I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews for the service department for the Tustin Infiniti dealership and I probably would have avoided my own negative experience there. Customer service is scattered and sub par to begin with as Ive visited twice before for scheduled servicing/oil change. I took my Infiniti in this past week for multi-point inspection, oil change & tire rotation; picked up my car that day--they had it running for me at check out and I drove home. The next day my car wouldnt start. I got key error alerts initially on the dash, then it just referenced Malfunction. I called the service department & asked them what could have happened & any ideas to troubleshoot. I let them know it sounded like a potential battery issue. They had no ideas and said I needed to bring it in. I requested that they cover tow truck given I had zero issues with my car ahead of their service from the day prior; they declined to cover. I paid $170 to have the car towed back to the service dept for them to tell me the battery needed to be replaced--$220 for battery, $120 for the labor. I requested that they cover the labor/battery or a portion of given they had supposedly checked my battery during the multi-point inspection, sent me home & then cost me a tow back. Again they declined, no explanation for what happened, no accountability taken, no apologies, no direct communication from management. Theyve lost my business for good and I would not recommend entrusting your vehicle to their care.

Great experience car wasn’t running, and another Infiniti dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose my vehicle! Took it here instead with high recommendation from a friend, and boom they fixed it without a hefty price! Thank you Gabriel and Ivan for all your help! They are awesome

Customer service was good. Would NOT recommend this business. There were error lights on my dashboard regarding VDC which would have resolved itself if they had topoff my brake fluid containers which is part of the multi point inspection they confirmed many times they did. I would not recommend AutoNation Infiniti for any services.I had to go buy a $5 dollar bottle of brake fluid to resolve my issue.

They are a typical used car dealership. I bought a G35 from here years ago and when I needed to sell my Q60 after my husband died, they said they could beat the carvana price. Had me drive down there (I live in the inland empire) and offered me $200 more for that entire drive. He showed me his app saying he would only make $2k. I am all about being fair so it is reasonable they make some money. Today I see the car listed for $8k above what they offered me.I know you are subject to used car sales man tactics. I am aware that after a loss of a loved one you just need the money but these guys will steal from your grandmother.Buyer Beware!Notes - car had less than 3k miles on it, yes pristine condition. They didnt offer their best, they offered a grieving widow the lowest.

I have been working with this dealership for over 21 years (Before they were AutoNation). I have leased 8 cars in those year, some with this dealership and some with others. Today, I tried to return my leased vehicle (end of lease) and once Sara Hasheni, the sales manager, found out that I was not leasing another Infiniti, she refused to help me turn in my car. She said she was too busy and she would not allow anyone else at the dealership to assist me either. I understand that all the dealerships are having computer issues due to a major security breach; however, I was able to return it to Infiniti South Coast later in the afternoon, with no issues. Sara did not want to assist me because there was no sales opportunity. After 8 cars and a 21 years of working with the excellent Service Department, this is not the way to handle a loyal customer. I hope that Sara will not be working with Infiniti Tustin when I revisit the Infiniti product line after a much need design refresh.

Their INFINITI service team is pretty good. The sales team is a different story... Appointment process was easily done through their online system. I had a warranty issue that needed servicing, which would mean I needed alternative transportation. I wanted to make sure I had a loaner beforehand because I was coming from 90 miles away. My service consultant, Hazel, was very kind and courteous. She told me prior to my appointment that there would be means of transportation had it come to needing my car staying overnight etc. She logged what my concerns with the car were, even though some things were not duplicated by their technicians. Those issues may probably come at a later time, in which, I wouldnt hesitate to have them look at it again. The one other issue was taken care of under warranty, and Hazel was able to convey that. My salesperson was Luis and I initiated contact online. Luis reached out to me right away and answered my questions. I was going to go with a less expensive brand but Luis convinced me to come in person and he kept his word by getting me the deal I wanted. Hes also reached out to me several times after the purchase to make sure Im comfortable and familiar with the car. Exceptional customer service! The paperwork process was smooth and hassle free as well. Great team!

