I’ve visited quite a few dealerships in my life and have had quite a few negative experiences. Yet my experience at Audi pacific was absolutely amazing! Being almost 2 hours away I initially emailed about a vehicle they had in stock. All email communication was answered in a timely manner and I was even sent over and out the door price. I made the drive and worked with Joby to purchase my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and very honest and easy to work with. Best experience I’ve had at any dealership. I’ll definitely be back when I’m shopping for my next vehicle.

The task of buying a new car is usually painful, but not in the case of Audi Pacific. We had called a day in advance and spoke with a salesman named, Simon. Simon was a real professional! The vehicle purchase I made at Audi Pacific went very smoothly and I was treated with respect and assurance that Audi Pacific would deliver to me the vehicle that I wanted for the price I was looking to pay. The staff was very courteous and attentive and took the time to be patient with me to answer all of my questions about financing and the vehicle itself and gave me extra time, even holding the vehicle for me, for me to deliver the down payment in the manner I preferred. I felt that was very important to me for Audi Pacific to allow me a couple of days to gather the cash payment for the down. But the cherry on top of the sundae was the excellent customer service I received from the salesperson George Solis. He has extraordinary knowledge of the vehicle transaction processes and he went above and beyond in his customer service to make sure I had the easiest and stress free time at the dealership. Don’t hesitate to ask for George Solis the minute you walk onto the lot.

It was my first time leasing a brand new car. Joby and Marcelo were absolutely amazing. Joby was super helpful and respectful, he will take time to answer your questions. I was a little worried as I did not know too much about leasing, Joby did not play games, he treated me as if I was his friend, thats how I felt. Marcelo was super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions about the car and went through detailed features, I really appreciate it. If I could leave a zero start I would. I made a deal with Audi Pacific to come pick up the car this memorial day. The sales agent said we are good to go on Wednesday. I asked for the documents to confirm but never heard back from him. I contacted him again on Friday and he said everything was fine. Came in on Saturday and they said if you want the car go pick up a cashier check from BofA where I got approval. This was a weird ask since the dealership approved me and I did not apply with Bank of America directly. I still went to Bank of America and they refused and sent me back. Then the sales manager they said everything is good. I waited for 2 hours and then they came back and said the same thing. Go get a cashiers check on a Saturday memorial day weekend. I came all the way from Las Vegas just for the car. They had no remorse or empathy, attitude as if they own you especially Tim Garcia. The sales agent was never clear stay away from Dajoun. In fact stay away from this dealership group and Audi Pacific. I should have listened to the reviews. Go to Audi Beverly Hills! Wasted 5 hours for nothing. They ruined my vacation.

This review reflects the deal between myself and Audi in Torrance. We initiated a cash deal that was altered later on in the contract. I purchased a 2020 Q5 which don’t get me wrong the car is great, it is the service and the alteration of the contract the ultimately will prevent me from doing business with this particular dealership in the future. Long story short, our initial deal was cash offer for 32k out the door after tax license and registration. They said they were unable to take off a few thousand from the sales price unless I financed, So I agreed. I put 10k down. My loan should have only been for 24k including an additional maintenance cost added but somehow they managed to sneak in the entire 32k+ on top of the 10k I have already put as a down payment. This place is full of con artists and I would never go there again. It’s my fault for not reading the fine print after our verbal agreement but that is not how you do business and keep your clients. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for a vehicle.

This review is regarding Jennifer, Service Manager, Audi Pacific.So I’m driving during a jam-packed morning commute and all the lights and indicators on my Audi A7 are flashing. About two minutes later the car literally shuts down and I’m stuck in the middle of a busy street. Thank God I was able to somehow get it safely to the side of the road.Reza from the service department helped with a tow and ultimately provided updates on the work being conducted on the car. He set me up with a rental, knowing that this problem was significant and would take much time to fix. I didn’t mind that the rental was an A3 or that it was dirty, inside and out. I just wanted to get to work.Soon after, I discovered that there is an active CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Audi for these precise issues with many models and years. Apparently it’s an alternator issue that Audi has yet to issue recalls, instead merely issuing internal “TSBs” (Technical Service Bulletins) to its dealerships. I didn’t mind this lack of transparency provided that I wasn’t going to be charged with the repairs.Ok. So after a week driving the rental, spending nearly $200 on gas, I brought the A3 back to the dealership. The rental had about a quarter of a tank left. When I first received the car, it had about 3/4 of a tank.I asked the service consultant if there was a way to waive the difference and not charge me. Surely Audi would recognize that my situation was quite unique, dangerous, and had the potential for great liability for them. Surely Audi would understand that my request was minimal and reasonable. Surely Audi would simply do the right thing by its customer and waive the nominal fee.I was sorely disappointed. The consultant sheepishly took me to Jennifer, presumably the service manager. Jennifer was absolutely unreasonable. She wouldn’t hear my request and actually started arguing with me … “it’s your responsibility … don’t you understand? … $73 is a lot of money …”. It was just silly. Here she is, the service manager of Audi behaving in a way antithetical (I believed at least) to what Audi stands for - Quality cars with quality service. Jennifer was rude, argumentative, and worse, condescending. She blew an opportunity to just do the right thing.I own a business. If one of my customer’s had this kind of issue, I’d be smart and respectful enough to simply credit the $73.

