Perfect stay for our graduation family event! We brought a small tribe to the area to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Davidson College. The house was perfect for all ages. The bottom floor is great for all kids (big one too) pool table, ping pong and one of the greatest pinball machines of all time- guns and roses.there was a fully stocked candy cabinet right next to movie theater. The main floor houses the kitchen area and a great place to hang. The top floor rooms are amazing and the master was impressive. Outdoors you have a dock, deck and an enclosed hammock area. I can’t think of a better place to stay. Waking up every morning to calm lake waters and birds singing- I could get used to that. Highly recommend !

Great stay, communication and response times! They thought of everything and made sure that my guests and I were comfortable and informed! I highly recommend and I’m super picky!This house was beautiful and just as pictured! It was clean and sleeps 16 comfortably! Our group had no complaints, felt welcomed and completely accommodated! The house was well equipped and no details were missing leaving me and my 16 sorority sisters to enjoy each other’s company! We had a blast doing candle making on the lower deck and napping at the dock! I would highly recommend this home and host and plan to return soon!!

The rental house my boyfriend and I stayed at was amazing! It was very clean and in a perfect location! The neighborhood was quiet so our day time we could go out and enjoy the area and beach and at night we could comfortably sleep. The house was stocked with all of the kitchen utensil essentials and exceeded my expectations honestly! Such a lovely house, decorated amazingly and very comfortable. Wed definitely book with them again!

This was a relaxing stay and not having to be part of the overly commercial and crowded Gatlinburg. The hot tub was nice to have as well as the covered porch. The kitchen amenities were much better than other places we’ve stayed.It’s with noting you can hear traffic on the road running behind the cabin, but it wasn’t nonstop. The kitchen & bathrooms were small, but worked well enough for our stay. We do wish there had been a dresser.This would have been an 5 star had all the seating been comfortable and more fitting with the cabin. None of the furniture was comfortable for a 6’3” male nor a 5’4” female. Dining table could have been a bit larger to play board games and chairs you wanted to sit on. There was no comfortable seat to be found anywhere in the cabin.We did appreciate the readily available communication via text. It was evident that the goal was to make our stay comfortable and they did their best.

Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect. We were told we would have a ceockpot and we did not have one, I messaged them and they delivered one that day brand new perfect. Love the time we had with family at this cabin. This was our back yard, it was so peaceful. We had a lot of rain so water was a little high but so nice to hear. Hot tub was wonderful.

My wife and I shared a memorable weekend here we’ll never forget! Everything was perfect, the photos just don’t do the property full justice. We imagined another trip in the future with family. The property managers were accessible if needed. Bring your clothes, toiletries and groceries and everything else you’ll need is already there. We loved the telescope and viewing the beautiful landscape from the patio. The jacuzzi was clean and ready for use. The location itself is perfect. You’re only a few minutes from the store, restaurants, etc. but while on the property you feel like you’re a million miles from everything. We’ll return for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our weekend at Whidbey Bliss! The water views from the home are spectacular - we saw cruise ships during the day and had a spectacular sunset! We drove down to Ledgewood Beach in the neighborhood (could have also walked) and spent a few hours enjoying this peaceful beach.The home has a well equipped kitchen, lots of fun games, cheery decor, and comfy bedrooms. It was the perfect launching pad for our Whidbey adventures. Well be back!

This house was THE CUTEST for our girls weekend. 6 of us ladies stayed and enjoyed every minute. We paid to have the pool heated and boy was that nice. We had a minor issue with it heating but someone came right away to get it corrected! The kitchen was well stocked, even an awesome huge steamer pot I was able to make my shrimp boil in. The house was SO clean and we even took the time to do one of the puzzles while relaxing. It’s such a short ride to the beach and the golf cart we rented was so fun! The literal ONLY thing I could say the house maybe needs is a soft mattress topper, the beds were firm and I thought I would have an issue sleeping, I slept good but think a little softness would be great! We will for sure book again. Such a fabulous location to everything! Oh and Port A Pizza delivery was AMAZING!

The house is very cool and spacious. Beautiful grounds with a pool and jacuzzi. One of the most beautiful houses in the valley. The photos match 100%. There are extra sleeping spaces with two single mattresses that can be joined together and topped with a mattress pad for comfortable sleeping. Its the perfect house for relaxation. Celebrated my birthday surrounded by close friends and took a huge number of photos because every corner of the house is like a work of art. Highly recommend it.

This was a very amazing stay!! It gives relaxing romantic scenery that is enjoyable for all!!! Check-in was fine but the lock box did give a little hesitation when trying to open in. I would recommend using a door keypad like the guest house.The home did provide portable space heaters which was great because one side of the house was very cold.I loved the whole house and the utilization of it. This house accommodated my needs of hosting a beautiful Galantines getaway!!! Thank you so much ☺️

If I could give more stars I would. Every last detail was thought of when furnishing this place. We were hoping for blue skies and sunny days but instead we had rain and more rain. The place was well stocked with board games and movies and the kitchen is stocked with every type of appliance, pot and pan you could imagine. There’s a grocery store nearby that we used to buy firewood and to stock the fridge so we could cook in but there are a lot of great eateries nearby. The view of the beach from the kitchen table was mesmerizing and tranquil. I imagined the windows up, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on warmer days. We loved the Japanese glass float lamp, and ceiling fixture. All of the artwork and photos and homey touches .I can’t wait to return again and hopefully when the weather is better. I definitely recommend going into Manzanita and checking out the cool shops there like 3 Sisters and Pete and if you want some freshly baked bread and amazing coffee go to “sea level” in Cannon Beach.

