Shout out to Mike Zimes and the staff at Audi Valencia. I stopped in about a month ago on a whim and was greeted by Mike. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He showed me a couple different vehicles and I fell in love with the Q3. I was set on finding the best deal so I left and started my search.Over the next couple of weeks I spoke to several different dealerships all trying to get my business. Throughout the entire process, Mike from Audi Valencia continued to stay in touch. I honestly didn’t think that my local dealership would be the one that got me the deal I was looking for but Mike continued to work hard to earn my business.Mike was able to come through with the specific vehicle I wanted and a great deal! His hard work and diligence paid off! Once the deal was done, Mike passed me off to Finance Manager Mike who was just as friendly and helpful with the signing of the docs. There were no pushy sales tactics or any pressure to buy unnecessary extras. All in all it was a great experience with Mike and Mike. 6/11/24 - I been speaking with many salespeople from different dealerships, trying to get approved with a 500 credit score, but none would approve me. I was renting a Tesla Model 3 from Hertz for the past four months at $3,100 per month, which was insane! I finally got tired of the rental and decided enough was enough. 😡I called Isa La Jalisquilla from Instagram and told her about my situation, bad credit, no cosigner, and income from Uber. She set me up with an appointment with 😍 Amanda, a wonderful sales representative with excellent customer service skills. From the moment I arrived at Audi Valencia, I felt welcomed with open arms. Seeing that Amanda was multi-tasking helping out other potential customers aside from me, she still managed to work tirelessly to get me approved for a great Q7 with low miles.Afterwards, I was introduced to a beautiful young Queen named 😍 Marisol, the Finance Manager. She guided me step-by-step through Audis protection plans and explained how I could plan ahead for future extended warranties. Both women were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely sweet to me.If you need a vehicle and are tired of being denied by other dealerships, come to Audi Valencia. They truly have you covered. If youre thinking about buying an Audi, then do it here. If you want an RS then definitely do it here. Nicole Lucas in sales and Mike Indzheyan in finance were absolutely amazing to work with, ask for them, and theyll hook you up.I was in the market for an RS3. Audi Valencias website had one in inventory with options and color Id be happy with, so I called them up. I figured it was a long shot, partially because Im based in OC and most sales folks really want you to come in to haggle, and partially because these cars are hard to get. Nicole was an absolute joy to work with and really hustled to get me a deal that I was very happy with. Mike was also super professional and not overly pushy with added packages unlike most finance managers. And we did everything over the phone and online. Nicole actually drove down to OC to deliver me the vehicle. I paid a $2k markup, but I got the deal I wanted and felt that was reasonable, considering a custom build would have taken 6-8 months from a local dealer.Even if I did have to wait for a custom build, Id still consider Audi Valencia, despite the distance. They were that awesome to work with.

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed I went today and pay $487 for oil change and supposed to fill up all my fluids I came home my husband checked it and the coolant of the battery is super low and is a hybrid suv did they don’t know how dangerous it is… I went with them cause I thought they will do it right I’ll been going there since I got the car not one but two cars we have with them I feel very bad feel they took advantage of me

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review. My salesman Johnny Pacas and finance manager Marisol Alatorre, provided me with exceptional service. Both were very professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process and went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Because I live pretty far from the Valencia, I wasnt able to visit the dealership to view their cars. However, Johnny was able to accommodate my wants and get me into the right vehicle for an unbelievable price. All of this was done from the comfort of my own home. I bought an EV car to save money and after 7 days, the steering started to fail. I took it to service and its been a month and a week now and they tell me that it will continue to be in service and that they dont know when it will be ready, so I should keep waiting. and no one ever calls me with an answer, the service is very bad and no one is responsible, they just direct me from one person to another, and they tell me Im sorry, but they never once called me for an update, I always call and they never return me one call, i male the payments and the car is at the dealer for 40 days and with no hope that it will be fixed soon, to sell it to me they were the best but it was a broken car and then no one gives anything, I do not recommend it to anyone

