Recently, I had an exceptional experience at the dealership. Justin A., the service consultant, delivered outstanding customer service. He conducted a thorough assessment and presented two options: Plan A if the diagnostic result was favorable, and a backup Plan B in case Plan A didn’t resolve the issue. I truly appreciated the transparency throughout the process, including detailed photos of the problem area. Justin also provided regular updates and recommended necessary maintenance for my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience commendable.Another aspect of concern was the expense associated with these repairs. It would be beneficial to extend special considerations to government employees beyond the standard 10% discount, especially given the repair cost creep up over thousands of dollars. When buying an Audi Q5, everything was great at first. We bought what we thought was a great deal and awesome car. Meg was great in the beginning as a sales person. 1 month into the new car ownership-it was unable to start with a whole system failure. The part was $8,000-luckily covered by warranty, however the car took a month to fix. Major push back from Audi to provide a rental. And when talking to Audi of Temecula an authorized dealer-they said: We are just a middle man to Audi-out of our hands. No sorry-no help or reimbursement. During this time we also havens received the title for months-another issue of Audi that seems to be common. I recommend NOT buying from here or using Meg as a sales person. They try to sell luxury but dont have the customer service to back it up.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car!I rarely ever write reviews, but after the great experience I’ve had, it feels wrong not to! :)I’ve been looking for a Lexus UX 200 F Sport for a few weeks now and spoken to multiple dealerships and their sometimes overly salesly salespeople, but once Millard reached out to me after an inquiry and we spent a few minutes talking about what I was looking for, I knew just by how he talked that he would do everything he can to get me my dream car! From the constant communication, to doing most of the paperwork over the phone and just the genuine care that they put into their clients is outstanding! I was an out of state buyer (New Mexico) with a lot of questions. Megan Brüning patiently answered them all even sending photos and videos to clarify things when necessary. I never visited the dealership, making the purchase entirely remotely. I can recommend this with confidence as the 2018 Q5 I bought arrived exactly as described and pictured. Megan helped with the out of state shipping as well. I was comfortable trusting Megan and the dealership with never even setting foot there. You can buy an Audi from this dealership with confidence!

Audi Temecula sold me a 2024 car with a puncture in the side tire. They were not upfront on damage to tires and rims on their disclosure video and pictures on the website and walk around video. You can not trust them! I can’t believe they let that car off the lot in that condition!

I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle via phone, text and email, it made it very easy for someone with a busy schedule. I had a BMW X2 M35i that I was absolutely not happy with and I had contacted Brandon, a sales manager, at Audi Temecula regarding an S4 that I was interested in. He went above and beyond to acquire the exact vehicle that I wanted, having it transferred from another regional dealership. I mulled around after corresponding with him for several days on whether to trade the BMW in for the S4, and ultimately I decided to do so. I came in unexpectedly, without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly, young salesman named Michael Rieger who was SO incredibly customer-service oriented and amazingly knowledgeable about cars. Another gearhead who gave me a ton of advice on the S4, talked cars and life whilst we waited forever and a day at my credit union to gain the cheque needed to finalize the deal. Once back, I was again greeted by the sweetest finance manager named Priscilla and I was on my way with my 2021 Daytona Grey Pearl S4 Prestige. I am overall super happy with the purchase and could not have had a smoother experience with everyone involved. They were super personable and made me feel at ease in a place where people normally dont feel at ease! Id buy another vehicle from these people in a heartbeat!

Bought a vehicle from them in October. 3 months later and have yet to receive copy of title so unable to register the vehicle.Played phone tag with them this whole time and every time they tell me that they had sent everything to lender BofA already. Today i had learned that apparently there was an issue with the previous owner and they havent even got the title corrected. Yet they have been telling me to deal with BofA this whole time for no reason.I cant drive the damn car because my temporary tag expired and i cant register it either. At this point i am not even sure if i even own the damn vehicle despite paying for it 3 months already.Finance manager Priscilla is very rude and doesnt care about my situation.GM wont return my call, i think next i will have my attorney involved...