This place was amazing! We stayed for four nights in Feb. We spent our time cross country skiing at Tahoe Donner, sledding, and playing in the snow at the house. The houses are spaced far enough apart that we could play in the snow in the open backyard without bothering neighbors. The garage was big enough to hold our truck which was really convenient since it was snowing (a lot!). The furnishings inside were fantastic and comfortable. The kitchen had an ample supply of pots, pans, dishes, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to book this house again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. We traveled here from Michigan and meet our friends here who live in Kansas City. There were 9 of us in the home and we all were comfortable! The heated pool and swings near the pool were amazing and one of our favorite parts of the home! It was nice and close to restaurants, bars, tourists shopping, ice cream and more! We even walked to the beach one evening and back! I would recommend this home if you want a place where adults and kids can relax and be entertained! Thank you for a great stay!

Cute little house. Nice downstairs set up with games and lounge chairs. We enjoyed staying here. They thought of a lot of things a lot of others home don’t: extra laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. We left beach toys in the box downstairs. Have fun!!

This was our first time renting a house/condo in Port Aransas and we had a great experience. All the amenities of being at home. Great Great Place! Would go again, & recommend it to everyone I know. The location is about 20 minutes from Old Town Temecula, but it’s nice being away from town and secluded. The house was super clean & spacious for our group of 13, the rooms are large & so many bathrooms. The pool & hot tub made the whole trip! 100% would recommend!

I loved the location of this cute little bungalow. We walked to 3 local eateries during our stay. All were delicious. We played with our grandson in the bay. Perfect for little ones. We bbq’d and hung out in the back yard and enjoyed watching the sunset from the front yard. Took many walks around the neighborhood and on the boardwalk which is easily accessed right across the street. The home is inviting and comfortable. Can’t wait next year!

The poconos house was beautiful. It was clean, well stocked and the location right on the lake is perfect. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and fishing. Plus the large back yard for our dog. It’s the perfect weekend retreat. We will for sure be returning.

Terrible Home, photos did not match what was sold to us… four days booked a very special family occasion for $10,000… Literally, broken tile, dark rooms, dirty, no cleaning products, dirty pool etc. We called the local representative and she agreed that the homes were less than acceptable. How does this happen? Their compensation was to allow us to have late check out for free.

Sanctuary by the is pure perfection! Whether there are 2 of you or 8 the most spectacular views!!! Upstairs and downstairs walk right out onto beach close to all attractions but really you could just sit and look out the windows for hours!!!! AvantStay had awesome customer service and the home (Mataro) was beautiful! Loved all the personalization that goes with staying with AvantStay, the direct email from the hosts prior to checkin was great and made check in super easy and the welcome written on the shuffleboard made me feel special. We enjoyed both the grocery and massage services, helped set the relaxation tone for the whole trip. We used the home as our base for exploring the Sonoma valley, perfect location to check out wineries in all directions, beautiful parks with redwood trees, shopping in multiple cities, and some amazing restaurants! If your having a girls trip this is a perfect setup, 6 bedrooms (7 beds), 3 1/2 baths, large main living areas, carport, and a huge backyard with a fire pit, hot tub, ping pong tables, and it was so peaceful. Loved waking up and enjoy morning coffee listening to the birds outside and ending the evening relaxing in the living room with the fireplace on. Would highly recommend booking this home with AvantStay if you want to take the stress out of traveling.

This was a lovely home equipped with everything we could have needed. My family had the best time, and we couldnt have asked for a better view! I was particularly impressed with the provided laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher soap, AND brand new in the package dish sponge. Its little things like that, that make a great impression. The hosts reached out to introduce themselves, as well as answered questions I had about the area. Only suggestion I would add, is to notate that the mountain roads getting to the house can be a bit scary for those of us from the flat lands. 🙂

Amazing views! Close to trails and downtown Sedona. We had a slight issue while there with a leak, there was a response within minutes, and a plumber was there with an hour. There were 9 women in the house and we never ran out of hot water. The house was VERY clean and spacious. Very clear direction for check in and checkout from the management team, and they were quick to respond to all questions. We would highly recommend this house.

We had a post wedding ceremony weekend. We live in Queens NY but needed to host 7 close friends so we booked this place.1. The dining room where we had our cake cutting pics taken was absolutely beautiful with a wooden table bench and French windows all around.2. The Balcony overlooking the lake where we had all our couple pics and group photos was magical!3. The pillars to the house and front door was super quaint to get couples pics and ran out of and had paper party streamers shot in the air was a moment I will never forget to professionally photograph.4. The master bed overlooking the balcony felt romantic at most for a newly wed couple!5. We used the upstairs landing foyer area to take all our silly goofy family pics with our cardboard Photo Booth!Overall if you don’t have a beautiful setting at home this place is wonderful for small intimate moments like weddings birthday and family vacations!We are so grateful to have had this experience the house was so cosy and spacious!

This was our first time using AvantSay. The company was top notch from beginning to end. The website booking is user friendly, the welcome snacks on arrival were very appreciated, the household essentials were fully equipped, the bedding was outstanding, customer care communications went above and beyond. Sunridge in Scottsdale AZ was by far the best location we have stayed and we will return! Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping, golfing, hiking, daily neighborhood walks and a short road trip away from Sedona. Heated pool is definitely worth the cost. 10+out of 10.