The service was so awful . My service advisor Jennifer Lopez is just trash. I took my vehicle in on Wednesday morning it needed a brand new rim and two tires. Nothing more. When you check your vehicle in they take their tablets and take photos and type down customer concerns. The technology is there to help you not sure how you can mess up any further. Anyhow, a couple days go by. I don’t hear from my service advisor so I reach out to call her I’m told she’s on lunch and call at a later time. I call back approximately an hour and a half later and this young lady still on lunch. At this time, I still haven’t received an estimate nor has the vehicle looked at and it is now Friday. She calls me back and said that they should have an estimate tomorrow and that she would be giving me a call by noon. I understood and I said I would wait for her call. She doesn’t call me back however I get a text message from her 10 minutes before she’s leaving the office for the day with just a price quote, nothing further. Come Monday about 3:30pm she finally sends an estimate to my insurance, and to myself only after my spouse had called for the estimate. At this point, she tells me that the rim and tires are coming in on Tuesday after I’ve expressed my frustration. At one point she tells me “ To hold on and let her get her story straight “ . I had mentioned to her that through my app, I’m able to see how long my vehicle has been parked, and when it was last accessed my car sat there for four days and 15 hours shortly after I mentioned that to her, my car was moved. I got a call from her on Wednesday saying that the rim is there and they put on the new tire however one of the tires has an air bubble. This was the same tire with the bubble that I came in there with when I dropped it off and she knew it had an air bubble and it needed to be replaced. She did not order a new tire and it was not gonna get there until Thursday. The car has been there for a week. I do not appreciate the dishonesty the lack of communication, or the service timeframe. I get my car back not even a courtesy wipe down of the interior from having the technicians, enter and exit the vehicle. When a customer walks into your location, it’s your job to set expectations to its highest so that your customers will return . I highly recommend that you hold a meeting about customer service with your team or retrain.

I normally dont submit a review unless Im very unhappy with the product or service. However, I felt the personal service I received from this dealership warranted a review. First a little background information.Late December I was having my Audi serviced at this dealership. Rather than waiting in the service area I decided to walk around and look at what was available. I have been looking for a car with a specific color and specifications. The car I wanted was very unique and hard to find so I knew they would not have it on their lot.Thats when I met Myron Collins an Audi Brand Specialist. I saw him approaching me with this big smile from ear to ear. He asked if he could be of any assistance. I said no that I was there just having my car serviced. At that point I thought he was going to turn around and walk away. Instead he asked very politely what kind of car was I having serviced and how did I like it. From there I told him that I had been looking for this hard to find car with specific specifications. He asked for the specifications so he could keep an eye out for it. Myron gave me his business card and personal cell number and told me to call him if there was anything he could help with.Late January I was alerted that the car I was looking for was Coming Soon to the dealership where Myron Collins works. I texted Myron Collins later that day and asked him if he would track it down and let me know the status. To my surprise he remembered me and all the specifications I was looking for. About an hour later he texted me and said he found the car and gave me detailed information about the car with photos. He also told me it would not be available for about a week. I then asked for an Out The Door Price. About 30 min later he sent me the out the door price with breakdown information and how every dollar was being applied to the cost. The price was a little more that what I had wanted to pay and asked if they could bring it down to my budgeted price. About an hour later he told me yes they can make it happen. I also asked if he would take me to the car so that I could look it over, again he said no problem.The next day I met with Myron and he took me to the car. It was everything I wanted and more. I proceeded with the walk around. People that have done business with me call me a pain in the...neck. I think Im just very detailed. :) I started telling Myron what I would like fixed or addressed. Half way around the car I asked Myron, shouldnt you be writing this down. He told me dont worry I got it. After my walk around I told Myron that I wanted the car. He told me thats great but reminded me it was not going to be available for about a week and he would keep me up to date on the cars progress. I received a text every day with the progress and photos. The day came for me to pick up the car. To my surprise everything I asked to be fixed or addressed was done.My overall experience was over and above of what I expected. Myron Collins, Audi Brand Specialist is very knowledgeable, professional and makes you feel like family. No matter what time of day, he responded to my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. He worked very hard to make me happy and address any concerns. I felt like I was given the VIP treatment throughout the entire process. Never in my years with dealing with dealerships have I been treated like this. Audi Valencia will be my go to place to buy a car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I ordered a tire through the service department because I had a flat and the process was easy and fast thanks to Brittney. I explained what I needed and had some questions and she was super helpful and reassured me. The tire change was only going to take about 30 minutes but if others were ahead it could take longer but she assured me it would only take 45 minutes. I was in and out of there in under an hour. The final price came in under the original quote which was awesome too. I really appreciated Brittneys customer service and professionalism, I will definitely go back here in the future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WORKED ON!!!!!!God awful service department. Jennifer Hurd is awful. I see on here I am not the only one that thinks so.Was there 3 years ago to get head lights fixed and they couldn’t get the trim back on properly till the 3rd try.Then today, my wife and I decided to give them another shot. They called us for a recall on our Audi Q7. It was for a software update to change the 3g to 4g. I told them ok let’s do it. Schedule an appointment with them for it. My wife takes her car to the appointment and that’s where everything goes wrong. Mind you we just had someone check out the whole car 2 days before we took it there. She checks it in and that’s where she is told that the car would get the 3g removed and to replace it with the 4g modular it would be $400.The recall 91CD states everything on it but they are persistent in telling my wife to pay $400. My wife who does not have a copy of the recall, asks for the print out to show the service department to see what it covers. Only then do they finally back off and tell my wife that they need to see if they even have the part. After an hour they find the part and begin the recall service for free. Once they get everything done they did a multipoint inspection and ran a courtesy diagnostic. They have never done this in the past for the previous software update/headlight repair we took it in there for but, I guess things have changed. They then come back with a 3200$ bill saying this needs to be fixed now. Again we just had this car looked at 2 days before and he ran the same test with no issues.The overall impression of today felt like they were trying to pull one over on my wife. Customer service was beyond rude and when they got proven wrong they never apologized but tried to play it off that they didn’t know. They called us for this, we assumed they knew what the hell they were doing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WORKED ON!!!!!!

