Found the car we wanted . We decided to go check it out . We didnt have an appointment . The salesman was nice and helpful. They do add a 4900 add on saying its a clear coat and security system.. was able to negotiate that maybe cause they have had the car since May . Our experience was fine not the best .They dont wash the car for you and Im still waiting for my paperwork. So I give it a 3 star.

Elisa is the most amazing woman I have met. This dealership is very organized and well maintained. We left with the car we wanted and the price within our budget. Elisa made this car buying experience very good. She is family friendly. We brought 3 kids under 3 which didnt make her job easy. She was making sure they had snacks, drinks and activities to keep them happy while she also helped us get the car that we wanted. 10/10 recommend. She is amazing. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

This team is unethical and shady. Listed a Bronco Sport at $27,414. We called to ask about the vehicle as we were very interested. They provided information and confirmed price of $27,414. We scheduled and appointment to see the vehicle and my wife drove 50 miles to get there. She met with Michael Wyrick. We had planned to purchase the vehicle and Michael then told my wife the price was $32,000. He explained they were adding a $5,000 premium to the advertised price. This was never disclosed prior to the visit. Dont waste your time with these guys! Their typical response to these bad reviews seems to be that they are sorry and now under new management. Hmmmm....why has nothing changed.....?

She was amazing with my kids, which having 3 kids there for hours, she made sure they were fed and happy. I love her so much. This dealership was very family friendly. I went to Corona from Murrieta to look at a 2015 Ford Mustang. I had an appointment. They said they were going to have the car washed and ready to go. The car was still dirty when I arrived. Test drove it and was willing to negotiate. Andrew the sales manager came back with $5000 of Bull you know what, that were supposedly put on the car. I asked if they could remove those charges since I never asked for them. Andrew said lets negotiate. I was willing to pay what the car was listed at. Ill pay all taxes fees etc. he said NO go because of what he paid for the car. The Mustang had been sitting at the Murrieta store since July 2022. I informed Andrew of this and he said Itll sell faster here. Well the car is still sitting in Corona and theyve taken a $1000 off the price. If you bought the car for a certain price and youre trying to make money then up the price of the car. Stop charging the consumer for stuff they do not need or want. By the way they said they scotch guarded the interior. It is 80% leather and plastic on the inside. There are lawsuits all over the country for this very reason. It should be illegal for Dealerships to do this to customers. I honestly never post reviews but this was so outrageous I had to share with others.

The worst customer service I have ever received! I bought my car at the Murrieta location but they are closing and I’m now forced to communicate with the Corona location for my broken down car. I have called repeatedly and left messages and emails to no avail. The used car manager is very unprofessional and can’t pick up his phone or answer his emails. Don’t recommend buying a vehicle from them if you expect good service AFTER the vehicle is purchased.

I drove about two hours after confirming the vehicle is still available for sell and the price is not changing but when I arrived and get to see the vehicle there was a problem with the dealership added additional $5000 on the top off the discounted price they have it advertised for some reason and that’s not including taxes or anything that’s just some thing he did not mentioned in the advertisement.The sales person and the finance department are awesome people but the dealership manages or the online selling department are misleading customers so they can visit their business! I will avoid it forever and never be back, never recommended to anyone because it is dishonest Business!

Very disappointed that they advertised a vehicle for$21,934. You test drive it and sit down to find out they want $29, 900. Yes that includes tax and license for under 3k but add extra options they cannot negotiate. Made a appointment for 5pm. We were 8 minutes late due to traffic and it took 10 minutes for anyone to greet us then another 10 minutes to have anyone come out. I get the car games on new vehicles but used very misleading. The guy that helped was super nice but the company I give 1 star.

Greatest car experience Ive ever had, Elisa is honestly the best sales associate I have ever had. We went to a dodge dealership. They were so unorganized. She sat down, asked us what we were looking for. What our budget was. Showed us some cars that we absolutely loved. She is the most caring patient sales woman I have ever met. Called and was put on hold for so long I called back. The sales rep didn’t seem to know anything any the vehicle. She kept putting me on hold to get an answer from someone else. Asked to speak to someone that knows the cars. Sales manager Larry, told me that banks are approving at 8% with good credit, even though I’ve gotten a lower rate elsewhere. Then he mentioned the vehicle I’m interested in has a $4550 addendum. I said that’s ridiculous and I’m not paying that, and he said, “Welp, sorry bud. Go try another dealer”.Hard pass.

