No it wasn’t pleasant or did i enjoy how I was handled. It took y’all damn near a month before I got the rims and when I got them and put them on one rim broke in half. And the manufacturers want to say it was caused by an impact which is totally a lie. The road I was traveling was smooth and just recently a fresh paved road with no potholes. It’s so sad I was handled like this because I loved you guys product and recommended my motorcycle crew to you guys but revoked it after yall said I had to pay for ca new rim after all the headache. It’s sad🥺 The same day I get the rim it almost killed me by poor manufacturing

Let me start by saying I’m not a review leaving person but I was so impressed by my experience that I just had to this time. The wheels that I purchased that picture’s cannot do these wheels justice! They are BEAUTIFULLY SICK!!! I love them but more than that was the entire process of my purchase and dealing with the people at Audio CityUSA was more than anything I ever expected! I was able to speak with sales/tech representatives without pressing 1 or any other number! I was able to send and receive pictures by text! The representative was not so much trying to sell me anything but more interested in making sure that everything was going to fit and that I would be completely satisfied with my product. Also the wheels were packaged to where the delivery driver could have threw them out while moving and they still wouldn’t have been damaged. They arrived from across the country in 3 days too. Needless to say but I would recommend them to anyone and would leave 10 stars if I could!

I had an excellent experience with Santiago. He walked me through wheel options for my BMW X5 on a Tuesday and by Saturday I had the rims, which I took to my shop and mounted new tires on...by 12 noon I was cruising down the interstate at 80 with a vibration free smooth as silk ride!

I ordered a pair of 22 road force wheels for my Infinite Q70L. Shipping was fast. Customer service was great. They came packaged well and secured. One rim was scratched on the inside. Im not sure how that happened it’s probably during the shipping process, but its on since it wasnt visible. One of my rim caps where broken, but they sent me another. Overall, im glad i made this purchase. i love how my car looks. I get plenty of compliments. Perfect fitment 🔥🥳

I ordered 150 spoke for my wife’s Polaris slingshot and the rims simply don’t fit. I first tried the rear and the spokes rubbed against the brake caliper. I called them to explain the problem I was having and was referred to a Brian. He claimed on Friday that he would send the spacer priority but midday on Monday he still had not sent the spacer. Oh yeah the front rims also don’t fit at all. Please keep your hard earned money in your pockets

Unsurpassed customer service and experience. As I came through the door I was immediately welcomed and addressed by one of the customer service reps(Jose). Jose was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in his profession, I came in and I knew exaclty what I wanted but didnt know what offset I needed and he was very helpful in this and gave me a couple options and told me exaclty what kind of fitment to expect with this offset and tire sizes, mind you these were not split second decisions and Id like to give a huge thank you to my guy Jose for his patience with me. I must say I was apprehensive at first after reading some of the reviews but the representative I spoke with assured me that these were the correct Wheels and the correct offset so I went ahead with the purchase. A day later I did find the wheels cheaper on another site and I called and was pleasantly surprised that they refunded me the difference immediately. My experience was good make sure you know what type of wheel you need before you purchase.

I ordered my wheels online for my Mercedes Benz not knowing if they would actually fit, but they insured me that they would. After a few weeks after i placed my order I traded my Mercedes Benz and ask if I could trade the wheels even though they were custom made. Well they had not started the drill for the wheel and they allowed me to trade my wheel for my new car. I asked a lot of questions about these wheels and I got a lot of support and answers in return.I was concerned about the clearance on the front as this car has brimbo 6 piston calipers .No problems they assured me and they fit perfectly. They look great and I have had a lot of compliments on them.I had one minor glitch on one wheel that had a manufacturer blemish and after reviewing the pictures of it they immediately sent me a replacement wheel.You cant ask for more than that from a seller!