Our vacation was ruined because we rented a vacation home through AvantStay. We stayed at 3941 Fredonia Dr Los Angeles, CA 90068At first the house looks old but cute. However, after staying in this house, we quickly learned this place is not cute at all.Concerns:1. Cleanliness: the house is filthy. Dirt, dust, blood, urine, body fluids, calcium build up, stains, smells, etc2. Theres something wrong with every bed in the house:On top of being filthy, the master bedroom mattress is so thin that the bars in the bed frame are digging into your back and hips the entire time youre trying to sleep. The bed frame is bent and makes the mattress uneven. We literally had to sleep with our head at the head of the bed so we didnt feel like we were laying upside down with all the blood rushing to our heads.The couch bed is bent and uneven as well. Also very uncomfortable, stained, and dirty.The air mattress is stained, dirty and doesnt hold air.The twin bed is okay but filthy3. We have had to kill 10-12 spiders during our stay. My family has bites on them! Its not safe or sanitary.4. The whole house has a mildew moldy smell5. The AC is constantly being changed off the temperature I set it to6. The master bedroom fan doesnt work7. The master bedroom TV doesnt work. It turns on but you cannot access any apps to watch anything.8. The landscaping is overgrown with numerous trash bags filled with dead weeds9. Theres no privacy. The curtains in the bedroom are so thin I literally saw the neighbor as I was changing my clothes. The curtains do not cover the windows and they are so thin you can see through them.10. The bathroom smells like old standing water. Theres not an exhaust fan so the foul mildew smell is constant. The shower tiles are broken and the bathtub is filthy. The steam buttons and one of the knobs dont work for the shower.11. The microwave light display is broken so you cant see the time to heat food.12. The website claims there’s plentiful parking. That is definitely a lie.I understand this is an old house so I was really trying to be understanding and enjoy our vacation but I must say Im highly disturbed by the things Ive discovered in this home. The bed sheets were not washed. I thought they were stained but then I washed them myself and all the stains came out. I sat down at the kitchen table and my entire shirt was covered in dirt from the chairs. The fan in the bedroom does work. The house has a very potent old musty mildew wet smell. After washing the sheets, Im so worried to know what we slept in for the first few days of our trip. This house was clearly not cleaned before we came and Im highly concerned.We slept on the couch with no privacy because the master bedroom bed is broken and absolutely horrible. This has not been a vacation at all. We literally took time off of work to bring our daughter to Universal Studios but the condition of this house and the lack of sleep has truly impeded our vacation. Shes absolutely terrified to fall asleep because of all the bugs and spiders. We have improvised and made it work but honestly Ive cleaned the majority of the house myself. I even rewashed the dishes because Im terrified from all the other issues weve had. This has truly been a nightmare vacation because of this house.Their website claims the houses undergoes a 100 point checklist for top to bottom cleanliness. THAT IS THE BIGGEST LIE IVE EVER HEARD. We brought our concerns to the AvantStay team and the only thing they offered was a late checkout. They completed disregarded the filthy and unsanitary conditions of the home. They completely failed to see they ruined our vacation and put our health at risk. Why in the world would we want to stay longer?! This company does NOT abide by their website and guidelines. The pictures on their website is not what you get at all. It’s absolutely disturbing.

Great experience staying at the cabin over Christmas. Plenty of room for our group and location was nicely situated. It definitely gave us the cabin feel we wanted. And while secluded from the busy areas it was close enough to the activities we wanted to do - Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely come back here again. Great for big groups that provides enough space and privacy per family. Also, attentive to our needs when we needed. Thank you!

We schedule beach trips every year, and this was the BEST rental we’ve had by far! It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, close to the beach, and had everything we needed to create a great experience.The kids loved the pool, and I appreciated the outdoor shower and the shaded outdoor space. Having a shaded area by the pool definitely makes the experience 1000 times better.My sisters and I were able to make our special side dishes with the available kitchen supplies and the guys grilled up their best BBQ.My husband and I decided that we will make this our go-to rental moving forward. :)

We had such a wonderful experience at Boulder Pointe! The townhouse was perfectly located to Lake Harmony entertainment and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated and included an incredible array of cooking utensils and supplies - way more than expected! It fit 4 adults very comfortably, but had room for a few more. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. This townhouse provided everything (and more) that we needed for a wonderful holiday weekend. If I ever plan another get-away weekend to Lake Harmony, I will definitely book this place again.

It started out rocky. No one knew the details of the cabin. We had ages from 6 months to 84 yrs old so trying to accommodate sleeping & stairs was a chore. Bedroom layout is as follows: three king-size beds downstairs, one room with two queen beds. Upstairs: five queen size bedrooms and one queen bunkbed . And each bedroom had a full bathroom w shower.The pool was amazing. We took lots of floats and beach balls for the kids, which was a great idea. There weren’t many items there for them to use so we left all of ours for the next group to enjoy. There is also a bathroom in the pool area. I love the pavilion above the pool. We held our reception there as well as a few card games. Perfect area for entertaining large groups.We were getting married at the cabin, lots of patio string lights were out so we called and they immediately came out and replaced all of them. They were very fast to answer any questions and to accommodate as much as possible.

We loved La Concha! This place was incredibly clean, well stocked and super cute! I wish our weather had been warmer to enjoy the pool, but thats ok! I enjoyed a glass of wine and a book on the back porch on their great rocking chairs! We were there for my daughters 16th birthday! The girls enjoyed the bunk room! I enjoyed the main bedroom and let me tell you how comfy that bed was....GREATNESS!

