This was the best car buying experience of my life. My wife and I were looking to make the switch from Volvo to Audi and were helped by Richard Mitts at the new North Orange County Audi dealer by my house. Richard was fantastic!Honest, knowledgeable and provided options for us to make the best decision for our needs. He didnt pressure us into making any decisions like most salesman do and worked with us with our budgeting concerns. I had no plans of ever buying a green Audi, but this was too beautiful to pass up once Richard showed us! I’m an Audi customer for life!

We cannot say enough about Jake in the service department. He is very courteous and professional. Jake said it would be 90 minutes to service our vehicle. We waited in the service lobby which was very comfortable and clean. He came to get us 60 minutes later which was less time than told. Returned home and noticed the recall on my vehicle was not completed. Contacted Jake, he apologized and recommended we bring our vehicle in anytime without an appointment and they would take care of us immediately. Nelson, our service tech sent us a video of the vehicle being serviced. We are very impressed with Audi North OC!

We just purchased a certified used 2021 Audi Q7 from Eddie and his team at Audi and I was SO IMPRESSED with every single step of this purchase.. I did my work in going to 6 different Audi dealerships from San Diego, where I’m from, to all over Los Angeles county, Rancho Mirage and OC. I gathered all my car buying negotiation numbers and not one dealership would work with me. Then for some reason, the very last dealership I called was Audi in OC. Eddie picked up my phone call and I told him my numbers crunch. Told him how much time and effort I had put in to find the right dealership and a car that was perfect for us and within 5 or 10 minutes on the phone he agreed on a deal I had offered. Drove straight up there and the team was so pleasant to be around. Paperwork was done. Car was washed and gas tank filled. Even gave us a nice Audi gift for the car. VERY IMPRESSED. I have no doubt in my mind I will be calling them first thing next time around. Not to mention the dealership was new and it was very clean. All new leather seats and couches for family comfort. Highly recommend.

This was probably hands-down, the greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership culture was empathetic trustworthy and caring. It truly feels like a close knit family working together for a common goal. The GM Shirish and our sales associates Keison and Max helped us buy a 2024 Audi Q8 E-Tron Launch Edition. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Signing all the paperwork on a giant stylus notepad on a desk was probably the most fun experience signing my life away - it was truly enjoyable. I will be sending all my friends to the dealership that are interested in buying an Audi and I am grateful for the connections we made here and we will be customers and friends of this dealership for life.

So, I dropped off my A8L the next morning and picked it up by noon. Also, Jake took care of the bill and I appreciated his attention to this matter. That is what good customer service is. This morning, I went online to schedule my Audis 20k service using their Xtime application, which allowed me to make the appointment. However, when I arrived this afternoon for my scheduled service, they informed me that they couldnt accommodate it, questioning whether I had booked a same-day service. Despite confirming that I had booked through their application, they expressed uncertainty about servicing my vehicle that day. Despite my request to reschedule, the staff member helping me insisted on leaving my vehicle and offered me a ride home, which I declined. Frustrated by his lack of flexibility and understanding, I ultimately decided to cancel my appointment. Although I had given this dealership a chance, I will be returning to Audi Santa Ana for my future service needs.

I took my car in for repair. There was a screw in the left back tire. They had to order a replacement tire. I was provided with an A3 loaner. Not only did they install a new tire, they replenished fluids that were low, checked all tires, brakes and brake pads.As always very professional and friendly at North OC Audi. SQ5, with extended warranty from Audi Beverley Hills, engine light on.First visit, incomplete fix and charged me $400. Engine light back on in 30 min, same exact error code (or say, there were 2 errors and they only fixed one). No refund. Causing the immediate second visit.Second visit, took a month to diagnose, ended up an engine swap & rebuild, charged me $1100 (extended warranty covered the majority bill $32000), spent 3 months. Steve put significant effort negotiating with the warranty. However when booked to pick up the car, wheel alignment is off.Third visit, took my car home and noticed a strange consistent noise when steering. Filed a complaint here.Fourth visit. Under the hood, one component was making contact with another when steering, caused by misaligned installation during the engine job. Quick fix in one day.In summary, Steve & Luke took my complaints seriously and communicated well. They did the best I could imagine, in the customers front. The technicians backstage are a bit loose in quality control and quality assurance, hope they learn and get better. John apologized and showed me his determination. Blake & David have been nice and patient through these days.Raising 1 star to 4 in recognition of their team efforts. Not a perfect journey, costing some extra gas and time, but eventually all resolved.

I took my Audi for a recall service appointment. Upon inspection my vehicle they found some additional issues which needed immediate attention. The technician sent me a video of the inspection and showed me the issues in detail and explanation of the issues. I was very surprised that issues were happening as there were no signs of leaking in my garage or driveway. Jorge my service consultant provided me a fair price to complete the work. I shopped around with other local Audi mechanics to compare prices. To see if I could get the best deal. Knowing a dealer price was compare to others. Reassured me that I was make the best decision to get my serviced at Audi North OC. Jorge was in constant communication with me and provided my updates. I was provided a loaner vehicle at extra cost. I am so happy that Audi North OC recently opened. The Service Department (Jorge Salceda, Steve Cosby and the mechanics/technicians) is outstanding. I checked them out the first opening week because I recently had had major work at another Audi, e.g., carbon cleaning, replacing parts, etc., and yet something wasn’t quite right with the other Audi’s repair job. In advance, I knew Jorge and Steve were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and people I could trust. Sure enough, the warning lights finally came on and Jorge told me that Audi North OC could find the problem and repair it. They knew I wanted to keep my over 10-year Audi Hatchback because the car fits my small size perfectly. When I received my car back, it drove just like I expected, and the extraneous noise I experienced after the other dealer’s job was no longer there. I now have a car that feels revitalized, sounding and feeling like new, i.e., no longer feeling like an old car. Plus, Austin in Sales kindly and with his expertise showed me the new cars just in case my car couldn’t be repaired.