My ordeal began with the lease return of my Audi vehicle and continued through the process of getting into a new lease.Firstly, the lease return bill I received was unexpectedly high, leaving me financially burdened and extremely frustrated. The lack of clarity and detailed explanation for these charges is alarming, and I strongly believe there are discrepancies that need to be addressed.Secondly, the quality of the new vehicle I was pressured into leasing is a dramatic downgrade from my previous one. I am now paying more for a car that fails to meet my expectations, adding to my overall disappointment.The most distressing part of my experience was the pressure I felt during the leasing process. At a time when I was vulnerable and seeking trustworthy advice, I feel I was misled and taken advantage of. This has not only resulted in emotional distress but also remorse every time I use the vehicle.I expected a dealership like Audi Pacific to provide customer satisfaction and instill confidence in their dealings. Unfortunately, this experience has eroded my trust and led me to advise friends and family against using your services. A fair reassessment of the lease return charges and a solution to my dissatisfaction with the current vehicle was needed but not received.I hope my feedback leads to improvements in customer service and transparency at Audi Pacific. I bought my A6 here a few years ago. Have done almost all services here. I see there are several staff / management changes. From 2017-2022 this place was excellent. In 2022, they inspected car and did oil change, filter, etc. They recommended new bushings, tires, etc. I replaced the bushings, front brakes, and rotors last year. $3,500+ in expenses in 2 visits — which seems fair. I started having issues with brakes and bushings just after 13K miles of repairs. I’m not a mechanic but I was told bushings should last longer than that. Now, took vehicle for oil and filter change. I made a mistake of telling them I was looking to trade/sell the vehicle so they gave me an estime. The estimate was essentially less than the total cost of “repairs”. I have been driving the car without any mechanical/leak issues. But it gets extremely worse - I declined the services and paid online for oil change. I left the dealership…3-4 miles later, I hear a noise coming from the front and I see the heat gage go up past the mid point for the first time ever. I see red lights everywhere!!! Pulled over right away. Car overheated for the first time ever. Extremely strange and almost obvious that mechanic tampered with the vehicle. If the was was overheating / leaking before, I would have never made the 55 minute drive to the dealership in the first place. Even the supervisor told me, “you see the fresh coolant leak here??” SMH. Yeah I know it’s fcken fresh it wasn’t there when I drove the car there or the last 10,000 miles before service. I went by the shop area to see the car with them and the mechanic who worked on it didn’t even look my direction. Very interesting. Now I have to pay about $1,000 to fix the issue. I had just paid $550. LOL. Unfortunately- all trust is gone. Won’t be coming back here. After all, most their revenue comes from maintenance charges/fees, NOT vehicle sales. Be aware! Time for a Lexus! SMH

