I came to the USA in January 2023 and started to do research for the purchase of investment property. Then I found useful short videos on Youtube by Steve Tsvetkov. I called Steve and we discussed my situation Steve gave me handy tips for creating my credit history. I tried to get a mortgage with several mortgage brokers but only Steve helped me get that with an acceptable rate and good conditions. Thats crazy because I was unemployed and less than one year in the USA. There was a small fly in the ointment in the form of an extended loan review period and negotiations with the seller to increase the house reservation period, but we overcame them! Great team, special thanks to our wonderful employee Angela and the whole team. I am sure that this is only the beginning of our cooperation, I recommend this company for solving complex and non-standard problems in obtaining financing!

Steve helped us secure a loan for our first home in the SF Bay area. This was the first time that we worked with an independent mortgage broker instead of directly with a mortgage lender, and I will continue to rely on independent brokers from now on, and especially with Steve at AUE Lending. Steve helped us to navigate all of our options, and provided recommendations that would help us to retain as much cash as possible while keeping monthly payments within our budget. When a home appraisal wasnt high enough, Steve saved us by recommending a second appraisal with a different mortgage lender. The advice and guidance from Steve was invaluable, and we highly recommend working with him.

We were very happy to find and work with Steve at AUE. We had a pretty unique situation: our landlord was selling the house we were renting, and we needed a very speedy turnaround (less than a week!) in order to make an offer on our house. Steve came through in a tricky situation (I wasnt working at the time; my husbands stock assets had to be counted in, etc.) and found us a loan with a lower down payment than the big banks were offering. He offered guidance and support throughout the process, and was available at weird hours to answer our many, many questions. We really appreciated his help during a very stressful process.

Steve did an incredible job! Our dream of owning our first home came true earlier this month. We had several financing options and are so happy we chose Steve because of his honesty, integrity and commitment to excellence. Steve helped us secure our first mortgage and also helped us recently refinance at an amazing rate. Steve has been fantastic to work with. He is very professional and quick to respond whenever we reach out. He even took the initiative to reach out to us to refinance when he felt we could get a much better rate. When compared to other brokers Steve was always able to secure the best rates. I personally recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy or refinance.
