I went to this AutoNation Ford dealership the other day to get an appraisal on my car. At the time, I was in the market for leasing a new car but was focusing on getting some quotes for my current car before going ahead with a new one. While I was waiting for the appraisal to come back, I asked if I could speak with someone about the car I was interested in getting. I was paired up with Jenifer. And she is the BEST!! I had such a great experience with her. I appreciated her walking me through the process, dealing with my many revisions and requests, and being such a fun person to be around. I ended up leaving that day with a new car but kept my old one as I am holding out for more money. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was super nice and by the end we were all laughing that I came in to sell my car and left with a new one instead. 😂I highly recommend them!

This was third stop looking at corvettes, didn’t even want to do test drive at first. We laid out the paperwork, very easy and quick and they came down what was needed to make the deal. The service here is TOP NOTCH and the manager Jesse Cisneros is trustworthy and actually cares about the customer experience and satisfaction. All of the times we bring our 2017 Ford Explorer in for routine maintenance or strange sounds, he makes sure we leave feeling confident in our vehicle and the mechanics who service it. Those guys are a great team there and it shows with their demeanor and communication skills in relaying and addressing customers concerns. I would drive 100 miles to bring my Ford here for service! The primary intent for dropping off my truck was to take care of a couple of CSPs (Ford term for what are essentially recalls). Supposedly they took care of one which is software related, but after 2 weeks it still doesn’t show up as being resolved on my Ford account. For the other one, I was told they’d order the battery sensor part when I bought the truck in Feb 2024. For this appointment the part still wasn’t available. They were the ones that reached out to me to set up this appointment.

I brought my Ford Transit van in for transmission service recently. The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone was fantastic! They assigned me to service advisor Randy, who was just great.I actually came in a day before my appointment, but Randy was awesome and was able to take me right away. My service rep, Katherine, was very nice and friendly. This dealership is moderate with pricing, not enough more of a cost from independents that it would make me go elsewhere. They have added a pick up and delivery for YOUR CAR which is so convenient. I have been bringing my cars here for over 12 years and have never experienced over of selling products or services. Much to the contrary...I have been told I dont need something done. Another service they recently added is a text of a video taken by the mechanic underneath the car explaining what everything is and the shape it is in. Truly appreciated.

He is knowledgeable and my hats off to this young man. I forgot the name of the person who helped us with the loan process. He too - has been very helpful and explains everything on the paperwork. He listens to questions and addresses them one at a time.The day after we purchased the vehicle, I got follow up emails to see how I was doing and if I had questions. Prepare to be left high and dry after buying a car here.I purchased a Bronco Sport here in April with a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. Within the 30 days, I called regarding a faulty brake component. (I had my vehicle inspected by my local mechanic). When I spoke to the sales manager, Martin Romero, about this issue, he first accused me of waiting too long to report it (although it was still well within the 30 day window). After a back-and-forth with him, he agreed to check with the service department. They confirmed that this was a known issue and Martin assured me that he would follow up with me to get a repair scheduled. This never happened. I called once weekly for the following 3-4 weeks and…radio silence. Normally I don’t like to write reviews like this, but I’ve never experienced such a lack of regard towards a customer from a dealership and sales manager. With that being said, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Well u guys, its definitely a place to attend. When I arrive I was greeted by two staff members that explain their roles and I was introduce to my salesman. I went in with only prayers because my car was on its last leg and my credit score was fair and my car was out worth 500$. THAT WAS MY ONLY DOWN PAYMENT!!!!! As I was in the process they definitely had patients with me, because trying to find a bank to finance me wasnt easy. I was there 5hrs and was assured that I would leave with a car. My AC was acting up on my Lincoln Navigator and Jason Green and Jack Salmon were so helpful and patient. I didnt even know there were such a thing as car delivery so to find out that that was an option it was unbelievably helpful. Their communication was spot on and the service was fast. I had to go back three times for the same issue, which if they had actually done the repair the first time would have been handled. I got a recall notice and took my car in. They said they repaired it but they lied and Ford sent me a notice saying they didn’t actually repair it and I had to take my car back in. Same time as that I had to have them fix my backup camera. First time they just simply didn’t even look at it. Second time they told me they fixed it free of charge. Apparently no one bothered to check before giving me my car back and so the first time I backed up I noticed it still wasn’t working. Even after I asked before leaving several times to confirm. Now I have to go back a third time even though upon further inspection my receipt actually said “we recommend you replace the backup camera”.Absolute terrible customer service and just a total joke of a place. Don’t go! And they are double what an independent mechanic costs. Save your money and your headache! Go somewhere else!

