I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and I’ve been lucky to be helped by the store manager Jorge. He is very welcoming and very professional. I purchased a battery for my car and he helped me change out the old one. He answered every question and doubt that I had. He is very knowledgeable with his work. He has also helped my mother with her car, we are both extremely happy with his service. Thank you Jorge for your time and help. We greatly appreciate it!

Was given a different set of brake pads, than what I paid for. Was told I could return, buy new ones, replace the others,and then return them. Only problem is I live on the other side in Mexico. So probably 160 kilometers for the back and forth, plus the time involved waiting to cross the border, gas. So the salesman blamed the installer,which has been changing brake pads for years, even though the pads I paid for were not the actual ones I paid for. But a model that will work, but maybe the cheaper pads. Not real happy.

I went to get a new battery and the workers did not want to help me install it. They claimed they “didn’t have the tools” so they sent me to another location to install it there when I got to the place they told me the people from San Ysidro always say that because they don’t want to take the time to install it.

Great technicians working here! They took the extra time to recommend an oil better suited to my bike and was actually cheaper in the end. Great location, since I live in both Mexico And US. I go to this location at least once a month. Employees are attentive and knowledgeable, the only fall back is that there arent enough od them. If they would hire two more employees as attendants and cashiers it would make a huge diffderence in speedy checkout. Yku have to arrive before 2 pm and after 7 pm if u want speedy service. Well this store has a lot of parts and tools they can test your car, batteries, check engine light, and some can test your started. Prices are ok. Oh and you can accumulate points after you bought more than 20 dollars you can got 1 point then after 5 points you can use 20 dollars in wherever you want.

I went in for help to find where I needed to put power steering fluid and Rene an employee told me to get in line where you order and buy parts. I did then when it was my turn he said lets go see and sent someone else to help me. He sent Israel he was worried about getting wet and stood under an area in order not to get wet. He googled where to find where the power steering fluid goes and still didnt find it meanwhile I a woman is searching and getting wet. He had a flashlight and didnt use it to help me search. I found it and he went in and stop attending to my needs and helped other customers. I went and got power steering fluid and ask if I can have a free paper cone to add it he said I have to buy one so I did. I bought it but was very dissatisfied with the customer service here that is why I hated it it doesnt even deserve a star. I will never come back.I asked for the manager but they said Lilly, the manager was not there.

I came here to return some brake pads I had ordered online, the lady working took her time to get to the register and then said she would see if she could do the return. After getting the ok from the manager, she started to process the return and I asked if I could get the other size because I needed bigger ones for my vehicle. After looking at which one my car needed she came back with ones in a smaller box than the ones I had brought back. When we asked if she was sure those were the ones that were for my vehicle she gave attitude and said yes. She also said we should have brought our old pads to compare the size. My make and model lists two different sizes for pads so It was difficult to know off hand which I needed. When I got back to the mechanic it turns out she gave us the wrong size. Not a huge deal but I was really insulted by her poor customer service and condescending attitude. If you don’t want to help people maybe you need to find another line of work.

It had never happened to me, but I ordered some parts on Friday, December 7, and they supposedly arrived on December 8, I told the employee that I would go on Tuesday, December 11 and he told me that there was no problem, the part would arrive on Saturday In the same way, they would have it there since it was paid for... I arrived on Tuesday, December 11 at approximately 9:00 am, which the employee told me that it had not arrived, and they asked for it again and supposedly it would arrive quickly at 1 :30 pm, I arrived at 3 so I wouldnt have to wait any longer, and surprise they hadnt sent it, how terrible it really was, I had to buy the part at Oreilly and they matched the price.... They gave me my money back in AutoZone but really a very bad experience