Were from the Bay Area and we always seem to find great Audi and Deals in Southern CA. Weve bought 2 new Audis in SoC, just made deals, did all the paperwork and flew down to drive them home. This time is a little different, its a pre-owned A8L. There were only 2 cars that fit our options requirements in the whole CA. Audi MV and Audi Pacific. MV was the first one we contacted but the salesperson didnt seem to want to deal with out of town buyers, Joby at Audi Pacific was quite helpful and effective in providing us with all the information we needed to make our decision. The amazing thing was the pre-owned manager Michael Moye and General Manager emailed us offered to help us making our decision, to us, thats very personal. The car wasnt ready and Joby actually came out and took pictures for us, dirty but we could still see how nice it was while the MV white A8L had all the high resolution beautiful professional pictures, we did like the white car at MV. We saw the Black at Audi Pacific only has one key, we showed concern that we would never buy any car with only one key... a few days later, Joby took the picture of 2 keys, quite efficient. We made appointment to drive down to see both cars, but Audi Pacific was the first one on the way to OC. We came late @7, Joby was off and Johana was helping us... Extremely professional and pleasant. Test drove the car in the dark, it was pristine, the tinted windows was our concern and Michael ensure us it would be removed professionally without ruining any functionality of the rear defroster. Were really worried about this removal thing. We took a long time to check out everything although the car is CPO which is covered by Audi with most things.Johana was so patient, it was 9-10PM and time to make a deal. It was quite painless and actually very quick, we got the price we wanted without going to check out the white car at MV in the morning. Yes, we did pay $3200 more than the beautiful White A8L at MV. Most of the time when we buy cars, its not just the price, the car, its the dealer, the people who work there, when we feel good, we buy and 2017 Audi A8L with 12K miles prices are not chump change for many people. Its all in the people and Audi Pacific does have great people.The next day, we came to pick up the car, the tint was removed very nicely, everything works and the car was detailed beautifully just like a new car. Were extremely happy with Joby, Johana and Michael Moye who cares to make sure everything is done correctly to make customers happy. The car was supposed to come with All Weather Floor mats, but theyre not there when we took delivery, Michael offered to reimburse the cost when we got back to the Bay and order from our local dealer here, thats quite nice. Since we like Audis, my kids like Audis, therell be more Audi buying in our family and Audi Pacific would be one that we would consider for sure. BTW, have you ever driven in an A8L on 5 or 101 from LA to the Bay Area, its so NICE.

My experience at Audi Pacific was amazing amazing amazing!! My boyfriend and I walked in later in the afternoon on Sunday and Joby greeted us right away asking how to assist. We never felt the typical “car dealer sales man” vibes from Joby. It was the far from a stressful experience and never once felt as if Joby was taken advantage of us or trying to just make a quick sale. He made us feel so welcomed and answered all of our questions. He was extremely genuine and made us feel like we were his family he was helping get a new car. We went on a test drive and he knew every cool feature of the car and took time to show us everything. He never rushed us once even as it was getting later and later on a Sunday evening.All in all Joby is a true gem and exceptional employee and an amazing asset to Audi Pacific. He made the car buying experience so fun and easy. Five stars Joby!He even followed up with us the next day to make sure we were still enjoying the car and everything was good. This is what luxury service feels like, Joby encompassed it!We will forever come to Audi Pacific for any future Audi purchases thanks to Joby creating this amazing experience for us.

I have had outstanding service from Pacific Audi for over 5 years and they always work with me to find the best solution to an issue, even though my RS5 has aftermarket suspension and other minor modifications. My recent attempt to purchase a vehicle from Audi Pacific was nothing short of a nightmare. I had hoped for a smooth and hassle-free experience, but it turned out to be near impossible to complete the transaction. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this dealership if you are purchasing from out of state.First and foremost, the sales team showed a complete disregard for my pre-existing financing arrangements. Despite having secured my own financing, they insisted on running my credit, claiming it was their policy to do so. When I politely declined their unnecessary credit check, they suddenly backtracked and said it wouldnt be a problem. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism were deeply concerning.After overcoming that initial hurdle, I thought the worst was behind me. However, as I was about to finalize the purchase, I received a call from the sales manager with an absurd demand. According to him, it was company policy for me to personally fly out and inspect the vehicle before buying it. This requirement was utterly perplexing and unheard of in my years of purchasing cars online, especially from reputable dealerships.The incompetence displayed by Audi Pacific throughout this process was unacceptable. Their inefficiency and lack of clarity wasted my time and effort. It seemed as though their left hand didnt know what their right hand was doing, leading to frustrating and contradictory statements from their staff.I have had far more seamless experiences buying vehicles online from other large dealerships, and I expected the same level of professionalism from Audi Pacific. Unfortunately, they fell short on every front. Their inconsistent policies, unprofessional behavior, and overall lack of customer care have left me extremely disappointed.I strongly advise anyone considering a out of state vehicle purchase to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding Audi Pacific.