Well I ordered my wheels and tires and it took over 2 weeks for delivery . And then to my surprise they were not the color advertised on their website . I ordered a black wheel with bright red and I received a black wheel with candy apple red ( a dark red ) . Totally not what I ordered ! Called em and was told to fill out a ticket . Was contacted via email with excuse after excuse . Trying to tell me it was the lighting used to take original Pic. Lol theres no amount of lighting that would do this, totally different colors . My experience was great. Everett was the person that helped me. He answered all my questions and help me figure out what was best for me. When I called back to make the final purchase I asked specifically for him and he gave me a complimentary discount. Great experience all around. I had an awesome experience buying a set of wheels here. I compared to other southern CA wheel companies and they had the best selection. The salesman was knowledgeable about what rims would actually fit my car, and when i said i had some concerns about adding spacers to wheels he told me they could customize them by car type so no need for spacers, and then they could also color match to my factory car color! Once the order was ready they changed my tires from my old rims an about an hour later i was rollin. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new wheels.

Warning:If there is an issue with your order they will gladly charge you a 35% restocking fee plus you are responsible for returning shipping. Once they have your money don’t expect help. I ordered a set of wheels for my son who serves in the Navy for his Audi A4. I dealt with Eddie, and his customer service was EXCELLENT!!! He asked for make, model, and year of the car. Even with that info, just to make sure the wheels would fit, he asked for the VIN. Eddie assured me that the wheels would fit, and no drilling would be needed. I purchased the wheels. This is on a Thursday around 12pm. Eddie assured me that the rims would come by that Monday, because he would ship them out by 3pm. I received an email with the tracking number. Not only were my wheels not coming on Monday, they were coming that Saturday(2 days) between 9am - 1pm. What!! The excitement I felt was then met with the wheels being delivered at 9am on the dot that Saturday!! I immediately went to Big-O Tires and had them installed! Eddie you’re the best! A misunderstanding and once everything was figured out they were great and took care of everything.Call and talk to someone and get told that the rims are in the warehouse and can be shipped. Order rims 2 days go by and I hear nothing. No email confirming that I bought the rims. The only reason I know I bought the rims is because the money was taken out of the account. Have to reach out to find out the rims are on a 4 week back order. Still have not actually talked to anyone yet. I guess this is what I get for ordering rims of a Facebook ad. So far a very disappointing experience.

Only reason I give 4 stars is because one of my rims was cracked and a second one was scratched bad. I expected this company to inspect every wheel before shipping them but I guess they missed these issues during their inspections. However, the manager (I forgot his name) took great care of me and he replaced those rims and even gave me a small refund because of the issue. My car looks dope now and the wheels are high quality but cheap price! For the amount I paid, I couldn’t have asked for more! Great company to do business with. The negative reviews you see are people that don’t do their due diligence when the wheels get delivered. I did my due diligence and found some issues and was taken care of immediately! DO NOT BUY THIS WHEEL IT IS FAULTY!! THE BLACK AREA WILL PEEL OUT WITH JUST WHATER!! I bought a set and now Im stuck fighting with Ferrada to fix them. I got them as a tire and wheels package and now they want me to pay to remove the tire and send them the wheels but then also pay to have them re-mounted and balance!!. While most of their business is done online, Ben was incredibly helpful and I purchased some rims. I purchased a set of 22 5x110 Ferrada FR2 Matte Black Wheels with Gloss Lips for my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and I have had the worst experience in being compensated for wheels that were flawed from the beginning. The car started to vibrate badly so I assumed the issue were the new tires that came with the wheels from AudioCity which were determined to be damaged. I had the tires replaced and the issue continued so had the wheels road forced balanced again. I contacted Audio City about this on going issue and they stated that I needed hub rings and gave me the specs to order them. I asked why wasnt that included with my purchase and I was informed they were sold out. Mind you that whenever you place a order for wheels someone calls you to go over the correct specs for your wheels to make sure they a true to spec. I was so frustrated that I contacted the manufacture Ferrada directly and I was told that they dont make wheels to my cars specs or provide blanks to do so. I took the car to another shop that sent the wheels off to a machine & fabrication shop for measurements and it came back that the wheels were re-drilled off center and the center hub wasnt flush to my cars hub. These issues are what have caused the car to vibrate so badly that it wasnt safe to drive and it all started with AudioCitys error. I was actuality told by Anthony to drive the car out to California for them to check or ship the wheels back to them at my cost both ways and one even better purchase another set of wheels from them. Crazy!!I started to read the reviews and noticed that this has become a normal practice for this company over the years and I have read where others have had the same issue as Ive had from wheels vibrating and no compensation. I wish I had read all of the large bad reviews before and I would have saved myself time and money dealing with a company that wont except responsibility and have no concern about the safety for the general public. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General, California BBB, and I will be sending the owner Ms. Kim a letter from my attorney. I am going to see how the outcome works out before I move towards filing a class action suit which wont be hard to find people to sign on to. That being said, I ordered a set of rims from them. The day I got them mounted after I made it home I noticed that one of my center caps was already missing. They were not even on my car for a day. Purchased the RF 35 wheels, they look great. My only issues is, where they drilled the bolt pattern they left scratches in the mounting holes that were drilled. The only reason Im giving a 4 star is because Im not crazy about the tire and there were a few scuffs on the wheels from the mounting and balancing process.

