However, after conducting extensive research and understanding Terri Simpsons motives and her significant role in developing the program, I was simply in awe. Her comprehensive and meticulous approach to creating the program showcases her brilliance and genius.The program itself yields unbelievable results. Witnessing the benefits experienced by my friends left me wondering how it was even possible. Now, having experienced it firsthand, I understand the true effectiveness. Its incredible. If there were a pill that could deliver all of these benefits, it would undoubtedly become the most sought-after pharmaceutical drug on the market. But there is no pill. Instead, the session itself is the key, and while it requires a commitment to attend, it provides an incredible opportunity to relax and pamper oneself—a crucial aspect of the healing process.Considering my incredibly busy schedule, the time spent during the session feels incredibly well-invested. The benefits of rest, relaxation, and taking that time for oneself are incredibly helpful for healing and recovery. As someone who has suffered from a stroke, I can confidently say that it is the best medicine one could possibly ask for.

The staff is always cordial and friendly. They are professional and knowledgeable. The red light sessions are relaxing. I feel mentally and physically refreshed after each session. Very pleasant and its helping me keep my body healthy. Thank you for your care and caring.

I love being in Avanti and doing my red light sessions. The place has a very good vibe, very clean and smells sooo good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service they provide is excellent. Whenever I leave this place after my session I feel calm and relaxed. It gives me a contented disposition. This place is highly recommended.

I took advantage of its $49 special. I’ve done red light before but Avanti does it different than I have before. It was lovely. 20 minutes to spa music, and I am pretty sure I snored. :) I liked experiencing the body scan too & vibration plate was good too. Very clean, staff nice & knowledgeable. Being a fitness trainer, this is important. They were not pushy either.

I have been a member of Avanti Body since February of this year and it has been an oasis of tranquility in my daily life. I am busier in my retired life than I ever was when I was working. My three weekly visits to Avanti Body provide time for reflection and readjustment to the finer things in life. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone who could use reaffirmation of your life during the course of your week.

Sounds sort of crazy but Ive never had a gym membership, and couldnt imagine I would Ive done the Avanti 20 three times now and couldnt imagine it not being part of my weekly routine. Gina the personal coach is great and the staff welcoming.

I will be forever grateful for the invitation to have a session at Avanti Body in Vacaville. Getting to my first treatment was difficult as I had been battling depression, anxiety, and physical fatigue for almost a year. And the commitment to get and stay hydrated before seemed daunting. After 20 min of being embraced by the light, my body felt nourished, and my mind was nurtured in a way that is difficult to explain. It didn’t fix anything, I just felt something. After several visits, I had more energy, found more things to smile about, and I had hope for the first time in a long time. I now prioritize time for light nourishment, knowing my cells need to be reminded to do their job. Hydration and other nutrients are essential, but nothing can replace light.

I began Avanti agreeing to the “try it” offer. That day, I met a wonderful staff and learned a lot about Red Light Therapy for my body. The session was warm and relaxing. Right after the trial session, I felt, I had to try this on a regular basis and signed up for a plan. Everything was going slow for me until I got the right foods together that would enhance my progress. I did not give up and it’s paying off. After my initial plan ended, I signed on for a maintenance plan. My trial started with Avanti August 2022 and I’m still getting sessions. Everyday I’m scheduled, I can’t wait to get to Avanti for my ocean waves peaceful experience. I always have a pleasant time with the kind staff and management. They are awesome. Avanti is worth a try.
