Ive been a customer at the Stevens Creek location for the last ten years. Every time I had my car serviced here, it was always a pleasant experience. Each service includes a thorough, routine inspection and complimentary wash at the end. I stopped coming here for my regular oil changes since I saved some money by going to a local shop. However, I noticed that I didnt receive same quality of service. Fast forward to today, I recently came back to the dealership to get my spoiler replaced after it had been damaged by an automatic car wash. I have to give a shout out to my new service advisor, Rolf Wick! He went above and beyond during my cars consultation and service. I appreciate how he was very responsive and informative to any question or concern I had about my car. It was a pleasure working with him.

Adarsh was very helpful, patient, and kind. His presentation and upfront details help you make a decision. His combination of customer service, and salesmanship is top notch. I didnt end up going with the vehicle, but that because I couldnt afford to go forward with it. I love that car, but no grace.

Always have a good experience when I take my car for service. My service advisor is a young lady who is very patient explaining the technology I find so difficult to understand. I feel a woman can explain things better and not show frustration when I have to ask more than once. She is very good in making recommendations and my car works and feels great after it’s been serviced. Also appreciate the car wash!

Had to sell my BMW X6 after 13 years of adventures. Didnt put a lot of mileage on X6, because everything slowed down during the pandemic.Will helped us out today as our original contact had a family emergency. Will provided an excellent service. He was clear and transparent in the process of buying the X6 from us. He provided genuine feedback after 20 mins of checking and we didnt feel any discomfort of his service during one hour or so of his service. I would go back and buy the NSX from him...

I bought a MDX here in January. Everybody is friendly and explains things clearly. Later on my steering wheel had a minor noise problem and I came back for it. Andrea from the service department took it and solved it really fast in a couple of hours. Nothing charged. Plus she explained what they did and gave me a car wash for free. Unlike the other dealerships on Stevens creek, this Acura dealer doesn’t want to just make money. You can build trust with this dealership and their friendly staffs.

Recently purchased a used vehicle here and the experience was smooth and accommodating. I was a little nervous as the dealership is under heavy renovations. However, the staff and salesmen were awesome! The only thing I didn’t like was that my credit was pulled on a cash deal. Nathan my salesman was great to work with and was always attentive to my wants. Ryan in finance respected my decisions and honestly the best finance guy I have ever talked to.

The service was so friendly and everyone was knowledgeable. Even the people not working directly with us were kind and friendly. I had been to quite a few places where that was not the case over the last few weeks, but at Acura on Stevens Creek, we felt valued and that they actually wanted to help us find the right fit. Nathan took us on our test drive and was very kind to our children too throughout our whole time at the dealership. I was not intending on purchasing a car that day, but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a fair price. Also, they were so mindful that we had kids with us and things went so much more quickly that the last time we purchased a vehicle. From walking around the lot to signing the final documents and setting up my car settings I was very happy. Rolf Wick was both extremely helpful and accommodating during my visit. I was juggling my morning schedule and trying to fit my car for services and oil change without an appointment was quite ambitious.