The Camila house atop the Temecula hills was the best home we have stayed at during my family’s 20 person annual Holiday trips. The online avant team was top notch in their service and made it easy to get in touch with them through normal texting.The house and the property was absolutely stunning and well managed. The pool and jacuzzi sitting on the hill looking out over the landscape was so relaxing and the view took your breath away. At night the colorful lights illuminate the area and it made everything so pretty.The main house was very comfortable for the family members that stayed there with plenty of blankets and pillows. The sofa and entertaining rooms were large and spacious so you could comfortably have 20 people gathering together there. The game room was also such a plus! People would be scattered throughout the house entertaining themselves the whole trip.The two story casita house was perfect for the rest of us and we loved having the additional privacy! There were fridges and kitchens in both stories of the casita so that really saved us when we were needing to store all the food we brought. Everyone was thrilled with the home and from celebrating my dads 60th birthday, craft afternoons and celebrating the holidays we all agree this was the perfect place!

We stayed at Mountain Hollow 10/20 - 10/26 and are very pleased. The home was spacious, and very clean, plenty of extra towels and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked though I would recommend bringing seasonings and spices as some were expired or clumped together from moisture. The outside is spectacular with amazing views. I truly had the best trip all thanks to avant stay! I stayed on Isle of Palms in SC and it was lovely! An unexpected rain storm came through the day we checked in. Due to the rain the back yard and pool was covered in leaves. Tyler from avant stay was so on top of it. We woke up the first day to the pool being super clear and clean and the yard cleared of all leaves that fell from the storm. Upon arrival the check in was easy and smooth, as well as check out! I also loved that our trash was picked up during our stay. I came for a much needed friend trip and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outside and inside of the home.The home itself was gorgeous, super clean and well equipped with bath towels, beach towels and toilet paper! 10/10 experience!! I will definitely be booking with avant stay for my vacations going forward!

Wish I could vote 4.9 stars. Almost perfect! Beautiful home, extremely clean with high end pillows / bedding etc. Lots of fun lights to make it feel like a fun vacation home. The backyard is wonderful with pool and fenced yard safe for my smaller just under 20 lb dogs. Heating the pool is 100% worth it when cooler out and the game room was really fun. The only thing less perfect is also location based (by wetland) - make sure to have some off / bug spray. No fault of the owners, if not for bugs I would give a perfect score. One tiny issue but promptly addressed. I would stay there again!!!

This place has everything you could possibly need . Its a well thought of and managed place . You just need to bring your clothes and if you fancy to cook yourselves they have everything from pots and pans .They even have coffee which was great and a water Brita filter so you can use the tap for drinking water . Board games and outdoor patio is there for some night time fun and night cap .they have waterboard and beach chairs if you want to use it downstairs by the entrance . We didnt use them but its there.The Surfsider II has no parking space but the Surfsider 1 has a garage . But theres public parking avail around if you are lucky to score one in front even better. The beach is just a stone throw away so its so convenient and theres lots of place to eat around the area. We walked everywhere or you can rent a bike too. One or the best place we have stayed in . We will recommend it to friends . Only negative there I just wish the cleaning fee is not so expensive especially if you clean after yourself well.

This beautiful house feels so welcoming! I love the cozy and relaxing ambiance it offers. The high ceiling with massive glass windows gave a breathtaking views of the pine trees, mountains and the lake . The owner has provided everything we could possibly need. My grown up children love their rooms. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, bed linens are nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. This is our 2nd time been the same Air B&B, location is convenient, on the upside hill of quiet neighborhood . It close to VONS grocery store. generally the place is well-maintained, even I noticed they even paint the outside cannon of the property. It made it shinny and gorgeous, Inside is clean and neat place, they had basic appliances coffee machine, grinder, oven, large refrigerator, necessary utensils and tools for sample meal, we can tell Avanstay try best to keep place ready for the coming guest, I can feel the hospitality from the company. The only missing part for our trip is thee weather this time, big bear lake has less snow than last year. We had a wonderful week. The house was spectacular for entertaining 15 of us very comfortably. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable & each night we cooked or grilled. We spent the majority of our time outside using the pool area but everyone did their own thing. The house sits up higher & the views were just beautiful. It was easy to make quick stops to purchase items & our guests enjoyed the scenic walks. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were nice. We had a 3 bedroom with 2 bedrooms (4 beds) upstairs and master bedroom on the main floor. Nice bedrooms, kitchen (with all necessary utensils, plates, dishwasher (with detergent) coffee pot with coffee, hand soap and dish soap, etc. We learned the hard way to make sure the bathroom door is closed or the steam will set off the fire alarms. There is a little restaurant next door with good breakfast sandwiches. Place is only 5 minutes drive to downtown where all the excitement is. All in all a very nice stay!

It was a beautiful property that accommodated our large family perfectly. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of places to spread out. The house in general was amazing. The location is so close to resort but off the path to be quiet and private. We had a problem with one of the sinks not draining and called they sent someone to fix it right away. It was nice. There is a few things I would suggest like new vinyl flooring and maybe a new couch not so low to the grown. I like a soft bed and this bed was not. At least the master wasn’t. This place was a great place. Could use some cleaning of cobwebs on ceilings and don’t use popcorn setting on microwave. Will burn it. Overall this was one of the better places we’ve stayed at. We stayed at Crystalline in Tennessee, and WOW!! What a great cabin, and awesome, private location!! Comfortably accommodated 14 adults with the 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths - 2 queen bunk beds, 5 king beds, all rooms with own full bath. Cabin driveway is at the end of a culdesac, so guaranteed to have a traffic free, peaceful stay. Super easy check-in and out. Service was impeccable and extremely friendly. Cade and Laura made sure we had everything we needed, and were very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Sometimes, hosts can give off a super serious, businessy vibe, but Cade was so chill and friendly, yet very attentive and professional - it made communicating much more relaxing and enjoyable! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Movie theater was one of our favorite parts! Pool room was a blast. All the rooms were clean and homey! Only suggestion is to provide some chalk for the pool table sticks. Also, two of the rooms on top floor had remotes to control the ceiling fan/lights, and somehow synced - If you turned light off in one room, it’d turn on the light in the other, same with fan! Could have gotten messed up by user error, and I’m guessing someone more techy could’ve easily fixed that. Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone! One of my most favorite/best trips and rentals EVER!!