Purchased a 2021 Audi Q5. Salesperson was very friendly, but once the paperwork was signed, you are on your own. This was a certified preowned vehicle. Turns out the rear brakes are bad. Left rear has deep grooves and grinds. No idea how this passed the certified inspection. Sent an email to my sales person as soon as I got home. Nothing. Several days later and after 3 more emails, I finally spoke to the sales manager, he said to he would speak to the service manager. Did not hear anything for a week. Finally after I kept calling, I spoke to the service manager and he says deep grooves in the rotor is fine. Yeah, no. So I need to pay to get the these rear brakes replaced. Will NOT be using them for anything and will be contacting Audi USA and speaking to them about the certified inspection. If the service manager says deep grooves in the brake rotor is fine, I dont want him touching my car.4 month update:I have yet to receive the license plates. Turns out they never did the SMOG inspection and the DMV is holding the plates. Dealer NEVER notified me. After calling the dealer and trying to find out what is going on for the past month before the plates expired, they finally told me the SMOG was never done and I needed to bring the car back so they can do it or I go and do it myself. This dealer is honestly a joke!UPDATE AGAIN:Tony, I tried contacting you several times for several days. It seems your posting on my review is just to make people think the dealer actually cares.AND I am still waiting to get my license plate issue resolved!!

My experience wasnt so great. Salesman Adam was amazing trying to help. Main manager pip with tattoos didnt seem to enthusiastic to help me. Maybe because of my low down payment. But thats understandable. Whats not understandable and not cool is that when I requested all MY personal information so I can go somewhere else he refused to give my personnel information that I SIGNED. Thats not cool he didnt even bother to step outside and reject my request. I dont see how I cant have my own personal paperwork, but maybe thats how they conduct Business there. Shout out to Adam salesman for being super patient and respectful.

