I needed my charging system tested, there was only two costumers in the store besides me. The manager said they were too busy to do the test, there was literally no costumers and I still waited. Finally decided to go elsewhere.

Never will I come here again ! I called the store today ask them if they can change my battery under warranty and the guy said he can when I got there he told me that they might not have tools to change battery’s because it was “missing “ not only that they refused to change my battery under warranty because they can’t do it but yet told me he can over the phone then excuse after excuse and said he don’t want to touch cus he don’t want to break just laziness to me ! They send me to Belmont and cedar that they can help me change it . Mind you I’m 4 months pregnant and I can’t carry a battery that heavy waisted time there . But the auto-zone on Belmont and cedar very helpful guys ! Right on with their job ! Very nice and good customer service ! They replace my battery. Highly recommend that one .

You go a and you buy something you misplace your receipt and they take your number down wrong and when you go back to return an item they have no information on you so they dont give you a refund well since Ive been doing business with with working on my car and going to buy parts they could have gave me store credit but instead they brushed me off and tell me without the phone number that they took for me the day before was wrong or wouldnt compute on their computer .when I gave them the right phone number the day befor first pep Boys now AutoZone who can you trust now days I wont return to either one of . Poor as much money as I spend their they should have gave me store credit .now they lost a customer.

Great customer service! The assistant store manager Kimberly definitely knows her parts and what she’s doing behind the counter. Thanks to her I was able to get my Camaro up and running. She cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. I walked in very upset because I kept getting sent to different stores and some stores just brushed me off, when I walked in complaining she immediately apologized and defused the situation, and I left as a happy customer! Keep doing what you’re doing Kimberly you’re doing great!

After calling 3 times I have never made it off hold. I opted to just have my tech drive up there. It’s 9:40 pm and I’ve been on hold since 9pm. Not sure what team of scientists it takes to check if micro 3 fuses are in stock but this is pathetic.