Ash, Sarah, Sam, and Edgar were a dynamic team that epitomized excellent service to my q50 sport purchase. I was almost the last person at the dealership for the day. They reassured my doubts initially and allowed for a smooth sales experience, from terms to approval status and finalization of financing options. I would highly recommend this location for attention to personal reassurance. They made the time to compare interested vehicles on the market. He appraised my car quickly (about 20 min interaction) and gave me the best offer in town. He took care of all the paper work and hand delivered my check to my home! I got a fair price for the car I purchased, but the experience was the worst I have ever had buying a car. Ive purchased several cars over the internet, all with good experiences, except here. The salesperson, David G, was great but it ended there. I couldnt get anyone to return my calls so that I could get a contract and wire money. Unbelievable, here I am a willing buyer and I couldnt get them to contact me to complete the purchase. All communication was initiated by me. Once I finally received the car I didnt have my copy of the contract or proof of ownership. I had to call, once again, to get that. They delivered the car with a CarFax report - which I already had. Fair price - horrible service. If you look at their reply to me, once again they want me to reach out to them instead of reaching out to a customer that is not satisfied. Their response tells it all.

My first service visit on a used car purchased from them, everything with the service experience went very smooth and professional. The waiting area had nice ammenties, was clean and comfortable. Free WIFI was nice, so I could work while I waited. In this case it was an oil change and inspection, everything was as expected in this regard. Will definitely come back.

Went in to buy a used vehicle here. They were pushy about buying the extra service options, which I told him I did not want multiple times. Annoying. Bigger complaint is the second key they gave me did not work. They said it just needed a battery, but in fact, I found out it needed to be reprogrammed. When I called them to get it reprogrammed, my salesman Eli said that the non working key was not covered as part of their warranty and I needed to pay out of pocket to get it programmed which is not cheap. Bad service! Not happy and won’t be back.UPDATESee the dealership reply to my original review below. I believe in giving businesses a chance to say they were wrong and make it right. So I called and left a message as they requested for the general manager. His name is AJ. I didn’t hear back from AJ so I called one more time. It’s now been three days. Looks like they are more interested to show everyone they responded to my comment than to do actually do anything about it.

Not the best experience. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle. I was told I can have it serviced at any AutoNation. It rains and I learn that there is a leak right over the steering wheel. AutoNation will fix it, but I have to drive it 1 1/2 hours to a certain location if I want a rental car, or I can wait 3 weeks. I asked if someone could deliver a rental. I was told yes and I would get a call back. Now, nobody will accept my calls. I drive 20 min to the closest AutoNation and is reaffirmed that if I need a rental car, the next one will not be available at any local dealer until the last week of Feb. I am forced to wait and suffer through the upcoming rain in a car I just bought.

Im really disappointed with the customer service at Infiniti. My wife and I, both previous Infiniti owners, were looking for a new car. At the dealership, Wendy assisted us with a test drive and provided some information. We handed over our drivers licenses, but they were not returned to us. We only realized this the next day, and when we contacted Wendy, she was on vacation.Her response and the overall support were very disappointing. Wendy claimed she had already returned our licenses at the office. I contacted the Infiniti dealership multiple times throughout the day and asked them to check the printer and scanner, but they couldn’t find anything. While we acknowledge some fault on our part, the dealership should have returned our licenses and checked more thoroughly.We had planned to travel abroad, so my wife and I had to request replacement licenses at the DMV, costing us $36 each. When we returned to the dealership to check again, we found our licenses in the cup holder of the car we had test-driven. Im really upset about this. If they had just checked the car, they could have found our licenses easily. We found them within 15 seconds of arriving at Infiniti.I asked if they could reimburse us for the cost of the license replacements, but they refused. Im really looking forward to hearing from their manager or at least receiving an apology for this incident. Wendy simply told us to contact the manager, who wasn’t available either.

The staff was nice, kind of slow checking me in even tho I had an appt. Waited about 20 minutes to get checked in. I like the fact that they were honest and letting me know that I did not need the service that I thought I needed, so that was good. The only thing I didn’t like is that whomever took my car on a test drive unplugged my recently installed DashCam, I don’t know why they would take it upon themselves to unplug it. When I got in my car, I noticed that it was unplugged and I had them plug it back in.

BUYER BEWARE !In over 50 years of buying and selling cars, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. After purchasing a car in early January, I had a few items I wanted to discuss with the dealership. Over the next few weeks I left several messages with both the sales manager as well as the general manager and no one ever called me back. I then contacted AutoNations corporate headquarters, and was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been well over a month since I started this process and I havent heard anything from either the dealership or AutoNation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would never do business again with AutoNation Infiniti Tustin.

