Ken is MAGIC! My Tesla model 3 was scraped on the passenger side taking the paint. Ken came highly recommended by a dear friend. The process from start to finish was seamless due to Ken making it so. The professionalism of Ken shined through with his attention to detail by his timely response time, great pricing, and formal updates. When I picked my car up I couldn’t tell if anything had ever happened and he professionally detailed my car as well! I dont live in CA but two of my daughters do. I was helping coordinate the repair of my daughters car. Ken was the most responsive and gave me the best price of anyone I contacted. I ended up not using him bc his shop was too far away from my daughter. When it came time to pay the other mechanic, I accidentally paid Ken through a QB invoice. He responded to me immediately to assist me in getting refunded. Wow-- I am so impressed!

Had a really pleasant experience with the owner Ken! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was well taken care of. The timeframe expected to repair could have been almost two weeks, but they were able to get it done within one week! :) I really appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced during the process of getting my repairs done . 10/10 highly recommend:)

I had my rear bumper repaired after a rear-end collision with Ken, and while I was having the rear bumper repaired, I had my front bumper repaired from a previous accident as well. Ken was awesome - he was very accommodating with the millions of questions I asked and also very accommodating with when I was dropping my car off due to my personal scheduling issues. Ken also gave me a estimate for the time it would take for the repairs, and he was right on time! Price was reasonable, and my bumpers look brand spanking new and my car back to new. I love it! I am very glad I had it repaired with Ken at Auto Body Auto Care, and hopefully, I do not need any other repairs due to collision, but if I ever did, I know where I would reach out to have my car repaired! I 100% would recommend working with Ken!

My passenger door was side swiped while I was parked at some point. Contacted Ken at Auto Body Auto Care on Saturday, sent photos, had an estimate Sunday and dropped car Monday. Ken and the team took great care of me and within a week the car was ready. Door was beautifully repaired an other scuffs overall cleaned up too! Car looks new, and a very fair price. Going to take the other car in to have some wear and tear scuffs and scratches cleaned up. Couldnt be happier! Thank you Ken!

Hands down to the best auto care place so look no more! I had a problem with a piece of metal falling under my car. I randomly found this place on Yelp and was hoping that they could get it fixed with a reasonable price. The owner was super nice and honest. He did a quick check and was able to fix it on the spot free of charge. I thought it would take a day or two to fix but nope it was done within 5 min. He didnt sell me anything extra but he genuinely wanted to help. 100% recommend this place for their wonderful service. And I will definitely come back!

Had a fantastic experience with Ken after I needed major work done to my car. Even on a weekend, he was quick to send back a quote for the work and laid out all the work that was going to be needed. He personally came to pick up and drop off my car. During the process, he provided regular updates for how things were going. Work turned out great, and he took care of all the dealings with my insurance. He went the extra mile to clean and detail the car as well. My car looks as good as new. I was referred to Auto Body Auto Care by someone I work with. Over the years weve all been to different body shops whenever weve had an unfortunate incident. Its always discouraging because pricing can fluctuate so much and you never know when youll actually get your car back. But Ken at Auto Body Auto Care is straight up and and honest. Ken runs a very nice business with a great level of professionalism and integrity, accented by a personable treatment of his customers. His work is pristine and flawless. When I picked up my car it was a little dusty because I wasnt able to pick it up right away, but Ken detailed the car and gave me the keys to my now like new, beautiful looking car. Great experience overall! My Audi had a dent and some damage to the rim and both were fixed beautifully. Ken was very responsive and picked up my car on a Monday night and returned it on a Tuesday evening. He touched up some other small paint damages as well and returned the car with a full detail. Great to have someone reliable and efficient on the West Side! We will definitely use him again.

Highly recommend Auto Body Auto Care! Ken, who runs the business, was super communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Starting with the quote, he made sure to tell me when he could get me quote details by, and he was even willing to match quotes from other reputable shops. He offers free pickup and delivery, as well as a full exterior detail and clay bar hand wax as part of his services. My car was shining, smooth, and sparkling clean when I received it. The repair was performed well and I couldn’t tell that my car had been damaged in the first place! On top of all this, he delivered my car to me one day earlier than promised. Ken is definitely the best around the area. We got quotes from all the other places suggesting prices that are over half of my car’s current market value. When we contacted Ken, he knew well my cars value and where we were standing at in terms of budget. He was willing to give us all the options available (and he showed up in our place to just do an estimate !) . He’s patient and communicative when we’re making decisions and never pushed us into committing things. He’s also very friendly, honest and also response to our questions quickly. And even it’s budget work, the outcome was better than we thought and they’re definitely works with high quality ! He also did a nice cleaning/touch up both inside and outside of the car for free. Pickup and drop off service was definitely convenient saving a lot of traveling hassles too. The service he provided was just awesome and can’t ask for better! My brother, and I were looking online for a professional detailing crew. There were a lot to choose from, but Detail U.S.A had the most incredible reviews during our research. Prior to detailing two of our cars, I wanted them to fix a minor damage on my bumper. Ken sent Victor over for the repair job. Victor arrived right on the time that we agreed on. He did a fantastic job of repairing the bumper. After a few days, Ken and one of his guys came by to detail the cars. Again, they arrived right on time. Needless to say, the cars looked exceptional afterwards. They are very meticulous in their detailing process. Since I was very satisfied with the service, I had Ken give me an estimate on another car that I had, with quite a bit more body damages. The car needed to be taken to a body repair shop, and Ken offered to pickup the car himself. It was great that I did not have to drop off the car, and have to find transportation home. After about a week, Ken delivered my car back to me, no need for me to pick it up. That car havent looked so beautiful in ages. Whats more impressive though was that Ken had order a jack cover for my car, a small part that probably fell off years ago. He even paint the cover to match my car, all for no additional charge. But I never mentioned anything about this jack cover to him when I asked him to repair my car. Thats what I call customer service! Wish I can give them more than five stars, they really deserve more. You cant go wrong with these guys.