I got my dream car yesterday...and it was actually a pleasant experience. You hear a lot of horror stories where someone goes in to a dealership and its a 4-5+ hour back and forth where someone usually ends up crying in the end (from happiness, frustration or exhaustion). However, my experience with Michael Zimes at Audi of Valencia was refreshingly easy and we were able to make a deal in what I would consider record time.Michael was very knowledgable about the car, the cool features and gave me some really helpful tips (like the car will beep when you take a dip out of a driveway) so I didnt freak out when something unexpected happened. During the negotiation part, I told him what I wanted to pay, how much I could put down and, although we did go back and forth a few times, it was nothing compared to the experiences with my other leases over the last 14 years.I came in thinking I would likely come home empty handed, and left with a car that was more than I had expected or dreamed I could have. Its been 24 hours and Im still getting used to it (and getting over the shock that I own an Audi), but wow...its amazing as are the people at Audi of Valencia! Ill definitely come back when Im ready for my Q4 e-Tron!! :)

Ive been to a lot of Audi dealerships and this is easily the worst experience Ive ever had. Went there for a simple factory recall and asked them to check out some other items. After coming back with improper diagnosis the first time it took another week to try and figure out what the problem was. After finding a simple vacuum hose leaking they proceeded to tell me that it was a $1,400 charge to replace it. I said no thank you and was on my way until today when I was repeatedly asked to give a review on my experience there but once I did was called after by their service supervisor and berated and attacked saying that my simple review to their inner department was wrong and was told I didnt know what I was talking about. How is that for customer service especially when its a follow-up call to review. They should probably hire somebody is a little bit friendlier if theyre going to do follow-up calls on negative reviews. Mind you I didnt write a review on anything public until today after being attacked by their inner department for not liking their service. Unbelievably awful customer service! Take yourself to Audi Van nuys or even a drive to Thousand oaks. Youll be a happier customer. Never will I return to this establishment. Im currently looking at a RS e-tron GT. Guess they wont see that sale..... Screw this place and there pretentious service department.

I own two of the most expensive cars Audi sells, and I get treated like it’s a privilege for me to get my car serviced here. This is not a one time occurrence! Most recently I brought my E-tron GT RS in for a software update. My appt was at 745 AM, for a 2-3 hour flash update. I was notified around 11am that it would not be finished until 430 pm. I arrived at 430 pm to be told it hadn’t been done yet. So I guess the car sat all day?? I am a busy surgeon and trying to get the car in for service takes scheduling and planning for me, not easy to get free time. This type of service happens frequently at this facility. It’s close to me so that’s why I go there, but I can not recommend them in any way! This is my 5th Audi and this experience makes me question my continued brand loyalty!Update – I responded to the manager who left a response to my review. However, the number took me to the Valencia Audi store. That store informed me that this manager works at their main store in a different area and has not been in this branch for months. I tried to connect to either a voicemail or a number to get a hold of him to respond to the message He sent to my review and Was given no information. I asked to speak to some other manager to help deal with my issue and was given no one to talk to. Unfortunately, this is a prime example of the current situation in Audi Valencia. In addition, I called their service department to try to reschedule a time to return to have the service completed since they were unable to perform it that day When talking to the service scheduler I gave them dates I was available and unfortunately, the young lady told me she was out of town and those dates didn’t work for her. I asked if I could use a different service representative that can make my dates work and was informed that’s not how they work. They have to keep their own clients. So basically, my availability was not important to them and had to match their service associates availability. Again another example of the downhill direction. This store has taken and why I will not return to service.

Me and my family have been looking and planning to get me a new car for years and my mother stumbled upon their advertisements on Instagram from Isa. Best part was that everyone there was passionate and genuine in their assistance that it made my family feel welcomed that no other dealership had done for us before. Yes, they want to sell you a car everytime a customer steps through their door, but they will never set you up for failure! Was searching for a late model Q5 and found the lowest priced CPO within 200 miles right here in Awesometown. I sent an online inquiry and was promptly contacted by Michael in Sales. I received a text at 5:25 that my car was ready, and they closed at 5:30. The previous day from my appointment she told me that the loaner that I requested 2 weeks ago is not available. This service department was awesome in the past. My last visit was horrible as there was no communication after dropping off my car. Appointment taker was great and so was technician video. Service writer was horrible and unresponsive. My car needed parts ordered and I was not advised. After not hearing from anyone I called at 5:00pm. Keep in mind Service Dept closes at 5:30 or 6:00. I was informed that a part had to be ordered for my car and it would be in the next day. NEAT!! So the next day no call from anyone again. I figure I will just go and pick it up as I cant leave it there another night without a car regardless of if it is done or not. Now they tell me the part wont be in until the next day again. I asked, why am I getting no updates. I gave you guys my email and text number for updates. Unhhhh, I dont know. So I bring it back a week later and schedule the service with a different service writer to install the part. When I get there they give me to the same freaking service writer...NEAT. I leave the car and of course I get no update the whole day again. I called the receptionist as I got no response and she says my car was completed. The service writers here are HORRIBLE. This used to be a great place but now they may as well be a Chrysler dealership with an Audi price tag.Then I get a message from them if I call them and give them a 5 STAR review I will receive a free tank of gas. If they really cared about the quality of service it would be an Audi corporate review with no bribes.