I brought my 3 kids into the dealership looking for a newer car that fit us and my 3 children. We dont have best credit but thanks to Elisa, we left in a new car that we love and my kids love. Not only that. She was very well organized and maintained. Asked what we were looking for. Showed us cars within our budget, she was beyond amazing with our kids. She went out of her way to make sure they were happy, gave them coloring books, snacks. Drinks. While we were waiting she even helped our kids color. If you are looking for a new car, and a amazing woman as a sales associate. I highly recommend this dealer ship, and this woman. Purchase of the Vehicle was great! Before Commission. I cancelled my GAP and they still havent sent me a check. Its been 60-days. Ive called multiple times and emailed their accounting department 3 times. That was a month ago, I have yet to receive a response. I talked to a GM once who said they would send the check in a few weeks. No status update, two weeks passed, no check... They are great when buying a vehicle but once theyve been paid. You arent a customer anymore, youre not treated right and they steal your money and dont respond. I called them today to ask for an update. If I dont hear by the end of week, the next contact from me will be from my attorney.Ill never purchase another car from them...or do business with them again. Placed an appointment for a car I was interested, the appointment was confirmed and saved. Making my way to the dealership, not around the area mind you, and made it to the dealership, shop was empty for the most part until I finally found one employee, asked them about my car and the appointment. Was very unhappy with this dealership and the way they handled themselves; would give zero stars if I could. They had a car listed online for a certain price that was very enticing. I drove over an hour away to see it and really liked it, so I offered to buy it in cash outright at their advertised price. However, they tried to tack on an additional four thousand dollars in useless add-ons which I was told I could not purchase the vehicle without. I didn’t even try to negotiate, I offered to pay them exactly what they had it listed online for and was told I couldn’t buy it for that unless I got the add ons because otherwise they would lose money. What kind of business lists a price and then tells you they can’t sell it to you for that or they lose money? Not professional and an absolute scam. When asked why they did this the sales manager simple said it was common practice. To lie to customers? No thanks. Would not recommend anyone wastes their time here.

I should’ve read these reviews before stepping foot into this dealership. Checked out a 2015 Honda civic, test drove it and decided to finance. Sales guy informed me of required additional $5000 in add ons but they could negotiate if we proceeded. Thought it was weird but I said ok as long as my payment was $350. After 2 hrs of negotiations we finally agreed on $361. Then as I’m literally signing the contract they had added gap insurance without ever mentioning it bringing payment to $380. I told sales guy “what’s this”! He said let me ask. Comes back and says manager has cancelled the contract because they weren’t making enough profit. I had already swiped a down payment of $4000 wasted 3 hrs of my day and and now I didn’t get the car. And I have to wait 48 hrs to get my money back. This place is a scam. The manager also began to mock and make fun of me. All customer service went out the window. No wonder the whole time we were there. No other customers showed up. Car lot was empty. I think word finally got around that this dealership is a fraud, trying to rip people off. DONT GO HERE!!! unless you wanna get ripped off

Scam artists. Price online for a car was 40k not after tax. I called scheduled an appointment to look at and test drive the car. After the test drive we wanted to purchase the car. They told us the price is actually 46k not after tax in person. This is classic bait and switch tactic used by all the shady dealers. Don’t waste your time with scammers like this auto gallery. literally fraud. When a dealer advertises a sale price of a motor vehicle the dealer they must honor that price. I will be filling all complaints possible against this dealership for the reasons above.

This place deserves no stars in my opinion, its the worst dealership my husband and I have dealt with. The Manager was very rude and racist to us, also implying that we could not afford to pay for the vehicle, even after we offered a $20,000 downpayment. He was dishonest about the original price of the vehicle we were interested in. It was false advertisment, online it was listed as a 2013 Ford Raptor priced at $38,498. Yesterday in person, after talking to a sales rep, they said altogether with Licensing and Fees it would come out to $43,000 out of the door. We decided to go back today to negotiate and now they want to charge us between $48,000-49,000. They claim these add on Hidden Fees are for low jack and scratches that they paid for but in reality they received the car with those modifications already taken care of. So they just want to scam money for no reason, please be careful and aware of this dealership.

