Living at Avalon Dublin Station since November 2022 has been an exceptional experience. The leasing team has consistently provided top-notch service, always going above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. From promptly addressing maintenance requests to proactively looking out for our needs, they have truly set a high standard for apartment living. The professionalism and dedication of the leasing team are commendable, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. So happy to have joined the Avalon community here in Dublin! From the beginning start process Leah has been amazing and very attentive she made our moving process super smooth and easy. So far our apartment is perfect and we have enjoyed a couple of the amenities here at Avalon . On our first day moving in we met Henry our maintenance guy he is super nice he showed us around a bit some of the amenities, trash disposal etc. Everyone has been extremely professional overall it’s a great community.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartment has contracted a predatory towing company to patrol the lot. Many Tenants have been towed from their own spaces. I had to pay $425 to recover my car. I just had knee surgery so I had to drive my car back 30 minutes with excruciating pain (and possibly damaging my knee further) to avoid the $120 daily storage fee the towing company charges after towing, as they will only releasee the car to the title owner. Ive seen the towing company on many occasions looking at each car with a flashlight for any reason to tow.If you want impromptu friends over you will not be able to get a guest parking pass outside of leasing office business hours, as only they can provide them. This apartment does not give out warnings, they tow right away. The towing company provided blurry pictures that did not show the pass expiration date, but the leasing office still did not provide compensation. I have never seen such a horrible parking policy. I cannot have guests over and now I am terrified to have my own car parked here as I don’t want my car towed again.

Not only does she have the best attitude, she is communicative, responsive and always checks in. She is one of the best people to work with. The whole staff and maintenance team has always been courteous and I am so thankful for that. Hats off to Avalon for building a great team.

Predatory Towing of vehicles. Was visiting a friend on 6/14/24 for roughly 1hr. Came out to car..it was towed for violating over 2hr rule. Call tow company who quoted me outraged tow and daily storage fee. Very rude. Would not provide me proof of how they calculated time of arrival that added up to over 2hrs. Spoke with property management, who provided no assistance or help. Then while visiting same friend on 6/18/24 we see a tow truck at 3am driving slow around park area looking into cars. Not to our surprise the tow truck lifts a newer model white SUV. I walked up the block to speak with him(while he was connecting SUV) about the towing of my vehicle days earlier. He confirmed towing my vehicle and said if I had $500 he could meet me at tow yard to get mine out.(although fee was roughly $1,000 then). I declined and towed the SUV at 3am although signs say 2hr parking mon-fri 7am-6pm. TO THE OWNER OF THE WHITE SUV THAT WAS TOWED LAST WEEK PLEASE CONTACT ME. IM EYEWITNESS PROOF THAT YOU SUV WAS ILLEGALLY TOWED. Avalon Dublin Station...yall gotta do better. This is a shame a shambles a rip off and ILLEGAL.

Im not understanding the negative reviews because ever since my partner and I started living here in May 2023, weve had nothing but a very pleasant experience so far.When we first moved in, we had John and Tanaya helping us out. We did come across a hiccup but they were able to take full responsibility and made up for it. I understand leasing offices swap out team members, and now we have Lea and Jamie helping us out whenever we need them.When I say these women (and the rest of the team) are the dream team, I mean it! They do everything to make sure that the community loves their homes. They provide random donuts and coffee days, food truck days, we even have a bingo night coming up soon. The effort they put in never goes unnoticed and it is truly appreciated coming from a renter.To close this, I do want to give a special shoutout to Lea and Jamie. These two go above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met and that were happy renters. Thats something you cannot find in most apartment leasing staff. Apartment leasing staff members tend to have that reputation to be rude, super unhelpful, and very disregard. These two are the exact opposite. Every time I reach out to Lea and Jamie, they go over and above.Shoutout to this team for making us proud to be Avalon renters! :)

I want to give a big thank you to Lea Borja, for going above and beyond. Today Wednesday February 7th, she was able to resolve my issue with getting the right internet package deal with AT and T. Shes very calm, collective and smart.Lea was one of the first people at Avalon to show me the apartment I now live in. She was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with any questions regarding the first apartment Ive ever owned.Need more people like her at the Avalon Dublin station leasing office. A great place to call Home. I just moved in and wanted to share how amazing my experience has been. This apartment units are new and have great amenities. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tamana Ahmedi for being so courteous and responsive to resolve any problem that I came up with.The staff here really makes life easier. Whenever I need to have something fixed (replacing light bulb or fixing kitchen sink) the maintenance staff get it done really fast. The front desk signs for deliveries, store them in the leasing office for pickup and notify me over email.The common areas and facilities are kept clean every day. The fitness center is really big and has free weights, dumbbells and a host of strength and cardio machines. The game room as well as pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and five storied covered parking garage. Overall the enhanced security measurements like electronic key fob enabled doors ensure complete peace of mind living inside this gated community.I moved from Union City area and must say this neighborhood is way beautiful and safe. Another plus point of this apartment complex is convenience to commute having Dublin BART entrance is just a few steps away. If youre looking for the top-of-the-line apartment nearby Dublin, I dont see a better spot compared to Avalon at this point.

The Apartment looked great and this was the only apartment with decent reviews. No doubt this place had good reviews, the move in was smooth and our requests were taken care by the team very well. Tanaya and John were happy to help us out everytime we requested something. The office staffs are friendly and accommodating.The apartment looks great from the outside and also the houses are large and comfortable, well insulated with heating and air conditioning. The move in is easy as the lifts are spacious to accommodate your things. The maintenance team is also really quick.They have food truck every Thursday, organize movie nights, the swimming pool is great and the Bart and buses are stones throw from the apartment. Also the shopping places are just a few minutes away.The living room,kitchen and bathrooms had ample lights, but the bed rooms did not have lights and also no provision for fitting lights on the wall, so had to buy standing lights for both the rooms.Even though the rent is on the higher side, you wont regret renting this place as it offers a pleasant and enjoyable living space.

