Thank you Tyler and the technicians for patching up my tire. I’ve constantly had low tire pressure on my right front tire. The techs were able to find a nail and patch it up. The customer service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Tyler updated me every so often while I waited in the waiting room. Thank you Honda Fremont for the wonderful service on my car!

Finally my car got fixed It was a broken side view mirror and I got it replaced through Honda Fremont through my insurance company AAA the process is very slow it took month and a half for the whole process after too many calls and few visits finally the manager Nathen who’s a nice person helped me out . Best part Honda has partnered with a company for easy payment plans which is great you can make easy interest free payments. Also the advisor Jason was really nice he offered me a free car wash and change my remote batteries for no extra cost. Overall a lengthy process but I got my car fixed. .

I worked with Tyler on my car service. He made quite an impact with me during my experience at Honda. His hospitality was amazing from start to finish. He went the extra mile for me. For example, when I asked if there were any loaners, he checked but there was none. However, he went to his manager to double check and, in fact, his manager had a key to one. He was in constant communication with me via text message, updating me & sending me pictures of my vehicle. I just really appreciated Tyler and his positive attitude and amazing customer service. He really made my time at Honda amazing

I leased my 2023 Honda Ridgeline from AutoNation Honda Fremont less than a month ago and haven’t regretted it. I love it!!! The customer service was awesome! The whole process was so easy and everyone from the salesman (Kent Branner) to the finance department was so friendly and helpful. I have purchased 3 vehicle’s from this dealership and every time I walk away happy and satisfied with my purchase. The dealership is always clean including the restrooms and the staff always make you feel acknowledged, welcomed and heard no matter how many questions you may have. Honda Nation Fremont is an excellent dealership to buy a car from. They are proactive and extremely helpful in guiding you through various cars and then through the purchase process. Their 5 day return guarantee and 4 month warranty on used cars is very helpful. The staff is also a polite and humorous bunch. Like in any dealership, be aware of them exaggerating things a bit and have your own questions and research on cars ready.

Had an appointment to get my car serviced. I got there, went in and told them I had an appointment. They told me to wait by my car and someone would come help me out. 15 minutes passed by so I went back in and asked for help again. They said someone would be out there to help me. 20 minutes passed and no one came out. I was dropping it off because I had places to be. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if no one is there to help you at the time of your appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment. I hope they dont waste my time again next time. Is there another Honda dealership near by?

Highly DO NOT recommend working with Giovanni Silva. His service is inconsiderate/unprofessional and included being asked to check out a car that wasn’t ready, which resulted in me waiting around for 2 hours for the car to be ready to view. I also had to be the one to “check in” during this unexpected wait and ask if it was ready, only to find him sitting on his phone at his desk. After asking, he then got up to check and the car was ready. Why not just wait to schedule a time when the car is actually ready to be viewed?Not only that, but after the car didn’t work out, he told me he would process my deposit refund which should have came back within 5 business days. Which did not happen of course! After many unanswered and unreturned calls for 3+ weeks, I decided to go in myself to get my deposit back. It only took 5 minutes speaking with finance and I was out the door with a receipt confirmation in hand.Again, do NOT do business with Giovanni. He is quick to call/text you back when he’s trying to sell you a car, but won’t return your calls/texts/emails when YOU need something. Unprofessional and does not respect your time.

The service guy provided a listing of the service package due on my vehicle. That was really important. It would been helpful if this was done when I made the appointment. Americans are struggling these days and to have to walk in a service shop and be told that your car service today is $1300 is insane. Mercedes and BMW is at $2500. Struggling Americans have to plan ahead for these expenses. Once I learned on these charges I got the oil done and scheduled for the other part of the service package the following 3 weeks. Very grateful that the service guy did not hold this info assuming I could not afford the service package.

Found a 2018 Accord sport this weekend at this location. Went to test drive. The car had a lot of body damage, wrinkled head rests, reasonable size dent in trunk, cracked lining around the bumper, tail light was falling in. They couldnt adjust the price but promised to fix it. Car was listed for a little over 18k. Wrote a check for 12k and financed the rest. They said I could pick up the car tomorrow after it was detailed. I stayed pretty late 10pm doing the paperwork. In the morning I received a call from a shady salesman that said the check engine light went on and dont get that car bc it was for my son. He said come down I will put gas in your car and give you a better deal on a newer car. Smh. No thank you. Seems kinda odd. Found a different dealer to go with.