Left my car here 3 seperate times for over a week for the same issue each time and they couldnt fix the car. My car is less than 5 years old and less than 35k miles. Ive been a longtime customer of Autonation INFINITI Tustin, driving the extra distance from LA (about 50 minutes) because Ive always appreciated their professionalism and courteous service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience fell far short of those expectations.I brought in my 2017 QX30 for electrical issues, specifically a malfunctioning headlight. After waiting for an entire day in their waiting room, they informed me the car would need to stay overnight to diagnose the problem further. There was also confusion about whether the warranty would cover the parts, which they couldnt clarify at the time.While a two-day wait for repairs isnt ideal, its certainly manageable if the problem is resolved. However, to my immense disappointment, when I picked up my car, they casually mentioned, Just an FYI, your headlight is different now. You might notice a difference. Further inquiry revealed they replaced the installed LED headlight with a standard unit, resulting in mismatched lighting colors (one white, one yellow).This lack of communication throughout the repair process was unacceptable. They didnt inform me beforehand about replacing the LED headlight with a different unit, let alone obtain my approval for such a significant aesthetic alteration.I contacted the service manager the next day, hoping to find a resolution. Unfortunately, after some initial communication, she stopped responding to my messages and ignored the issue. To top it all off, they charged me a hefty $650 for this incomplete and frankly, unprofessional service.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Autonation INFINITI Tustin. The wasted time, mismatched headlights, and the unresolved issue with the manager are simply unacceptable. I will not be returning for future service and strongly urge others to consider their options before taking their INFINITI to this dealership!

The current market can be VERY daunting for someone shopping for a car. Not only do you have to find a car thats actually available and at a price that you want, but you also have to find a good dealer to work with. That said, Im happy to say that Autonation INFINITI Tustin is definitely one of those few good dealerships that you should feel perfectly comfortable walking into and having a very solid buying experience at.As a first-time buyer, I did my research. I figured what options for financing I had, which vehicle I wanted, the price point, etc. This dealership ended up having the vehicle I was interested at a GREAT price-- which is SO hard to come by in this market.And so I reached out. Aiman received my inquriy, and called me in minutes to make an initial greeting. After some very swift back and forth on clarifying the exact spec of the car, we scheduled a test drive the next day. Upon arriving, Aiman greeted me and answered as many questions as he could. It was a used car that wasnt an Infiniti, so I came in with the expectation that he wouldnt be that knowledgeable in that model-- which is fine!Next, was financing. This was is the part that many people dread. I will say to the potential car buyer out there to please be patient. The process can take a while, but thats because of the truckload of paperwork that has to be filled out. Notably, Teddy was my point of contact for most of the experience. He was equally fantastic, and was so patient in explaining all the things that I didnt completely understand.What I really appreciated is that when they found out that the offered APR was high (the current market + first time buyer), instead of doubling down and try too hard in sugar coating it, they instead encouraged me to get outside financing within 3 business days/refinance right after. This showed to me that they ultimately just wanted the deal to go through, and all while were looking out for my interests too.At the end, we sealed the deal on my 2022 Mini Cooper S with only 4700 miles. I got my outside financing figured out a few days after, and they went above and beyond to make sure that it would kick in after the contract was signed.That said, while that 5-star stands, there were two hiccups.While in the financing department, it was a bit uncomfortable to have roughly 3 people jump in and out of the office, with the salesman standing behind them in half the instances, just to explain things to me. It definitely felt like I was on the hot seat for a certain period of time, until Teddy took over the rest of the process and then it became a bit less awkward.As well as that, despite Autonations used cars being advertised as no add-ons and haggle-free pricing, unfortunately my car did come with one add-on. They tried their best to convince me that this security insurance thing was not, but I had to stand my ground and be very blunt to then that plain and simply....it was. It was an additional charge that was not disclosed (if it was, it was in the fine, fine print) before I came to the dealer.Ultimately, we came to an agreement that we both agreed on. In my case specifically, even with the add-on the car was a great price anyways. I get it-- they want to make some money too. But I would just appreciate that the dealer be honest with me, rather than try to tell me that an add-on wasnt an add-on (that cant be removed as a charge, mind you).The basis for any business transaction is a that they are mutually beneficial. The dealer gets something (money), and the consumer gets a product or service that they felt was fair. Despite very small hiccups, AutoNation Infiniti does this well and I will be back again.