This review pertains to the maintenance staff at Avalon Dublin Station, specifically Henry S.Henry does an awesome job at keeping the Phase 2 bldg. and common areas up to snuff. He has a very helpful and dependable personality. Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to identifying problems and fixing them to the best of his abilities but he also ensures to get you connected to the appropriate parties to make sure your problems are resolved to the fullest. Henrys interpersonal and trade skills are greatly appreciated by me as a resident of the community.

Ive moved around in the bay area quite a bit, recently moving to Dublin. Avalon Dublin is without a doubt the best apartment I have ever lived at, and this goes for both, the apartment unit and the complex itself!Avalon staff is amazing and super friendly; especially Tamana. She has been super responsive, friendly and made our move-in a breeze!The location is excellent; pretty close to parks, shopping complexes, movie theatre and right across the street from Dublin BART station. Now thats an easy commute to work!Im living in one of the Signature collection apartments, and it is a class apart; from the accent walls, wifi-enabled Nest learning thermostat to the recessed lighting and premium appliances. This is a Five-Star experience for sure; as good as it gets!

I’ve had a great experience so far with this community. From my appointment with John, to getting my keys with Jamie, to my emails getting answered thoroughly and professionally by Evelyn and Lea, and an impromptu introduction by Brandon, and I can’t forget my wonderful experiences with Anthony and Henry from the maintenance team, I’ve had wonderful interactions with everyone. There are a couple of other maintenance team members I’ve met but wasn’t able to remember their names at the time of this review. My apologies.I feel like a valued member of the community, and the only downside is that I didn’t lease here sooner. Is it the least expensive community around? No, it’s not, but rent is high everywhere, and I like being close to BART and appreciate the access codes that I can have texted to a guest rather than giving someone my key. I haven’t seen any dog waste around the community which I appreciate.I had been meaning to write a review and am glad I had the opportunity to do so now. Thank you to the team. I really appreciate living in this community in my new (apartment) home!

Weve lived here for 1.5 years and only have positive things to say about Avalon! The leasing office, Tanaya in particular, is quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful assisting us in transferring units within the building. The whole team does a great job keeping the community informed and running smooth.The gym, pool, and package room are really nice and the proximity to BART and nearby shops is an added perk as well. Would definitely recommend Avalon Dublin Station to friends/family!

Very famous BART station. Parking gets full before 7:30 AM in the morning. People from dublin, plesanton, San Ramon area takes bart from here to commute to the San Francisco for their daily commute to work place. This station has two sides. One on Dublin side and one in Plesanton side. So be mindful which side u want to go if you are new to this place.

Lived for 12 months from 2021 - 2022. Here are pros and cons:Pros:1. Close to Bart.2. Good maintance staffs.3. John from leasing office is very responsive.4. Well-maintained building.Cons:1. Weed. Expect to smell through your windows and air vent.2. Price increase. The new quote we received was about 15% increase after 12 months lease and they put a lower price for the same unit than the listed rent cost on our quote.3. Move-out fees: I wasnt aware to give them back a cardboard parking pass as leasing office told me that You just need to drop off keys. Then, they called me the next day after I moved out that they will charge me over $100 if I do not return it by that day. Additionally, I dropped off all keys on the day of move-out at the drop-off box as instructed and they charged me over $100 late fee anyway because they picked it up the next day morning.4. Noise: Huge construction going on by Bart garage and wall is paper thin. + people doing donuts at the bart garage and speeding every morning.I recommend this place if you are a commuter without kids and enjoy loud noises with a smell of weed every weekends!

Ive been living at Avalon communities for over 7 years and my experience with Avalon has always been extraordinary! I moved to Avalon Dublin station recently and my experience with leasing staff while touring and during move-in exceeded my expectations. They made the transfer process easy and quick and move-in experience even better. I initially scheduled my move-in at 2pm but due to traffic and movers delay I had to come in too late, close to the office closing hours. John from leasing assured me that he and his team member will wait until we arrive so we dont have hurry and stress ourselves.. we arrived just 10 mins before closing. However, John ensured we got all info that we need as part of orientation and handed over our apartment keys. Apartment is clean and got new carpets and paint and no maintenance issues so far. With Avalon you get the best quality apartments and service compared to any other brand .!!!

Avalon Dublin Station is an amazing property and is located 100 feet from Dublin Bart station which is very convenient for commuting. You are just half a mile away from StarBucks, WholeFood, Cinema and many restaurants and eateries. The property is also very clean and the staff is doing an amazing job. Management team and maintenance team are very prompt when residents have any queries. I will give them 10/10 on their customer service. I am having an amazing time living in this community.

This has been a long overdue post. I have been living at Avalon Dublin Station for about 4 years now in BOTH buildings. The team, especially Tanaya, was nothing but amazing! She was extremely helpful in assisting us with all our problems that came up over the years. Another shout out goes to Henry I believe was his name. Hes the one that keeps the apartment complex clean! He also never fails to welcome us with a hi and a smile whenever we run into him! The amenities are also all up to par. I enjoyed using the fitness center and the billiards community lounge the most. Never personally had a missing package/problem with my deliveries either. Loved how close BART was to the apartment as well! Also walkable distance to Persimmon Place where Wholefoods & Chipotle are (10 min walk & 2 min drive). Theyve also recently updated all their doors to a Wifi Smart Lock which was a nice addition to the apartment! Overall, an amazing experience these past 4 years here at Avalon Dublin Station.

