Our sales guy was really nice and patient with us. I can’t remember his name but he’s in the photos. Definitely go to him to get your car. I’ll refer people as well. However, one star less as we almost walked out because of the finance manager upstairs who was incredibly rude and had no people skills. We were trying to determine whether or not to purchase the maintenance package and he was trying to rush us and even said “you have a Rolex on you can afford it”. First of all, he knew the car is for me, not my cousin who’s there with me. And second, he can afford a Rolex because he doesn’t make impulse decisions without thinking them through. This is why I asked him to come with me. The finance manager also provided misinformation and claimed he was “averaging”. Thankfully my cousin was with me and called him out on it. We let our sale guy know we were disappointed but because he was so good to us and gave us a really good deal on the car, we went through with it. Funny enough, my cousin has so many contacts at several dealerships and we ended up here because the offer and overall experience with this sales guy was that good. He’s in the photo, go to him and get a great deal.

Review is not mainly because of the dealership. The dealership itself was just as nice as any others. When we were there two months ago, unlike some other dealerships, we were basically greeted by everyone, asked if we needed help.But Joseph made me crazy. We communicated through text and somehow he didnt even read everything through. Guess he was too eager to get us in. Deal didnt go through, we drove 40 miles for nothing because he doesnt read and have the guts to say we didnt tell him. (Thats why I love communicating through text/email, everything is written down)Then recently, we decided to try again, crossing fingers that we dont get the same one. (He wasnt there anymore I guess). Alex tried giving me quotes. He told us he gave us HUGE discounts but we told him the numbers are off and why I think the numbers are off. No reply ever since.Do your math people, dont rely on them sales talk. I took my money to another Audi where they are willing to give me more details.

The overall atmosphere of this dealership is welcoming. I’ve been to a couple of dealerships for premium cars and I have to say, some of them can be very intimidating. Our past experience with these type of dealerships were not so pleasant. We came in with simple outfits. I’d say it’s the typical grocery errand look. Sure, the reps were cordial but they weren’t really enticed with us. It made me avoid going to these types of dealershipsAudi Van Nuys is different. They were very accommodating, especially the specialist who assisted us, David. He listened to us, took our inputs, showed us around, and made us feel welcomed. We weren’t 100% certain in purchasing a car that day, but David was a real gem! He ticked off all of our checklist, especially the budget part. We ended up with a brand new car on our way home. Plus, it’s the car we really wanted. It was truly an amazing experience!

This is my 3rd experience purchasing a new car with Audi Van Nuys. From Moses and Sam in sales to their finance team, service it’s always a very good and smooth process. When I bought my first Audi, the head office called me since my previous cars were BMW and told customer service how I couldn’t wait to drive the car in the mountains next month skiing. A week later, I received a ski boot Audi bag, Audi knitted hat and scarf. Every purchase, I get a little nice treat. Audi’s are my forever cars! Treated like a VIP!

Got an amazing deal on a new Audi Q4 E-tron. The whole experience was great. The sales specialist Moses got us an amazing deal. We were looking at a base model and drove out with a fully loaded in hard to find color which we wanted for cheaper then we thought it would be. Would highly recommend at least stopping in to take a look and talking to Moses.

I received a recall notice for my Q5, so I needed it to be looked at. Most Audi service departments these days are backed up, making it challenging to make an appointment. Luckily, Audi Van Nuys had a day and a time that worked with my schedule. I made it over the phone with a nice lady and even received a text message reminder.When I arrived, I pulled in and checked in with Jordan. I was told it would be about a 2-hour wait. That didn’t bother me because I didn’t need to be anywhere, and I had work to do. They have tables and chairs where people can wait. So I just got cozy and got my laptop out, and started getting work done. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The bathrooms were clean! It looked like they even had a kids playroom.While I was waiting, I have to say; I was very impressed with the advisor Vince (I hope that was his name, he worked on 04/07/22 at 10:45a). He was hustling! He was on his feet the entire time I was there, he was helping customers and making calls. Compared to Jordan… who sat most of the time, chatting with people, eating his lunch just out in the open (gross) and so unprofessional. I wish Vince was my advisor! He is such a hard worker, and he was good with his customers! I was so impressed! He deserves a raise or a bonus or something! We need more hard workers like him!My car was done within the 2 hours range, and all is well. I will definitely come back but will request Vince if I can.

