I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews for the service department for the Tustin Infiniti dealership and I probably would have avoided my own negative experience there. Customer service is scattered and sub par to begin with as Ive visited twice before for scheduled servicing/oil change. I took my Infiniti in this past week for multi-point inspection, oil change & tire rotation; picked up my car that day--they had it running for me at check out and I drove home. The next day my car wouldnt start. I got key error alerts initially on the dash, then it just referenced Malfunction. I called the service department & asked them what could have happened & any ideas to troubleshoot. I let them know it sounded like a potential battery issue. They had no ideas and said I needed to bring it in. I requested that they cover tow truck given I had zero issues with my car ahead of their service from the day prior; they declined to cover. I paid $170 to have the car towed back to the service dept for them to tell me the battery needed to be replaced--$220 for battery, $120 for the labor. I requested that they cover the labor/battery or a portion of given they had supposedly checked my battery during the multi-point inspection, sent me home & then cost me a tow back. Again they declined, no explanation for what happened, no accountability taken, no apologies, no direct communication from management. Theyve lost my business for good and I would not recommend entrusting your vehicle to their care.

Great experience car wasn’t running, and another Infiniti dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose my vehicle! Took it here instead with high recommendation from a friend, and boom they fixed it without a hefty price! Thank you Gabriel and Ivan for all your help! They are awesome

Customer service was good. Would NOT recommend this business. There were error lights on my dashboard regarding VDC which would have resolved itself if they had topoff my brake fluid containers which is part of the multi point inspection they confirmed many times they did. I would not recommend AutoNation Infiniti for any services.I had to go buy a $5 dollar bottle of brake fluid to resolve my issue.

They are a typical used car dealership. I bought a G35 from here years ago and when I needed to sell my Q60 after my husband died, they said they could beat the carvana price. Had me drive down there (I live in the inland empire) and offered me $200 more for that entire drive. He showed me his app saying he would only make $2k. I am all about being fair so it is reasonable they make some money. Today I see the car listed for $8k above what they offered me.I know you are subject to used car sales man tactics. I am aware that after a loss of a loved one you just need the money but these guys will steal from your grandmother.Buyer Beware!Notes - car had less than 3k miles on it, yes pristine condition. They didnt offer their best, they offered a grieving widow the lowest.

I have been working with this dealership for over 21 years (Before they were AutoNation). I have leased 8 cars in those year, some with this dealership and some with others. Today, I tried to return my leased vehicle (end of lease) and once Sara Hasheni, the sales manager, found out that I was not leasing another Infiniti, she refused to help me turn in my car. She said she was too busy and she would not allow anyone else at the dealership to assist me either. I understand that all the dealerships are having computer issues due to a major security breach; however, I was able to return it to Infiniti South Coast later in the afternoon, with no issues. Sara did not want to assist me because there was no sales opportunity. After 8 cars and a 21 years of working with the excellent Service Department, this is not the way to handle a loyal customer. I hope that Sara will not be working with Infiniti Tustin when I revisit the Infiniti product line after a much need design refresh.

Their INFINITI service team is pretty good. The sales team is a different story... Appointment process was easily done through their online system. I had a warranty issue that needed servicing, which would mean I needed alternative transportation. I wanted to make sure I had a loaner beforehand because I was coming from 90 miles away. My service consultant, Hazel, was very kind and courteous. She told me prior to my appointment that there would be means of transportation had it come to needing my car staying overnight etc. She logged what my concerns with the car were, even though some things were not duplicated by their technicians. Those issues may probably come at a later time, in which, I wouldnt hesitate to have them look at it again. The one other issue was taken care of under warranty, and Hazel was able to convey that. Thank you.

The AutoNation Infiniti Group was outstanding to deal with. Everybody from the receptionist, to the sales rep (Randall), the finance rep, and the service rep was exceptional! They provided me with the best car buying experience from a dealership that I have ever had. We will definitely be going back to buy another car from them when the need arises.

My salesperson was Luis and I initiated contact online. Luis reached out to me right away and answered my questions. I was going to go with a less expensive brand but Luis convinced me to come in person and he kept his word by getting me the deal I wanted. Hes also reached out to me several times after the purchase to make sure Im comfortable and familiar with the car. Exceptional customer service! The paperwork process was smooth and hassle free as well. Great team!

Ash, Sarah, Sam, and Edgar were a dynamic team that epitomized excellent service to my q50 sport purchase. I was almost the last person at the dealership for the day. They reassured my doubts initially and allowed for a smooth sales experience, from terms to approval status and finalization of financing options. I would highly recommend this location for attention to personal reassurance. They made the time to compare interested vehicles on the market. CPO offers do not last for long, which allowed me to move forward based on my credit worthiness and bank. Made my purchase a lucky one with extended warranty.