My elderly aunt bought a Honda from AutoNation eight years ago. They convinced her to purchase an extended warranty on the car. She purchased it due to their recommendation and for piece of mind.Three years ago she took the vehicle in for an engine issue. The extended warranty covered the repairs, but did not cover a part recommended by the service department. The extended warranty company deemed it not necessary. When the repairs were completed, AutoNation convinced my aunt to purchase another extended warranty, as this one was due to expire. A few months later the engine issue returned, and she brought the car back to AutoNation for diagnosis and repair. The dealership told the second extended warranty that the part that failed was from the first repair. Second extended warranty pointed fingers at first extended warranty. First pointed at second. Neither would take responsibility for the repair leaving my aunt without a car.My aunt was confused and asked AutoNation to please get to the bottom of it and fix the car. Instead, the car sat for a year until they pushed it out onto the street. Eventually it was towed to an impound lot. AutoNation never notified my aunt, she was called by the impound lot and told she owed impound fees, more than the car was worth. The motor was in pieces with parts in the back seat and trunk.She called AutoNation and was told someone would get back to her. No one ever called.I find it despicable that a car dealership would take advantage of an 80 year old elderly woman like this.

I went in there for a certain car. But apparently it was a very popular car and could barley be found anywhere. I thought I knew what I wanted. But when we started talking to Kent he talked some sense into us. He took the time to actually explain things to us and walk us through the process. There were two more guys who helped us but I dont remember their names. I believe the other was also a sales man and one was in finance. I had a last-minute tire emergency was was literally calling Honda on my drive up 880... spoke to someone who quickly checked inventory, let me know I had 3 choices and made sure a Service Rep (Dao) would know I would be there within minutes.I arrived, got checked in, sat in their lobby area where I could setup and work and within 2.5 hours, was leaving with a new tire.. and a new relationship for my car needs.

TLDR: ok experience overall; some difficulties communicating with personnel and long, unexplained wait timesI just purchased a car from AutoNation Fremont last week.The experience was ok overall - they are very competent when it comes to the final steps and preparing your paperwork.My three star rating is because of two things:1. the sales employee who helped us did not speak very good English, which made the whole process a bit confusing and took much longer than it should have. Given the size of the purchase, we would have appreciated clearer communication.2. we were made to wait very long stretches of time without being told why (we think this is because we went in on Memorial day weekend), or being offered anything to drink for the over 5 hours we were there.One note is that the finance guy who helped us in the end, Alex, was extremely clear and competent and made the whole experience infinitely better in the end. Thank you for the reply. After recent B17 service, we didnt use our vehicle much.After one day we received a warning about low tire pressure and noticed some unusual noise. Upon inspection, we discovered a nail in the tire and had it replaced. During the replacement, we were informed about a leakage in the axle, which was little frustrating since we were initially told the vehicle has no issues. We also didnt receive any link for survey. Other than this we dont have any concerns, staff was helpful and responsive.

Had no problem with the oil change that had been scheduled, that was fine. But had a real problem waiting for 4 hours for an estimate and to find out if the problem they discovered was covered by Honda Care. Even after waiting that long it took my daughter going back into their facility to get answers. I declined to have the repair done there and would never use their facility again especially after I learned that I was given wrong information.

Then the customer service went straight down hill 👎🏾 I took the problem to service. Service was cool but they still couldn’t figure out the problem for the car. So therefore I had to return the car! When I wasn’t expecting too and the car was brand new 2023! After continuous trips of going back and forth to this dealer. I will never go back or buy from them again as the experience was so horrible. I am traumatized about buying another brand new car now off of the lot anywhere just because of this experience. Praying for whoever gets this car and if it starts having problems. I told you so! Had to pick a star to post. They don’t deserve the one I gave.Thee absolute worst. Never again. I bought a car in November, and the paperwork never got sent to my lender. I have called and left 10 messages to no avail now, my lender, because they never received my paperwork and they never received the title to my car are raising my car payment to almost 20% interest because they don’t have the title. The fees I paid during purchase included completing my DMV PAPERWORK. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN THE MORNING. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING A VEHICLE HERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. In south bay, I got a very bad exprience with dealers, but here in Fremont, things are totally different. Very smooth, comfortable and nice purchase experience. Ed is kind and knowledgible on helping customer choose the best match trim. Sophie is supportive on arranging and scheduling items to meet customers request and expectations. Patrick is professional on financing process and making good recommendations for the customer. Pickup process is smooth and the detail is perfect. This review is the aftermath of KoKos review of the Honda Accord. Went last weekend to get a car and long story short met with finance and wrote a 12k check. Was told the next morning to come back to finish the paperwork as it was after 10pm. I signed the sales grid agreeing to the price( whatever that means) but NO contract. No agreement. In the morning I was called by the salesman who stated the check engine light came on and to come look at other cars. I declined and said I would come Monday to pick up my check. THIS PLACE CASHED THE CHECK. AND HAVE NO REASON FOR DOING SO. I went down there and was told the controller has to issue a check in up to 10 days. I showed proof the check cleared and was not able to stop funds on the check. AND NOW NO RETURN PHONE CALL FROM BRIAN THEIR GM. This was a costly accident. How do you take a check from someone, ask them to come back in the morning and cash it before a car is sold or an agreement is signed. This place is a headache.