This was my first luxury vehicle purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was greeted at the at the door by Joby and his sincere/ not pushy approach was well welcomed. I knew coming in that I was close to making a purchase but honestly my plan was just to “look” and then be on my way to see the competitors.Joby took his time to educate me about the Q5 and when I asked about the competition he shared what differentiated Audi. The conversation from looking to “let’s see” what numbers look like was seamless and again I never felt pressured. Joby even took the time to follow up with me to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions.Inna is a rockstar! I think this was the shortest amount of time I’ve spent with finance ever. I purchased my vehicle from here in December 2022 because they were the only one of two dealership with the color I wanted. I live over 50 miles from them and have to travel that far. Simon was such a sweet and caring salesperson. He was so attentive and even delivered my vehicle to my home.The problem lies with their financial officer and management. I have excellent credit, but apparently, they could not find a bank that can offer a lower interest rate except 6.99 %.So, after purchasing my vehicle, I applied to my credit union bank, which gave me 4.99%. Isnt that outrageous?I paid off my loan from them since January 2023, but their financial officer/management is giving me a hard time refunding my GAP payment. I have been communicating with them multiple times. Its been 2 months, and I still havent received my refund.I dont know what to do. We will see if this review will get their attention.

Horrible service experience, bad customer service, rude employees, no follow up despite asking for a call from someone to voice my feedback. Unfortunately they perfectly fit the stereotype of a bad dealer experience only focused on bottom line and fees. I suspect this will prompt the reach out I was promised a few weeks ago but a little too late. Net promoter score 1/10.Auto Werkstat in Manhattan beach is 1000% the way to go for advice, questions, service and repairs.

Customer service was great but I feel like I was scammed out of nearly $1,000. Took my car in for an oil pressure light and a few other things. When I received the media from the tech, he stated that I had a leak coming from around the timing chain cover and that they would get a quote for repair. When I received my quote, it only called out repair of the pressure sensor. When I contact the service advisor, he stated they needed to fix that before they would know if that was the problem. I did not hear back until the car was complete and ready for pick up so I assumed that had taken care of the problem. Upon pick up this morning, I asked the advisor if fixing the switch took care of the leak and he responded with what leak?. So they didnt even address the major problem that came up and stated that would need to be during a different repair. Additionally, my invoice didnt state total labor hours it took for repair although the invoice showed $525 for labor charges. The advisor stated it was 2 hours of labor. This means theyre charging $262.50/hr for labor charges.Will NOT go back and Ill take my car somewhere else to fix what turned out to be my actual problem and I will NOT recommend this Audi dealer to anyone else. Worst dealer Ive been to when it comes to taking care of the customer.

Don’t get me wrong I love my Allroad its everything I dreamed it would be.As my husband and I went over the car lease paperwork we saw that to buy now it would be more than full price of brand new car.This Audi was the manager’s personal car and used as demo for those wanting to test drive an Allroad which we did, it had just short of 5,000 miles already on it.After learning of what we could afford we were told the lease would be in our budget.Ofcourse after everything said and done the down was $7,248 AND $398 a month, WOWIt was a dream come true for three years.Drove to work, drove to Palm Springs to visit sister, took on vacations even had two baby car seats in the back (granddaughters).Today I’m told I would have to pay the difference to make total of $49,465 a full price for my Audi even though it was not brand new.I have been approved for $25,000 a little less than the car would have cost me but I couldn’t even get that far with the sales gal that helped me.I love that car and can’t imagine not having it in my life but taking it back today to give it back.I’m upset with myself for not being more aware of leases details of full price on a demo car, but even more at Audi for not being honest on the finance paper they put together knowing I was leasing a used car.I just want you to know that I will always stay away from leasing and let people know how Audi sales – or more than that how the finance person took advantage of a couple that didn’t know what they were getting into.Thank you for the ride, it was perfect, the end of the road not so much.SandyAllRoad Owner (once upon a time).

The site is buggy and rarely works, ive been attempting to make payments and setup autopay which in the past works great. but with the introduction of :Audiconnect it has never worked properly. instead i get past due letters because the autopay doesnt work, and im forced to call to make payments like its 1988. I try calling to get my late fee waived, but im on hold for so long its not even worth it anymore. my time is more valuable. This is my 5th audi, and after this, will be my last one.