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership in my life. They tell you anything you need to hear over the phone to get you to come in just to waste your time.They lied to me on the phone saying I was good to go and was all set to purchase my car. By the time I had got in to the dealership they had came up with instant excuses.Brandon the sales manager was very rude and conducted business very poorly. Smart remarks and snarky attitude.I was surprised how they’ve even been able to sell cars with how poor his marketing skills were and not being able to calmly mediate a situation. Having purchased my 2020 A4 from a competing dealership, I typically have my service done with them. However, I was in a pinch and needed faster service so I decided to give Audi Temecula a try. Jerry Karnes in service was great to work with. I also was in need of new tires so I purchased them with this dealership as they came with a “parts” warranty and were the same price as Americas Tire.About a week ago, I ran over a piece of metal on the highway, the tire popped the next day as I woke up to a flat with a giant hole in the tire, I gave Audi Temecula a call. I received a call back from Jerry personally who ordered the tire, expected it to be in by the afternoon, and let me know if it didn’t get there in time he would get me a loaner for the weekend (this was on a Friday). Typically my experience is that loaners aren’t available last minute but it was nice to hear that he would be able to get me one if absolutely needed given the urgency. I’m a Realtor and needed a car for that weekend for work.The tire came in time and was installed same day, I only paid for labor to install the tire because of the parts warranty covering the cost of the tire. I came back Monday for an alignment as it was needed and they happened to be running a coupon on a 4 wheel alignment that matched an offer for a competing dealers service special. Great customer service from Jerry as my advisor.

This is a great dealership and really easy to work with. They are not like some of the other Audi dealerships where they try to force you to get into a new vehicle. I came there to look at a vehicle and after crunching some numbers I went home to think about it and see if that would be the car that I would wanted to purchase. Well two days later the car was sold but the manager Brandon contacted me to let me know that he had another vehicle that was a year newer with 1k miles less and gave me a great deal on that vehicle. I came back in with my trade in and in no time I had my new vehicle. I am very pleased with the transaction/purchase and will defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market to buy an Audi. I would like to preface this review with that I have never written a review before. Last week I brought in my 2011 Audi S5 that wasnt starting. Now lets start with the pros:1. The customer service (especially Adam) were great and very attentive to all my concerns.2. I received a 10% discount on the replacement of my master cylinder.Con:As a customer you go to the dealership for their premium service and I can not agree that I experienced this. When you pay for a premium $250 diagnosis(double from most mechanics I know) you would expect that all the problems your car has will come to light. Sadly they did not. Although Adam did mention that there may be other repairs afterwards, He did not say it could be something as simple as a starter. Checking the starter relay myself took me 15 minutes and a stripped wire. Safe to say, this should have been checked before doing anything with the master cylinder. By simply attaching a power probe to the starter relay Audi could have made a $250 diagnosis worth it. After spending roughly $2000 on a new master cylinder my car was still not starting and they wanted roughly $5000 on top for the new starter. I had enough and took it back to bring it to a different mechanic. Although I am sure they do good work there at Audi, I do not think that the premium you pay is proportionate to the service you receive. If I want guesswork to be done on my car I can go to any mechanic in town. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

I found this Audi Q5 on Autotrader that is located in Temecula, CA and I live in Washington state. I sent out a request and received a response from their Sales Manager, Brandon Schulze. His email was very friendly and he shared details on the vehicle I was interested in. Being that I am out of state (site unseen), Brandon was great on the phone answering any questions and even took some videos and did a walk around for me.When he was away from his desk Megan Bruning who works in Internet Sales took over and was up to speed on everything that was needed. Service was above and beyond from this team, and I felt very comfortable working with Brandon and Megan.They even got me setup with a carrier to transport the Audi up to Washington.I absolutely highly recommend working with Brandon and Megan over at Audi Temecula!

Horrible experience. Brought my wifes car in for pre-paid 60k service and to have brakes checked on 9/15/22 because car was shaking while braking. They recommended new rear brakes and I agreed to replace them. Car had a slightly different feel, like a rattle my wife said, but I thought it was just the new brakes. A couple weeks later its worse and the car starts shaking in reverse.Bring it back on 10/11/22 and they say the motor mounts are bad, going to cost $1,876.39. I say, isnt it under warranty? Service advisor looks it up and says, your warranty expired on 9/18/22, no warranty now 3-weeks later.Motor mounts should not fail at 60k, but it can happen Im told by another mechanic. Problem is, they also may have missed it when they did the service (while it was under warranty!!). Or, maybe something they did at time of service stressed the mounts, Im not saying intentionally, but its very possible during a big 60k service.Long story short, a 10%discount is what I received, no consideration of all of the facts above. I call Audi of Escondido for a quote on replacing all motor mounts and am quoted $1,600!! So, after my 10% discount that the manager approved, Im still overpaying.Good customer service Managers do what is right to retain customers and grow the business, at all cost. You didnt lose just my business, you are Managing your way to loosing lots of business.