I was shopping through Costco Auto Buying Program for a 2024 Radiant Red Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Auto Nation had one available. I made an appointment with Don Tolentino, salesman, When I arrived, Don said the car was sold the night before. Don offered to arrange for delivery of the same car from another Nor Cal dealer and have it within a week. He said if this wasn’t possible, it would take 3 months to order the car from the factory.I spoke with the Brian Tam, General Manager, to tell him I didn’t drive an hour and fifteen minutes from San Mateo County to order a car when I could do the same from a nearby dealer. Brian said he had a 2024 Radiant Red Honda Accord Touring Hybrid on the lot that I could buy for hundreds of dollars more. I purchased this car with the favorable terms offered by Brian on 2/9/24.Don Tolentino did a great job demonstrating all the features of the car. I’m very happy with the extra features of the Hybrid Touring.

Was 5 minutes early to my 7 am appointment for a recall on my car. I asked would it be around 45 minutes to an hour because if not Ill come back. I was informed it wouldnt take more than an hour. After normal conversation it was brought up about my lease ending here soon and how I was going to just walk around and look at the cars around the lot. The person helping me let me know sales would open at 9 and I should talk to them. I said not today as I didnt want to be there that late. At 810 I ask how much longer, Im told not much longer. I get a call from my son and while Im on the phone the service person comes over with a sales person. I let them know Im on the phone. The sales guy Sammy then asks me to come over to talk to him. I again say Im on the phone and am not planning on buying a car today. He still says come talk to him after Im off the phone. We didnt get our car back till 905 am.The whole reason I came in is because I had a recall on my car, so a free service. And I get lied to about my time and felt unheard when I said no. I scheduled my appointment for this time so I wouldnt have sales people around and I could just look.

Jeremias Ponce and his boss assisted me. They made my wife and I extremely comfortable, and I was just considering purchasing a CRV Hybrid Sport Turing, but I ended up opting with the color of my choice, Hybrid with leather seats. Jeremias Ponce and his supervisor invited me to test drive the car, and before we even left the showroom, she went into great depth about all of the cars amenities and assisted with the Apple CarPlay setup. My old van broke down and I had no transportation for almost a month. Without hesitation I went to Honda dealership with my parents in search of a spacious vehicle for my family of 6. We walked into their nice lobby and greeted by a young man. Giovanni came to greet us and gladly helped us. He showed us around and was very patient. I had little time to look around because my kids were almost out of school. Giovanni found a Honda Odyssey and I did a test drive with Ace who is also friendly and patient. Ace explained well all the features the van had. It was time for us to leave. Before we were about to leave David who is Sales manager came outside to greet us. He is also very nice and has great customer service. I explained to him it was time for me to pick up my boys from school and I was very interested in the van. My parents and I left. I wasn’t able to purchase the van I did a test drive. Better yet David called me giving me great news. I was approved for a brand new Odyssey Sport 2023 Thank God. He made my day and my family’s day. David and his team do care about their customers. I was updated by him and Giovanni the date my brand new van was going to arrive. Til this day I’m so happy. The look on my kids faces when they saw me arriving home with our new van is something I’ll never forget. Whole team are great including finance department. They all work around how to help and make their customers happy. Now I’m able to drive around on a liable car and I also put one of my favorite license plate.

