The whole support team went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with us trying to figure out a very perplexing issue we were having reaching their main website. It had nothing to do with them and everything to do with our system, but I was not able to find anywhere to resolve the issue. They escalated our issue to a senior support person, Mike, who was patient, knowledgeable, and ensured that our discussion was conducted at my level of technical knowledge. Very refreshing! Every organization would do well to take lessons from AutoManager and I wish I could have a Mike at any organization from which I need technical support.Highly recommend!!

First off Desk Manager is extremely efficient and user friendly and thankfully we dont have too many issues that come up that we have to call for tech support. But, when we do they have always taken care of us in a very timely manner. We just recently had issues with our okidata printers and it took us a couple of hours but they finally fixed the issue and kept saying thank you to me for being patient! Michael was my last tech support agent and he was as usual super quick and helped me with my issue. From day 1 that we opened. We choose AutoManager as our software. 7 Years later we are still going strong. The simplicity of the software and constant updates to ensure that were in total compliance and control is amazing. Bad news travels quickly whereas, Good news is seldom seen. Which is why I wrote this review. I has a issue today and was called by a gentlemen named PC which works within their tech support. WIZARD is an understatement, he schooled me and got me up to speed on things I had no clue existed in the system. Lastly my rep that I signed up with Day 1 Anthony Fortune. I dont seem him as a rep but more as a member of my team here at eh dealership that just works remote! Thank AutoManager for being a pillar in the Auto Industry and making CHOICES shine bright!
