2024-03-11 00:22:20First time purchasing a vehicle from AutoLinx. Adriana and Mike were great. I didnt feel pressured throughout the whole process. I would definitely go to these guys before going to any franchise dealership.Steve

2023-05-30 00:11:07Saw a truck online and emailed the dealer and received a phone call within 15 minutes from Adriana. I scheduled a test drive for the following morning. We were greeted soon as we walked through the doorway. My wife and I worked with Adriana and Mike through the whole process. They were very efficient and getting us the best possible deal based on credit and money down. Adriana, Mike, and the rest of the staff were great in getting my wife and I a good deal. They even followed up afterwards to make sure we had a good experience. I highly recommend Autolinx, they are not pushy and give you all the numbers up front with no hidden fees.

2021-05-06 23:19:42Great people. They didnt bother me, what attracted me more to buy from them than any one else. I arrived to see my selected car, and i was sure I will buy that car. When I arrived, my future car (hatchback) was shiny! I tried, and I realized it was to little for my needs. I had to ask what else they have, because I liked the way they treated me, that I wanted to buy a car from them ONLY. Thank God, they had SUV just right for me! I had to finance it, and my credit isnt perfect, but Mike helped me out. I feel so blessed that I met Leith, Jonathan, and Mike. I met one more nice guy, but I dont know his name. I hope he forgives me. It was the best experience of buying cars I ever had. Thank you, for making it easy. I love you!

2023-11-10 03:25:565 stars easy to work with no pushy salesman. I did an application online with in 20 minutes I got a call from Adriana. We agreed to meet later that day we went on a test drive and everything was smooth. She was very professional and friendly, made the transaction a breeze. No haggling no pushy attitude she was a delight. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and I will go back with them when I’m ready to upgrade cars.

2024-02-29 15:42:28Autolinx went above and beyond. I own a business that specializes in sales training and Cornel and the owners made this one of the best car buying experiences ever. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

2023-10-30 23:27:52I don’t even know how I can express my gratitude for Autolinx. All the people who helped me, especially Mike, Ed, Greg, Sandy and the guy who helped us with the paperworks. They are not the best, because THEY BEAT THE BEST! They don’t just sell cars, they make things possible, they listen and empathize and gave me the best options which suited my needs for a car. I have applied with other companies and they are the only ones who made everything so smooth and less effort. What I felt from the start to end is that they are not only doing their jobs but they are doing their job with passion and enthusiasm. They treated me like a friend not only a customer. They did their job, KISSES. K-eeping It S-hort S-imple E-ffective and S-mooth.They were fast, effective and efficient. Whoever owns Autolinx should give them a decent raise, asap!I really think Autolinx should be known and awarded for this. Their people is what makes them best.Thank you! I will definitely recommend Autolinx. Not only 5/5 rating. If only I can give them 1Million/5, I would do so lol.⚠️I was not paid to give this rating. I have just never been so satisfied as a customer, ever like this.Autolinx Beat the “BEST”.