While I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I first visited Audi, I did just that and I was treated respectfully and kindly by all of those with whom I interacted. Since that day, I have had the need to contact said dealership and the experience was once again very positive. Furthermore, I was told repeatedly if I had ANY questions whatsoever, to not hesitate to call and my issue would be resolved. I was impressed they were able to squeeze me in as I dont have an Audi dealer where I live and making appointments during week days are tough. It was a holiday and took great care of my baby. Horrible experience tuning in my car off lease with this dealership. The Service manager told me he would take my car and store it for me but I would have to keep paying insurance on it because he had no one in their Sales team who could work with me and probably wouldnt have anyone for like two more weeks. I have purchased many cars over my life time and this has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The Sales portion of it was sales, didnt expect much from that. The service portion was horrible always trying to nickle a dime me on everything. I always had to chase them down because I would never get a call back when the car was ready, unless they wanted to sale me some sort of service. Now the cherry on top is this nightmare of not being able to turn in the car because they dont have anyone in Sales (to try and sale it to me is my guess). Oh, and this Sales Manager told me he would call me today after he spoke to his management to see if there is anything he could do. Anyone wants to guess? Yep, hasnt called as of yet...If you really want an Audi go up the road to Audi of Ontario or Escondido...

I love shopping for cars, but usually I don’t enjoy dealing with the salespeople and the whole process (games) around the price negotiation. Audi Temecula was a very pleasant surprise compared to my prior experiences. We were deciding between a Honda Accord Touring and an A4 or A5, but the customer service at Audi was so much more professional and forthcoming than what we were experiencing at the local Honda dealer. The salesperson (Michael) and the manager (Moe) were both knowledgeable and honest, and there was no need to waste time doing the usual back-and-forth. We ended up with a great deal and a much superior car for a relatively small difference in price. We are happy to give the team at Audi Temecula our highest recommendation!

This is the second time I am taking my E-Tron in for the same problem.Hope they can fix it this time.Dont get me wrong, the E-Tron is a much better looking car than the Tesla X inside and out.The suspension is head and shoulders better and the ride is like a Mercedes GL 550 but much better in the corners.So why does it leak water from the roof and how can someone live with a roof leak in a car? no matter how great everything else is?Dont fail me again Audi Temecula.Driving this vehicle now for a few weeks I have to say that it is by far the best vehicle I have owned.The Managers are responsive and the dealership is just the classiest.Thank you gentlemen, I have now revised my review based on my experiences. All I needed was a battery for my A3. And typically I call Felipe directly, as I dealt with him in the past and I like to stick with the people I know, but unfortunately he was off or on vacation. After confirming that he was not in, my service experience plummeted! From start to finish it was awful. Kim was directing my calls (I called 3 times that morning between 8am-10am). First, I called and spoke to Robert and this was the one and only time I was able to speak with someone from service that day. My first request was to get a quick estimate for the cost of service, he said he would call me back and he did with the estimate. I advised, Id call him back shortly and schedule service. When I called back about 20 minutes later I received the voicemail and left a message. I waited an hour, and decided to speak with someone else as I was desperate to get my car repaired. I told the operator Kim that I really wanted to speak with someone so I could actually schedule service and could barely get a word in before she just transferred me. I was sent twice to two different voicemails of people who were not even working that day. I know this, because I received a call next day from Adam, who I left a voicemail with and he wanted to follow up and schedule service (thank you for calling back). Little did he know, I finally gave up and called Audi in Escondido where they helped me same day and were far more professional! Audi of Escondido will have my business moving forward.