I do not recommend this location for maintenance. It is not reliable.The first time I went to the maintenance department for a transmission oil change the worker waited until half way through the oil flush to tell me they didn’t have the filter my car needed. I ended up having to leave my car overnight. Eventually the job was done.The second time I booked an appointment online. When I showed up to my appointment they inform me that their alignment machine is down. They could have emailed to cancel if they couldn’t reach me over the phone.

Visited here to look at a car I found posted online. I called ahead to verify availability and price, was even told there was room for negotiation from the listed price. After showing up they pointed out someone else looking at the car and insisted we were fast as others were looking at the car. After a very brief (2 lights down the road before they insisted we go back) test drive they took is inside and started talking about the price which was now $2.5k over the listed price due to added accessory fees (such as Lojack) that werent optional, and werent mentioned in the listing. So they intentionally listed the car lower than the actual price they were selling it for. After long negotiation they said theyd bring us down in price so the out the door price was the same as the listed price+taxes and fees, great we got them to go to the actual advertised price. I told them Id apply for the financing if the price they told me was the out the door price. They come back after running my credit with an out the door price $2k over what we agreed and claimed it was what we agreed to originally. They are being misleading and then ultimately lying to get you to run financing and buy the car. Hidden fees was something I was ready to be on the lookout for when buying a car, but outright lying to me to get me to sign and run my credit is ridiculous. After we told them the price was unacceptable and not what they promised, the sales manager came out to talk, claimed that our rate was a great rate and that we sign contracts with customers at 20% all the time, if you need a car now you do what you have to do Beware if you visit and read things very closely.

This place is a joke. We bought a 2014 BMW with low miles as a daily driver for my husband. We were assured that the dealership did an inspection on the vehicle. Fast forward 5 weeks, and the car is in the BMW repair shop with over $2800 worth of repairs needed. The warranty we were sold doesnt cover any of the necessary repairs, and we found out that its illegal to sell the car in the condition that it was in. Everyone here passes the buck, and no one returns emails or phone calls. Apparently the only people who can help work at another location.

Once they realized an employee wrote the mileage down wrong(61,000 NOT 91,000) and they could possibly make more money they treated me like I wasnt a human being. After 2 hours Im told Im not approved even though I was with them yesterday. I wasnt even standing up out of my chair before Patrick (used car salesman) was telling another couple to come sit down, shes leaving he tells them. I only made appointment after being told i was approved, so I had to take a $40 Lyft home. Horrible customer service & they truly dont have your best interests in mind only their next BIG sale.

Went to check out a Jeep they had listed. Called and confirmed the price on their own website was accurate and received confirmation from Shyann. Went in and met with a sales rep, no pleasantries were exchanged, and the gentleman didnt provide me his name. Showed me the car and test drove it. Couldnt answer a single question about the work done before they acquired the vehicle. Enjoyed the car and went to talk numbers and was greeted a price well over 11k what was listed on their website. He preceded to inform it was for the work the dealership had done to it. I found it puzzling he couldnt answer any of my questions I had about the upgrades but knew the dealership was the ones responsible. If visiting this place proceed with caution. I drove an hour for a lie, extremely disrespectful that a company will blatantly lie to get customers in the door.

I took my car to get maintenanced early on a Friday morning expecting to be told that many thing would need to be taken car of on my vehicle. To my surprise the staff was friendly and informative and told me exactly what needed to be taken care of on my car and quoted me an amount tremendously lower than what I thought I would have to pay and they were efficient! Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been like so many others (read the Yelp reviews).Scheduled an appointment to see a car listed for $5850. (Asked ahead of time if the price was negotiable and we were assured it was.) Arrived at the dealer, met the salesman, and test drove the car. When we arrived back at the dealership we told the salesman we liked the car. The salesman then informed us there were some ad-on charges to the car. I asked how much and he said we can talk about it inside. Went in to negotiate price and salesman informed us that the ad-ons were $2999 and were non-negotiable. Out the door price was going to be over 9K with tax and license.Bottom line, if you plan on visiting this dealership based on the prices in the ads, make sure you ask ahead of time if there are any ad-ons to get a better idea of how much youll actually be paying for the car.