Was told that no one is available to check on volume control and I need to see a sales person for the app registration. Went to the sales floor and waited 4-5 min in front of the reception desk and no one approached me. I was the only customer on the sales floor, most sales people were laughing and socializing. I started walking and approached an employee and asked him about the app, he had no idea how to fix it so he referred me to Chris. Chris and I try to fix it but no luck. The cost to replace the tires (all 4) was 1500.00 which I did not have an issue with. Go back to March 2020 and I had the same vehicle in for a 60,000 mile servicing. During this service I was told that my front and back brakes were working fine though they were a little worn. Fast forward to June and during my tire replacement I received a text from Audi Valencia that my front and back brakes with nearing the end of their lives and to replace the routers and break pads would cost me $ 2,400.00. This despite the fact that I barely drove my vehicle over the past three months due to the pandemic. In addition to the break replacement they also said I needed to get my radiator fluid replaced at a quote of $ 300.00, therefore my tire replacement was quickly turning into a cost of over $ 4,000.00. I declined replacing the fluid at that time because it should have been replaced at my 60K servicing and I asked to speak to the Service Manager as I was feeling gouged to say the least. She informed me that their techs were paid at a rate of $ 195.00 per hour for six hours of work plus parts which I am certain there was also a substantial mark up. She stated that their prices were comparable with other Audi dealers in LA and refused to offer me a discount on the tires despite the fact that I mentioned the possibility of buying a new car from their next year. I thanked her for her time but declined to pay for the break and fluid replacement, instead speaking with a friend at a repair shop that quoted me a price of $ 500.00 (no labour) to replace both to routers and pads for front and back breaks. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Audi Valencia again and wont be buying or leasing a new car there either. I understand they have to make money but to attempt to gouge your customers ridiculous prices isnt the way to do it.

Full disclosure, I am a current employee at Audi Valencia. Regardless, buying a car can be a daunting experience, even when you’re dealing with people you see on a daily basis. It’s intimidating, expensive, and it takes some negotiating to get to the best deal possible. Well, that wasn’t the case here. I worked with Kevin and Kenny (the Internet Director and Manager) and they helped locate my dream Audi - within my budget. I was unsure about the exact color I wanted, but they were super helpful in weighing the pros and cons of each color and were very patient over the few days it took me to decide. They put in several calls to find the exact vehicle that matched my criteria and had it transported from San Diego. Rob and Nick (the General Manager and Sales Manager) worked with me to give me a value for my trade-in that we both felt was extremely fair. How the sales people treated me was very unprofessional, when my mom and I were about to drive out to buy the car. Not only did they go back on their word, your Brandon Barsh was very unfriendly, spoke down to me, and wasn’t willing to work with me at all. My mom was planning on getting her next Audi through them, but after this experience we will never go back to the dealership. When I discussed with Harry Gambini what I could afford, I told him $520 with a true 0 down, with warranty included. After he told me that was a deal, I spoke to my mom and we made plans to come out to dealership at 4 and buy the car. When I reconfirmed with him the price, he then told me it wasn’t including warranty and that I should have a nice day. Not even trying to work with me or make things right. I then spoke to the sales manager and he was very short with me, also went back on his word, and hung up the phone. They were fair, honest and friendly -- my b.s. detector is strong and I didnt get that vibe from anyone there. Chester E. and Josh N. are the two guys who made it such a pleasure to buy my car there... Came in to get an oil change and they wanted to charge me $180, I asked if there was any deals or promotions at this time because $180 for an oil change is a lot. They said yeah ok with the promotion it’s going to be $129. Crazy how you have to ask if there’s currently any deals and they don’t just apply it right away. Then they told me that it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half wait time…. It took 2.5hrs for them to change my oil on the car. The service members working the front desk are terrible, all they did was socialize or go in the back and ignore you. If you don’t want to get ripped off or work with untrustworthy/rude staff I wouldn’t recommend going to Audi of Valencia.