Sold me a used car. Within minutes of driving off the lot, the car started smoking and had a check engine and oil light on. I called the dealer to tell them and they said I had to tow it at my own expense. They also hung up on me.TERRIBLE customer service. My brother just left because they had a good deal on a really nice truck he wanted to see and he was negotiating but seen a charge that was bogus and they wouldn’t remove it they said “non-optional” they argued and he left! I could not have asked for a better experience. My family and I were truly amazed by the salesperson Filiberto Flores. Hes bilingual so my Spanish speaking family could communicate with him as well to understand what he was talking about. I bought a 2021 BMW 430i, and that vehicle was actually in a next door dealer (Ford I believe) and he was able to bring in the vehicle to test drive it before buying. He was extremely patient and informed me well throughout the whole process. We looked at various vehicles and he gave me the pros and cons of every vehicle I asked him about. Fili and the finance person Sara even stayed after closing hours to make sure I had a satisfying experience. We were all impressed and I know for a fact that if my family gets another vehicle they will for sure go with AUTONATION INFINITI TUSTIN once again!

Called to see if a car was available. Was told it was available, Great! But was told they couldnt do out-of-state financing. Which is ok but thats kind of odd for a dealership to not offer financing for out-of-state. I was told they would have to charge Tax, Which if Im out of state I would have to pay tax twice. LOL . Not sure who allowed these guys to sell cars but I buy a few every year and most are out of state and this was surprising. In the end, the guy hung up the phone one me when I told him they needed to figure out how to sell cars. Now waiting for a manager to call me back But in the meantime, someone will buy the car I wanted. Oh well, I Guess Ill have to buy somewhere else.

I called on Wednesday to make an appointment to have my battery replaced under warranty on Saturday. We set a time of 10:00. I arrived at 10:15 and was immediately helped by a service advisor.When I made the appointment I explained the battery had been checked out by AAA as well as OReillys and they both said it needed to be replaced.At 12:47pm I ever sent a video by my service advisor notating the conditions of several items on my car. Specifically noted on the invoice was a transmission fluid leak, rack and pinion leak as well as an oil pan leak. In addition, on the video he mentioned a broken tie rod end.I found it really odd that my car had all these leaks, since my husband would probably murder me if I have any droppings in the driveway. There have been none.At 1:15 pm they returned my car to me with recommendations. I thought a 3-hour wait to have a battery replaced was extremely excessive. They knew in advance thats why I was coming in, so the part should have been in stock. I found the whole process disappointing.

After a call to check if the car was still available I made an appointment with Josh for a test drive (2018 Ford Explorer). When my wife and I arrived it was near the office, spotless inside and out. The purchase process went smoothly, but took awhile. My wife doesnt drive much anymore especially on the freeway and at night. Josh went above and beyond and personal drove our new car to our home.I highly recommend Autonation Infiniti.

I recently took my QX50 to Autonation Infiniti Tustin for its 40,000 mile service. The service advisor, Gabriel Paramo, listed the operations to be performed, including 4-wheel alignment and a multi-point inspection, following up with a video and commentary. A persistent low tire pressure warning light, the aftermath of a puncture repair by an independent dealer, was reset. The service was completed and the car was washed and ready within the promised time frame.

Amazing experience! We happened to pull into the lot and came out the same day with a new QX50. Our salesperson, Albert, was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Never felt pushed, which was a big reason why we came here. Albert is very upfront, honest, and dedicated to taking care of his clients and it shows. He even came to the golf course when he needed our signatures on the final paperwork! If you are out of state and pay cash make sure to get the title or have a direct contact at the dealership.1/14/24:I am having a beyond horrible experience with this Dealership after my purchase on 11/6/23. I havent received the title yet (I paid cash and I am unable to register the vehicle). All I am looking for is for somebody to confirm the status of the process and understand timelines and options. I have been trying to get in touch with Finance (Edgar Himenez), GM (Alder Ortiz)... but nobody gets back to me. Wait, theres more, and it includes not being told the truth once again. I know a real shocker right? They wouldnt return my down payment when I brought the truck back. The finance persons said two to three days. Its now been 10 days and nothing. Auto Nation Infiniti did respond to my first review asking to call the GM for further assistance. I took my wife’s car in for 18,000 mile service with my prepaid service plan on 07/14/2022. Normally, I have had great experiences at this dealership. But the last two times I have been there ( yesterday and February) things and people changed again.Upon checking in they immediately tried to upswell me into a highly overpriced service plan (see picture) . I ran a fleet garage and previously maintained ASE master certifications so I know at 15k miles the stuff they are recommending is just a money grab. When they “inspect” it should already be part of a basic service but they add these lines to make it appear that they are doing a lot of things to justify $861. An alignment you can get most places $200. If you have a daily driver in non extreme conditions there is no way you need to replace brake fluid or a throttle body cleaning .After my service they told me I needed rear tires and upon inspection at home they were close and worn on the outer tread. I asked them for a price for their tires and if they matched prices. I sent them a quote from Pep Boys for the tires I wanted and an alignment and asked if they could match. No response -obviously they don’t want my business. I used to be very loyal in buying, leasing and servicing my cars here, but I think I will try Mission Viejo Infiniti for my next service needs. I do not like how Tustin Infiniti changed in all areas. Sad they used to have a great team.