Worse service I’ve ever got car shopping. I came here and the sales representative give me a good offer and they told me that the car is coming in tomorrow. The car came in tomorrow and they raised price and lied about the offer. The sales manager Shawn, was no help and was rude. I waited one hour to test drive another car and they said that they don’t have any cars available and that if I was going to buy they were willing to bring the car. WHY WOULD BUY A CAR THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.All workers are working together as one and there is no supervision to control them. Audi needs rethink about choosing their staff at this location because THIS is luxury dealership and there CANNOT BE ANY SLIP UPS LIKE THIS. AND before making sure to hire someone make sure that they could speak English!!!!

The sales manager, Pres and his associate Joseph helped me every step of the way when I needed to purchase my new car back in April of last year. Unfortunately, this past September my car was totaled in a hit and run, and even then Pres and Joseph were amazing in helping me get the information I needed about my vehicle to send to my insurance company to add more cash value to the car. Called to check pricing for oil change i asked specifically to talk with service in order to get accurate pricing, two diffrent representative over the phone said that there is a promotion going on and that is only 119$ out the door for oil change for my car i even gave them my vin number and everything so they can check it for sure for this car!i set up an appointment for Saturday whence arrived i worked with Christian, he said price for oil change is 189$, whence i told him that i already confirm price over the phone for this specific car he start saying that the price over the phone was for 2.0 and my car was 3.0 and that it takes more oil, even tho i told him that i already confirmed price over the phone before coming he kept saying that there is nothing to do, even after i told him that i bought my car from them a few months back, he said there is nothing else to do and asked me to pay, after charged my card i saw 200.46$ which no one told me that there is tax on top . not gonna do business there ever again.

Seems all the bad reviews are on the service department. Dropped my Audi S5 off for oil and filter change and tire rotation. It is two years old and has 1900 hundred miles. Was told with discounts, the service would be $189, but service suggested a two year full tune up for $1,000. Ridiculous, right? Next I get a text saying they found a nail in one of the tires. Do I want to replace it for $390? Again, the car has 1900 miles so the tire is practically new and I should have been told to patch it vs. replace it. After driving home, got a tire pressure alert. Not enough air in tire. Unacceptable how they didnt check pressure on tires and how they try to upsell over there. Will not be going back there again

Going on a road trip so text Vince Stamegna and asked if I could come in the the next day to have fluids checked. When I pulled my car into service the next morning I was met by Alex (Aleandro) and told him why I was there. I opened the hood, Alex check my levels under the hood and on the cars computer screen. Do not ever visit this dealership. I was not approached by a salesperson or representative upon entering the building. The salesperson wanted to run a credit application before the test drive of the vehicle. He was trying to convince us that this is a good car and that enthusiats know what they are getting. I told him that a person must test or check out the features of a product prior to purchase and not have ther credit ruined for doing so. On top of that, he wanted to sell the vehicle 30k over sticker. Overall, I had a negative experience that did not feel customer focused and felt more of a chore rather than a pleasant, fun, and enjoyable one.

Went to this dealership ready to buy a car, but the sales manager, I believe his name is Sam Salehi is a total jerk. He is rude, deceptive, and lacks transparency. The salesperson I was dealing with was fine, but they are all just puppets of the sales manager. The lack of transparency was so bad that the salesperson was apologizing to me profusely. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as I was able to go to another audi dealership and get the exact deal that I wanted while being treated with complete respect and transparency. Avoid this place at all costs!