PJ, Jen, John, Christie, and Tanya have been spectacular! Their daily commitment and dedication to provide top-notch customer service and build a community based on kindness and compassion has been outstanding.Our family has had nothing but a positive experience living at Avalon Dublin Station Apartment. We appreciated all the amazing amenities; two swimming pools, a fitness center, recreation/tv room and business office, which we used regular. This is our second experience at Avalon Dublin. In the first instant, we stayed here for 2 months with a third party that leased furnished apartments. We were extremely happy with the facilities available at this community and decided to sign a long term lease with Avalon.The move-in process was easy. John Burkart is very knowledgeable about the processs and he walked us through the process with ease. He was extremely helpful throughout the process.After a month we decided to switch the apartment to a bigger place in the same community. Tanaya was very helpful walking us through the process and helped us with the paperwork.I will always recommend Avalon Dublin Station to my family and friends. The amenities are fabulous and the location is closer to BART and shopping plaza.

I’ve had such a great experience at this place and I genuinely enjoy being a resident here. First and foremost, John from the leasing office got all the paperwork done and everything approved in literally 34 mins lol on top of that, I told him I had to move in the next day and he made it happen. Everything just happened so smoothly and I even told him in person like 4x how appreciative I am that he made it such an easy move in for me. I also love how attentive Darin, the maintenance guy is. He fixed my dishwasher immediately and he was so sweet.The apartment itself is so nice. When I moved in, it was actually spotless unlike a lot of other places I’ve moved into. The trash chutes are also always pretty clean, again unlike other previous places I’ve lived in. Sometimes the trash would be so bad and trash everywhere, it was a complete mess but at Avalon, it’s rare to see trash on the floors or hallways for than an hour. I love how clean and how much they take care of the property. There’s tons of amenities even though I haven’t checked them all out yet but the gym is amazing. They have tons of nice newer machines and it’s never packed which is nice and it’s really spacious.Also there are sooo many cute little doggos that are here and considering there are tons of residents with fur babies, the outside grounds are clean as well. I feel like people clean up after their pets (there’s baggies outside and trash bins for it) and there’s a park that you can walk your dog around too.Love this place, so glad I decided to move here :)

Been here for a few weeks. Maintenance is awesome, office staff is great. Grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. So far so good!Update: After a year my impression is not as a favorable as it once was. Put in a repair request and it was not addressed for four days and the repairman was rude. Front office people are still nice though.Update: There were things going on that made the maintenance persons demeanor completely understandable. All good.Update: Do not live here! They will absolutely cheat you out of your security deposit. I plan on disputing their charges all the way so I will not say too much now but I will write an updated review after the issue has been resolved. However, if you value being treated fairly DO NOT LIVE HERE!Update: Spoke with the property manager about the security deposit issue and they went above and beyond to address my issue with the deductions. Anyone looking for an apartment in Dublin should definitely consider living at Avalon Dublin Station. If by chance you ever have a problem or issue, call the property office and they will address it.

Avalon Dublin Station is the best apartment community we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at many other places). The apartments are really spacious with top notch build quality. The staff is super-friendly and very helpful. We have been living here for about a year and whenever the need for any maintenance has arose the staff has been super responsive and issues were resolved super quick. The fitness center is equipped with pretty much everything you can imagine. One of the perks of this community is that you get to enjoy the large pool, an amazing patio, bbq area and game room for free. There are also special conference rooms and office spaces free to use which comes in very handy if you work remotely.In terms of location, you cannot beat this if you often use Bart for commute and getting anywhere for that matter.We absolutely love this place!

My husband and I went to tour this property as we are looking to relocate. They didn’t have an available unit of the model I wanted to view. We were able to look at another unit which was slightly similar. The people in the leasing office were very nice and very helpful. I think my only disclaimer would be that they should provide a breakdown of additional fees. For example, parking, they only provide a range of $15-$150 or so and they don’t specify what amount pertains to what. So when I inquired on the range, basically the lower end of the spectrum is for a bicycle and the higher end of the spectrum is for a vehicle and there is an additional charge if it is an electric vehicle. It is pretty mind blowing that the rents are already expensive, but on top of that you have to pay rent to park your car. It’s not just this property, because I have seen this with a lot of other properties. On the plus side, this location is directly across the street from Bart. So it’s pretty nice to go outside and only have to go across the street to catch public transportation. I just thought that I would share my findings and experience upon going for a tour. Hopefully this will help someone who may have, similar concerns.

Weve lived here for over 6 years and have been very satisfied.The maintenance and office staff are top-notch. With pandemic related supply shortages, theres some times a small delay in getting things addressed but the team communicates well and makes sure things get resolved. Special shout out to Henry who is always greeting everyone with a big smile.The location is great. Close to all the major retailers and restaurants in the Tri-valley. For commuters, the apartments are across the street from BART, 15 minutes from the ACE train and close to the 580 & 680 freeways.

I appreciate what Avalon Dublin provide its residents. It is nice that they provide spacious units which makes it cozy and furnished with new kitchen and laundry appliances. They also have nice facilities which includes the gym, pool area and a multipurpose room for recreation. And on top of that, it is managed by courteous and helpful people in the leasing office and the people maintaining the community are doing a great job. Out of all of the apartments Ive lived in, Avalon is by far the best in terms of overall experience. Its prime location, well-maintained facilities, pleasant community, and wondrous staff make it one of the top places to live in the Dublin/Pleasanton area.I have highlight and give warm regards to the current staff at Avalon as they have made leasing, moving-in, and living smooth and enjoyable. The way they treat their tenants is personalized and welcoming. Everyone is kind, and actually looks out for you with regards to current news, missing packages, etc. Kudos to the entire team for making Avalon a great place to live!Overall, I am extremely satisfied with living here at Avalon, and will most likely be extending my lease after it expires. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home in the Bay -- especially those who work in SWE/tech and are looking for good commuting options!