When I came in it was a slow day and I saw maybe 1 other customer. They wouldn’t even let me test drive let alone show me the car. The salesmen definitely judged me for being a younger buyer. (20 years old) little did they know I was willing to put a substantial down payment on a car since I had 15k sitting in my savings account. I don’t buy cars for having the newest model. I buy them for body styles and interior designs so I like the previous generation a4 better. Because of their mistreatment I left and waited to find another car for a good price. I wound up getting something different then an Audi but the moral of the story is you can’t judge a book by its cover and this place did. And that’s coming from one salesman to another. Dropped off my car for an oil change with an appointment. They werent sure if they could finish the same day so they provided a loaner which was nice. Got a call at 1pm that the car was ready but when I showed up at 2:30pm they first couldnt find the car. Then said that it was still waiting to be washed. Service guys seemed more concerned about going to lunch. Ended up paying more then the quote because it was calculated wrong when I dropped the car off too. They said I could wait around to get the car washed but that the washers were still at lunch. They did offer to have the car washed at a later date but too much trouble to go through just for a wash. Also had a bunch of grease or something all over the steering wheel. Kinda disappointed with the overall service, will probably just take it to a chain oil/lube place from now on. Love my Audi but Im paying a premium for the service and its just not cutting it here.

Last week they called and they needed to re-do the smog test on the car. They apologized for the inconvenience. I was in there this morning to have the test run. I could not be more upset about my recent Audi lease. I feel like the sales people hid the numbers from me, misled me and took advantage of the fact I was injured and on a lot of medications to jack up the price of the car. Purchased a Certified used e-tron from the Audi Temecula dealership. The night we drove it home, the bottom paneling under the driver car door becomes unhinged. We had not driven anywhere but home, did not hit anything. We call the dealership and they tell us to bring it back the next day so they can take a look. So we do, keep in mind that we are driving from San Diego back up to Temecula which is not a fun drive. The next day, we show them the panel and they say they will fix it. They keep the car for a whole week, saying that they are waiting for parts and whatnot. Luckily they did put us in a rental for the time. We finally get the car back, it looks fixed. Guess what? As soon as we get home, the panel starts coming off again! We take it to the Audi here in San Diego and they tell us that they can’t do anything for it since we didn’t purchase the vehicle there. So we make another appointment to go back up to Temecula to have it looked at and hopefully truly fixed this time since apparently they just put tape to hold it in last time. This time they say that can’t do anything for us and to just take it to a body shop. I don’t know what parts they ordered if any, but I truly regret purchasing this vehicle and it’s sucks because other than that panel, it runs great. I just wish they would have been honest and told us about the panel. Now we are stuck with a damaged vehicle.

One thing I would recommend about this place is NOT TO GO BUY nor SERVICE you vehicle. VERY STINGY on COURTESY vehicles, thats one. So, I called service department an hour earlier for an oil change and due inspection for my Q7. I specifically asked for a courtesy car so I can get back to work less than 5 miles away. At first the technician said they dont offer courtesy vehicles for less than 24 hrs service but I insisted and asked again anyway for just the end of the day. He put me on hold probably asked his manager or supervisor. He then told me, yes, he can schedule a courtesy car for me. Super! I can be there in 30 mins, I said. I got there and he started telling me I am due for my 20K service while my odometer is 11K. $670 total. I said, just the oil change and inspection like I said on the phone, probably inspect an oil leak in the engine compartment. He then said, just so you know we dont give courtesy vehicle for just the oil change and inspection. Were they LYING or were they just fishing customers to come in and bilk your wallet out? I say BOTH. I just grabbed my key and left. Will NEVER ever go there again. Try Escondido.

Lets start with we are an AUDI family! Absolutely love the cars! Unfortunately service needs help. We own a local Auto Custom Shop in Temecula and we understand customer service. My son took his S3 in for a recall on the rear strut towers the car was lowered with extremely high quality product (because its an AUDI) we knew this was a problem to repair the factory recall with the rear shock towers. I had him bring the car to our shop to put the factory parts back on, in the process a bolt that needed to be removed to do the factory recall was not in the proper position, I understand our mistake clear as day! But because of this the service writer said they could not work on the recall and even threatened to flag the car and void all warranties! But they would fix it for one hour of labor! He tried to tell him we blew it not a big deal you need to remove it to do the service anyways! Unfortunately this dealership is young and does not understand the value of an AUDI enthusiast! We will go back to AUDI of Mission Viejo they understand the Love of AUDI much better.