This review is specific to service.I brought in my FX 35 which is in mint condition to have the oil changed. Service is a major profit center for the dealership and you hear mixed reviews.My experience was horrid and for only an oil change. Several days after the oil changed I noticed oil on my driveway. Shortly thereafter I brought the vehicle in to my mechanic to inspect.Please note the pictures. Apparently this is a very cheap aftermarket oil filter, you can see the drain plug, it’s not seated properly in the oil pan hence the leaking oil. You can also see the oil dripping off of the oil pan.My mechanic also commented that the oil seemed very dark for having just been changed. Did they actually change it?I’m not sure what this dealer does right when it comes to service, but if they can’t simply do an oil change I certainly would not trust them with a major repair.Very disappointed and will never return.

I should have trusted my gut when the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on the SAME DAY I signed papers for the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was told the person washing the car pressure washed the engine and the light came on 1st RED FLAG. I couldnt even drive the truck home the day I just purchased it.I didnt received the truck until 2 days later (they had to work around my busy schedule) and on the 2nd day of actually having the truck, the engine light came on AGAIN. The picture attached was on my 4th day with the truck and it had to get towed back to them.Thank God, it happened within in the 5 day period to receive a full refund. I really had no other option but to return the truck back. The truck wouldnt even start. However, once we brought the car back within the 5 day return policy window, things became very slow and we ended up waiting for a couple hours. We were told we would get the refund by a certain day, but have not gotten it since (its been 5 days so far). Their finance department has been hard to get ahold of over the phone. My service advisor informed me that as I am approaching 60K miles, I should consider the 60K miles maintenance which I declined. The pricing of the service is a bit outrageous at $2,600+. After sitting in the lobby after 60 minutes, I saw my car being driven into the garage to be serviced, which I felt was too long of a wait, especially since I had made an appointment. I sold my leased Infiniti to the Tustin dealership on 8/7/23. All August I was called by a number that was registering as junk on my phone. Finally, 9/1 I decided to call the number and see why they were calling everyday several times a day. Come to find out it was Infiniti finance saying I was late on my payment and my account was delinquent and I would be reported to the credit bureaus. They had no record of me turning in the car or Tustin purchasing it. I called Tustin and was told the people I needed to speak to were in a meeting. I called back a few hours later and I spoke to one of the finance people (Edgar), and explained the situation, and he informed me he had a customer and would look into the situation and give me a call back. I never received a call back. I went in to the dealership the next day and spoke with Edgar and and he told me he did not know what the issue was but because it was a holiday weekend (Labor Day) he would have to call the merchant Tuesday and see what happened to the payoff of the vehicle. He then was showing me paperwork of everything and gave me a purchase receipt. I looked at the purchase receipt and saw the the sale was processed on September 1st. That was almost a month after I had turned in the car. At this point I was very upset as he was not honest with me upfront about the situation as well as insulted my intelligence with thinking I would not notice the processing date. The purchase had never been processed until I called about there being an issue and still I was lied to in my face saying it was an issue with the merchant. I spoke to a financial manager and explained the situation of what occurred. The person who was supposed to have completed the sale the day I turned the car in was Moe and of course he was not there to face his mistake. This entire situation shows the incompetency of the dealership as well as their loyalty to customers. It is apparent that customer service is not a priority there. With all that being said I have had to go out of my way to make a payment on a car that I did not have so that my account was in good standing and my 780 credit score wouldn’t be affected. I have reached out to the dealership several times to speak with the general manager about my concerns and I have consistently been told he was in a meeting, gone for the day, or he would give me a call back. I still have not received a phone call. I am very disappointed in the Infiniti company overall as my experience has been time consuming in the fact that I have had to call around for several days to get answers and a resolution to an issue that was the fault of the dealership. I am also disappointed in the way that the situation was handled as it was very unprofessional. As a loyal Infiniti customer for over multiple years this situation has caused Infiniti to lose my business as well as my mother’s for good. I will never purchase nor lease from Infiniti again and also encourage others to stay away especially the Tustin dealership.