Super inconvenienced and frustrated with my experience. Went in for a check engine and oil change/service. They fixed some recalls on my car and set me up with a rental for the day. They told me my car was ready the next day, showed up to pick up and I heard over the loud speaker the check engine light was still on. “Hold tight” — I guess a tube was loose, but if they had done a drive test like they record on my receipt this wouldn’t have been the case. Then I drove off the lot and less than a mile away my tire pressure gauge went off to check tires and reset (something included in the $1700 they charged me). They admitted to an honest mistake, but another hour plus of my time is unacceptable after saying it was ready after having it for 15 hours. I understand mistakes are made but I honestly would have rather gone to a certified Audi dealer to for better pricing and a more luxury experience. Spoke with the manager and he offered that hey would check my tires for me (bigger I convince) and they would cover my next service. It was a nice gesture but they lost my trust by putting things on the receipt that they certainty didn’t do. Also he snuck in there that I might have picked up a nail or something… with both of us knowing the car would have denoted a specific tire and not what was displayed.Also the rental voucher is for the most basic model, no where near an Audi, and you have to pay to upgrade and for insurance.

I trusted the financial guy and paid for what he recommended ( 6k in warranty and 2k of that toward tires and wheels warranty ). Now tire blown out and I towed the car to the service. I was told that it will not be covered. I called my salesman and he said I shouldn’t have bought the warranty because it’s a waste. So now my thinking is this dealership is just like many others, a rip off.

I was recently notified that my Audi Q5 lease was coming to an end. Audi Van Nuys sent me a letter with an offer to trade in my car early, and start a new lease at a discounted price. Remembering that I had a pretty great experience with the sales and leasing team there three years ago, I decided to return and see what they were offering. I did not set up an appointment, but was immediately greeted by Jasmine the receptionist, and she assigned David Kohanchi to help me. I told him that I was very happy with my Q5 and wanted to see what the new model looked like. He quickly arranged for a test drive. Afterwards, he promptly gave me some numbers for the initial offering. I countered his offer, and he met me at my counter offer. That was it. It was simple, straight forward, and he was very courteous and pleasant. I met with the finance representative, Bob, who was also really sweet and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me into any additional services that I did not want. (I have had some bad experiences previously with finance reps trying to coerce me into purchasing unnecessary services). I drove home in a new 2023 Q5 that afternoon. A few days later, I realized that I had forgotten my LA Metro transponder in my old car, so I called in to see if there was a way they can find it and hold on to it for me so I can pick it up. Jasmine had one of the team members go to storage to find my car, and retrieve the transponder. She even, at no additional cost to me, sent me the transponder overnight via FedEx. Even though the Audi Van Nuys dealership is not close to where I live, I still make the drive out there. I can say now, they are consistently excellent in their customer service, I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for an Audi.

Looks like I’m not alone in having an awful experience. On top of that they took out my car seats and now I can’t access the buckle to put the car seat back in to pick up my kids from school. I was told I’ll get a call back and I’m still waiting. They explained they’re shorted staffed and I get that, you can still treat people with empathy and grace while being short staffed. In all my years with Audi I’ve never experienced this. I didn’t expect to be treated like an inconvenience. The long list of my in store experience is not worth the space here. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

Dropped off my daughters 2007 A4 which ahs been sitting for 8 months while she has been away at college. We asked to have the car gone through check the warning lights and change the oil. The service agent said he would give us as deal on the oil change and apply there current coupon for $119. We were sent a estimate for $1,200+ which included an oil filter housing (which was was replaced by them 13 months earlier) a break light switch and coolent recovery reservoir. See we have the filter house replaced 13 months earlier we paid for the oil change and moved the care to a local independent dealer. That same day we received a coupon in the mail for $59 oil change - when we called the service department to see if we could maybe apply the coupon a day late - the service operator responded sucks for you - our independent mechanic found crack suspension stabilizer arms (which he said mad e the car unsafe) and the oil house leak to be completely insignificant -Control arms Keyes said were OK - had to have them replace by an independent mechanic.