We loved stay with AvantStay and can’t wait to come back. These boys are awesome. While we were there the TV went out. We called and reported it and within an hour we had a technician at the house. This was on a Sunday, and we figured we would have to wait for help until Monday which Didn’t really bother us because we had another TV upstairs And In the master bedroom. At any rate, it was determined that the TV had completely gone out and they were gonna have to replace it. The technician went back to check to see if they had another TV in their warehouse and we were told that if they didn’t have another TV If it was OK if we could wait until Monday purchase a new one and we said that was fine. Well, within an hour, he was back, and he had to go out and purchase a new TV and he came to install it on Sunday night, even though it was his birthday, a young lady named Saber came out to help install it as well as another young lady, which I cannot remember her name, but all three of them were just absolutely wonderful. For them to come out and take the time to get us all taken care of on Sunday was amazing to us now if that wasn’t good enough Saber Kept apologizing for taking up our time on Sunday. We were just happy that they brought us a TV.. The next day she showed up with a gift card and toys for our two dogs now if that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is. We loved this house! It was very well equipped with the basics. The house was clean and all of the bedding and towels were fresh. It’s very open, bright and tastefully decorated. The living room has a very comfortable couch and the wood burning stove makes for a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. There is a nice hiking trail right across the street from the house that takes about a half an hour to walk and is also available for viewing on the All Trails app. The house is about 15 minutes from Butternut Ski Mountain and 20 minutes from Great Barrington. It was a nice place and in a quiet tree filled area. In mid May, it got into the 80’s in the afternoon and with no A/C, it got a little warm. The furnace worked well at night. It was listed as having a window unit, but it was sitting on the closet floor.Only the kitchen window is screened so that was not a good option. The bedrooms are lit only by lamps. One lamp was missing the switch so unable to turn it off unless you unplug it. We enjoyed our stay at the properties in San Diego! Check in was smooth and easy. The AvantStay team were very responsive. Everything was clean and inviting. I gave it four stars because the listing was slightly misleading as we were looking for a large property to house about 14 people, but in actuality, it was three separate three-bedroom condos, that did not connect at all. It made it a little more challenging for fellowship and togetherness. Also, the properties in San Diego are extremely expensive for what you get. We stayed in a 10 bedroom palatial mansion in Orlando for a little over half the price of the three bedroom/set of three condos in San Diego. that said, we were satisfied, overall.

Wonderful last minute booking for seven friends on a Girls Trip. A previously booked house (another company) canceled on us the day before our trip. This last minute find was perfect. As other reviewers noted, it is steps to the beach, with a lovely view overlooking the marsh with ocean in the distance. Two bathrooms are not recently updated, but you can see that clearly in photos. Everything was very clean and functioned great. Well stocked, including beach chairs and towels for five. Tons of trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc. With two garages and space in driveway for three cars it was great for multiple arrival and departure times. The on site host was phenomenal with quick communication, including coming immediately when we found low water and small amount of sand in hot tub. Thank you, Ruben! The vacation home was pretty good and comfortable for our group of 8 people. Though the kitchen appliances and restrooms are a little outdated they have lots of cooking and serving utensils. Extra foldable mattress pads, toys for kids to play, board games, books, extra quilts, throws in family room etc.It seemed well thought of needs of families occupying it. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!! I booked a beach rental house months in advance - 6 bedrooms, cost $9000+ for the week. Had to find a different house with less than 1 hour notice from checking in due to the home not having AC nor being cleaned prior to the check in time.More info below:Just 3.5 hours before the check in time, I was told that the AC was not working on the 3rd floor and that were expecting to fix the AC mid-week (2 of the bedrooms with king beds were located on the 3rd floor). I was not offered a credit and was told the AC units on the second floor would compensate for the AC being out on the 3rd floor. I was also told that there were no windows on the third floor to install a temporary AC unit (which turned out to be a lie, there were many windows).One of the guests in our party showed up at the house ~1 hour before check in time to assess the temperature on the third floor. It was 91 degrees (outdoor temp was 93). The second floor AC couldnt get below 73 - using the main AC unit and 2 floor AC units (see the pictures with noisy fans and floor units they placed in the bedrooms as a band aid solution). He mentioned the unbearable heat on the 3rd floor to the person on-site cleaning. He also mentioned that the place was trashed and asked how long until it would be ready.At that point (~1 hour before check in), the management team texted that the house wouldnt be ready due to cleaning and didnt have an ETA for us to check in. They also now mentioned that the temp was 90+ degrees on the third floor (previously said it was manageable).They mentioned that we could receive a refund for the stay but we must let them know within 50 minutes if we were going to stay at the rental (that was still not cleaned without an ETA on when it would be cleaned and without AC for 3 days assuming they actually fixed it). Otherwise, we could not receive a refund and would only get a $1300 credit.So we had 50 minutes to find a 6 bedroom rental. Avantstay did nothing to help us find another house. Fortunately, we were about to find another property with a different management company that was larger, more updated, and in a better location for the same cost.Other notes on the house, there appeared to be a busted water main in the front resulting in everyone going to the beach having to walk through the front yard of the property (was told from someone walking by that it had been like that for several days). It also reeked of trash in the front given the placement of the trash cans on the other side of the drive.Do not trust this company or rent Gulfside Oasis in the Miramar Beach area.