This place should be shut down for their illegal practice.I have been searching for a car for awhile and saw online a few types of vehicles from them that were at great prices, so I called up and made an appointment to see the cars. They wanted stock numbers so they could clean and sanitize the vehicles before I use. I was very excited about their dedication to customer service, safety and cleanliness. WOW WAS I WRONG. When we test drove the vehicles they looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, if not longer and there was even tape on parts of the vehicle holding it together, Scotch Tape!!! That should have been a red flag to not waste our time, but we continued looking and talking because the price was so good.Fast forward an hour and we are finally sitting down to talk numbers and purchase a car. They had a few make and models I liked so I gave him a couple options and said get me prices and I’ll choose from there. He came back with prices almost $5000 more than posted online on their website and autotrader. When I asked him about it he said it’s a marketing tactic to get people in the door. I mean...WHAT??!! Isn’t that illegal. If you post a price you should honor the price, I thought that was how legit businesses work??? After he realized he was loosing us because of their shady scam, he started being rude and saying that’s a great price for the vehicle. Um yea it isn’t bad but we didn’t drive over an hour for a price we could have gotten closer to home for a clean and nicer same make/model car. He was a butt at the end and the whole place deserves to be shut down. BEWARE EVERYONE! They are trying to scam you and sell it as they are helping you and giving you such a deal. No wonder all those cars we looked at haven’t been sold since they got them in November, people are on to their SCAM!I have already contacted the BBB, let’s make this place hurt or even better, get shut down!

I had a terrible experience at Mitsubishi-Murrieta in the service department. I took my car in for a quote, they said it needed a new catalytic converter and a new o2 sensor. We agreed on $1420 total cost, this included parts labor and tax. They called me about three days later and said the cat was installed but they were unable to get the old o2 sensor off. So I went in to pick up my car the next day. They tried to make me pay $280 for the o2 sensor that they couldnt install, and i had to argue with two managers in order to get them to take it back. They also insisted on keeping all of the labor charges even though they were unable to perform half of the labor. They told me the old o2 sensor was seized on and that they couldnt get it off. I totally understand that, but since they were unable to complete the job, why do they think they get to charge the full amount for labor. Also, they charged a $20 express delivery fee for one of the parts. That particular part didnt even get there on time and they would not refund the $20. They displayed a very low level of customer service and a lack of competency. I have no reason to return to them ever again.

One enters a used car dealer already apprehensive and untrusting..but wow this was sheer surprise. Out the door the car we were interested in was 50% more than advertised. One expects 20% with taxes and fees..But no, this was 50%! Had you just advertised the actual price we would have still been interested. Based on the dishonesty alone you lost our business. To add insult to injury they were not interested in cash, they only wanted a finance deal. Guess our money wasnt good enough here, Im sure someone else will appreciate it.

I called about a Corvette ZR1 they have in stock. I asked to speak to a sales rep as Ill be driving over an hour to see it today, and I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the car before making the drive. The receptionist told me a sales rep couldnt speak to me over the phone, only in person. So you have a customer whos going to drive over an hour to come see, and likely purchase, a $70,000 car from your lot... and you cant have a sales rep call him to answer some questions about the car first? Ive never once been told that by any dealership. You guys obviously arent eager to sell cars. Horrible service. Your loss.

They advertise one price and then tack on an additional 4k without any explanation. The only explanation I got was the dealership adds mandatory platinum package on all cars which costs $5k!Dont even try approaching this stealership. All the negative reviews of this place couldn’t be anymore true. Please do yourself the favor and save yourself from the headache. There are other dealers you can buy a car from. The car I bought was really dirty and when I asked if they’re willing to at least wash it they said they are “closed today”. They eventually did me the “favor” of washing it by hosing it down. On top of that, they are scam artists. They don’t allow you to pay cash or have outside financing which is an immediate red flag. They lie right to your face. Trust me just go somewhere else.