I got a service here a few months months ago & the agent told me to change the brake pads on my car as they were near the end of their life which didn’t make sense on how much I had driven my car so I didn’t change it. Took the car to Hayward Honda this month and the brake pads are almost new at 8/32 after driving almost 10k miles after service at Autonation. The autonation Honda was trying to scam me by changing parts that don’t even require changing and the service was $150 more expensive than Hayward. SMH!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our daughters first car, a Hybrid CRV Touring Edition at AutoNation Honda of Fremont. Customer service was exceptional from our first phone inquiries to stepping foot into the dealership. Sales Manager Chi helped us explore our options in a friendly, no pressure, inviting manner. He answered all of our questions and did everything possible make us feel comfortable with a purchase. We communicated with him on multiple occasions and left the dealership to sleep on the it. We ultimately decided to purchase the car the following day, and picked it up four days later, on the weekend, per our request. Isabel on the sales team was great taking us through the car features and helping my daughter get set up with all her personal settings on the car, which she was very excited to learn about from another friendly team member at Honda. Our financing was handled by a charismatic man named Hendry who explained all our financing options and additional coverage, asking us relevant questions about our driving patterns and usage to help us figure out the best plans. He was patient as we made changes along the way. We took advantage of Hondas 0% apr financing for 60 months, which is unheard of and absolutely amazing. This was the icing on the cake. I’d been looking for the 2023 urban gray Honda CRV ex-l and was having a hard time finding it. I had a negative experience with this dealership about a used Mazda I was interested in buying. There was some minor damage to the rear bumper. I was mislead by the salesman, Luis, who told me they would repair the bumper without telling me that they were only going to touch-up the paint. The paint they used was not even the color of the car, and it looked worse afterwards than before. Had I been told that all they planned to do was touch-up the paint, I would have not proceeded any further with this vehicle. The correct way to repair the bumper is to replace it, not touch up the paint. I do not recommend this dealership as they were not honest with me as to the true nature of the repair that they planned to do on the car.

Patrick openly lied about Vehicle Protection Plan details and tried to play the numbers tricks of the trade to sell a VPP. He was insulting my intelligence! He didnt even print out the full agreement. I think its a shame that your finance people project very negative image when it comes to honesty and integrity of your organization.December 23, 2023 - I called twice the number given by the owner to talk with the GM. I had a check engine light. I made a appointment over the phone with no problem. The day I brought in my Honda Fit I was met by Gordon. He was was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with a Uber ride home. I received a call later with the estimate and details on the repairs. Gordon kept me updated on the repairs and any additional items to be repaired.Even though they might be a little more costly the staff and techs are very knowledgeable and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.I would use their service again...Thank you,David

I bought a car that came out super defective from its assembly, and I asked for 2 months to have it fixed and it seems that the person responsible for the service department is still on vacation so they cannot solve it for me (and I imagine he will continue on vacation whenever I come back and ask for a solution 🤣). As I run more the car something goes out of adjustment, definitely if they know how to steal from you. I did not stop him to see it as they are supposed to do as soon as it arrives (the inspection) I bought it out of necessity, now I think they wait for the car to thunder so that someone else responds and not them 🤬🤬🤬PD. and this story continues, I guess they wait until I reach the mileage limit to tell me that they cant do anything anymore or because I didnt go on time, while my car keeps falling apart. As the manager told me, your car, your debt, your problem that the first day you didnt see that...03/26/22It is the date that no one attends to me, they do not answer my mail, my calls, and the worst thing is that only my license plates arrived without stickers...

Was informed that it’ll get done by 230PM —— I left there at 415PM plus I was greeted by a rush hour on the way home. I’ve bren to places where you can get an oil change done in 10 mins — you dont even have to get out of your car. Frustrating first impression. Wont be returning.

