The personal are very unattended and not focused on help plenty to the clients some times just to finish the service simple answering we dont stock but when I go to another auto zone its available parts, this happens often also never ever ever has available empty oil tank for recycling I got 3 times denied I suggest put sign on the window not accepting recycled oil, more amazing when I go to another auto zone its no problem to dump the oil.

Bad customer service I just came in not to long ago and this lady was rude I asked a question and she chose to ignore me by walking away and went outside to smoke and arguing with her boyfriend.1:00 3/29/24

Great and friendly service with reasonable prices. People forget that AutoZone is not a mechanic shop and they are not obligated to actually do any services like changing your lights or your windshield whippers yet they always go above and beyond and perform those services whenever possible which I always appreciate since it saves the headache and possibly money of doing it myself or finding someone to do it for me. Be respectful of the employees and you’ll be treated with respect.l

I needed to get my battery changed here and they first said they would do it after my car cooled down. After 30 minutes, I ask again and they say that they wouldn’t be able to do it because 2 of their workers were leaving. It’s a better change, it takes less than 5 minutes. They also are trying to make me go to a different auto zone because they didn’t want to help. After reluctantly asking again and again, they finally came out to do it. Lazy workers.

Service was effective, except I have a question can you jump start a car if battery dies in front of store? Because I asked they said they don’t do that so I was stranded if it wasn’t for a couple that helped I’d still be there

The staff was very kind and helpful. I got help from Juan who was kind enough to take the time to help me find the right part for my vehicle and explain my options. Overall a great experience, will be coming back again!

I just had a horrible experience at this AutoZone I went in to buy transmission fluid and a sensor that I needed for my car and I tried to price match the sensor to save money cause money is tight at the moment and I get refused the service and while I am calling the district manager and loss prevention my mom goes inside to buy my transmission fluid and she gets told by the store manager that I am not allowed in that store anymore because they have me marked in all autoZones that I go specifically to people that don’t know what there doing to do this and that they have me marked that I steal by doing price matches but last I checked price matching is not a crime it’s simply to save money and this is litterlt the store closest to me and I spend all my money here to buy my parts every part I needed I came to this store specifically and I wait in line like every other customer I’m a customer that comes to spend money in this store I don’t pick who helps me I wait in line like every other customer who ever helps me helps me but something needs to get done because it’s not fair that I basically got discriminated for simply price matching and saving money I called 2 other stores if it was true what the store manager said that there saposably not allowed to price match and in his district and they said it was not true something needs to get done because I am not going to sit here and get neglected customer service and my mother being yelled at by the store manager

Hello just wanted to say this autozone is amazing. They have friendly staff an they go above an beyond for there customers. Went there to buy some new headlights an they help me put it on even dough it was hot outside thanks autozone team you guys rock!!!!!!!