I would never purchase a vehicle or recommend a friend or family member purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that had no issues on pre-inspection. Once I got the vehicle and serviced it for the alarm sound not working through a different Audi dealership, I found out that the vehicle Audi Van Nuys sold me had part of the electrical wires cut and damaged by an animal. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership unless you see it in person. I have tried to reach a sales manager over 20 times and every representative says the manager is either busy and I have to leave a voice mail and never hear back. David was my sales agent and he deceived me. This has reduced my trust in the Audi brand and will likely be the last Audi I will own.

TLDR: The sales people are nice, but there are too many miscommunications between the first sales person you meet and the manager you close the deal with.We closed the deal on a pre-owned Audi that was exactly what we were looking for. Our first sales person was great. When handed off to the next level of sales, he was also good and we negotiated an extra service for the next service milestone, he assured us the finance rate would go down after we ran our credit and that he ran the initial numbers on an average, and that we were getting a great value because he was throwing in extras and the trim on the car that we were looking at was the more expensive trim and that we were getting a great deal. Not too bad of an experience before we moved on to the Finance team to close the deal.The Finance team gave us the hard sell on the extended warranty that we passed on, and then didnt honor the service that the previous sales person promised because the car had just been serviced. Apparently there was a miscommunication and typo on the description of the car so it just had its 30K mile service and we were offered originally offered a free 40K service. To support his positioning of not honoring the 40K mile service, he argued that we were getting a deal with the 30K mile service that they just did because they will typically do the minimum (oil change) when selling their used cars. When we saw our financing numbers, the rate did not change and again there was a miscommunication on how the rate is determined...we still signed the papers, and the car would be ready to pickup tomorrow after a thorough cleaning and a touch up on the black wheels.We came to pick up the car and our first sales person was honest and transparent about some discrepancies from the previous day. It was communicated to us that the car we had purchased had the black optics package, essentially all of the emblems/trim/wheels/etc. were black instead of chrome (exactly what we were looking for). It turns out the previous owner painted the wheels, trim, and emblem black. We debated with the used car sales manager at length because he described the car as blacked out and there was a miscommunication (common theme here) about the car having a black optics package. He offered a package of touching up the paint that was already chipping from the DIY black out and an additional minimal discount on the car. Although we are gracious for the offer, it is not worth the amount we are paying for the car. We felt that it doesnt make sense to pay a premium price to get a nice car, but cheap out on some of the finishes that make it feel premium.We ended up canceling the deal because there was just too much miscommunication about the package we paid for and the package we were getting. But we do appreciate the honesty from some of the staff.

Service of my S4 itself was good, but alternate transportation was a disaster - they sent me to a nearby rental outfit that did not have a complimentary car for me, but instead tried to upsell me. When I declined the upsell, they put me on a waiting list for who knows how long. I ended up having to get picked up by my wife and driving her car until service was over. Not acceptable to me. I was called to pick up my car after it had been with Audi waiting for parts for many months. I got there excited to get back into the car I am making payment on still to find that they have not done an end to end inspection of the car because the trunk won’t open. My wife bought a 2019 Audi SQ5 back in February 2023 with 10k miles on it. 4 year manufacturer warranty was over and with the car being that low of mileage we didnt think extended warranty would be needed. Everything was fine and 6 months later July 2023 with only 13k miles the car starts running funning and then all of a sudden doesnt even want to start and stay on. We were in Sacramento, CA on our way back home to San Diego, CA the car died on us. We cant even drive the car. When I requested for a loner car because my car needed to be serviced for a day, it was provided to me at no cost. Thanks so much for that.Only knock that I have is that after my car was done, I noticed that when I checked the interior of my car, I saw black grease marks on my leather seats from the mechanic(s). Once spotted, I told my service person and asked if they can wipe down the grease marks. Easy drop off / pick up.One complaint is that the advisor didn’t inform me about their late pick up policy …I asked specifically about the pick up time and was told it’s 5pm… later I discovered there is an option to pick up later which needs to be arranged by the advisor…This never happened for me - was stuck on OC traffic and couldn’t get there by 5 pm …resulted a trip to the dealership the next day .If you have an option for late pick up, please let your clients know about it … rather than arguing with them!!How would I never know about your late pick up policy if u never tell me !! This visit was vastly better than my first visit. The service writer explained everything that was going to be done and gave me a time frame. The car was ready a day ahead of schedule and everything was good to go. I was given an inspection report and I noted several things that were wrong. First, I have 2 new tires on the front(less than a week old) these supposedly measured 6/32s. They measure 10/32s new. Second, I looked to see if the air filter housing had been touched for the inspection. It was still dusty and obviously had not been touched. I have close to 40k on my car and it should have been looked at. It wasnt. Next, I checked the air pressures in my tires. This had not been adjusted either. If this is the level of inspection done, I have severe mistrust in the work that this dealership will do. If they miss the small stuff, how can I trust them with a serious issue?