Got my new car in June/July last year thru their employee John Lu. NOTE: This review is specific to my experience with the front desk of this dealership re: getting a pro-rated refund on the Honda extended warranties.TLDR: The front desk associate attempted to shame me, loudly and dramatically, for doing something well within my rights. It was inappropriate and unprofessional, and made me very uncomfortable.I purchased several extended warranties when I bought my car at AutoNation Honda Fremont five years ago, which are eligible for pro-rated refunds if I no longer need/want them. When I sold my car, I called the dealership the next day to ask about the process of cancelling the warranties.The person who picked up my call (who I later discovered was the front desk associate) told me: Oh thats going to take a lot of paperwork, youll need to come into the dealership. Let me transfer you to finance. No one picked up after the transfer, so I left a message. After waiting awhile for a response, I called again and reached one of their sales associates, who told me Finance would be there until closing and that I could just drop by.When I arrived, the front desk associate said: Oh, youre the one that called a few times today. Ill get finance for you. But the moment I turned around to walk to a seat, I heard him tell the other people around him: This is the girl who called 10 times today to get a refund or something. He said it multiple times, very loudly, in an exasperated/accusatory tone, to both customers and staff - as if I was making a ridiculous request and had been pestering them all day. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. When the finance person showed up, confused, the front desk associate repeated again that This is the girl who called like 10 times today, she wants some sort of refund or something, just go take care of it.(To Finances credit, they just blinked, asked me what I needed, had me fill out a single piece of paper with some basic details (VIN, address, etc.) and said Corporate would mail me a check.)Look - theres no need to try and shame people for getting a pro-rated refund for warranties theyre no longer using. Dont try to discourage people by saying itll take a bunch of paperwork, and dont attempt to embarrass them when they arrive. The memory of the great buying experience I had from AutoNation Honda Fremont five years ago is now marred by your lack of professionalism, and I hope no other customers have to experience this in the future.

The good: Luis was helpful and worked hard to get me my Cadillac. They delivered a clean car and a full tank of gas. Finance didn’t have any additional hidden fees. I received good professional service. The bad thinking I was going to get one payment and rate and ending up paying a higher rate at 21% apr!! Fortunately very very fortunately I was able to get approved at 8.5% and refinanced my loan in less than a month saving me over $12,600 on interest!!!! I know finance is outside the dealership but don’t understand the huge discrepancy between there approval and Rategenuis in less than a month. My score and income is exactly the same!! Also I shopped for an extended warranty I was able to get a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty bumper to bumper for only $2000 with primer auto protect. the dealership price was over $6000. It just shows it can save you thousands if you shop for a better rate and don’t accept dealership finance partner rates and warranty prices.

Recently went in for a 60 point inspection before Thanksgiving on my Honda Ridgeline. Great info on some maintenance, no hassle. They missed something so went back and helped me out greatly, fixed the issue at no charge and washed the car and had me on my way in less than 1-2 hours. I believe its just how Chris handled the situation professionally and made me feel like a welcomed guest. Told me about the recorded videos they do outside and inside when they take a vehicle in for service. They text video to you so you have a copy to view at leisure. That is awesome.

This is a review for the HONDA Dealer in Fremont, i was told to give an honest review although this is a late review i cant forget the experience, I brought in my honda s2000 and after it was having an issue i couldnt figure out, i was told that i came to right place and that they surely will take care of it, what came next i never expected, the technician did 2 hours of diag, after those 2 hours of expensive diag what i was told was the battery had to be replaced along with a main relay, then after 2 weeks i was told that the car was not fixed and wasnt getting any better, I was then texted a list of parts including 2 wiring harnesses 1 PCM, EPS, and on and on equivalent to a cost of over 3-4000$ of USED parts, then i was told that even after that they still might be able to fix the problem, i procedeed by telling them i would just want a mobilizer part replaced first and that took another 2-3 weeks, plus days to test the car and to put gas in it. Afte the mobilizer it sure enough was not fixed, I then told them i will have the car towed out of the dealer which they took days to reply to my text, after paying over 1,000$ (FOR a battery, a relay which was good, and a 5$ mobilizer) AND a still broken car with no CLEAR answer of what is wrong just assumptions of parts equivalent to $3,500, that MIGHT fix the issue, I came to towe the car out and the interior of my car was all dusty and taken apart by their people (door sills, interior panels, and bolts and nuts all scattered under the floor mats and seats, I still havent even found main clips for my door sills, the least I could of gotten was a complete car as how it came into the dealer, I then proceded to fix the car on my own, and exactly what they told me wasnt the issue, Was the issue, not to mention as i walked out of the dealership an employee offered to buy my car which brought a laugh to me,in conclusion do not come to this dealership with a car that you have more knowledge of them saying “we know the best for your s2000” is a joke to me, i will never bring my cars to this dealership ship again as they dont know what they are doing, arent honest and their responses to my questions take weeks long, aswell as a simple part that i asked to replaced took 2-3 weeks.

Customer was good, but could be better.I called the week before for an appointment at 9:20am Saturday. I came on Saturday on time at the service counter trying to check in. Some how their system didn’t register my appointment at all. Just couldn’t find my name on their system for any appointments. But the service desk person, John did not give up on me. He continued to find an opened spot for me to cont For the service that morning.He said it might be busy and up to three hours for the service due to the many cars ahead of me. I was ok with that because I needed my remote key made. Well it didn’t take three hours, but only around 90 minutes. I got my remote key and all works well.They could receive a little higher if they could have found my name and appointment in their system.