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and was nice enough to leave their number. They referred me to their Auto/Body/Detail guy Ken Rosenfield with Auto Body Auto Care and said he would take care of it. Not knowing Ken but reading the numerous reviews I felt OK but very cautious to not only have this guy take my car fix it and tell me hell bring it back. Ken was not only on time but calmed my nerves with proof of insurance and a picture of his license. He took my car and brought it back in better shape then when he left with it. And much cleaner. His work was as advertised, Perfect! Having your car hit is a hassle but for me, I now have a trusted GO TO detail and body repair man and feel with 100% confidence referring him to anybody. I selected to work with Ken because hes probably got the greatest collective of reviews Ive seen on Yelp...in any category.Well, the reviews proved to be nothing but accurate. Ken was an absolute joy to work with in bringing my car back to better shape. He replied to my initial inquiry immediately. We discussed over the phone what needed to be done, and an estimate was sent my way right thereafter. I decided to take one repair off of my order, and Ken gladly adjusted the estimate without pushing me to go with the full shabang of fixes I had originally requested.I had to leave town so Ken worked on my car while I was gone, and kept me updated on my vehicles progress while away. I wound up having to stay out-of-state longer than needed, and he kept in good communication with me and could not have been more kind about keeping my car safe for me until I returned.My treat upon arriving back to LA was Ken being available to meet me the night my plane landed, directly after I left the airport....and a spectacularly-improved car in waiting! He was wiping the windows even down to the last seconds as I got into it, and made sure I was happy with the results.Hes energetic, kind, and a superstar at his work! I take good care of my cars but between not having a garage, a bad detail which left circle marks, and general wear and tear my black Audi was in need of help. When Ken and Jose were finished restoring the paint it literally looked like it had just come from the dealer. The rest of the car looked incredible too. His VIP service of picking up and dropping off your car is super convienent. He also sends updates via text and email on how the car is doing. He picked up and dropped off the car exactly when he said he would and honored the pricing he gave. He also washed and detailed the car inside and out which was super nice and made the car look better than ever before!My Mazda CX-5 was struck by a piece of road debris that seriously damaged the upper molding of the cars grille. He matched my cars paint exactly and it looked like the damage never happened!

I have a tandem parking spot at my townhouse. My gf had parked behind me but had her keys on her and she was out of town. I tried wiggling out of the spot but unfortunately I scraped the front end of my bumper on the concrete wall. I baby my car, it’s a BMW X1. My newer Mercedes Wagon had several door dings, dents, scratched wheels and then I finally backed into something so every time I backed up my sensor went off. I was ready to get a different car. Other shops wanted to replace the bumper and sensor but Kenny was honest and repaired everything so my car felt new again. When I got my car back it was fully detailed and had a protective Naoo coating on the paint so now the car is so easy to wash and I love that I dont have to wax it anymore. Thanks Kenny! Ken is the man! I had some damage to the front bumper of my BMW and decided to call Detail USA after reading great reviews on yelp. They repaired the damage and repainted my whole front bumper and it looks AMAZING. The paint looks like its fresh off the dealer lot! Amazing experience! Ken and his staff did an absolutely amazing job on my jet black Cadillac CTSV. I am very particular about cleaning and detailing my cars and I have always waxed and detailed my cars myself but I have been so busy that I needed to outsource it. I found Ken on Yelp and spoke with him a few times on the phone about his techniques, services and products he uses (I mentioned I am particular about my cars). Kens knowledge of detailing is outstanding and I was very impressed so I gave him a shot.He arrived on time at my home with professional equipment and did an absolutely amazing job. I was rather impressed that Ken did not try to upsell me on any services, if fact he saved me money as he said that my car would not need a clay bar which I requested since my paint was in such good condition(complements to me). Ken showed me all of his products and clean microfiber towels to reassure me before he began.I was nervous the entire time and constantly checked in on the progress. Ken could see that I was nervous and invited me to watch his every move and welcomed any of my input. I declined as I did not want to micromanage him and tried to have some faith. Ken was scheduled only for an exterior detail and at the end I was so impressed that I asked him to detail the interior of my car which has a lot of delicate suede and leather. The only item I requested was no solvents creating any sheen, I don’t like Amoral type products, I just like my car to look just the way it did when it left the showroom floor. Ken again hit a home run. I was looking for imperfections in his work at the end, I open the gas filled door – Spotless! I popped the engine bay hood – he wiped it all down just like I do! Ken even cleaned the inside of the exhaust tips – just like I do! I felt like I had found my twin. Ken is the real deal and I highly recommend Ken and will use his services in the future. Ken is absolutely amazing! I accidentally dinged a friends rental car in one of those parking lots with impossibly small spaces. She had to return her car 2 days later and leave town and neither one of us wanted to hassle with the paperwork and process to use insurance for such a small incident. I called Ken and explained the situation. He was booked but worked with us to fit a drive by repair into his busy schedule. He repaired the scratch on the spot and the paint looked as good as new, plus he is super friendly and his prices are beyond reasonable! Some guy knocked the mirror right off our 2016 Prius and of course didnt feel compelled to leave a note. We werent totally thrilled about having to get it replaced, but Ken made the experience easy. I visited 5 different body shops for estimates. Not only was Ken the most polite and personable, he gave us the cheapest price by far. It took a little longer to wait for the part since he bought it used, but it was well worth the savings he gave us. The repair only took about a half hour. We will definitely be going to Ken in the future.