My service rep, Joseph, was really nice, helpful, and responsive, which is why this got a two stars. My chief concern is about the pricing model for parts and labor. I was quoted $204.14 to replace an air filter ($85.95 part/$118.19 labor). After a quick Goog, I found that the process to replace the filter takes about 5 minutes even for someone as inexperienced as me (I tried it). I have always felt like dealer pricing for labor has been exorbitant and now I have proof. Needless to say, my confidence as a consumer has been rattled to the point where I no longer trust Infiniti Servicing and will most likely seek out the services of an independent mechanic. Please rethink your pricing model. When you do the math, $118.19 per 5 minutes of labor equates to an hourly rate of $1,418.28. I appreciate the skill that it takes to work on complex machines such as cars but that hourly rate seems wildly inflated. If you want people to return, you need to earn their trust. Taking advantage of your customers certainly does not achieve this.

I love colors that pop, like a beautiful red, or a burnt orange. Something that stands out. One of the vehicles was nice, but the dirty babys receiving blanket in the back seat threw me off. The structure could use some painting. The fact that they do not have a lot of vehicles, plus the structure looking drab, can be a turnoff.

My experience was over all horrible. I had to contact multiple agencies the BBB auto my Insurance, complain on twitter till I got HQ. Then they only put up half the cost after my QX60 (50k Car) CVT transmission had an error 10k miles out of warranty for something they never reported to me as a recall since they said they forgot to update me as the owner of a car I bought from them. They charged me 4k for a manufacture issue. This is a class actions lawsuit that Infiniti is in due to giving out Bad CVT transmissions and many of their cars. Had a lot of issues with the sales side not communicating with the service side of the dealership after purchasing my used Honda… was given a lot of promises about free repairs for issues before buying my used car and then again in the 5 day return period after I get it checked by the mechanic across the street. Was able to talk with management to ensure some broken things were fixed no cost(the car battery died on me 4 days into owning it and had been recommended to be replaced by the mechanic) but other promises for fixes have not been honored yet. I really liked the sales staff before I realized how empty “my word is my bond” was. Not excited to pay even more to fix preexisting issues we had been assured would be part of the initial sale. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing here, they’ll try to tell you it’s unnecessary but then won’t follow up. Overall happy with my car and grateful the service side worked hard to get our promises fulfilled, a waste of time for everyone involved though. The carfax history also was not in my car as promised when purchased so I had to reach out to a sales rep to get that in my possession before taking the car in to be checked out. He was very helpful and went out of his way to get it to me, but again another unnecessary issue.

I just purchased my QX50 from here this past Sunday (4/23). We worked with Tony and Wassem from sales and Sara from finance. All three made the buying process easy and they were so nice.However, I did have to return a few days after as my Bluetooth audio was not connecting properly nor my Apple CarPlay. I had called that Monday to ask how I could get it fixed. Whoever I spoke with said id be able to come and someone from sales/service team could just sit in the car with me. It took about 2 salesmen and 2 service men to try and connect my phone, each facing the same issue even when they tried connecting theirs.Chris, one of the service consultants walked over and was the most helpful. He was patient and understanding even though I was coming off quite frustrated. HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, NIGHTMARE Do NOT come HERE!!! I traded my car in here a month ago and they supposedly issued a check to Mazda Financial Services that same day. Last week I got a call from Mazda Financial Services that they NEVER received ANY payment. It has been a MONTH. Now, I am getting delinquency fees (over $600 and increasing daily) from Mazda for a car that I have not had for a month). Auto Nation is NOT returning my calls and supposedly mailed the check a month ago but conveniently have no tracking information. They claim this has never happened before and they can’t update me on the matter and have NOT resolved the problem or returned my calls. My CREDIT SCORE is going down because of Infiniti Auto Nation and I’m a single mother trying to buy a house in the future. My stress is escalating and at this point have been advised my Mazda Financial Sevices to contact the police and a lawyer. I called Auto Nation several times to try to resolve this matter but was told there was no one available to speak to me about my issue (they were out of the office, etc etc) and I left voicemails which were not returned. After 5 days of daily calling and no returned calls from AutoNation and repeated calls from Mazda collections and final notices I had to call the police as Mazda advised. Luckily, my issue was resolved as soon as the police became involved. I’m just not sure why it had to escalate to this level and AutoNation was so unresponsive. If someone could have just had the curtesy to communicate it could have saved me hours or time and tremendous anxiety, elevated blood pressure, distractions from work and my kids, and police resources could have been put at better use.

