Audio Video Concepts is not only a great company, their customer service is excellent! Emanuel and his team took over an extremely poor security camera installation project, which was previously installed by a “Gold Star Authorized Dealer with Control4”, but after 2+ months, this dealer and his team still didn’t have our system up and running correctly. Im so very fortunate to have found Emanuel, and he and his team were able to redo this project and complete it within a timely manner. Emanuel is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the correct information about our system along with their apps [not like the previous dealer]. Another great quality is that Emanuel has great communication skills, which I find extremely important. Emanuel is very professional, courteous and committed in providing the best service possible to his clients. Its obvious that Emanuel truly has pride in what he does and it shows in his work. I now have “THE BEST Gold Authorized Dealer with Control4 for our home security and A/V products. This is a company that I would highly recommend! I only wish that I could give them 10 Stars!!!

I have used Audio Visual Concepts for four projects. The most recent was the reconfiguration of my living room, all the a/v equipment and the installation of a new 85” smart tv. I worked primarily with Jose Rubio this time. He gave me an excellent referral to a cabinet maker. He took his time to meet with us, answer questions and explain options. Everything was scheduled, deadlines were met and the final installation went off perfectly. In addition, Jose stayed with me until I was totally comfortable with the operation of all of the equipment. We highly recommend Audio Visual Concepts and their whole team.

I have been a client of Emanuel / Audio Video Concepts for the past couple of years. Emanuel is always available just about 24/7 with any issues and the work he does is great. He and his staff are very patient and kind and take things in stride with the most difficult or easy situation. Since i am not good with A/V and my patience is not the best, Emanuel always is there and makes it work either remotely or in person. He is fair in all his costing and time. A very stand up guy and company. Glad they are in the valley and very very reliable. A++

I have used Audio Video Concepts in the past to set up a new system in my living room along with installing new Sony TVs in my bedrooms. Their attention to detail is incredible as well as responding to any issues I might have had. They are professional, courteous and the only company I will use in the Coachella Valley.I cannot speak highly enough of them, A Plus!!

Emanuel and his crew are great. They installed a new TV and sound systems for us with a smart remote. He has helped me out several times when something gets misconfigured due to a power outage. Professional, on time and excellent service. If you need audio video work I definitely recommend that you give Emanuel a call.

I’ve had a good fortune of knowing Emmanuel for a number of years. He has done several large scale projects as well as smaller projects for me. In every case he has been professional, courteous, mindful and committed to provide superior service. I have a lot of respect for him because he is very technical oriented and he truly knows his craft. I have been dealing with Emmanuel and Audio Visual Concepts for approximately 6 years and have found their service to be excellent in quality, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Also, their prices have been quite reasonable.Emmanuel took over our system that had been sold & installed by another local firm. Even though that system had cost many thousands of dollars, we were told by the company that we were too small for them to service after the warranties expired (just about the time that the problems with the system started).I feel quite fortunate that I was able to find Emmanuel and Audio Visual Concepts and would recommend them highly.

We have used Audio Video Concepts for two projects at our home. The first one they installed a complete system for home entertainment with surround sound. Everything is in a closet so only our tv is on the wall in the living room. They system has worked flawlessly. Only once did we have a problem (operator error :-p) and Emanuel was available quickly to help us out.Our second project was to install outdoor speakers on our patio and we love them. Beautiful sound and expertly installed.Weve always had prompt reliable service from Audio Video Concepts and never hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