Personally, this dealership has my respect. We recently bought an Outlander Limited Edition. Car price was reasonably lower than other competitors, especially from my local dealers in Central Valley. I felt like family when I asked to see a few cars and ultimately choosing the one ☝️ Tyler is the young man that helped us see the car, test drive it and gave us all the best possible info about the car. My wife loved this candy red outlander and paperwork was extremely fast, accurate and easy to understand. Lucas was able to easily explain pricing and paperwork. Never did I feel pushed to purchase and honestly, they never pushed me at all. They were both very courteous and were able to answer any question we asked. It’s a bad business scheme with shady dealers. They use prices to bait people and then sell you a car for thousands more than advertised. I inquired if they would accept cash and the salesperson informed me they do not accept cash OR OUTSIDE LENDERS. People who know the auto sales industry know why. For the record this is my second time posting this review.They recommend a 2014 VW Jetta to me for $8725. KBB says that’s decent, and it’s the car I wanted, so I want to go through with it. I make it clear that that’s in my price range. They mess up/screw me over on many things which I will list below.- they add on extras such as lojack, paint protection, and something else, which they cannot take out. The finance office is telling me roughly $10000 overall after these add ons. Other people complain about this too in the reviews. Personally I wasn’t complaining.- when I drive the car off the lot, they start calling me saying that I need to come back and redo the paperwork, or else they will have to come get the car, since they messed it up by “charging an extra $100”. They blow my phone up everyday until I do and say there’s no way around it. I don’t want to drive an hour and a half up the road, but I do.- when I go to make my first payment, the overall price I owe is $16000! Almost double the price the car is worth.- I call repeatedly, not able to get ahold of anyone, and being told that I’d get a call back. (In hindsight they see obviously avoiding this conversation.)- When I finally am able to ask, I’m assuming it’s a mistake and the lady on the phone says “look at your financing paperwork”, I say it does say $16000 but that isn’t the price that was discussed, $10000 was. There vehicles are unsafe I tested several different ones each one had problems. And one didnt have the heat protection in side the engine. They only do a 17 point cheack on them and yet they miss so many important items on the cars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner is so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. My entire day (1:30pm-7:20pm ish) was wasted due to the lack of organization and communication of this dealership. I was upfront that the car I wanted to trade in did not have registration and plates (Fully legal btw) BEFORE starting the process, but they were too busy trying to get a sale from me that they waited to ask me for info I couldn’t provide because my lender’s office was closed. I would’ve come back to complete the sale had it not been for the narcissistic owner who doesn’t own up to the mistakes they make; instead he belittles, cuts you off, and points the finger; making the situation even worse. Life Savers! Huge Thank you to Adonis from the service department. They called and said car was at Corona store, I asked various time to confirm location because it said online it was at the Murrieta store. **FRAUD ALERT**. Last night I went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned Lexus NX300. The price was clearly advertised on Facebook marketplace for $27,975. After driving the car I was told that the dealership had added a few items to the car. A clear coat, door protection and an alarm…cost $4500.00 over the price they advertised. First of all the Lexus comes with an alarm and a clear coat and plastic door protectors maybe coat $200 at most. This was a classic bait and switch. I fully intended to purchase that car at the full listed price plus tax and license but they wouldn’t budge off the increased price. Fraud is the new business model now. So today I had to pick up a part I already ordered and paid for at the part dept. I came in at 1pm and literally left after 2. The worst part was that I had to wait on them till they came back from lunch.I waited patiently and when they came back they didnt even notice me or bother to ask for help except for the sales men he was very concerning. I stopped by today to purchase a car they advertised for $12,930 wich is listed below blue book value, i test drove the car and i loved it so i told the sales man to do a break down sheet to see what the total would be so he went to the finance guy and brought the sheet and everything seemed good except for the fact that if you dont pay attention there is an Accessory fee that totaled almost $2,500 dollars wich is for a gps and something else i think cosmetic insurance that i didnt even need wich i told them if they could remove it wich they answer no it cant this is why they advertise below blue book to attract people with a low price but once youre there if you dont ask or pay attention to the co tract they will get you for almost $2,500 and boom now the price is like bluebook value so in reality you dont get that great deal they falsely advertise in my opinion the accesories fee should be optional there pretty much forcing you to purchase it.

Found this dealership after applying online with Capital one.....the best decision weve made, awesome service we learned alot about car buying our sales Rep Amy, was friendly courteous and entertaining (no pressure girl) Sam the Sales manager and GM Amir and A.Service manager Andrew were an awesome team they work like family I would definitely recommend Auto Gallery Mitsubishi for anyones next New or Used car purchase it would be worth your time and finance.

Be weary of their used car sale prices. the advertised price on autotrader & other online postings do not include the addendum they add on all used cars ~$3k. good luck selling used cars with an additional 3k tacked on top.

I got helped by Elisa Welch who was patient throughout the process I slowed things down a bit but she was understanding and kept the conversation and process fun and simple I went home today with my first brand new car! ❤️