My family of 5 (including 2 toddlers and an infant) stayed at this very family friendly home with another family for a weekend in February. It was absolutely fantastic. The spacious house is very well-stocked- from pots/pans to dishes and Tupperware to spices. It has not 1 but 2 pack and plays as well as a high chair- which was super handy for our 1 year old. We enjoyed much time in the hot tub, cooking meals, sitting in the comfortable living room while looking out the massive windows to the woods in the backyard. The area is pleasant with a school and around the corner two major grocery stores with a good Mexican Food spot. The private back yard is larger than the photos suggest with mature trees. The only problem not solved quickly as a result of communication errors with the grill which we were told would be resolved in a half hour so we delayed dinner waiting and didn’t eat until 930 pm. What a wonderful time my family had at your home. It was a bittersweet trip to bring my husband’s ashes to California and my children got to renew the memories of their birth place and childhood homes. The Gilmore home was close to everywhere we had memories and it fit us very comfortably. Fresh oranges and grapefruit every morning from the trees in the yard was such a delight! Main living space is a beautiful open floor plan with these large windows that look out into the mountains. The master bedroom amazing and the mattress was like sleeping on clouds. The property was beautiful and was perfect for accommodating my large family. The layout of the home was perfect for entertaining. Avant staff were very responsive and provided detailed instructions and guidance regarding the property and our stay. The pin didn’t work for the main thermostat so we had to reach out to the host to continuously adjust it, as needed. However, they were prompt with doing so. We were concerned about the restrictions of the property such as only 5 cars on the property for a group of 20 that were traveling from different areas, but they provided a school as an option for additional parking. It took a little longer distance from the property than we had anticipated, but we made it work. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and certainly will rent this property in the future.

I stayed at the Moana home in Temecula and it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. The views, the rooms, the kitchen, the water slide, the tiki bar...everything was perfect. It was also centrally located in Temecula, literally 5-10 mins away from all the wineries. The only downside is that if youre a large group of loud folks then this would not be the place for you. The neighbors arent friendly at all and dont like the fact that this is a renal home, so they tend to complain about any and everything they can. Luckily, my group didnt have any issues, but I was told stories about how horrible the neighbors are. They dont want any outside noise at all from 9pm-8am. So, you may need to rethink a swim night. Aside of that, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Temecula. Also note, Avant Stay has promo codes so be sure to sign up for alerts because they have pretty good discounts like up to $500 off.

We stayed in an AvantStay managed property in Santa Rosa, Florida and had an awful experience. One of the first things we noticed was a water stain and mold on the ceiling above the dining room table, there were 2 small spoons, 2 large spoons and 6 forks for 11 people, and the dryer isn’t working. We dried one load of clothes 3 times and it still wasn’t dry. There’s a TV missing in the master bedroom downstairs and no window coverings on 2 of the 3 windows to have privacy while kids are in the pool. There’s a knob missing, a bathroom toilet paper holder missing, and a towel holder missing/pulled off. The master bathroom shower upstairs in not draining properly. There’s 2-3 inches of standing water every time we take a shower. There was no access to any closet with the exception of one. This was not disclosed in the listing. The rack that was in the master bedroom upstairs had 6 hangers for 2 people to use for 6 days. The bunk room had no rack in it or any place to put clothes. The other bedroom had the closet locked and a rack for 4 people to hang their clothes on. The tv control didn’t work. We had to buy batteries to make it work. The blue Keurig in the listing is missing from upstairs. The beaker box located in the laundry room flipped three times turning off the power to the guest rooms and front porch. We had to leave the beach due to our elderly parents calling to tell us an alarm was going off in the home. The back door was left slightly open and it caused the alarm to go off. This wasnt disclosed in the listing. The listing stated that only 2 cars could be in the driveway. We understood that. It did not disclose that we wouldn’t have access to the garage to park our other 2 cars in. When we contacted AvantStay their recommendation was to park at Publix but they weren’t sure. Publix doesn’t allow over night parking. We had to move our car daily due to none of this being disclosed. The tile in the master bedroom downstairs is missing. The toilet paper holder is laying in the back of the toilet. The chair in the living room has a leg broken off and a random block of wood under it. A safety hazard at best. The light is out above the master bath upstairs. The dock to the lake is so grown over and unmaintained that it inhibited getting to the lake at all. There’s junk laying on the side of the home (an old tv and old cushions.) This home has not been maintained and it was not ready to be rented. Having no access to the closets or garage alone would have caused us not to rent this home. The other items were indicative of a poor cleaning crew and poor management. According to BBB there are 256 reviews with similar experiences meaning this is a standard practice. We requested a 50% refund which we thought was generous considering the condition of this home. What management company rents a home with active mold? AvantStay refunded $557 which isn’t even what one night in this rental costs. It was insulting. We aren’t happy and can’t get answers from anyone at AvantStay. We have been going to Seaside for years and never experienced such a poorly managed home.