My little, very much loved 2009 Ford Focus was in desperate need of many repairs and while everyone told me to look for a mechanic, I felt more at ease taking it to the dealership because it would be a guarantee that the service team would have the necessary parts and actually have the knowledge for Fords. Kathy, my Service Advisor, was truly excellent from beginning to end. She was detailed with the intake of my car and kept me well updated with repairs/costs throughout the week. I have been coming here for over 10 years with several different Ford vehicles and I have never had any negative experiences during that time. I purchased a car here as well with the same results. Currently, my service specialist is Katherine and she takes great care of me. Recently, I had a diagnosis performed on my plug-in hybrid battery. Lucky for me it is still in excellent condition, Even after seven years of use. When the work was done my vehicle was delivered to my residence free of charge, which is a very nice touch.

Service at this dealer was top notch! I have an F150 that I did not purchase from them (bought used). So they have no prior relationship with me. They performed the 50K mile service and worked on some small issues. Competitive pricing, completed quickly, and friendly knowledgeable service associates. The salesperson was helpful and kind and I feel that I got a fair price on my truck. The finance guy however was pushy and didn’t follow through with what he promised. I asked him to throw in f-150 license plate frames and he said he’d take care of it but did not, claiming he couldn’t when the sale was all said and done. This might sound like a small thing but honesty is extremely important to me. Would’ve given 4.5 stars were it not for this detail. Other than that I had a good experience.

My wife and I got to the dealership after 7pm. We knew what we wanted because we searched online and checked out other dealerships for the past two weeks.Upon arrival we saw the car we wanted and received a warm welcome from the salesperson, Jasper. We test drove the car and loved it! It was a used car with low mileage and all the features we wanted. They took our vehicle as a trade in and gave us above blue book value. The finance manager, Hani, worked within our budget and got us the best interest rate and extras possible.The dealership closed that day at 9pm, but Jasper and Hani stayed with us until 11pm. The finance Mgr Majda was funny and made you feel at ease. This nightmare has been going on for over a year and a 1/2. I brought my vehicle in multiple times and the same problem still has not been fixed.The lack of communication With the service advisor jesse was my first problem.I then took it up the chain to Jason green. It smelled like a old fat man. That was smoking cigarettes.Still frustrated. Now im looking for a small vehicle shop that can get the job done correctly.

What can be a time consuming, soul sucking experience was just the opposite at AutoNation Ford Torrance. I’ve been to many ford dealers all across California and I have to say this place has always been good to me and has the best service department. I took in my ford explorer right before the new year with failed power steering. I quickly made an appointment since I had a flight to catch that same day. My service advisor, Pedro, was super friendly and flexible with my needs. They let me leave my car there overnight since the earliest appointment was the next day. I told him that despite being an expensive fix I wouldn’t want to take it anywhere else and I trust that they would get it done. After the new year, I picked up my car and was back to normal. Couldn’t be more grateful for the service department and their understanding of the emergency I was in. Will be back for sure!