Where do I start? Let me start by saying that I have been a life long Lexus owner and have now come to the realization that buying an Audi from Temecula Audi was a huge mistake. In June I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Temecula Audi. The transaction was smooth and the sales rep, Nick was great to deal with. My problems first started on day 31 when the moon roof stuck in the open position. I took the car back to the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager, Robert. After a quick discussion he said they would not fix the issue and that my warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. First clue this was a bad choice, Lexus would never think about doing this. After going back and forth with Robert, I let him know that I own an online marketing company and I would let as many people know about this experience as possible and that once I walked out of the dealership I would not change my mind. As I was getting into my vehicle he came out and said, wait, we will fix it with no charge. Was this necessary on my part, most likely not but when you feel you have been wronged you need to let it be known. They ended up fixing it. Fast forward to my next issue. My next issue, not long after is when my the Starter went out. I took the car back to the dealership and the same issue occurred, Robert informed me that the starter was not covered. I did not want to deal with the headache I did the first time so I got the starter fix, $750 and $600 for car rental. Not a happy camper at all. In the same week as the starter getting fixed the car started to overheat, not good. So, I made it home and called Audi customer care to have the car towed back to the dealership. When I called they did not have my car attached to my name but someone elses car so they said they would not pick it up but its a service Audi provides for 12 months to ALL car buyers. After calling Audi corporate I finally got the car picked up, another mess that Im not going to go into detail about. So, it ends up that the entire cooling system and hoses had to be replace, take in mind this is a 2017 vehicle. Now this is the 3rd issue already and only had this car for 6 months. So, today I go pick up my car from the dealership and as the Audi rep was getting out of my car he asks me, was your Check Engine light on when you brought it to us? I of course said no and you should not be asking me this when giving it back from fixing it. So, they took it into the service area and ran a diagnostics on it and wouldnt you know another engine issue, this time it received a code of PP2279 which is a vacuum leak in the engine. So, now in 6 months time Ive had 4 serious issue with this dealership and not one time did I feel like they cared at all. I will say that Adam has been great but the overall experience is something that I would definitely let as many people know as possible. Its pretty ridiculous at this point and now it seems I must file a lawsuit as this car is surely a lemon and the dealership could care less. The funny thing is is that VW owns Audi and had to pay $4.3 Billion in Civil fines for defrauding American car buyers and $153 Million to the state of California in fines. Im now not surprised that this is the service Im getting. In my opinion I think EVERYONE should stay away from Audi of Temecula as they do not care about their customers as much as other dealerships.

I have seen some bottom of the barrel car dealerships in my lifetime, but nothing compares to the level of this one. About 3 months ago, my wifes 2017 Audi A4 started displaying Drive System Malfunction and other fault messages on her dash. So she took it to Audi Temecula to get warranty service. Normally, we would not touch a Hoehn dealership with a long stick because of the horrible customer service experience we have had with its Audi dealership in Carlsbad. But since this was a new store and right in our backyard, we decided to stay local by giving Audi Temecula a chance. We were so wrong, as the second time was definitely not a charm; it was more like a nightmare. The moment my wife stepped into Felipe’s office (Service Advisor), he started speculating about how it may be electrical damage caused by rats and that they will have to charge a $175 diagnostic fee, even though the vehicle was still under warranty and nobody had yet diagnosed the problem. He also speculated that the vehicle may have been in an accident because the S-Line badge was missing from the rear of the car. This was obviously a figment of Felipes imagination meant to confuse my wife since the S-Line badge is on the side, not the rear. My wife felt so pressured, she ended up calling me to share how she was being treated. I immediately asked her to get Felipe on the phone. I expressed my profound displeasure and threatened to take our vehicle elsewhere for warranty service and that I would like documentation stating why we needed to pay a $175 diagnostic charge even though the vehicle still had plenty of warranty left. He could not give me a cogent response that made sense, so he got his manager (Robert) on the phone. I threatened to file a written complaint to Audi USA, after which his manager agreed to waive the diagnostic fee. My wife then completed the paperwork, which initially did not have the correct trim and color.My wife reluctantly her car and got in a loaner. We called near the end of the day to get a status update and Felipe indicated that it was a failure of the turbo module components, caused by premature wear and that they would need to keep the vehicle until the middle of the following week to effect the necessary repairs. On the next day (Saturday), my wife went to the dealership and took lots of pictures as she did not trust these people at this dealership to handle her car with care.We eventually got back the car around the middle of the next week after sunset. The next morning when my wife pulled out the garage, she noticed that there was a ding just below the driver side mirror. She came to me raising hell about how despicable these people are. So I called Felipe and told him about the ding and he was quick to claim that they got the vehicle like that. But once I told him about the pictures, he had a whole change of attitude and asked me to bring the vehicle in for the dent repair. So the car went back into the shop for another 2 days. The dent repair was quite satisfactory, but I expected an apology and a follow-up call from the dealership asking about the service experience of our recent visit. As I expected, neither of these very basic courtesies happened. This was yet another first for me because I cant recall ever not getting a follow-up call from any dealership after a routine service visit, let alone one like this which had a plethora of things to be unhappy about. The last time I checked, Audi present themselves as a premium dealership, but this experience was not even close. Please save your time and make the extra drive to another Audi dealership who has an appreciation for basic customer service. I did not even bother to file a written complaint to the GM of the dealership as my Carlsbad experience leads me to believe that this is a culture problem with the Hoehn group of dealerships and not unique to their Audi Temecula location. I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my ex-wife!