We bought a vehicle here a couple of months ago. It was like buying from a used car lot. The salesman was using high pressure tactics and he scratched the car installing the temporary license plate but wouldn’t admit it. Worse still, they changed the numbers we had agreed on. On the truth-in-lending form the payment was 60 cents higher than what we agreed on. This added $36 to the cost of the car and is unethical. Make sure to take a picture of the final numbers the salesman and you agree on because you won’t see that document again. Also the finance officer engages you in small talk so you won’t catch the change and won’t think about what you’re signing. Which is probably a normal tactic. Which is why people like buying Teslas. You don’t have to deal with all this BS.

I inquired about a used vehicle at this location. Being 2 hours away, I asked for a price break down with a total price out the door before and after down payment. The dealer was firm on the price so I told them to call me back when they reconsidered. Several days passed and Steven Emery gave me a call back telling me I could test drive the car and talk price. Upon arrival, I asked for a test drive and he told me I could not test drive the car until price was negotiated. When he handed me the paper with a breakdown, they were 3K more than previously discussed with no exceptions on the price. To top it off, the Steven Emery kept informing me about someone else who was interested in the car as if that would pressure me to buy. I went home without a test drive and feeling like a fool. This dealership should be ashamed.

But the dealership REALLY SHINES with its service department. The drivers side window got stuck in the down position, and we called the service department. They were able to see us immediately, and come to find out, Audi had just issued a recall. So they dealership gave us a loaner, and fixed the complex problem within a day. Everyone is so nice -- special shout out to Armen Babudzhyan. They kept us posted via text and phone call, and were right on top of it. I am so thrilled with their customer-centered approach. I purchased an Audi S5 from this dealership in January 2022 and NEVER received the registration that I paid for on the car. I actually had to pay for the registration again from the DMV just to make sure the car was registered. As of todays date the registration and release of liability for my trade in had never been filed by the dealership. I had to do it myself. Nick Krivak was my service consultant and he was fantastic! This kid not only explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way-and you could see he was knowledgeable about what he saying-but he followed up with me all during the day. He let me know that my car needed an alignment, and asked me if that was ok, he sent me a copy of the vehicle report to confirm what he was telling me, he texted me to let me know the revised estimate of when the vehicle would be ready....I really appreciated that because it let me plan my day around not having my car. And anytime, but especially around the holidays when youre just running around like a crazy person, that was just really helpful in my time management. Great job Audi in recognizing what a rising star you have in Nick!

I inquired about a 2016 A3 by calling Sabrina Lopez. I had emailed her about a month ago about a different 2016 A3, but that sold. So I took her cell phone number from a previous email and called her yesterday. She was off yesterday BUT she decided to go above and beyond and tried to help me. Just a little background, I live in the SF Bay Area and was willing to take the Greyhound bus for an overnight trip to San Fernando to get there this morning. Long story short, she checked a few items for me, made calls to her associates, and even had a rep from American Airlines to see if I would rather fly there as she thought taking the bus overnight was such an inconvenience to me. Who does this anymore? This is the type of treatment weve all been missing from really any business you deal with. I made a Google review about my pleasant experience from Concord Toyota about a month ago as they deserved my good review.And Im writing again...only because of how Sabrina treated me. Unfortunately, mgmt was not able/willing to help me plan my bus trip, otherwise, I would have gone and bought the car. I was asking if a representative from the dealer could meet me earlier so I could buy right away and drive back home. They open at 10 on Sunday, which meant I had almost 4 hours to burn before they opened. I ended up going to another dealer yesterday and spent another $1200 but hey Im very happy with the car.I would have given them 5 stars, 10 stars easily for Sabrina, but like i said earlier, mgmt was not willing to help. I wish car dealerships employed people like Sabrina...oh and btw, I hate dealing with car dealers.