Avalon Dublin Station is a great place to live! I have been a resident for a year and renewed my lease in October 2017. The maintenance staff is amazing especially Ken (maintenance manager) and Julio. I entered a service request for an issue where my laminate floor was coming up and Julio came by the same day to take a look at it and came back the very next day with the proper equipment to get it fixed. They are all so friendly and helpful and I give the staff a full 5 stars! the property grounds always look so clean and well kept. Thank you guys for being such a great management team and making this place so great to call home.

I dealt with Tanaya mainly and Martha as well. Both were very accommodating and understanding. I was able to get the apartment of my choice and at the time I needed it thanks to them. The transition process and the moving was also very smooth and fast, I must say Im very impressed with the customer service here. Great location. Recent construction. Every floor has an attached parking on the same floor. Next to BART, shopping area, Whole Foods, etc. Good gym.If you have a kid, I would suggest you think twice about moving in here. Residents dont like kids laughing in the hallways and have actually complained about this.Maintenance staff is great and Leasing office responsiveness is improving these days.I must make a mention of special people at Avalon who make being here great, such as maintenance folks Henry and Kenny. Henry, especially, is always considerate and helpful.

This is an overall review and specifically about my most recent move (transfer).I’d like to start by saying the management staff are excellent at what they do. They’re professional, patient, and efficient. COVID-19 has tied the hands of many people, including the management team, but they still strive to do their best and help you to the full extent of their ability.The maintenance team is always great to work with. They are very knowledgeable. Henry who I’ve run into multiple times around building 2 is personable and very friendly.For my recent transfer, I had the pleasure of being helped by Robyn Tibbitts. She made the whole process effortless. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to secure my transfer and made me really feel like I was a valued tenant. Robyn definitely swayed my decision to stay here at Avalon when I was looking for a larger place.I’m happy with my decision to live here at Avalon and I’m glad to call it home.

After a couple of months living in this apartments, I have only good words about them and its workers.I would point out the kindness and level of commitment of all the staff and, specially of Tamana in the leasing office. Since the first day, she was really nice and very responsive. Moved here from another state Nov 2021. The apt living area is nice and spacious. Bedroom small but we dont need alot of space. Gym is great and has plenty of equipment. We love being close to everything. Garage feels pretty safe as well as property. A couple days after moving in started to smell foul putrid smell emitting from bathroom toilet and under sink. This issue has not been fixed yet and it smells horrible. Cant leave doors open because the smell floats into my bedroom. Maintenance has come by a few times and the smell plagues us weekly. I constantly put in requests to fix and nothing has remedied the problem. A plumber came by to assess but the team do not follow suggestions. I just want to take a bath in peace without the awful smell.

The only negative that is worth mentioning is that living on the bottom floor the trash room would always overflow and the smell permeated through the hallway (never into my apartment though).

My fiancé and I lived here for about a year and a half. I wish we couldve stayed longer but had to move because of work. I liked how the parking garage was connected to each floor. It was easy to bring in a big haul of groceries. It was great to have a gym on the first floor too. The staff was awesome. Maintenance was very friendly and got work orders done in a timely manner. We worked with Erica and she is a delight to work with. She answers emails quickly and helped take care of issues we had. Moving in and out was easy.

There have been many security and safety issues recently: homeless people sleeping over in the hallway, someone smoking crack, fire, multiple car break-ins. Residents were using the Facebook group to alert each other about these issues. While I am glad to know the management has hired a new security patrol company, I am disappointed to see that they chose to shut residents off by screening new posts on the Facebook group.Also, I feel like my family with kids is discriminated. Kids being kids so they make noise. We try our best to manage our kids. However, we have got repeated phone calls from management interrogating us about noise happened even at the times none of us were home. They increase my rent to a really high price comparing to similar units in the same building, and 14% higher than the price they offer out to others. Yet, they make up all kinds of explanation.I used to love this place. I hope it will be improved to get back at what it used to be.

UPDATE 11/25Things are deteriorating. The grounds are in good shape. However - parking is worse than ever. They wont switch to assigned parking - and people just park here for free constantly. I usually cant even park on my floor.The business lounge and recreational area TV are permanently off because the company wont pay to get whatever license is needed for the amenity.My rent went up, though. Good for them, right?Its a safe place to live if you dont mind paying for amenities you cant use, and a front office that doesnt enforce anything.The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the maintenence crew is very effective and responsive.The longer you live here - this evil corp will squeeze every penny they can get from you. Its easier to switch apartments every time your lease is up. Makes 0 sense. Leasing office lives and listens to what the computers tell them to do.Also - fireplace works now - but the grills are still busted.So - just use the place for daily free parking. Or take a stroll through the building since anyone can enter through the non enforced parking garage if they can tolerate an alarm that stops when the door closes.So disappointing.The good: the apartments are clean. The leasing office is kind and understanding. The grounds and pretty and well kept. If something goes a little wrong in your apartment, maintenance is on it.The bad: The fireplace downstairs has been broken for 7+ months. Only 1 of the 4 outside grills work.I guess this next one is good if you dont live here, own multiple cars and dont want to pay for parking, or want long term guests, but the parking situation is fairly abhorrent.People park in handicap spots, or take up spots near the doors who either have 2-3 cars (as the building has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments).So if you need a place to store your car, or live here and have friends that want free parking at BART, come on down and park for free. The front office has stated that they cant tow. The tow company on the apartment parking area signs will tell you that they wont tow either.Free parking!!! Very, very, very frustrating.