When Ken and his guys were here to detail my car, Ken noticed the dent in my bumper and let me know that he now does body work as well. Ken and his team of expert detailers did an outstanding job getting rid of scraps on the plastic bumpers and some scratches in the metal of our Prius. We are getting ready to turn it in off lease or trade it for a new car and felt that we needed to fix it up or wed get killed on the turn in.Ken was able to fit us in and have his crew make the Prius look extremely presentable. I posted this on Yelp, but for all you non-Yelp users, heres my enthusiastic review of Auto Body Auto Care (Ken Rosenfields auto repair shop): Ken went above and beyond any auto body repair experience Ive ever had or expected to have. He picked me up and dropped me off from my house when necessary (so I didnt have to take a Lyft). He stayed in continual communication with photos and videos throughout the disassembly and repair process. He answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and with great professionalism and friendliness. He communicated with my insurance company without delay. And most importantly, the work done was impeccable and completed as quickly as it could while being thorough. His team even did a deep clean detail before turning the car back over to me. Im hoping I wont need his services again, but this L.A. with some cray-cray drivers, so if I ever need auto body work again, Im 100% going straight to his shop.

I called Auto Body by Detail USA on a Friday and spoke to Ken about the mildew problem in my car from spilling water a couple weeks prior. I explained that I already paid to get my car detailed a week ago and although it helped, the car still smelled like mildew. Instead of trying to get the most money out of me like other detailers were in the area, Ken mentioned I could come by his shop the next morning and he would first recommend a mildew enzyme eating spray treatment he had to get the odor out instead of paying for another detail. Ken charged me a nominal fee to come the very next morning, sprayed and dried the area I had the spillage, and was SO friendly! He even gave me some solution to take home in case I needed to use more. I didnt need to use anymore because the car didnt even smell a day later! Amazing customer service. I will be back for other services I may need in the future & highly recommend!

Ken always picked up the phone whenever I called no matter if he was busy or on an errand on something else. Trust me when I say that I was being truly bothersome. Im sure that my constant calling had to be pestering, but he never showed anything other than patience and professionalism. After many calls back and forth, he chose to come visit me at my offices since my schedule wasnt cooperative. That level of devotion to go out of his way just for my sake was amazing. At my offices, I showed him my scratches on the car hood where I received another quote from another company that it would take $80 dollars to fix. However, Ken used some magic stuff to wipe them away right then and there and didnt charge me a cent. This guy is not your stereotypical cheating mechanic. Hes as trustworthy as they come. Im definitely calling him to polish the scratches that were too deep and to detail my car. Loyalty is hard to come by and I found it on the first try and so will you when you call him and give him a chance.

I had front and rear bumper damage on my 2011 Infiniti G37S. I got a quote from a body shop for $1950 for both repairs. I found Ken at DetailUSA and he quoted me $1000 for both. I was a bit skeptical about the doing the work at my place thing, but Ken assured me the work would be up to my standards. I booked them for 8:00am on a Tuesday. His man Victor showed up promptly at 8 and was very courteous and professional. He won my confidence immediately. I worked at my desk while they worked on my car. When they were done they called me down to look at the work. They did a fantastic job. You would never know that there was any damage. The paint from Infiniti was a deep metallic silver, but they matched it seamlessly. I would tell anybody to go see Ken at DetailUSA for any of their body work. He saved me almost a grand and did work that I would say is second to none. Hell be my go to body repair guy from here on out.