Made an appointment, dropped car off early, wheni I called the next day for status because no one called me, i was told my appointment is to get in line, not to get the car fixed. It was a door lock issue and apparently only the other 3 were replaced so this would cost $700. I said no and again no one told me when the vehicle was ready to pick up. Power Ford Torrance really stepped up it service efforts. I just had a full 50k service on my Explorer Sport and it couldn’t have gone better. I was met as soon as I arrived for my appointment by the service manager equipped with a note pad and we confirmed the needed work and all contact info right at my vehicle. I was offered a ride to wherever I wanted to go. I was kept informed by test throughout the entire process including a video made by the mechanic of the work accomplished and any recommendations for anything not agreed upon at start. The process was complete when the service manager called me and offered to deliver my car to me free of charge. The delivery process was able for me to monitor as I was texted a link showing me who the driver was and their progress to my home. The car was delivered to me cleaned and washed in and out. The process to make an appointment online is fairly simple and you’re able to choose what services is needed. Once at the dealership I got greeted by a representative and it was an easy process. Only problem I have is that the services I requested (recall parts) were not done that day. Eventhough ford had sent a letter stating that I should make appointment to get my car fixed.So I left my car just to get it inspected and have the parts ordered…mind you the recall parts aren’t even available so the letter was is misinforming their patrons so now I have to go back to get one of the parts installed but the other two aren’t available and they’re not sure when they’ll be available. I wished they would have informed me while I was there so I could have just waited until all the parts are available instead of doing multiple trips and rearranging my day.

This is one of many reviews I have given Autonation. I have been at this dealership for 20yrs. I deal with Jesse Cisneros for service. He is top notch. I see the amounts of work he has daily and he still gives the customer his full attention and help. I have a diesel truck and even when he may not know the answer he allows me to converse with the tech to discuss issues. No complaints for Jesse, he gets 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is the management of service. The management has gone away from car rentals or loaners. If my vehicle is in the dealership for warranty service and I need to get to work, I expect a vehicle as do many other customers especially if my warranty work will take a 24hr period or longer. A drop off is not enough these days. The dealership used to do car rentals when it was Power Ford. Once Autonation took over the car rentals went away. This is my one issue with the Autonation dealer. They have great and loyal employees(Jesse Cisneros), they need to pay and take care of service advisors and specialty techs, such as diesel technicians.

They were flexible in keeping the car in their lot and not selling it to anyone else while I waited for my car insurance policy to become active. We were given a thorough tutorial of all the car features. We were a bit surprised at the cost of the extended warranty but the sales manager worked with us to give us an affordable deal within our budget. I was offered a free shirt and hat but when I came to pick it up, the people at the sales counter were not very helpful. UPDATE and EDIT: Unfortunately, I have drop my rating for Auto Nation Ford. Less than three weeks after I got my car back, the same problem that they could not replicate in shop (my driver window/mirror functions stopped working), happened again. Except this time, my rear passenger window was down and stuck in that position. This happened on a Friday night. I had to tape a trash bag over the opening because the amount of marine moisture we get at night would have permeated my interior. I called as soon as they opened the next day and the earliest they would take me was Tuesday. Four nights I was expected to leave my car parked outside with essentially no window because they didnt fix the issue the first time around. While I understand they couldnt duplicate the problem at that exact moment in the shop, the fact that I took my car in because I experienced failure of the my driver side window switches should have prompted at least an interior inspection of that area. After researching the issue online, apparently the failure of the driver side window switch panel is common. What truly caused me to change my rating, however, was that I contacted another Ford dealer a little farther away, and I had my window fixed within the hour. The extra 5 minute drive was worth sleeping soundly knowing my car would not be wet or scavenged by the morning.ORIGINAL: I love that you can make an appt to drop off your car and they offer a shuttle if you need it. After they assessed my vehicle, they sent me a video describing what they found and what they did. When I picked up my car, they had thoroughly cleaned it, which I wasn’t expecting! I got it back looking better than when I dropped it off! Pedro was fantastic to work with.