The price was also well under blue book, so I reached out to them and all I can say is WOW, these guys are great! I was misinformed on financing options. This was an issue as I flew out to buy car. I felt somewhat pressured as they were closing soon. On drive back, I realized my phone wouldn’t connect. I was told and showed paperwork that said they checked all functions. How many people connect their phone during test drive?! I called three times in next two days with no responses. Now I’m being asked to write a review. I would say make sure you give yourself time and look at EVERYTHING. I took my car for a simple oil change. They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I just replaced the rotors in the back and replaced brake pads in the front and back. Last year. They were very quick at handeling my initial call to look at the jeep. The application part was long but they worked really hard to get me the deal that I got. The only thing because they are an infinity dealership my car didn’t come with any manual book or the proper paper work in the glove compartment. Only thing I didn’t like about this place was their communication. I am new to Callifornia and not aware of all the driving rules. I didn’t ever get my vehicle registration. I didn’t even get it communicated to me that my registration would be ending that march nor any communication that my registration should have came through the DMV. Customer Service disaster from start to finish. I tried to schedule simple maintenance via phone with their scheduler. She could not answer any of my questions, did not know how long my repair would take, and was pretty useless. I found out they use a call center in Las Vegas, so they have no insight into the particular Infiniti location. I was assigned to Jeffrey N. who was very slow and had to ask another employee how to do everything. He did not know the cost of my services, or how to access my CarMax warranty data that was in their database, or how long I would have to wait. I asked for the complimentary car wash/vacuum.I was kept waiting over 3 hours. They did not have a part I needed, no repairs were done, so I have no idea what took 3 hours. I have to come back again next week - inconvenient. At one point he said my car was done, he just needed to fill out some paperwork and he would come get me. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk and he looked surprised to see me. No respect for your time and no sense of urgency. Car was not washed or vacuumed as I requested.Infiniti called on Monday to see how my service was and I told them it was terrible. She said the service manager, Linda, would call me shortly. Wednesday, I got a call from Infiniti reminding me of my follow-up appointment on 3/17/23, I told her I had to cancel and asked when Linda would call me. She said she would ask her to call me. 20 minutes later I got another call from Eric reminding me of my 3/17 appointment, which I had just cancelled! I asked why he was also calling me. He had no idea. Still no call from Linda.I really dont want to ever come back here. I dont trust that they are taking care of my car properly.

Id give five stars if I were only rating the finance person she was very friendly and helpful. Id give three stars for the sales person because he was also friendly but not very helpful. The two stars is because I was told there werent any dealer add ons, but there is. The theft protection, even though the contract says its voluntary and not necessary for the purchase of a vehicle at an autonation dealership, is an add on. I was told that I could decline it, but they wouldnt sell me the car. That doesnt make it optional, that makes it mandatory, and they should change the wording in the contract to reflect that. Also, they shouldnt lead by telling people there arent any dealership add ons because there is one, so they are lying when they tell you that. This review is to let consumers know that there is an add on, and even though the contract states you can decline it and still purchase a vehicle, they wont sell you the car without agreeing to it.

I was considering buying a new Infiniti car, but my recent experience with this dealershhip covinced me that this might not be a good idea. .On Tueday, April 24, 2023, I noted a leakage of my cars coolant, as it was running idle on my driveway (after a jump start). I had my car towed to this dealership, and called the service department notifin gthem about the leakage and overheatng problem.On Wednesday morning I recieved a text message from a service representative, Jeffrey, requesting me to aproove an initial diagnosis fee of $239.99, which I promptly approved.On Wednesday afteroon I got another message from Jeffrey to the effect that there is still no update but that the vehicle will be done in the next hour. I thought this was good news.Not hearing back for 5 hours, I texted again. In response, Jeffrey assured me that as of right now the technician is starting off with your battery - it tested good but the voltage was low, so he is charging the battery ...and Ill let you know if it resoves the problem...Alarmed about this confusing answer, I immediately texted back that the issue was not the battery but the leakage of collant and the overheating associated with it.In resonse, I received another text from Jeffrey with a video showing some issues that I may want to fix while my car is there (none of those related to the problem for which the car was towed).The next day, on Thursday afternoon, I received a message that the part that was needed for the repair is on order will arrive the next day, Friday morning, and quoted the price as $1,523 (new fan, motor, and shroud). I accepted.On Friday afternoon, I was waiting for a message that my car is ready. Instead, I got a message asking me to approve an additioal cost of $40 because the technician discovered there is no coolant.... This time, I expressed my dismaly at being nickled and dimed, after three days without a car (not even a loaner). Eventually, they waived this charge.Late Friday, I was told that the technician was behind schedule and I willl get the car only the next day.I finally was able to pick up my car from the dealeship on Saturday afternoon.P.s., While in the dealerhip, waiting to pick up that car, I asked for a quote for the trade-in of my car. An acuisition manager checked my car and informed me that he would will get some additonal informatio about the care and get back to me. This was on April 29. Almost two weeks later, and I am still waiting to hear back frm him.