I love my Audi and have had great experiences with service at the Beverly Hills location, but sadly Audi Pacific falls short. It took 6 days for them to complete a routine oil change. I constantly had to reach out to them to ask about the status of my car, and only after I asked if it typically takes a week for an oil change did they admit they cannot appropriately staff their service department and apologize for the delay.Furthermore, they gave me a loaner Subaru and charged me for a full tank of gas when I used an 1/8. I have gone back and forth for over a month with no refund. When I mentioned this to my friend, he told me that Audi Pacific illegally ran his credit without his permission when he was visiting the show room and considering another Audi lease. Yikes.Audi Pacific has lots of work to do and I hope they value other customers, because this one isnt returning, and any other South Bay Audi driver I speak with has had a similar experience here.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Even with the short staff and the craziness with the new safety precautions, they were all super attentive and helpful. My experience has been terrible - bought a used Q8 last year and purchased a $2k maintenance package. Then went in for a service and have been chasing reimbursement for 6 months since then without the courtesy of even any communication back. If I could score zero stars I would.This was the last email I sent a week ago with zero response:Hello somebody/anybody?More than 6 months on from my service and I still have not had any feedback on the situation regarding the reimbursement on my maintenance service contract.After numerous emails and in person visits I find it exceptionally poor that there’s not even the courtesy of an email or call back to confirm the status – a quick recap of events as no doubt I’ve seemingly been forgotten or willfully neglected:Service performed in May – apparently because I didn’t inform the service technician (Nathalie Lucido) prior to work starting that I had a maintenance contract - this meant that she could not apply the savings and said I would have to contact finance. (By the way, what type of system necessitates the customer to be required to tell you I have a contract with you?)I contacted Sandeep (finance person who sold me the maintenance contract) who said he would sort this out. I took his word only to find that by ‘sorting this out’ he actually meant he was going to leave the company.Then visited in person again in July only to be told by the manager that Sandeep had left and that Inna would now be responsible.Was told I would get an update within the week and she had calculated that circa $500 (can’t remember exact figure) should be reimbursed but she needed to get approval from her manager.Rang 2 weeks later and was told to ‘be patient’ and that her manager was on vacation.Turns out that her manager seems to be on vacation more than he/she’s actually present at work.In August I contacted Joby as he seemed the only person who actually cared about his customer – to be fair, not much he could do as Inna wasn’t in that day (he did get my roof rack fixed though – thanks Joby!)Came into the office and managed to meet with Inna who told me the situation was complicated but she was ‘working on it’ – however she didn’t now expect the amount to be reimbursed to be as much as $500 (I get that inflation is high)….and that she wasn’t great with email but would get back to me…And here I am 2.5 months later with no communications since….no doubt this won’t get responded to either given folks aren’t great with email…If someone could please, please give me an update I’d really appreciate it,Thanks,

As with any dealership, they’ll charge an arm and a leg for service. Decline their first repair estimates and they’ll give you 15-20% off if you hold out a bit. Even with the discount, it’s better and cheaper to just go to a private Audi mechanic. Leasing a car from Audi Pacific has been a truly exhausting and ridiculous experience.Simply contacting them to get a copy of my lease paperwork took at least 5 different phone calls routing me from one wrong person to the other, all of which had the clear tone of why am I on the phone with you if you arent buying a new car? because one of your reps sent me to you. thats why. Everyone is rushing you off the phone or desperate to hand you off to the next person and more than half of the people you speak to are rude.The car, I loved, but I could never give them my business again as even calling to arrange to return my car had me in this same runaround process of rude people sending me to different people, the final of which was finally able to make an appointment to return my car. He was also supposed to follow up with my inspection report to report back to me if I would owe anything additional based on my coverage but of course he never replied to my email, and when I arrived to turn in the car to him, asked me to provide my inspection paperwork again, after which I told him he already has it in his email that he never responded to.This should be the end of my story, but I still receive letters from Audi Financial claiming I have not turned in my car (turned it in a month ago). Ive now been on the phone with Audi financial for 4 weeks in a row, Ive uploaded the proof that I returned the car since Audi Pacific evidently did not (AFS confirms they see my proof) yet Im still receiving letters saying I havent turned in my car and that I have a growing past maturity bill on my lease.None of this is anything customers should have to deal with. Everything in me wants to get another Audi but after turning in my husbands car later this year there is absolutely no way we would ever get another one based on the rude/nonexistent customer service as well as a COMPLETE disconnect with Audi Financial Services.

