Chrystal was very professional, and she knew what she was doing. She was thorough while changing the battery on my daughters car today. She did it with the utmost patience care. Overall, SUPERB customer service. And I like the ample parking. Will return again. Another lady at the register was very nice, too.

I want to thank Ramon for helping me because I had been waiting for 40 minutes to have someone help me. I appreciate Ramon for going above and beyond to help me change the light bulb for my rear light, and for fixing another part that was previously done by someone else from AutoZone, but didnt put it back correctly. Also, I want to congratulate Miguel for his excellent customer service, and for keeping things running in the front. Not only was he helping customers, but also taking the calls in a very calm matter. I told him that if I had my own business, I would hire him. Not many people are able to stay calm and give excellent customer service while being in a very busy environment.

Terrible Service! Even giving 1 star is being to generous. I would highly recommend not using this location, the sales team seemed to busy to be bothered with my car problem, and offered no recommendations to assist with my car issue, only that I should bring my car back in the morning. I’m not really sure how this place got 4.2 stars, when the sales team has subpar customer service. Please save your time and money and drive to a different location.

José is the best!!!!! My right low beam on my BMW went out. OReilly said they wouldnt help me replace it since BMWs are tough. I watched on YouTube how to replace it, so I went to Autozone to buy the part and try to do it myself. José was so helpful! He even replace it for me without even asking!! Thanks for saving me time and $$$ not having to do it myself, or having to take it to BMW. So grateful!

Davie was the best and so kind and helpful. Walked out to my car to make sure I was getting the right size wipers. Once confirmed, he put them on for me although they were so busy. Outstanding customer service.

I order some shocks at a different store I went to pick them up and they where not in stock so the autozone cashier called this store (store number 5472) they ket them on hold for 30 mins before hanging up, so the cashier called again he gave them my shocks part number again and another customer item number so the work gave them the part number and Said never mind the customer just let the person on the line at the 5472 store said to his co workers the customer left and you can hear the workers start to laugh in the background the guy on the phone started to laughed to. They then put us on hold again for 25 mins (55mins tota). I called the store from my phone again, and the person that answered finals said yes, we have the parts. I went to pick up the part the ladys at the register were professional, no problem with them. I think the last person on the phone sounded like the manager Jerry he was good too. But like I explained to him, laughing at people over the phone isnt right

On 4/29/24, I had a newly purchased battery installed by an employee, who did not fasten the battery well to the car, and did not tighten the positive terminal clamp well enough in my opinion. I have mentioned this to another employee after the installation that I dont think the battery is well fastened to, and asked to check it, but that employee said that the installer knows what he is doing. Yesterday, upon finding out the above problems, I had to visit the North Hollywood Autozone store to correct it. The manager of the Northridge store today, 5/4/24 on the phone at 1039 am has said there is nothing they can do to reimburse me for time spent, or possible damage to the battery as a result of excessive vibration. The manager said: Autozone doesnt have to install the battery, and does it as a courtesy. But improper installation of the battery, leads to excessive vibration, premature battery failure and voiding of the battery warranty. So, what happens when my battery fails prematurely?.

I have been to many different AutoZone branches and I am happy that this branch opened up near our house.The employees are very helpful and you can definitely find someone who knows their stuff and can help you with your questions.My dad and I went here to purchase a battery, and when the employee realized that they did not have the item we’re looking for in stock, she immediately called other stores and asked them to hold the item for us - that’s customer service, all right!The inside of the store is very neat and organized. In fact, I was able to find what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes.

When I came in, it was busy and packed. The woman in the front Ilda handled the turmoil very well. She made sure everyone got the attention deserved and she maneuvered the clientele exceptionally. The store manager was in the back but not so present. It seemed like Ilda was the store manager and she should be regarding how her presence was shown. She knew her customers and prioritized accordingly to demand. By the time I realized, the line was gone and Ilda was out to replace my car battery. When I say she hustled with grace, I meant it. As a customer, I felt comfortable and she made sure I got the customer care I thought I didn’t even deserve. I refuse to go to another auto zone and I hope one day Ilda manages this branch officially because it moves smoothly because of her.