My car had a re-cal so i made an appointment for service for two weeks later. I asked for a loner when I made the appointment and but when I got there they didn’t have any. So they offered a rental car instead and they said it would only be about three hours of work. I agree to get the Rental as I do real estate and need a car to drive clients around. Waited 40 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the rental place then 30 minutes wait to get a car, they only had two cars ( not nice cars ) they give you $45 credit toward the car. At the end of the day I get a call saying they need another day to fix the car. Then the next day I bring the car. Waited again 35 minutes for a shuttle to take me back. The technician was nice but the waiting to get transportation is ridiculous. When I had an Acura and brought for service, I always had a loaner or transportation ready for me. My car is only less than two years old, I would think they should give you something comparable to what you’re driving, especially if you are using the car for business.

Terrible customer service. Went in a Saturday morning to pickup my car and they only had two customer service reps working. Office had about 5 people waiting to be helped. Took 20 minutes for anyone to even recognize that I was in the office. They are helpful and amazing. Only a few notes of improvement:1) last year my brakes were wearing out, especially the rotors. Since I had the funds last year, I asked that they be replaced. The dealership told me I didn’t have to, even though I insisted at least twice to replace them. Now they’re telling me it’s finally time to replace them, but I currently don’t have the funds at the moment, so now I have to put off that maintenance for about a month.2) the hood shocks which keep the hood propped up when it is opened stopped working after I got the car back from the dealership. They quoted me about $250+, and said it was part of normal wear and tear. The car is about 7 years old. I have a 19yo BMW whose hood shocks I’ve never replaced. My dad’s X5 is about 10 years old, and he’s never changed the hood shocks. So I find it rather odd I have to pay for something that doesn’t seem like normal wear and tear.

They kept my car for a recall and promised me a car wash. I am first time Audi buyer at Keyes Van Nuys, I purchased my vehicle on 11/18/2020. First off I waited 7+ hours to get out of there due to dealer transitioning into a new system. I Was promised floor mats because of the long wait for paperwork and they couldn’t find my second key to the vehicle. Didn’t give me a due bill because for the key because I was notified after the fact of signing all my paperwork. My Rep Moses didn’t do a proper delivery of the car to tell me what features it had, or get the nice box with my key in it. It’s now December 31st and the dealer still has not sent it to me, yet they claim they have “mailed” it twice already (no tracking). Every time I call, the General Manager is out of the office and my Rep Moses just tells me that it’s sent. I will not be returning to this dealership. I will be contacting Audi corporate. Do not trust the Service Department. I paid for Audi Care and took my new RS 5 for its service on 9/22/21.Even though the vehicle only had 3766 miles, Vincent Stamegna insisted that the service be performed, after all it had been a year. So, I took his ‘professional’ advice and left the vehicle there for 10k service, a recall issue, tire rotation, and, an ignition start fault that continues to occur.I took a Lyft home because apparently you have to reserve a loaner 3 weeks in advance. Vince did offer a rental, but that’s not as easy as a loaner.So, as I get home and settle in, to my surprise they call me to tell me the car is ready. It was a total of 1:43 minutes since I left the dealer. I asked Vince if all the services were performed and he said yes.I took a Lyft back and when I arrived my RS5 was waiting for me. I asked Vince again, so what services were performed? He told me again that all the services mentioned were done. I told him, “That was Fast Service”. He smiled and said yes and handed me the receipt.I walked to my car and first thing I did was check the oil level which was unchanged. I then took the car to another dealership where a friend works. They checked to see if the 10k service was done. Though I was charged for it, the all oil caps, oil filter cap, and the oil itself remained unchanged!I took it back to Keyes and spoke with Paul Lee, Service Manager. He did his best to cover for his employee and care for the issue. Both qualities are commendable, but I think someone needs to be terminated. There is no excuse for not servicing a vehicle and then acting like it was.Unacceptable business practices and preying on its customers - thieves should be prosecuted.