I had to replace my car key battery at Torrance Audi and it was just replaced in February while at home in Seattle. I spoke with Henry who had to go through his manager to approve a replacement battery. He initially wanted to charge me to replace what I believe was possibly a faulty key battery. I paid $2,500 for the multi-point inspection and service (55k miles recommended). 3 weeks after (and maybe only 30miles!!!), the coolant pipe came apart while driving which also damaged my water pump and thermostat.The fact that their technicians did not notice anything wrong with the coolant pipe (which you can see right below the hood) costed me an extra $1,500 of damaged parts and labor. Just leased a 2018 Audi SQ5. I started the process back in October, where the team presented several options based on what was on the lot. I had other options in mind - so they searched for vehicles in LA Area. We couldnt find what I wanted, so we placed an order to my exact specs. He was 100% helpful from the start. He took the time to email me quotes, and was on the phone for quite some time with me looking through other regional inventory to see if he could secure a dealer trade.Unfortunately, this was not feasible, but Diego still gave me pointers on where to look. Really bad experience with this dealership. I took in my A7 TDI for service and the repair bill through the roof. After going back and forward with them they gave me a trade in offer that I accepted and rode an uber to the dealership to look at another car and sign the docs. Nothing on the lot worthwhile and asked if they would still buy my car and said yes. I went with Kevin to sign the docs and was told I had to comeback two hours later when the sales manager arrived. I did and the sales manager said they couldnt offer me anything and was sorry. They wasted my entire day, car broken down and no help.To top if off I towed my car back and upon checking more fuel was added. I reached out to the dealer and they claimed they didnt add fuel to my car and the tow truck driver must of done that. My car is a TDI and asking to make sure diesel was added not gas. This by far was the worse experience and breaking point for me with Audi.Dont waste your money with Audi or this dealership as you will end up disappointed with a big bill to pay.

Unprofessional, not friendly and more importantly just rude. Called and scheduled a window tinting appoint with Natalie. When I arrived at the dealer for my appointment, she doesnt greet me, tells me to go sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes. Finally once shes ready for me she ask why Im here. I tell her for my window tinting. She says they never contacted the 3rd party tinted and they dont know when hell be available. This was my second service visit to Audi Pacific to get two minor warranty issues corrected on my car. I made an appointment with Oscar Barrientos for a day and time that was convenient for me. I arrived and was promptly greeted in the service drive by one of the attendants. He confirmed my appointment and summonsed Oscar to the service drive. Oscar confirmed the two issues and directed me to his desk. He quickly printed and confirmed the work to be performed. I was then directed to a waiting vehicle to take me to work. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. My car was fixed, washed and ready for me to pick it up later that day. Oscar has earned my business going forward. There isnt a more professional operation that I have experienced than Oscar and Audi Pacific.This visit to Audi Pacific was to have the first complimentary service performed on my car. I made an appointment and arrived in the morning to drop my car. It needed an oil & filter change and an overall vehicle inspection as well as a recall. I arrived and was greeted immediately by a service drive attendant/porter. He directed me to Natalie Lucido who had my repair ready for printing and signature. I had a quick question about the Google Maps application on the navi system so, Natalie had their tech expert come over to speak with me. Alan answered my question and explained what was happening. The entire process took less than 5 to 7 minutes and I was on my way. Natalie followed up with me throughout the day via text on my vehicles status. My service was completed including a car wash and was ready in the service drive when I arrived later in the day. Natalies many years of experience shown through with exemplary service and professionalism. I highly recommend Audi Pacific.