Do you like sleeping on urine and feces and paying over $1000 per night? We didnt!!In the masterbedroom there was a funky smell, but we are at the beach so we opened the windows (all windows are missing screens to expect to get alot of mosquito bites). The next day the smell was still there. We searched and when we removed the sheets we found the mattress covered in dried urine stains!!!We called the host and they said they would resolve it........a person showed up with just a sheet and they were just going to put a sheet on the urine and have us sleep on it still?!?!?We were shocked, we said no change the mattress cover. When they employees started to remove the mattress cover there were dark brown nasty substance and the smell got alot worse......yes there was tons of feces inside!! Even their workers were disgusted!!After on the phone with mulitple people and alot of yelling, they finally brought a new mattress. When the mattress arrived the worker asked us to help him remove the old mattress and carry the new mattress upstairs! We didnt realize we were on the Avantstay payroll.Avantstay, thanks for a unforgettable experience. We now have stories to tell of how we paid tons of money to sleep on urine and human feces!

We had a great stay at 16 Bobcat Lane. The weather was a bit chilly, but we still sat in the rockers on the porch and enjoyed the views. The house was very comfortable. (My husband says to get 5stars you need a hot tub!)

12 crystal chalet was the perfect size for my family of 5 plus a couple of my kids’ friends. We had more than enough room. We loved the two gas fireplaces that we could switch on with the flip of a button after a long day on the slopes. The view from the condo was spectacular, and the location was super close to everything within mountain village.I was hesitant to book this condo because it wasn’t ski-in, ski-out, but the free shuttle was so Uber convenient and easy to use. We simply called for a ride, or used the app to request a ride, and a driver was wherever we needed him to be within 5 minutes. The ride to the slopes was less than 5 minutes. The free service is available anywhere within mountain village, which was so convenient.I’d definitely recommend this place for enjoying the slopes or the summer in telluride.

House was epic. Bigger than everyone expected. Every had their own room and privacy, but there was so many different spaces we could spend time together. I didn’t realize there was a bar which was perfect for making drinks and tasting wines. Indoor hot tub wowed everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the floor plan of the house. Location was great. Avantstay Customer Service handles everything quickly and efficiently. I was very disappointed the pool lights were broken and we couldnt swim at night. There are only 2 TVs in this huge house; which is strange. Overall we had a great stay and would come back if pool lights are fixed.

Great experience with the communication, instructions with Avant. The property itself was a bit worn out. Several doors didn’t work or were in need of repair. Most of the house was just quickly patched and not fully repaired. Several chairs were broken and barely holding on. The bikes they had there were broken and flat tires, when we tried the pump it was also broken. Just a bit disappointed in the details. Overall we had an amazing time. The house was located on a very secluded area of the beach. Absolutely relaxing.

When you hear AvantStay, you should know: Stay Away!On May 22, 2023 we made reservations directly on the AvantStay website for a 4-night stay at the White Sails rental property in Destin, Florida, from August 16, 2023 to August 20, 2023, for a total amount of $3,079.48 (reservation number - DRWVBLQ6). So, on August 16, 2023 at approximately 1:30 pm, after a long drive from Atlanta, my wife, her elderly mother and I arrived at the above property (for highly anticipated long weekend together), completely unaware of a distressing experience awaiting us. The condition of the White Sails property and our dealing with AvantStay turned out to be disastrous!Not only was the property completely dilapidated (very run down, with rust everywhere, missing/broken shutters, doors not open properly, very scuffed floors and walls, run down and moldy bathrooms; living room couches were extremely stained and wet with odor of urine (the fan was left blasting on high to dry them out); dirty swimming pool full of debris and with signs of algae - not at all what the pictures had shown on the company website), but the primary/master bedroom’s FRENCH CLEAR GLASS DOOR/WINDOW, which was promised by AvantStay website to provide million dollar views of the harbor/gulf, WAS ENTIRELY MISSING! Instead of replacing it, they simply BOARDED UP the space with plywood, leaving the broken French clear glass door/window next to the house!The overpowering smell of mildew in the property was intolerable! We had to immediately vacate the premises and contacted AvantStay to report the issues. After engaging in futile phone conversations with several AvantStay representatives over 2 hours (sitting in our car with the running engine since it was 90 F and we had groceries), we were unable to reach a resolution. They flatly refused to fix the issue with the boarded-up window in the master bedroom. We then requested an alternative property nearby (we could just drive there), which was met with another firm denial. Our last resort was to demand a full refund, to which a representative responded with a promise to follow up.Due to the above circumstances, we were unable to stay at the White Sails property and urgently sought an alternative accommodation in the community on our own. What a nightmare! Around 3 pm on August 16, 2023, we managed to secure a different vacation property (in the same community) that was clean and, most importantly, not boarded-up.At 5:45 pm on August 16, 2023, we finally received a follow-up from AvantStay via email: they refused to provide a full refund. They acknowledged that the missing French clear glass door/window is boarded up but claimed that it would not impact our stay - an assertion that was inconceivable to us. Perhaps it’s AvantStay’s standards, but no reasonable person would stay in such boarded-up dilapidated house on their vacation (unless they are trapped and have no other choice).AvantStay promises experiences like home, only better. Well, in our home we don’t have boarded up windows, and we would not stay in a boarded-up house on our vacation - even for free! I replied to their email providing detailed explanations, and insisting on a full refund, but unfortunately, I did not receive any further communication from AvantStay. We still haven’t received our money back! Moreover, we later found out that at least since June 26, 2023, AvantStay had been aware of the issue with the boarded-up space of the missing French clear glass door/window in master bedroom, but they chose not to disclose it to us! Just imagine staying with your family for a luxury vacation in such a smelly dilapidated house where the first thing you would see in the morning is a space boarded up with plywood - a space that should have been a French clear glass door/window with a bay view?! Would it be staycation worthy for anyone?