Me and my wife just wasted 4 hours of our time in there. Weve been their loyal customers since March 2014. They promised us a good deal on a new lease. There was none. Plus, they tried to charge us extra $2000 for the extra mileage on our current lease, which usually gets waived by most of dealers for the returning customers. The salesgirl kept on pulling the disappearing act on us every 15 minutes, disappearing for 15-20 minutes while looking for the paperwork, keys, her boss, her assistant and so on, hence 4 hours instead of usual 2 - 2.5 hours -- the time that usually takes to sign a new lease. I couldn’t continue to wait and told the service dept I would pick up on Sunday because I had things to do. Extremely professional and customer driven organization!Although my car took additional time to diagnose and repair, I was never inconvenienced! Keyes provided me with courtesy car (better than mine). I was kept up to date with each step of the process.It was a bit pricey for the average income, but worth the cost.

So unhappy. Waited for 4.5 hours to get my car back from basic service. Ferin was dismissive and said it was blamed on bad management. Still waiting to hear about lights that came on after doing service as they insisted I get three new tires. They have not even returned our call.

Keyes Audi has been the best experience of customer service I have had, especially Blair Patchetts outstanding service. He took care of everything with attention to detail. I had to get the 5000 mile service for my Audi A6 and needed a hose to be replaced, everything was covered by warranty so I didnt have to pay even a dollar. The loaner car A3 helped me a lot. Best thing was the courtesy and care provided by them, thanks Keyes. Best service ever, I will always buy my cars from them.

A few days ago I walked in to Keys Audi, and with all this Covid-19 going on I was kinda scared to buy a new car, but once I walked in I was greeted by Ali. In my past experiences buying a car was always arduous and suspect if they had my best interest at heart. My experience with Chester Fonseca and Elliot (Sales Manager) I felt comfortable my concerns and budget were heard and the willingness to work with me. What I really appreciated was I never felt pressured and their patience in weighing out the pros and cons on various cars. Its a great start to get back into the Audi family.

The service is always great. But they didnt offer rental cars, no uber codes or courtesy vehicles when my service took longer than expected, Even though I have purchased a service package. They also charge $10 to sanitize your car before they service it and after, which I appreciate but again it should be something that they offer free of charge.

About a month ago, I went to Van Nuys Audi to buy a used car. In the process I got bombarded with phone calls, which I did not mind at all because I wanted to buy a car and there is a reason for each phone call.After I purchased the car, 3 days later, the battery died completely. It left my family (baby included) stranded. Needless to say I was very unhappy so I proceeded to get a voltmeter and check the battery. Indeed the battery was VERY VERY dead.I called Audi for a period of a week every day to figure out if they would fix it, but I did not get call back. Apparently, the calls that I was getting frequently BEFORE I bought the car disappeared completely. I have also emailed many times, and never heard back. All the promises of providing great service and help were not true. DO NOT buy a car from them, they will say that they will bring you the moons and stars only to leave you completely even if you need help!P.S. I also found the fact that they email you for services (Sirius XM, new offer and deals) to be completely annoying, especially when I witnessed such poor customer service.