I hate the whole process of buying a car. I hate haggling for prices. The constant back and forth of negotiating along with the phone calls or texts that comes with it. Those are a pain. I hate how most dealership are not transparent and you, as a client, need to fish for information. With that in mind, I was very surprised with Audi Pacific & especially Jeff Peck. I started an inquiry online. Within an hour, Jeff had contacted me for some information to help me get into the car that I wanted, not a car that had the special deal. An hour after that, he sent me some numbers that looked really good. I had to asked him to send me over all pertinent info, from rates, cap red., residual, neg price, along with numbers broken down, etc so, that I can review it and see if it actually was that great of a deal. I received that about an hour after. There were no surprises, no tricks...nothing. This was his initial offer. No haggling, no negotiating, no back and forth. I finalized the purchase that night. They even offered to deliver my car. This was the easiest, smoothest transaction I have ever had the pleasure of doing. WORSE customer service and vehicle service for a high-end auto dealership. Concierge the girls giving dirty looks. what a way to treat a customer. Horrible staff just wonder what type of manager lets their employees treat a customer so unprofessional.First thing called and made an appointment and ask for a loaner to be reserve. Michael whom promised me he would have a vehicle reserve for me the next morning. Got there Mariana took care of me and said they did not have a loaner as they have promised me. To cover themselves she had a shuttle drop me off at enterprise making me wait 1 hr that I did not have to spare that morning. Later that evening Mariana called and said once again that she will MAKING SURE that by next day morning I will be having a vehicle to drive from AudiSecond day, morning on my way to Audi at 8:50 am I called just to verify if my loaner was actually available. I should of known that they dont keep their promises. Michael who once again pick up my phone call said again no loaner is available and Mariana did not leave a note either on record like seriously. He stated no one has yet returned any loaners at this time I will be calling you once one is available my plans were ruin. by 12:15 pm he called and said they had a loaner available finally after going back and fourth.Third day, I called to check on my vehicle status and again Michael pick-up. He had no clue as he wasnt the Rep. taking care of it. He transfer me to some voicemail. I decided to call right back to get an answer on whats going on with my vehicle. So he seem to recognize my phone number and wasnt answering my phone call. So I decided to call from a different number right away and he answer as he didnt recognize my other phone number. I stated that how come he transfer me to some voicemail I need to know about my vehicle. He said oh the person who is taking care of you is on lunch break, ill have her call you with an update once she is back he could of done at first instead of playing little kids games having me call from different numbers in order for him to pick up.Fourth day, my vehicle wasnt ready because their service machine were down due to rain damage.So finally my vehicle was ready and the girl at concierge was lost not knowing where my vehicle was or neither the key. I had a horrible experience.As of 03/19/2018 at 12:06 pm the girls one of them Gaby I think is her name and some other girl at the concierge check you out like if it was a fashion show indiscreetly giving me a dirty look making me want to just go off but what is better to leave a lovely review.

I would have given my service experience 5 stars if Jim Schlitz had gotten back to me after I brought my car in. I never heard back and finally found out that after 3 days he had been out of work. I just kept calling and leaving messages and was told he would get back to me. Other than that, once I got my car back everything was great and easy when I picked it up. It was waiting on deck and ready for me which I appreciated.

I have a fairly new vehicle but have had to take the car in for service, (once for a car issue, another to get a dent pulled out put there by someone not so courteous in a parking lot). Both times I was cheerfully greeted by my service rep Francisco and everyone at the dealership. Very quick service and friendly folks despite how busy they can get sometimes. Highly recommend their service department and body shop after my experiences with them.

Went in for help to install my roof racks. Was asked if I had bought the car from this dealership and if I bought it new. Answer was yes to both. I was told that they were the wrong racks and I was referred to sales. The sales person looked up my details, confirmed, that car was bought new with roof racks, but he had to get the GM to see if there was anything they could do about it. Spoke with the GM, once again questioned about if I bought the car there, new or used (after see the confirmed details on the computer himself). GM looked at the racks, questioned again if theyd ever been installed and questioned WHY I was just now coming in for this (as my car is 2017). I explained, I never wanted them on the car and they were stored in my garage. My kids came back from college due to Covid and wanted to use the SUP board, so thus the racks. The GM said the best he could do was order the right racks and pay 50% of $450!!! Because he couldnt sell the racks I had, due to no box, light superficial scratch...I was FLOORED, but agreed. I was then handed off to Chris, the parts manager. He processed the transaction, grabbed the newly purchased, supposedly, right racks, to install. Looked at the racks I had, took the key from the box of the new racks, and voila! It opened the racks, and he successfully installed the racks that I had all along. They were not the wrong racks all along! Chris refunded my money 👼!I am writing this because I have never received such poor treatment from this dealership and I was asked by Kevin at least 4 times if I had bought the car new, and from this dealership, and with these racks....and probably another 5 times from the other 2 people I encountered. I was made to feel like I was lying about my car purchase! This is not in keeping with the treatment and service I have come to know by Audi...Admittedly, the GM was dealing with me AFTER he was loudly and publicly, cussing an employee out for not clocking in/out properly. So unprofessional.. Im thinking I need to find a different dealership. Unfortunate, because my experiences in the past have been mostly positive.

