The guy Everardo Pacheco was a really rude manager today 5/17/24 I went in the store to try an figure out if the parts my mechanic had bought for my car where returned and everardo was being really rude to me he was screaming at me because he said I wasn’t the customer that bought the parts but then I told him yes I know my mechanic bought them but the mechanic that came an bought them wasn’t answering my phone calls no more because when he returned the car back to me it still had the same noise coming from my car so I went in AutoZone today 5/17/2024 to figure if my parts where returned and from the jump Everardo Pacheco was being really rude to the point where he had a really bad attitude he wasn’t being professional with me he used foul language he cursed at me and then he told me to leave the story for no reason if it was for me to buy parts for my car I would’ve never gone to AutoZone especially this location and then to top it off he had no control towards his employees they all had a really bad mouth very unprofessional AutoZone u gotta do better an hire people that really love that career

I come another day and the guy named Anthony and the other guy Omer they was the only 2 person helping in the store and they make you wait lot of time taking with the customers not related with parts, very bad service, autozone should have nice and faster people who really know their job and know about cars.

SonnyRey his badge saying parts manager.Worst person ever.Dishonest person and dishonest store.I was there to buy a elbow PCV. Saw 2 products one was 9.49 otherone was 10.49So I grab the 10.49 bc comes with additional items and he try to charge me 22, so he send me back to grab the other product and I double check the price on the tag after that he went to check the prices so I went after him as soon I get there the tag was removed y he show me a way different tag price on the computer.

Went in today overwhelmed about buying tools to fix my 99 Lexus RX 300 on my own and I got help from Anthony M. the sales part manager and he was absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service, he was attentive and carefully explained things to me. Overall went better than except! Definitely recommend coming here, staff is knowledgeable and supportive! 10 out of 10 experience 😊

I’m really getting annoyed by these auto part dealers.. the point of walking in to one of these places is to walk in and walk out with your part.. but now everywhere you go they’ll tell you that it’s has to be ordered.. in that case you better off ordering on line because is technically the same thing the only difference is that it’ll arrive at your door step.. so be smart and when they say oh it’ll be here in the business days and then they will tell you that it isn’t guaranteed .. and to top it off the parts are cheap quality .. 🛻

This store has the best manager ever. Ariel was the best, help us with our battery problem to get a new one with the warranty and wend above and beyond to help us find the car problem and all this at the end of his shift. The girl short shubbybwas stremmly rud. She was rude to previous customers and rude to me as well. Refuse to show me how to put on windshield wipers.. at she could of told me nicely. She was right out rude. Dont go there there out of stock on alot items and oRiley was right in front this place manager was so helpful and prices are way cheaper that auto zone.

I like butter better than margarine and given the choice I get the better cut of meat I asked for a set of AC Delco plugs when I got home I checked out my receipt Platinum Plus $50 more never was given the choice I used to truck three times a year I took the plugs back

And will go out of their way to help u.(Update) 9/10/20Man, things can change in 7 months because I just left this autozone pretty upset. I’m an avid autozone goer. I always catch myself in one of their stores for wtv reason. Just like today, I was going to buy some rivets for my car and I was in the paying line, not the parts line because I had what I needed. Yes, there are 2 different lines at auto zones. So this skinny tall lanky kid gets on the register and attends the customer in front of me, then he totally ignores that I was in line and attends someone else that was in the wrong line but just because he was in front of the register, then asks if anybody else is paying, I and 2 other customers raise our hands but this guys neck must’ve been busted because he again, looks right in front of him and totally ignores me raising my hand. He looks my way finally and I’m hoping it’s my turn to pay, can’t just go stand next to the guy paying because of this covid, yet he attends another customer and literally looked at me still standing there and says nothing. This new staff they got really doesn’t know customer service. I seriously miss the old crew. They knew customer service and did a hell of a job providing it. Multi tasking should be a requirement in this kind of work. And acknowledgement of what each line of customers is for. I’m sorry but just wow. Now I’m here at the Osborne autozone cuz at least they know what each line of customers is for.

If you need absolutely anything for your vehicle come to Autozone make sure you go to the location on Sutter!!I came in Friday afternoon and I was warmly greeted by ANTONIO C. He was so knowledgeable in the best wiper blades (which WOW prices for wiper blades are incredibly inexpensive)for my 2013 BMW he recommended me the Envision blades! He even offered to help me out since that day I am beyond the happiest customer!!! Thank you Antonio and Autozone crew!!!!

Auto Zone is a good place to buy auto parts and accessories. They have fair prives and a very good inventoty of parts. If the part is not in stock they can have it in a day or two. Most parts have a good warranty or you may buy the part with a lifetime warranty.