I have lived in Dublin Avalon for 2 years. I am moving because my wife and I are a couple with 2 children who have just bought a new home. I enjoy Avalons front office who are usually very helpful; however, the maintenance department has been very disappointing. I have had multiple service orders that have gone months without being addressed. This past labor day weekend, it was 80 to 90 degrees in my house and our AC was not working. I am a board certified intensive care physician so I am fully aware of the harm this could have caused my infant daughter. This is an emergency. I called the 24 hour service because there had not been a statement to residents to go to a cooling center during the 100 + degree weekend. The maintenance department never followed up with me. Instead, I received an email stating that I should go on the website for non-emergency. I would like to inform Avalon Dublin Station maintenance department that WE recommend young children and individuals above the age of 65 to seek out cooling centers to avoid medical emergencies from exposure to high temperatures. It is your responsibility to inform all tenants about malfunctioning AC units in order to provide a safe environment for their loved ones. I hope they will no longer put future tenants in harmful situations again.

I have been relocated frequently for work, and Avalon Dublin Station was by far, my favorite place I have lived. The units are spacious and modern and the amenities are terrific. The fitness center has anything and everything you could look for and the outdoor pool/patio space is superb. The staff is excellent and very helpful when you need anything and maintenance requests are timely. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment complex, especially if you are looking to utilize BART! The location is terrific and in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. After living here for a year and having lived in about 8-9 other apartment complexes prior to Avalon at Dublin Station over the past 5 years or so, I can easily say that Avalon Dublin Station is best.Why is Avalon Dublin Station so great, you ask? The location is prime (literally across the street from BART and close to a lot of shopping and the movie theater), the facilities and apartments are brand new, and the staff is second to none. I have had relatively few interactions with the office staff beyond my initial apartment walk through and the occasional office visit to pick up packages, but they have remembered my name and say it every time I come into the office. They make it a point to deliver superb customer satisfaction and do so with flying colors. Furthermore, the maintenance staff is astounding. Always friendly, always willing to help, and always going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Another fantastic feature is that all of the walls have ply wood (I think?) between them and the insulation. What does this mean? It means that the walls are completely soundproof. Ive never once heard my neighbors on the sides of me and thats a HUGE bonus.My apartment faces the highway and BART (I could literally throw a rock and hit someone waiting for the train) and we have ZERO noise whatsoever from the freeway or the train. None. Zip. Nada. The pool area is very quiet and serene, almost like a hotel resort. I have gone down and used the grills on several occasions in the evening on the weekend and it was completely silent and peaceful.Avalon Dublin Station is amazing. We have loved living here.

Avalon Dublin is a great place to live which is in a very close proximity to transportation, groceries, movies, restaurants etc. The community is pretty upscale with a top-notch amenities (the lounge, pool, barbecue area, multi-level parking garage, huge fitness center etc.) The apartment unit is spacious and lavish and I couldnt have chosen a better place.Last but not the least, like always, the entire staff is super nice and friendly and always ready to help and address your needs immediately. The apartment itself and maintenance is great. However, be wary of package theft. Its nothing on Avalon’s operations, rather the tenants they choose to keep. I have to say it is a very convenient location as it is right next to the Dublin BART station so access to SF is very easy. Also, the apartment is fairly new so there are no real issues that you could run into with older apartments. I was one of the first few people to move into the newer Avalon building two years ago. Aside from the distance from work and brutal commute, I have been very pleased and comfortable, especially with Bart being steps away, close proximity to freeways and all the new, surrounding commerce. Ive experienced quite a few leasing offices in the Bay Area and the Avalon Dublin Station is the only Ive been satisfied with. I was first welcomed by Katie and Erica in the leasing office, who are both very knowledgable in their work, welcoming and sincere and make it a point to assure they are providing the residential service you deserve. Shaima and Tamana listen to your inquiries and special requests and do their best to accommodate you. Julio, Kenneth and the rest of the maintenance staff work hard to keep the property taken care of, they are polite, professional and attentive to your needs and work orders. They even maintain their professionalism despite those tenants who do not respect the place we call home by allowing their pets to relieve themselves inside and surrounding the building and leaving it there, those that leave their trash in the garage or common areas and just the nuances of neighbors that you have to deal with in an apartment complex. The units have great floor plans and seem to be built with quality materials and appliances. The modern and clean fitness center, game room, business lounge, pool and BBQ areas are a bonus. I do wish the turn-around cleaning of moving into a different unit was much better. I did notice that building two is much cleaner than building one, perhaps because its newer.Overall, I am thankful to the staff who have genuinely shown their concern for my comfort as a resident. I will miss it once its time to move on to our next home. I would recommend Avalon Dublin Station to anyone interested in renting in the Dublin area.

A great place to live! This apartment complex is located right next to BART and other transit options, making the daily commute easy. The apartments are very new and the complex has a bunch of amenities such as a pool, outdoor BBQ, spacious gym, and tenant breakfasts. This rental community deserve 5 star rating. Basically, we spent few weeks looking for apartments in Dublin. This community is $ 200-300 more expensive compared to other communities, but it worths it.1) Its almost brand new & the maintenance service is outstanding, so it will remain high quality and brand new.2) The staff are really friendly. I have been in touch with Shaima & Heather. You feel that you are served in a high quality hotel.3) They will listen. The first day that we moved in, we realized that our neighbor is smoking inside his apartments which was not acceptable, since it is a non-smoking community. We followed up with the office, and after few warnings, they basically terminated his contract because of smoking in his apartments.