I recently brought in my 2010 Audi A4 Avant for a modified 15000 mile service. After 4 years of ownership I have 14650 miles. I waited for my car and was quite comfortable in the dealership waiting. I needed an oil change and I wanted the brakes flushed and coolant changed. Michael Harris, my advisor, suggested they check the coolant and not change it out. He was correct. No need to change it.My only criticism at the dealership is the music they play and the volume . I can do with out it, especially when they also have the TV on. I prefer to read. My car was ready for me in 2 hours and ready to drive off.

The cost to perform a multi point inspection, oil change, reset the tire pressure, and change the brake fluid was $600+.Labor cost was $270/hr (with 10% off).After a week of being serviced I noticed that my car now has a sever oil leak.I had advanced purchased my next car service with them, but it was not accepted because it expired in the middle of COVID. I was not informed that the service could expire or that it was going to expire soon. They were not willing to extend the service past the original deadline.I was informed that they do not guarantee a loaner vehicle if you drop off your car and that loaners are provided on a 1st come 1st serve basis. I was lead to believe that making an 8am appointment would give me the good chance at getting a loaner, but upon dropping off my car I learned that none were available. Fortunately they do provide Lyft services to/from your home/work.

Lina Martin gets 5 stars! She was able to work a great deal and had the car detailed and ready as promised for an efficient signing. We were very particular in our requests and having things ready to transition from one lease to the other and she wasnt phased and delivered as promised. We would definitely work with her again in the future.As for Steve Choi in finance, beware. He will lie to you about the coverage packages even when we confirmed that some items were included in the coverage by people downstairs and he still maintained they were not. What a liar! We initially walked to talk to their service guy because we were about to buy a used Audi and wanted to know more about potential problems. We spoke with George, who gave us a heads up on stuff to look out for. We decided to bring the Audi in to George before we buy it. Even though it is fully within our rights to take the car to our mechanic (we adopted George as our mechanic that morning), the used car dealership got nervous and wouldnt let us take it. So no deal. But we decided we loved Audi enough to check out the used cars Audi Pacific had.We went back that afternoon and worked with Jake, who basically spent all afternoon into the evening with us selling us a car. We test drove 2, and decided to go with the 2nd. We asked about everything we could possibly think of on the car, he worked with us on the price, and was extremely patient the entire time.We then went to Byron, one of the finance guys. Again, he was extremely patient with us as we read through every single word on every single contract and agreement, and as we asked a bunch of fine print questions. He was knowledgable, and had an answer for everything we could possibly ask. It was well after they closed on a Saturday (I think we were there from about 3 or 4pm to 8 or 9pm!), but we never felt rushed, or like they were getting frustrated with us because we were taking our time.After we signed all the paperwork with Byron, Jake (young guy, I hope we didnt kill his Saturday night) patiently went over every button, switch, and light in the car. I had shopped all over SoCal for my TT-RS and worked with a couple dealers in the process. After months of back and forth, delays, and unpleasant deals I gave up on my order. I was recommended by a coworker to checkout Pacific as they had a TT-RS optioned pretty close to what I wanted. I checked it out and was introduced to Ryan Shipton as my salesman. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and not high pressure. I already knew I wanted the car, it came down to the price. I had an offer through USAA for another dealership and Pacific matched it, no questions asked. One of the easiest deals. They worked very hard on getting me as much as possible on my Mercedes trade-in and while not as high as I would have hoped, it was a couple grand higher than what CarMax offered.Ive had one service done for a recalled brake pad and the service was impecable. They set me up with a loaner, were all very friendly at the service desk and took care of my problem without any fuss. I felt like all attention was on me and that they would be there for any questions I might have.I value customer service more than anything. I have another Audi dealership 2 miles from my house but Ill travel the 50 minutes to get the quality service provided by Pacific.

Smooth and easy process. My salesman, Dwight Oh did a fantastic job and made sure to listen to my needs and found a car I really loved and ended up purchasing. He took me on a few test drives, helped me setup my phone on bluetooth and really made me confident I was buying the right car. Spent more time waiting around to close the deal than I would have liked, came in at 4 after calling ahead and didnt get out the door til close to 8. All that considered, they treated me well and were pleasant to deal with. Id recommend them, and Ill likely be back in the future.