Our stay at the cabin was perfect! We would have been completely happy staying a week or even 2 if we had the time. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Very clean when we arrived. Very welcoming. And we absolutely loved the drive on the beautiful road leading up to the cabin. The location was perfect for us! Not crowded with cabins all around or right next to it. On a beautiful hillside and away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but an easy and close drive to all of the entertainment. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful weekend.

We recently stayed at the Bankhead Lodge in Denver NC and couldn’t have been happier. Avant Stay ensured every detail was covered from having a full spice tray to having all the necessary utensils for cooking, including the Blackstone utensils, for the propane unit outside. They even provided wood for the outdoor fireplace and the additional fire pit. The bath towels were luxurious and covered the full body and they even left us with dog toys and a bed for our golden doodle. The home was so clean you could practically eat off the floors. I would recommend this home and company without reservation.

This property by far exceeded our expectations! Mooresville is close by if restaurants are what youre looking for, but with the awesome view and amenities such as AR golf, pool table, darts, we opted to grill out and enjoy the cool breeze on the enclosed balcony. This is a great place for family and friends to congregate. You really dont have to leave the property for anything after stocking up either or both of the full-sized refrigerators. Dawn and Wesley kept us informed and ensured a smooth check in and check out process. Everything was superb from start to finish. Highly recommended!

BED BUGS!!! We rented 6807 E. Meadowlark Ln, Paradise Valley, AZ for a family celebration. Late our first night my nieces discovered bed bugs in their rooms. I immediately reported to Avant Stay and sent pictures as they requested. Because it was late, we all moved into bug free rooms and shared beds. No action from Avant Stay on Saturday so six of our nine family members decided to return to their homes. They did so with clothes in black trash bags to heat treat. The rest of us checked out on Sunday per our reservation. Through several emails with Avant Stay, including my request for a 75% refund, they sent me a report that Sexton Pest Control was sent to the home and reported no bed bugs. Avant Stay refunded me the cleaning fee and admitted to “unwanted pests” in the home but denies bed bugs. Pictures of bed bugs crawling in the beds. The pest company needs to do a more thorough inspection. Do not stay in this home.

The places are well-maintained, clean, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The pictures definitely are real and authentic. The app, check-in instructions and support team also made this a seamless experience. It was super easy to share access to the booking reservation with our other guests too.We did have a few issues with our second booking; however, the AvantStay Leadership team, specifically Jack Tuggle, helped us resolve our situation in a fast, appropriate and timely manner. A local member of their team even drove out the night of our stay to help us navigate a heating issue with the jacuzzi, which was damaged by a previous tenant. 5/5 stars for customer service - for sure! We stayed in Tidewater 103 H from April 6-13,2024. While it’s a beautiful location, there were a few things that need attention. First of all, the bed in the master is horribly uncomfortable. Secondly, the screened in porch needs some serious attention. Holes in the screens and parts of the trim holding the screens in just flap in the wind. I’d advise the owners to invest in a metal ceiling as well, since everything gets drenched when it rains. The last thing was the washer and dryer setup. They are incredibly noisy. The dryer squeaks badly so be sure to only use it during the day. It’s a decent place but for that price I’d stay over at Mariners Walk instead of Tidewater.

This is our 4th time to stay in an AvantStay rental and our 2nd time at their location in Nashville. We will be back again!In fact, next year, we will be bringing more friends and renting multiple spaces at once.Our stay this time was perfect for the 6 of us in town for work and play. The location is in good proximity to several iconic landmarks in LA. The apartment itself was clean, the roof top is a go-to spot for nighttime photos of the downtown skyline. The bedrooms were very nice. I personally like the art work in the living room. I found the pieces to be very gentle on the eyes. There are four level of stairs, which was ok for me and my family but this is not for the challenge. The two parking spots were great. Would I return to this location? Most Definitely!

This is a beautiful property however it really needs some updates. Upon arrival we discovered that the home is in immediate need of updating. The bathrooms on the 1st floor were unacceptable. We had to give the master bedroom with our guest as we couldnt with good conscious take the best bedroom knowing that the other rooms werent up to par. All of the beds squeak horribly. Furnishings in bedrooms were sparce. I was totally surprised. The pool wasnt clean and the pool house had bugs. Thisnhome has lots of potential but needs some immediate TLC.

Great experience at Telluride in town. It’s a 5 minute walk to the town gondola and close to restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well appointed and we really loved the steam shower in the second bathroom. This is a basement/ground floor unit. It can accommodate a family of six but we had four. Nice family gathering area and dining table. Also we are happy to have stayed in town vs mountain village. Larger cars may not fit in the garage space provided but there is street permit parking a block away

DONT USE AVANT STAY!!Stayed at Avant Stay in Hilton Head and the property was a dump! We complained several times and never had a response until checkout on the last day. Beds and couches smelled like pee, the floors weren’t cleaned between guests, several pieces of furniture from the photos weren’t in the house upon arrival, the towels were stained with dirt and grime, the yard wasn’t mowed or kept, the grass underneath the hammock had never been mowed or trimmed, as well as a whole slew of other issues.Avant stay even uses a fake photo for the walkway to their beach. We posted the real one here. 75 Sandpiper is a dump and no one should stay there. Please don’t give your money to this company. They are trying to blame us for the uncleanliness, but we have all the evidence to say otherwise. They are the worst!!