2022-03-30 15:59:34CONSUMERS BEWARE! I purchased a 2020 BMW x4M40i in March, 2022. Unfortunately, since my in-dealership experience, I have been quite disappointed with the following events this car has created. I WANT TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS WITH THIS DEALERSHIPS UNSCRUPULOUS AND MISLEADING PRACTICES. This is a description of the timeline and costs that have been associated with the 2020 BMW since purchasing it on Friday.Within 24 Hours of purchasing the car, the air pressure sensor went off on the back left tire. I brought it into my local Big-O-Tires, assuming I ran over a nail on my ride home. They instead mentioned I had a slow leak in the tires inner wall that was irreplaceable. Quick note: I asked the finance manager if anything was wrong with the tires within the first day or so if you would cover it, and he said yes. I asked this because I have bought a used car before and experienced tire problems, so I wanted to get some assurance these were new.Not only was that tire faulty, but the thread on the edge of the front two tires were just at the level of needing replacement (level 3 needs replacement, and one was level 4, the other 5). I provided photo evidence attached here. The sales team said I needed to bring the car to the dealership to show their team the tires, but I couldnt drive the car back and forth with one new tire because all four tires need to be uniform on AWD. So even if I did the bare minimum and replaced the back two from the slow leak, the front two tires were the ones that needed replacement from the tread. This incident cost me more than just the repair cost (Ubers, time away from work), but I gave their team a reasonable offer in the interest of time to split the costs, which was more than fair because three of the four tires were defective (I should have asked for three to be reimbursed). Autolinx team made it clear they would only pay for one, so I am taking these costs and leaving the interaction unsatisfied. Total Cost within 24 hours: $1,398.15.When driving home from their dealership, I heard a buzzing coming from the right passenger window. I assumed it was the way the seatbelt was flapping in the wind, and I thought it would pass. However, come yesterday, the sound persisted. Knowing that the car was under warranty, I took it to my local BMW Dealership. Today, I received a diagnosis. This is directly from the service manager at BMW SF: Hey Jake, Vincent from BMW SF. So the noise is coming from the passenger side-view mirror cap. The mirror cap is currently vinyl-wrapped. When the mirror cap was removed, the retaining tabs to lock on to the mirror assembly was broken, and so the mirror cap is loose, which its why it is causing a whistling noise. Unfortunately, because it had been tampered with and is not a defect in the actual product from factory. I am unable to do the work under warranty. It will need a new mirror cap. The cause for a new cap painted and installed is about $620, which includes the technicians time to source the noise. Now Im receiving another bill from BMW SF because this vinyl wrapping voided the warranty on the side mirror. This cost is estimated at $620 from BMW and already charging me $320 for investigative labor since the warrant didnt cover this. Increased costs: $620 for this mirror repair. I am happy to connect you to the service representative at BMW SF if youd like to ask them questions directly. My total costs for this car within the first week will be ~$2,018.15. I am not sure if this dealer swapped the tires or repaired a faulty mirror without disclosing this information or not, but they havent been willing to acknowledge or help in any way. I expected our solution to be that we split this number 50/50 as a compromise. This offer I am providing is entirely fair. They were unwilling to make me feel like they did anything to improve my situation and I feel deceived by this dealership. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A USED CAR, DO IT FROM AN ACTUAL DEALER - DO NOT SHOP HERE.

2023-09-01 21:32:52Im sure this dealership is fine, but I recently had a really strange experience dealing with this place. I found a Camry xse on a website like autotrader and put in my info for price alerts and location of the dealership. I ended up getting a call from them which was fine, and told them their asking price was a bit too high and told them what i wanted to pay out the door.I got a text asking for my info as they were seeing if they could piece together a deal, I proceeded to give them everything and thought they were going to make the deal happen. I didnt hear back and saw the car was marked as sold online. I wish they would have let me know, but whatever.Fast forward a month later, when the salesman called and said they never sold the car, and that an employee took it and moved it. I was still interested in it but they wanted the original asking price. I respectfully declined. But... The interaction was weird as heck, and it doesnt make sense. It seems like the car may have been returned and theyre looking for a new buyer. Buyer beware.Edit: Just to be clear: the rating is based on the interaction. Dealerships are able to set prices, no one should be upset or issue low ratings due to pricing. The interaction with the salesman weeks later is what brought me to add a review. He called me multiple times during normal work hours but never left a message. He should have left a message. I picked up after a couple miss calls and he asked if I was still interested in the car after the weird explanation about the car. I asked about the price, which is when he told me the price was the original price. If he looked through his texts or notes, he would have known what the customer wanted. I said no thanks and he was a bit upset and said so youre not looking for a car and I said I guess not, but thanks for the call. All thing considered, the low rating is justified. The salesman started to negotiate, then ghosted the customer, then called nearly a month later and was a bit short and rude on the call. It seems like others had a positive experience, but not me.