Drove off the lot and got a flat within 1 mile and they put 2 new tires on without charging me. All good…until you bring the car back for service. They will not give you a loaner car unless you purchased an Infiniti. That is their policy. So, don’t ever buy any aftermarket warranty with them. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and synthetic oil change. The staff is super friendly and professional. The service on my car wasnt going to be finished on time and I had an appointment that I could not miss. Sandy, my rep, provided me with a loaner car to get to my appointment on time. When I returned, I was informed that my rear brakes also need to be changed asap. I told them I needed to think about whether or not I wanted to have it repaired with them. They provided me with the parts and labor information. There was no pressure. I called them the next morning and was able to get an appointment on a Saturday with short notice. Sales and service were great at time of purchase! I asked to reserve a car and went in for test drive. Car was pulled to the side and mostly clean when I got there. Buying process was easy and relatively painless - as always make sure you have a few hours to spare as the financing and paperwork can take a bit. After purchase I received regular check in phone calls. Unfortunately the issues I found with the car after inspection were not covered under limited warranty (cracks in rim & backup camera jam). Management told me they’d see what they could do and that they’d call me back, but I never received a follow up. Would still recommend this dealership, just advise that if you find something wrong with the car you be willing to return it because they’re more than likely not going to be much help.

Took my SUV to Infiniti Tustin to repair my rear suspension, seat belt, and power door lock. I knew Id be paying premium for repairs at the dealership, but I wanted the Infiniti experts to work on my SUV. I was willing to pay the extra money for their specific knowledge and skills instead of the local mechanic who may not know my car very well. Ive had my SUV since college and taken good care of it. I keep it with me for sentimental reasons and refuse to sell it. I was disappointed when I paid all of that money only to realize that the power door lock issue was not fixed when I drove it home. To make matters worse, when I returned it back to the dealer, they said the issue was another part that had to be replaced. Their initial work also made my stereo unit not turn on when starting the car. When I returned the car back to the dealer, they said they would make it right by ordering the correct part and repairing my stereo unit. They said they would contact me when it arrived. I have yet to receive a phone call and I have left a couple of messages to find out the status of the order. Either they are extremely short staffed or they are not taking customer service seriously. I gave 3 stars because currently they have fixed 2 out of the 3 problems that I paid for on 12/16/2021. Today is 12/27/2021

My car got great maintenance services, but their management may need some help.First, they need better communication between the service office and the service techs that are doing the labor. This then will improve communication between the service office and the clients on how their car inspection is going and how long it will take for the car to be finished. They had a lot of bottlenecks.Second, their waiting lobbies needed to better housekept. Their main service waiting lobby was a little busy so I decided to sit at their sales lobby and the cushions for the lounges were either on the floor or toppled and unorganized on the couch.Other than these logistical issues, the associates that helped me were all kind and did apologize and take responsibility for the delays.

Was called by Infinity for a recall on my qx60. I was scheduled to Tuesday morning. Two days before the appointment I had to cancel this appointment and did so electronically and received confirmation. I rescheduled for the next day, wednesday. When I arrived they had no record of me having an appointment. It took my car in and repaired the recall issue. I was notified the car was ready to be picked up and when I arrived they were confused as to why I was there. They could not find the paperwork, and they finally found the paperwork and the keys in a file in far corner of the office. I had left a message on my paperwork but I was interested in selling my vehicle if they had an interest and they did not respond to that question. The maintenance area did not appear to be busy at all and I would say the technicians were courteous and friendly. Looks like the scheduling of the appointments electronically could use some work.

Tried to schedule a warranty recall service three times. First time they said they did not have the part when I showed up for the appointment. The second appointment I showed up and they said they could not accommodate - too busy. The third time showed up, they said it would be 6 hour wait when they told me it would be 1-2 hour service. When I escalated to the service manager, he told me that they dont need any more business and that I am free to leave. They dont need any more business. I am wondering why they take appointment when they dont actually want customers. I ended taking the car to another dealer further away. They made an appointment within 2 days, had the part, and were very friendly and nice. I dont normally write bad review, but I had to on this one. They wasted a lot of my time and very not sorry about it at all.

I was being extremely picky on what car we wanted when it came to color interior and exterior as well as trim and drivetrain. He was very patient with us as we switched our reservation several times.