I absolutely love living here. Not only is my apartment brand new, but the grounds are kept in excellent condition. I seriously feel like Im living at a resort. From the pool with lap lanes to the outdoor fireplace and movie screen/TV, to the BBQ area, the gym, game room and all the other amenities, I can take a nice staycation every weekend! Its also located right across the street from BART, which is very helpful to me since I work in San Francisco. The office and maintenance staff are all incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Moved here end of December and its been a good move. Area is clean and the apartments are spacious and nice with good amenities. I work in the city, so BART station is couple of minutes of walk. Area is good with a lot of restaurants, grocery shops nearby. Smita from the Leasing Office was great in helping me with the whole process of leasing and moving.

I have just relocated from Ireland to work in California, after seeing some apartments in the area, i found Avalon Dublin Station, since the first time i contacted Avalon, their staff has been incredibly helpful, specially Shaima who has found me an amazing apartment, . The quality of the installations and apartment itself is superior. Having the Bart, Wholefoods, and a variety of shops and restaurants at its doors makes for a great location. Would recommend 10/10.

Living at Avalon Dublin Station is great. I love the apartment layout - it is perfect for the way we live. The location so close to BART is wonderful for going in to the city for baseball games, dinner and museums. The complex is also close to everything in Dublin that I need, shopping, movies, restaurants and parks. The staff at Avalon is wonderful. The Leasing Office people are friendly and helpful and the Maintenance Staff is the best ever - they are quick, efficient, super-competent and friendly. The gym here is perfect; it is will stocked, not too crowded and open at great times. The courtyard is clean, pretty and great for BBQing. I am very pleased to be living here and recommend our building whole heartedly.

Ive stayed in a number of apartments over the years in several cities and this is definitely one of my favorites.We moved in just 2 weeks ago and here are my impressions so far:As an engineer, I appreciate how well designed the apartment is. Lots of counter and storage space, good HVAC system, and the walls are not super thin! I was thoroughly surprised the day I moved when sound of a baby crying from across the hallway is completely gone after simply closing the front door... The elevators and stairways are also rationally placed, unlike the last one I stayed in.We worked with Tamana in signing the lease for this place and she has always been very helpful. The management team has been great in general.We havent made any maintenance requests yet but the maintenance staff seem to be on point: someone spilled trash in the trash room the other day but it was properly cleaned up the next day. All other common . Kudos to the staff!Overall, would definitely recommend!

The leasing office and maintenance has disregarded my complaint about the sewage smell coming from my bathroom sink, I’ve only been here 2 weeks. No one answers the phones. I’m here all the way from Texas and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Homeless sleeping at the pool, using the pool shower, we report it and they dont care and my car and my GF have booth been broken into, eventhough we dont leave valuables out.Update:1/25/23On three separate occasions we have seen homeless people sleeping in the stairwell and door I have to use to get to my car.1. man sleeping in the stairwell next to a door, I must use to get to my car and go to work, the man wouldnt move or respond to me talking to him2. 6am a homeless woman was brushing her teeth in stairwell3. Recently the fire alarm was set off seemingly on purpose (a trash can fire) at 4am in the morning, after being outside in the cold waiting for the alarm to be canceled a homeless man came and laid down in the stairwell close to the entrace to my halllway. Later on it was reported that there were 15 breakins in a 3 day period (1/20/23 to 1/23/23), the fire was casued by a man smoking crack by the game room, and the fire was said to be small according to the apartment, eventhough the fire COULD NOT be put out by one firefighter, it was so bad that they needed help from the firetruck its self.

Avalon Dublin station is one of the best looking apartments and the most conveniently placed ones in Dublin. I toured over 10 different ones and once I got here I knew it was the one. If it wasnt for Shaimas knowledge and professionalism i wouldnt have seen the benefits. Another big plus is the maintenance department here is outstanding!! Moved in 2 weeks ago and so far everything has been excellent.The location is hard to beat. Its across the street from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, so its easy to get to the city without driving. There are multiple shopping centers within a 15-20 minute walk, and its right next to Iron Horse trail, which is great for walking or biking. Driving is convenient as well; the apartment complex is situated between 2 freeway access points so its possible to get on the freeway within 2-3 minutes of leaving the building.The unit is spacious, clean, quiet, and solidly built. Its about what one would expect for a new, high-quality, higher-end apartment: modern appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, solid well-designed cabinetry, and a nice hardwood floor. The windows are double-paned and very effective at blocking outside noise; my unit faces the freeway and I can barely hear anything with the window closed.The staff has been friendly and helpful. PJ was responsive to any questions and requests I had prior to moving in. Ive had only positive experiences with the rest of the staff as well.

It used to be a great place to live. We lived here for many years. Now I couldnt recommend it. Youll constantly smell weed from neighbors, in your own apartment and in common areas. Your car will probably be broken into, even in the double gated garage.Youll ocassionally be greeted by dog urine and feces in elevators and stairs... and if youre lucky, youll also have a homeless person sleeping and hanging out in your hallways. Yet they still continue to charge top dollar for this place. Not safe, not pleasant, not peaceful = not a home.

We have only moved into Avalon Dublin Station for a few days so this review is based on limited interactions during the application process and the past 48 hours. We will update should our experience prove otherwise.Apartment: The apartment is beautiful and centrally located near the BART, shopping (including Whole Foods, HomeGoods), lots of restaurants, and an IMAX theater. The amenities are amazing, which include a spacious, fully equipped gym, two beautiful and well kept pools and about 8 grills. I love the apartment itself, which is spacious and very modern.PJ (leasing agent): PJ was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and was very thorough in explaining the details to us. PJ was also very responsive with emails and phone calls, and was very professional and helpful. I cant say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with him. I would highly recommend requesting for PJ when youre looking into leasing an apartment here.Henry (maintenance guy): Our patio had some leaves accumulation and feathers. When PJ saw this during our walk through he went ahead and scheduled a maintenance request on my behalf. Henry showed up the next morning, assessed the situation, and cleaned the patio thoroughly. Henry takes pride in helping us and even refused a tip. Im very satisfied and I hope my future experiences with any maintenance requests are no different.Overall, my impression of the people at Avalon DS are all very nice and approachable. This is consistent with my experience with my previous Avalon property. I really enjoy the Company and will continue to rent Avalon properties. They are a little more expensive, but the Company is well managed. You really do get what you pay for.

