Avi was fantastic to work with during our process of buying a home here in Santa Barbara. He knew the area well and worked hard to understand what we were looking for and provide a steady stream of options. After several months we found something we really liked and had our offer accepted. From there it was smooth sailing, with Avi keeping us on track every step of the way. Pretty much always available to answer any questions we had. Would certainly work with Avi again, and recommend him to anyone else in the area.

My husband and I met Avi Becker at an open house in 2019. Since then, he has been so great at follow up communication that when we decided to sell our condo 4 years later there was no question that he was our go-to guy. We live outside of Santa Barbara and he made the entire process absolutely effortless, consistently going above and beyond what we’d expect a realtor to do for us. His prompt communication, knowledge of the Santa Barbara market and friendly personality made our entire process so seamless. Avi and his team went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home! We came back to him after 2 years of taking a house-hunting break and we ended up finding the right house within a few weeks. We are first time home buyers, and Avi did a great job explaining the process, helping us determine what we could afford in each market of Santa Barbara county, and providing advice and helping us approach negotiations. He really did help us land our dream home at a great price on an off market listing he was able to track down in a very competitive market! This was the second house we bought using Avi as our agent. We did not live in Santa Barbara at the time, and he facilitated the purchases after we looked at the properties and we submitted an offer that was accepted. He communicated with us regularly and helped jump through all the hoops buying a house and moving to a new state requires. He even offered to help with the move and came over a couple of times to help....way above and beyond his required duties. We would not have used him a second tiime if we did not feel confident that he had our best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anyon