The process of booking an appointment and dropping off my vehicle was managed efficiently. During the inspection phase, I was impressed to receive a video report from the mechanic, which provided a clear and detailed overview of my vehicles condition. However, I encountered some difficulties when discussing the repair expenses with the service manager due to a language barrier created by his accent. It would have been beneficial to have a written estimate provided alongside the video to aid in understanding.Additionally, there was an issue with the battery replacement. I had previously purchased a battery from this shop, which was still under warranty. It was only when I fortuitously discovered my receipt that the warranty was acknowledged and honored. This incident leads me to believe that although they had a record of the warranty, it was not disclosed to me initially, casting a shadow on their transparency.Despite these issues, I must commend them for completing all the repairs within the promised time frame.

I had a very bad experience buying a Honda Civic here in January,2023.The sale representative is ok though he pretended going back and forth with his manager about how much my old car can be sold and how much the total price I will have to pay for the new car.He also didnt tell me about the fact the for this car, oil change for the first couple of years are free until after I talked to the office person who is trying to sell me the coverage.The 2 star review mainly come from the office person I talked to.Initially, it was all good and professional.Then things went bad when he started selling me the coverage and I said I didnt want to buy it.He was very surprised with my decision and told me you can google it online now, everyone all purchase it. And he continued saying that he used to work in the service department and how valuable it is to have the coverage.Furthermore, he warned me that if you dont do routine maintenance or check, then the Honda warranty wont cover your car if something is broken. The way how he talked feels like hes trying to threaten me to purchase it.After 5 mins, he still didnt give up. He dropped the price to half of the original price. And I still dont want to buy it based on his previous bad attitude. I communicated that I dont like the way how he talked and hes like: ok. then just buy nothing with very unhappy face.When I was able to leave with the new car, I think the manager came and asked me about what went wrong or something. My service advisor Kam is very experience and told me a lot about what exactly my vehicles issue, which you dont need to fix right now and what need to be fixed right away. He also helped me save a lot of budgets. He recommended the original 4 tires for my vehicle, so that I have no concern in the future. My service fees even cheaper than outside shop which is a surprise for me. The Honda dealer can get cheaper deal than Costco Tire and provide the Alignment with coupon. My vehicle changed the back brake and added brake fluid. They provide free drive for you because Tire replacement do kill much time. Anytime, you have any question, they can easily reach through text message and easy to schedule the service. Kam helped me to get an even cheaper price. Just try to find the best service deal in your email and I am so satisfied with this time experience.

The service department seems to be overcharging and rude folks. I have CRV with maintenance plan from them. 4 year service plan got when I bought the brand new car.After years of maintenance at their location, my service plan expired. Now I went to Hayward honda as there were no appointments at fremont location.Hayward honda showed me all records of the car maintenance and told me there are few things which Fremont honda failed to do. And I see those are major faults. They missed-1. Replacing transmission fluids which are recommended by manufacturer every 3yr/30,000 miles2. Brake fluid drain and replace which are recommended by manufacturer every 3yr/30,000 miles3. Cooling system fluid exchange every 5yr/60,000 miles (maybe yet to be there but still service department never mentioned it)After getting their plan these folks missed these services for so many years.Mine is a 2018 car. Review date December, 2023. Car driven 49,500 miles as of review.

Fremont Autonation has been my go to service center since buying my new Honda in 2019.On my recent visit in Sept 2023 my service provider, Ariel, informed me that I had accidentally overlooked savings opportunities on a previous tune up, so he applied them to me on the spot.Every time I have any service needs, I use their workspace and internet to work during the day while I wait. Excellent dealership - highly recommend and will be asking for Ariel every time I go.

Overall good experience. The Honda representative that helped me was Chris A. He was very nice, answered all the questions I asked and explained everything in detail. I had a big service done to my car and he did a good job of giving me updates throughout. Definitely recommend asking for Chris.

I bought a used car and was pleasantly surprised by its condition. Salesman very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the pre-sales preparation is top notch. The guys replaced all consumables. And with original parts. Like any buyer I have carried out an independent examination at an authorized service center. The mechanic was even upset that he had nothing to repair.