I recently moved to the area so this was my first time at AutoNation Ford Torrance. I needed to have a check engine light looked at. My service advisor was Randy Ramos. I have been to other Ford dealerships in the past and have never had a great experience unfortunately. Well, lo and behold, I had that exact part replaced by another dealership a year ago! I told Randy and showed him the receipt and he was able to get that expensive fix covered under warranty so I paid nothing out of pocket for that! I am sure if I had taken it back to the dealer where I had it done incorrectly a year ago, they would have found some reason not to cover it and I would have been out of pocket.I am just so appreciative that Randy went the extra mile and got my fix covered under warranty. This was the first time I have felt like my service advisor was really working with me and trying to get my car fixed properly without trying to gouge me in the process. My experience with Randy has renewed my faith in dealerships and I will be bringing my car back to AutoNation Ford Torrance for service and requesting Randy Ramos as my service advisor.

I worked with Peter Young, online sales rep., and I had a great experience. I live approximately 400 miles from the dealership, AutoNation Ford Torrance. Peter did all he could to make my life and purchase as smooth and painless as possible. He worked with me via email, text message and phone. He even went into work on his day off to make sure I got the car I wanted. My car was delivered to the dealership late in the evening of Christmas Eve, and Peter went into work to receive my car late Xmas Eve night. He took photos of my car, announced its safe arrival (via text) and made sure it was in perfect condition. He also got me a great price for my trade-in. I traded my 2008 GT Premium in for a 2017 GT350. I drove to the dealership, which took 10 hours due to holiday traffic, and we arrived just before closing time. Peter is a great guy, he and his staff stayed several hours past closing time to set me up with my new car. It was a very pleasant purchasing experience. After I got home, Peter contacted me to make sure I got home safe which was a pleasant surprise. I have bought new cars before and my purchase with Peter Young/AutoNation Ford Torrance was by far the easiest–with ZERO yucky sales tactics–car purchase I have ever experienced. Update: AutoNation Ford appears to put these pink, unremovable frame holders on the cars they sell. I got my plates and was unable to put them on, because of these re-moveable pink frames. I understand you guys hope your customers keep them there for free advertising, but to make it this difficult to put my new plates on - is just ridiculous.Joseph did a great job helping me with the new 2024 Maverick. I already paid diagnostics fee too. Its been two weeks now and still havent gotten my truck fixed. I also told them that this was my work truck. I have worked with other car dealers before and no wonder why this one has bad reviews from all. I tried escalating it to Jason Green who is the manager and still never received a call back. First, Ive been a ten year customer of this dealership: both sales & service. AutoNation Ford service dept has gotten progressively bad. Their service technician have constantly missed simple details during performed services.My latest scheduled service was for 4 new tires, wheel alignment & oil change. After 4 hours, my service advisor (Jesus Cisneros)informed me that only 2 tires had arrived. They performed the oil change, but Id have to return the next day for the other tires.After leaving the dealership, I heard a load BOOM. I thought my car had exploded. I immediately returned and informed Jesus & Jason Green (service manager). The service technician forget to secure the plastic & aluminum under carriage. They tried to blame it on some MASSIVE oil leak; instead of acknowledging the technician failed to secure the screws/bolts.During past visits, whenever there were issues with repairs, the service technicians would record videos of the problem in question. No one recorded a video or even mentioned an oil leak. They just allowed me to drive off with an unsecured under carriage. I will NEVER use this dealership for any future service.

Absolute worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle I’ve ever had. Two weeks of a run around of them trying to have me use their financing when I already had financing. They throw every excuse at you to try to run you for financing so they can get their extra kicker. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and out of the 3 people I spoke with only 1 was decent. They told me even if I’m in the process of purchasing the car they would sell it if someone came in to buy it while the payment is processing. I called another NON AutoNation dealership and went the next day and purchased the car for a few thousand more because the customer service was there. I recommend steering clear of AutoNation regardless of them flaunting 400 locations. One can only hope the other 399 locations have some management present to uphold reasonable customer service standards. This place was shady as hell. Listen to the 1 star reviews, they are spot on.