I am so happy with my move to Avalon Dublin station. I was drawn to the access to bart, major highways, shopping and parks/nature all nearby. Avalon Dublin Station offered a great location, high end amenities, and great design features in the apartments. But what has kept me here is the staff. This complex is and has been so well run since I moved here in 2017. Everyone from the front office, to the grounds keepers, to the maintenance staff is friendly, responsive and professional. You can tell they are genuine in their care and concern for the community. I want to give a special shout out to Henry who was my absolute hero last week. I had a gallon of liquid detergent fall off the top off of my stackable washer and dryer and had such a terrible mess on my hands. It was everywhere and being detergent, highly concentrated. I did what I could to clean the mess but it had seeped under the appliances and I couldnt get it all. Thanks to a responsive avalon access team, I submitted a ticket request and within an hour got a follow up phone call to assess the issue. I had to leave for an appointment and came home to a flawless entry way. All the soap had been cleaned up from the wall and corners of the laundry closet and the area beneath the appliances was clear. What generous, above and beyond help! I am so sincerely grateful and would not hesitate to refer Avalon Dublin Station to anyone I know!!! Thank you again, Henry!!

Update Nov 2020Updating this review after living at the complex for a few months.Pros:- some staff are super nice (ex. Lea, Christie, etc.)- the complex tries to occasionally have some events like offering some small items for breakfast one morning- maintenance tries to get through each service request eventually (non-emergency requests vary in response from few days to few weeks)- seems like they try to regularly clean trash chute areas when they get full- has A/C, in-unit laundry, carpet was clean when we moved inCons:- number of issues since moving in. Maintenance tries to help where they can, but some of them they are not able to address (various odors, A/C not distributing evenly across apartment so a room may not get any while another could be freezing, appliances are poor quality we discovered over time like stove and dishwasher, etc. -- these were just some of the ones that couldnt be addressed, there were much several other issues that just pop up)- police activity around the place a few times, and there were car break-ins (its a gated garage, but the gates are a bit slow) where they had to send out an email warning with tips- appliance quality is not great (stove takes a while to heat and is very difficult to clean with the harsh water, dishwasher doesnt clean as well as our last place and can leave orange-ish residue which our old place never had with the same dishwashing detergent)- even though its a non-smoking community and they try to address by warning people or emailing the community, still smell smoke on various occasions throughout the complex- arent offering any concessions / discounts for not being able to use any of the amenities (though they did try to partially open the gym/pool for limited reservations for a brief period of time when they could)Other things to note:- If youre moving to the Dublin area for the first time, the water here is not great. Weve gotten a filter for water, but boiling water or cooking will still leave actual salt particles/various stains from the water being so hard.--------------------------~Aug 2020This particular shout out goes to Lea!! We just moved to Avalon Dublin Station. Throughout our process and still today, Lea is always answering our many questions with positive energy and has never made us feel uncomfortable asking even though I know weve had many things pop up. Shes always trying to respond right away when she can and as soon as shes back from her off days. When we moved in, there were various spots/damages that we had to add to the move-in inspection list notes and pictures too, but shes been handling them all, along with some other small apartment issues we had to get worked out.Overall we love our new home and glad we had Lea as our point of contact throughout the process!

Renting in Dublin can be quite expensive. I believed I was stuck in the rental I was in. However, I frequently searched rentals online in the area. I LOVED EVERYTHING about Avalon Dublin Station! They have images posted of everything I was interested in. There are so many floorplans! Not just your basic, crappy square footage outlined floorplan. If you browse through the images on their website, youll see for yourself.I decided to make an appointment just to see #505 in person, even though it was out of my budget. I met Kathryn Sinclair, who is the absolute best! From the start, Katie has been very informative & professional, kind & understanding, and never seemed to mind getting dragged out in the rain to show the many floorplans I was interested in viewing (2 or 3 times I believe) or bothered by all of the questions I asked. I know a lot of places post images of a units interior, only to make them look distorted. I hate that! Its like false advertising. You dont want to see a 600sq ft apartment for $3000 stretched out to make it look like your furniture will fit when it certainly will not! I was really surprised how spacious each unit was! I viewed a variety. Trust me, they are all layed out very nicely! I love the outlets with USB slots! I love that my cats can enjoy watching everyone at the BART station and we all love how much sunlight comes in! Besides being pet friendly, there are lots of amenities such as walk-in closets & W/D in each unit, a game room to play pool or lounge in. The pools and outside areas are quite lovely. There is also a gym, which happens to be the largest Ive ever seen in an apartment complex. However, I dont feel like Im living in just an apartment complex. Everytime I walk down my hallway, I feel like Im in a hotel on vacation! 😁 So happy to have upgraded to Avalon Dublin Station!

When relocating to CA from a different state we had visited multiple apartments but our first impression with Avalon thru Ms. Tamana was impressive from the moment she took us around the place. She helped in understanding the amenities and patiently answering every query. Not just with in person interaction Ms. Tamana is extremely responsive and proactive throughout the process helping to make this move smooth and the best decision. Its a great community, beautiful location, close to everything you think of making our life easy. Their internal departments such billing, accounting etc..are equally excellent and responded in a timely manner. My personal Favorited of the amenities is the fitness center located within the same complex. Equipped with high standard equipments and very good maintenance. I would highly recommend this place, you would never regret.