Had the BEST auto buying experience ever when I got my Q8 this past December, and was so hopeful that I was making the right choice in my purchase - but had a completely opposite experience upon having it serviced for the first time. Took my car in because every time it rains (light OR heavy, doesnt matter) or if the vehicle gets wet at all, the water collects around the driver side window and dumps onto the leather seat and the floor when the door is opened. Service rep told me this is perfectly normal for all Audi vehicles and theres nothing further to do. He sincerely seemed to not care at all. Called Audi customer cares 800 number and got the same reaction - from a phone rep who said there was nobody higher up than her I could speak with to try to find a resolution. So now I have to carry a towel and be ready any time theres moisture so I dont get it all over the leather seat and have to sit in it.

I thought this was odd because even during a pandemic they have been quick to get out registration paperwork. When we went back to the dealership, they blew excuses at us and said the DMV was backlogged from the pandemic. That was a lie. Short version: Best dealership experience *ever*, and I didnt even buy the car!Long version: I have been looking for a very specific used Lexus model, in a certain color, in the Bay Area, for months, and I expanded my search area because I couldnt find the model I wanted locally. Then I saw the car at Audi Temecula. I struck a deal very easily with Audi Temeculas internet specialist on a Thursday night. I flew down from San Jose to San Diego on Friday night. Audi Temecula sent someone to pick me up from the airport...great service so far. When we got there and I drove the car, I realized, this model year was different from what I was expecting (totally my fault, as the generation changed with that model year, and Id never driven one). I decided to sleep on it. Audi Temeculas great service continued, as they arranged a hotel deal for me, and a ride there. In the morning, they picked me, I drove the car again, and ultimately, I decided it wasnt the right car for me. NOTHING AT ALL to do with the car itself (very nice car) or the dealership (outstanding service). I just changed my mind. And get this - then they drove me to the Ontario airport, no questions asked, and no pressure! Amazing!(P.S. Not to mention, if I had bought the car, the warranty Hoehn is giving on used cars now is a mind boggling 2 years or 150K miles. Who does that?! And I could have used it in the Bay Area, even...its nationwide.)I really have to recommend this dealership *most highly*...I have never been treated better (by Lexus or Acura, so Im comparing high end car dealers, here). I liked the people so much, I wish I could have bought from them...and maybe I will in the future. What a beautiful place this is! Everything is so fresh and new, and the cars look great on the floor. But, the service dept is less to be desired. The service guy I was working with, did not know anything about audis at all, it was embarrassing. When I was on the way to picking up my car from service, I tried calling 4 times to just let them know Im on my way and if they could have the vehicle ready. The first call I asked and the guy put me on hold and never came back. I called back 3 more times before I just told the receptionist to have the car ready.Here is the thing, this place is very, very, quiet. The phones dont ring, the two times ive been there for over 2 hours, I was the only other customer. I later found out that the phones go straight to voice mail whether the are busy or not. I have not heard of that strategy being used before.Dont be fooled by the shiny new building, ask lots of questions and if you are using the service dept, make sure you speak to the service manager only, the other two guys have not been around audis very long.

She went above and beyond to try to connect me to talk to management when my moms car was having issues. Unfortunately, the other people who work here dont communicate nearly as well. They continually called the wrong person for authorization on work for my moms car, even though I updated the contact information in person at the shop and twice on the phone. When I took the car back, the mechanic didnt even put the back panel back on, and there were a bunch of exposed wires. It takes no effort to put a panel back on. It just clips into place, so I dont know why it would be left this way, other than due negligence.
