTS THE DOCUMENTS, AUDITS THEM AND SENDS INTO DMV. ITS A GREAT SYSTEM!!!!

Insist, when you buy a new car, that the dealer does not use this service. After 3 months of continual problems-- 4 different registration forms with wrong info on plates, wrong VIN number on one, 2 sets of plates that matched nothing. I just filed a complaint today with the DMV and the attorney generals office, and, obviously, my insurance carrier. This has been a nightmare. I only gave them one star so I could write this review. Consider my star to be a minus 5.

I have been in business 9 years now, starting out with CVR, whom I felt had friendly, efficient and helpful customer service. After about two years, I was solicited by a couple of nice gentlemen from a newer company, AVRS. It took some convincing but they sold me and Im happy they did. AVRS has been just as helpful, friendly and supportive with all of my needs. The only time I did not get my inventory order overnight, which I place about every 6 weeks, is when the two companies merged and one can only imagine the chaotic process. However, they did their best to get us what we needed in a timely manner and at an affordable price. As a business owner and one who built and thrives on customer service, I understand the need for a little time, patience and understanding from time to time from those we are servicing. I am not sure if customers are aware that the arrival of ones plates and registrations depends on when the dealer processes and whether all requirements are met, i.e., title.... So overall, as a processing registration service that processes between 50-90 daily transactions, I am extremely happy with the service, tech support and especially the local representative that offers help 😊 Thank you AVRS!

The dealer I bought my car from uses this service. My license plates werent shipped until the day my temporary registration expired, leading to a several day period where I couldnt legally operate a vehicle.Before purchasing a new car, ask if they use this god awful company for their services, and if they do, plan to spend several days bumming rides from friends as you wait for your plates.

I bought a new car and the dealer used AVRS to transfer my Disabled Plate from my trade-in to the new car. It took only 10 days until I had my new sticker. The DMV used to take weeks. I was amazed

This is a laughably terrible place to work. Management is either clueless, self-serving, or both. It should be a red flag that they have a company policy against writing recommendations for employees...