I had moved into Avalon Dublin Station during September 2017 and this has been my experience so far.Pros:Quick maintenance responses to the service requests that I have submitted so far to the apartmentFriendly and helpful leasing office staffGeneral maintenance of the property done in a professional mannerProximity to the BART station and also to the freeways that enable commute in any which way possibleProximity to grocery stores, cinemas. hospitals and other necessitiesNow coming to the reason for the rating:The only issue that I have had with this apartment is with respect to the billing. The leasing office could not help with this as it was primarily handled by a centralized division for all Avalon properties. This was with respect to the start of electricity service to my apartment which was bumpy since for some reason the energy company did not correctly map my account to the meter for the apartment which led to the unfortunate event of the bill being sent directly to Avalon. After calling the energy company multiple times, finally got a person who had the knowledge to actually help me - told me that the meter info was missing and that needs to be updated for me to get the bill. The leasing office helped me to get this information which I then provided to the energy company and they confirmed that I will get the bill from there on afterwards. I did get the bill from then on and I have been paying them off on time.And Avalon continues to bill me as well along with penalties for the same period for which all the bill payments have been made to the energy company. Calling the customer care for billing leads me to support executives who give me a different perspective every single time I call - one of them says that I will not be billed any more by Avalon since from Nov 16th the connection was changed to my name and I will be held responsible for the payment. The support executive that spoke to me today alleges that Avalon charged me the fee and penalty for the Nov 16th to Dec 7th since they received a bill from the energy company which they settled. This is not true since I have the statements from the energy company to prove them otherwise.I still am awaiting the statement from Avalon that proves that they have paid the account balances for the duration in dispute.Besides me having emailed the statements to their customer care multiple times, they continue to insist that they are not at fault.In summary, it is not the people in the property that are responsible for this poor rating and an unpleasant customer service but the corporate and the billing department that is responsible for this painful experience.Update as of April - May 2018: the billing issue that I have mentioned above has been resolved jointly by Christie from the leasing office and the customer support from billing. I was given a refund of the penalties I was charged by Avalon and also a refund of the double billing that was incorrectly done by the energy company. Thanks to the leasing office for the intervention and the support. Thanks to Tamanna from the leasing office for the continual support and for always being kind and polite. Hence the update to the rating for the apartment as well since billing was the only problem I faced here.

Just moved in today, so how am I already 5 star satisfied?? After living in Texas the first 31 yrs of my life, I just moved to California. I visited the area in March looking for a home and PJ and the Avalon management made the last 3 months absolutely seamless! I was able to follow up and closely track availability and timing around my move. Additionally, once I had found the floor plan and pricing that fit my needs, PJ was very supportive sending pictures of the color scheme for the floors/cabinets/appliances/walls to help my furniture buying/decorating process. To top it all off, all this was done remotely from Texas via phone and email! In the few instances PJ wasnt available, other staff members stepped in to keep the process moving. Great teamwork! My flight landed this morning after an Uber ride over I arrived to a warm welcome with my apartment, all keys, tags etc ready to go, Apartment is as expected. I have been living here for 5 month. My packages constantly got stolen. Complained to the leasing office multiple times but nothing got solved. Very disappointed. Dont live here! Even though they have Amazon hub locker, the carrier would still drop your package on the ground and let thieves steal it. Will move out after lease ended.

I was hoping for a platform to be able to describe my experience here. I recall inquiring at several complexes and receiving callbacks from a few. I had an entire weekend dedicated to visiting about 7 residences each day. I recall receiving a call immediately after inquiring from a nice lady tamana who was very informative on the first call, she didnt rush to set an appointment but she took time to ask relevant questions prior to my visit. I arrived the next day for a tour and I was absolutely in awe of the location, amenities, cleanliness and convenience of this place. Despite the rest of the appointments that I attended that day, I knew Avalon was my dream place. Later in the week my parents were curious and wanted to visit and learn more about the property as they were nervous for their daughter to move out on her own. The same associate tamana took her time to tour them as well!! Who does that? I felt connected to this place because of the frequent communication and courtesy I was given and most of all I felt like a friend. Speaking of which, Katie (who I believe is a manager here) was also wonderful in helping me with paperwork and follow up. The response times between emails were within a very short timeframe. She is sweet and helpful in her communication and it really warmed my heart. Moving to a new place and a new city is scary and they made this feel like home from the second I walked through the doors. I literally felt as though I was the only customer here considering the communication and attention they gave to me. I recently moved in and I walk in each day with a sense of comfort that Im SURE was a result of the entire experience. Thank you avalon!

Me and my husband were living in Avalon at Dublin Station for almost 3 years. We broke our lease agreement because of noise issue of our new moved in neighbor above our apartment. We lived in apt. 443 of old building. The guy in Apt 543 is nocturnal. He rides Segway, does laundry after midnight, drop objects. We couldnt sleep for around two months since he moved in. Because of him our infant baby woke up multipal times at nights. We complained to leasing office all the time, we called security at nights, they recorded noises, reported to the office but they did nothing about it. I came crying I felt so miserable living in that place where instead of feeling home I was tortured at nights by the neighbor.By the way, I paid $80 per night for living in this conditions. I asked them to move out, since they cant handle that problem but they made me to stay for 30 more days. I still pay for this place till September 26. I feel sad for those people who is leasing apt. 443 after us.

Im very disappointed of the way leasing office handles issues of package delivery locker when a delivery person puts a package for an incorrect unit. Leasing office claims that theres no way to track where packages have gone once they are put into the locker. Leasing office says that its something that residents and carriers need to figure out without willingness to improve (or request to improve) the deliver locker system in their community.