Had these beautiful wheels ordered for my German car. They were staggered, so even finding custom wheels for these cars is a chore. As it turned out, this car required large spacers and longer lugs on the front in order to fit. The tire store I used got on the phone with me and Audio City customer service. They knew exactly how to solve the issue and sent me the right equipment for the tire store to mount these new wheels. Very impressed with Audio City. 5 stars.

Great experience from start to finish. Brian Kim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I ordered these four rims over the phone for my Dodge Charger Friday morning at 11 am. The rims arrived at my door via FedEx Monday morning at 9 am. All lug nuts and spacers included. I was at the tire shop watching the rims be installed by 11 am same day. I have purchased 3 sets of wheels prior. Never had an issue and loved my wheels. This is my 4th set and had nothing but problems. Wheels looks amazing but feels like it doesnt fit. Ive tried hub rings, change lugs, check ball joints etc Rides smooth for 3 days and shakes at different speeds. Sales rep not helpful at all. After visiting various tire centers, 1 shop noticed a gap behind some of the lugs. Who ever drilled the wheels to fit my vehicle did a poor job. I am stuck with wheels that is dangerous for me to drive😡

Saw what I wanted and at the right price i was able to transform my 08 IMPALA SS AudioCity got them out to me quickly. I cant get Amazon to deliver that quick. Only one in this town with these wheels. definitely a head turner. Bought some decent tires, I installed coil overs. I lowered the back end about 6 inches and brought down the front to match. looks tough and with that 5.3l under the hood. I get alot of offers now. Its not for sale

Working with my sales guy Ben was great. He is up front and honest and goes out of his way. I was sent a defective wheel and I went through different steps to troubleshoot the problem. The wheel at high speeds (80) has a slight tremble and you can feeling it. I move the wheel from one side of the car to the other, purchased a new tire, and the problem still existed. I then explained to Ben my issue and purchased a new rim. Ben agreed to refund me the purchase price of the new rim... Ben is the best person to work with and he cares.

Ordered wheels on line with them. Said wheels were in stock ready to ship. They processed my card and took my money, then sent me a confirmation. Got a call 2 hours later saying those wheels weren’t in stock and wanted to try to push me into a different wheel. They don’t have any other wheel I want so no I get to wait several weeks for a return to my credit card. So I’m out $1000 for a few weeks because they don’t actually stock wheels. They ordered them just like you can. Save your money and the trouble and buy your wheels from the manufacturer or someone that actually has them.Update 5-1-25. Got a call from audio city today about this review. They offered me a $200 Amazon gift card to take my review down. Here’s the thing I’m a business owner, Willys auto Missoula montana Infact, if there is a problem within my business and a poor review is how I find out about it I’ll do my best to fix the problem not just offer to pay to have the review taken down. The second part is the could have taken my money after they checked to see if they had the wheels and not before. Anymore now a days you pay first and find out second. We because of that I’m out $1000 for a few weeks until the refund gets processed. That’s my biggest problem. But at least they have reached out, although mostly to offer me money to take my review down they have reached out.