Nathan K. at Audi Valencia was able to get us the best deal on a lease for a Q3. We received quotes from two brokers and Keyes Audi in Sherman Oaks. Valencias monthly payment was $80 under compared to all the others with only first month and taxes paid at drive off. I definitely recommend shopping around and leave them for last because you will be pleasantly surprised.

Made a u-turn and drove it back to Audi Valencia (Jennifer @audivalencia) told her the a/c was working fine 09/30/22, and based on their multi-point inspection everything should be fine right??? Car was left at the dealership again today 10/01/22, before leaving Jennifer indicated that the tech told her that the A/C is leaking and thats probably the hissing noise/steam issue we encountered 09/30/22. I was told they would work on the car on Monday 10/03/2210/03/22- Audi valencia called (Jennifer) to tell me that they were not sure if the a/c issue was due to the new motor or if this was an existing issue, but they went in ahead and fixed it for me?? My husband called Emerson (service mgr) he told my husband that the O-ring tore during the new motor install and they fixed it!Really after I was told on Saturday 10/01/22 that their multi-point inspection was done and found no issues? They did 2 multi-point inspections, then this happened 5 minutes after driving the car off their lot Saturday 10/01/22 - thank God this happened a block away otherwise they wouldve said it was a prior issue.**I do not feel safe in this car anymore, afraid issues will continue and the car will break down/fail when I am driving by myself, not safe - @AudiValencia @AudiUSA needs to offer an extended warranty at their cost or meet us halfway** Offer something****Someone needs to make this right @AudiValencia @audiusa @audius shouldve taken care of the new motor at no cost! Purchasing the A3 was pretty painless. No complaints there. There was a hiccup with some of the documentation - but the dealership was quick to resolve this issue. I would feel comfortable recommending to friends or family. One thing to note - I did not feel at all pressured to buy. Richard C. was a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I went back to Audi Valencia to return a faulty Q7 sold to us in Feb, 2019 by one of the sale people (name withheld) who was by the way, very unhelpful and rude after he thought he had closed the deal. That experience was horrible to say the least. However, my experience with Willie Delgan last Saturday was totally different. This review is for the service department. My husband brought in his Audi for service for recalls. They told him a 5,000 mi service would cost $890.00. While there, another customer was told her car shakes because of the engine...really? Another cutomer was told they dont wash serviced cars when it might rain. This dealership seems to try to provide the least amount of service for as much money as they can fleece from you. Be wary if coming here.

I called to get a price quote for a Haldex fluid and filter change (this Is for the quattro cars) and he couldnt give me a price over the phone. It was a specialty service and he had to go get it priced out. This is a service that is recommended to be done every 20k miles. Explain to me how pricing is not readily available? I will not be going to this dealership for service or any other purchasing needs.

We visited DCH Calabasas and it was unorganized and no one helped. We also visited Rusnak in Westlake and the unwillingness to help was evident. Beware. This dealership will make a deal with you with a twist. They will ask you for a right thumb fingerprint during the paperwork process. The finance person is very rude, on his cell phone texting while doing his job, and he has no clue to why fingerprinting is required beside the fraud excuse. This is the biggest BS nonsense I ever heard and the manager sadly was as useless. My husband and I are looking into the legality of all this. We will never deal with them again. Plenty of dealerships out there.

The Service department- specifically speaking Ceasar the Service Manager and Brittany, are a complete cluster. No communication and the little to no communication that was offered to get an appointment for TWO WEEKS is a joke. I am a new client. Just bought an AUDI a little over a month ago and i regret ever making that decision. The manager is not capable or certified to carry that title and Brittany the service agent is HORRIBLE! I have emailed and left messages for their supervisors and hopefully I can now speak to people who care and actually follow through. HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED BY SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN BRITTANY.
