Our family values quality and comfort, and here we found exactly what we were looking for.I particularly want to highlight the gym, equipped with modern equipment that allows maintaining physical fitness without the need to leave the complex. This significantly saves time and makes the training process as comfortable and accessible as possible.The pool deserves special words of gratitude. We spend a lot of time there with the family, enjoying quality rest and the opportunity to take a break from the daily hustle. The water is always clean, and the area around the pool is well-maintained and inviting for a pleasant time.I must also mention Rosie, the manager, who was incredibly kind and always there to assist me whenever I sought help. Her friendliness and efficiency have made a significant difference in our living experience.I can confidently recommend Avalon to friends and acquaintances searching for the ideal living space. Here, you will find not only comfort and security but also a friendly community.

2024-06-28 14:00:48Avalon West Hollywood is not recommended. Multiple armed break-ins, a murder, frequent unhoused intrusions, and human feces found multiple times in the stairwells. Elevators often broken, fire alarms constant. Dishonest lease renewal tactics. Package theft, broken garage doors, car vandalism and disrespectful AirBnB guests. Only positives: friendly maintenance, clean gym.

2024-02-15 00:49:11I had a wonderful experience moving into Avalon West Hollywood! Special shout out to Rosa Moreno (Rosie) from the management team who was super helpful throughout. I had a complicated situation with my lease that required a lot of back and forth. Rosie was incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time. Add to that, shes super approachable -- I really appreciate that I can come to her about anything. And she always handles any questions or concerns I have immediately. Thanks so much Rosie!!!

2024-05-02 22:12:35I moved to Avalon West Hollywood in April 2024 from Avalon Riverview in New York City. As someone who has been with Avalon for over a decade, and mostly happy with them, Avalon West Hollywood far exceeded my expectations. From Day 1, Rosie Moreno provided the best move-in experience, from the orientation in the community and to personally putting in maintenance orders for my apartment. She attends to all my inquiries with care. Almost all of my requests have been resolved within a day. Another shoutout goes to Leo Najaryan, on a couple of occasions he went out of his way to resolve my requests in expeditious manner. What an amazing office team!A few words on the maintenance team. In my opinion, they are the real heroes. Eden Alcaraz and Eduardo Lopez made my apartment a priority and resolved all my maintenance requests flawlessly. My apartment is fully functioning and I have a piece of mind thanks to them. Would definitely recommend moving into this community.

2023-12-09 20:46:08Living at Avalon West Hollywood for the last four years has been an incredible experience. The location is great, and the building is a real luxury. What stands out most is the top-notch amenities and the sense of community here.But the real star of Avalon is Romeo Singh, the property manager. He’s not just good at his job; he’s amazing. Super responsive, and always there when you need him. He runs the place so well, making sure everything is top-notch. It’s his leadership that really makes Avalon feel special. Big thanks to Romeo for making my experience at Avalon so memorable!In short, Avalon West Hollywood isn’t just a place to live; it’s a place that feels like home, thanks to the people who run it. Definitely a top recommendation for anyone looking for a place in the area.

2024-02-10 22:31:35Ever since the unhoused encampment on Poinsettia has grown, crime in the area has gotten increasingly bad, and the building has been awful at communicating this to us. There was an armed robbery + a break-in on the ground level floor on the poinsettia side. there was also a shooting at 4 AM about a month later. and most recently, a break in ON my floor. Word is someone from the unhoused encampment has gained access to our key fobs and the building is not able to revoke access. They’ve made no steps to change the locks. And now this morning, someone started a fire in the stairwell. Whenever I’ve tried to contact building safety or management - my requests go unanswered.There have also been countless times where fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night because people get into the building and smoke in the stairwells. I’ve evacuated and stood in the lobby, waiting for direction from the building and often times no one shows up. it falls on the residents to figure out if we need to call the cops/fire department or not. I have tried calling the safety line and no one answers.Before I moved into my unit, there was a leak and they told me it would be fixed beforehand. it wasn’t. It continued to leak for an entire year and was never resolved. I put in countless requests, spoke with management face-to-face, spoke with maintenance, filled out surveys, sent emails, called, etc. and the issue was never resolved and little communication was ever had. The windows continue to leak for the entire year, even flooding my floor and ruining my carpet.as of 2/10/24: my apartment has flooded again and my lease just officially ended. they offered me a $150 gift card for the damages…. keep in mind there’s been mold in the apartment for a year.The building sent out surveys to ask how you’re enjoying your time - I would fill them out and ask to speak to someone and never once received an answer. So what’s the point?I’ve never left a review in my life, but feel others should know this information. While the actual apartment units and amenities are beautiful, the lack of safety and communication from management is unacceptable.

2024-02-12 04:52:14This is a beautiful building that unfortunately has poor management and poor security. My husband and I have lived here over six years but recently security has gone downhill. I have had around 5-10 packages stolen inside the building and they won’t do anything about it. Why are there security cameras then? It’s a free for all with packages and residents know it so they just take whatever and no one cares. It is also basically impossible to contact anyone that works here. You have to use an app but it won’t even let me log in. And whenever there is a security issue you can only call a third party number and they won’t do anything about it. We have made a lot of noise complaints because our upstairs neighborspends entire days singing and playing the piano very loudly from 8am to midnight sometimes and Avalon won’t do anytjing about it. Anyone can basically get in because security is never around and there have been break ins recently. This doesn’t feel like a luxury building anymore and I am extremely disappointed in how it is being managed. They have put as much distance between residents and management as possible so it is basically impossible to talk to anybody so maybe yhis message will help?

2024-04-10 01:51:03ROSIE MORENO IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A HUMAN. FIRSTLY, SHE IS INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL WITH REGARDS TO HER MANNERISMS, ARTICULATION AND OVERALL KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPERTY. She deserves unlimited stars for how prompt of a responder she is to any issues present within the property. Frankly, shes the only one who actually responds, is knowledgable and super intelligent with her feedback. She is an asset to the community property and deserves all of the recognition and more!

2024-04-11 02:50:45Just making an update to my previous review(s), Rosie has been awesome! She’s attentive, personable and addresses all of your concerns to the best of her ability. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Victoria in housekeeping and Adrian who holds down our maintenance issues. They are the best and deserve recognition. Is the building perfect? Absolutely not. However, happy that they are here providing tenants with great customer service and a friendly smile!
