Things have changed here over the past few years. The new owners have done a complete overhaul and improved not only service but sales. I recently took my car in for service and had the best experience. So much so that I came back the next day and traded in for a new Audi. Everyone I came into contact with was so helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the employees and my visits.

My service appointment was an excellent experience, Monique Leneker was my Service Representative who quickly checked me in and updated me on progress .I was able to drop off my A5 (service recall and 12 month service) and receive a loaner vehicle on time and all within a time span of 15 minutes. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and I was sent update text from Monique and a video from the technician. The entire process was excellent from initiating the appointment to completion. Much better than my previous experience as a BMW owner. .

Alex took excellent care of my vehicle and myself. He even waited for me to come back for my car before he left for lunch and I believe he came back from lunch early to answer a pressing question I had about a warning light that wouldn’t turn off. He worked through the problem with me (after I pulled off the road of course). He is outstanding!!

I brought my Audi A3 in for service recently & worked with Monique Leneker. She was exceptional with her communication & knowledge of the issues at hand. She was able to get my car fixed quickly & used her expertise to figure out that my car was completely covered by an extended warranty. Wow!! She secured a loaner vehicle for me & also arranged free rides when needed. She kept me informed by texting me often with updates & was so personable, friendly & wonderful to work with. Five star service from Mission Viejo Audi. I was in for routine scheduled maintenance and waited for my car. It was done in exactly 1 1/2 hours just as the service advisor said it would be. The service area was busy, and the reception staff was not so welcoming, which is understandable since they were so busy. My car is an SUV, and at first, they gave me the lowest-end sedan as a loaner car. After I requested a change, they reluctantly replaced it. Theres not much to comment on regarding the maintenance part since Im not a professional and cant tell how well it was done. However, when I picked up my car, I found it hadnt been washed at all! For a luxury brand, not washing the car after maintenance is simply inconceivable. Audi makes me feel that in all aspects, it does not match the positioning of a high-end brand.

Alex was great and is a good representative of the brand and customer experience.My dissatisfaction is that it’s often lacking. For example, when client arrives instead of welcome and asking for my name, I’m always greeted with “who is your advisor?” It seems like that should be easy to review in your tech platform. It’s also a disappointment every time I come in for service. Despite having an appointment and already providing all the details when making the appointment, upon arrival I’m always asked to go through everything in detail as of there was no information provided.Yesterday, was supposed to be a 1-2 hour service and I intended to head to the office after. Upon arrival, the time required extended to the entire day and I had to them make alternative plans with my schedule. When I was contacted to pick up my vehicle, I was told it was completed and was being washed and to come out anytime before 7pm to pickup. I arrived an hour later to be told it had not yet been washed because it had been busy( although my car had been there for 8 hours) and if I waited another 30 mins it could be completed. I declined. Yet another negative customer experience. To top it off, I was sent a video presumedly to demonstrate the service that had been completed that day, but when I opened, the video was blank.My vehicle lease is expiring in May, and I’m shopping other dealers and even brands. Of the vehicles, I’ve owned or leased in the past, my experience with Audi has definitely been the most disappointing.

Uttam and Tom at MV Audi was amazing. Called for a lease quote. Most dealers won’t give out quotes over the phone and it’s so annoying. You’ll see an advertised lease offer that ends up having all these “got cha” ‘s. Even the upsells on warranty I only had to say no thanks once. Not pushy at all these guys are the best! Highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change for my Q7. They told me I needed nearly $5k in engine repairs. Three days after I picked up my car, I was driving and broke down with my children and dog. The mechanic told me that no work that Audi claimed was done, had been done on my car, and that was why I was having the new issue. This was not my first issue with Audi MV either. Audi Mission Viejo is dishonest and unethical. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I usually have my Q5 serviced in San Diego but due to family circumstances I tried Mission Viejo Audi for brakes and an oil change. I used their online booking system which was reasonably easy to use. The next day, I tried to reach the assigned service coordinator three times unsuccessfully. Happily I was connected to the service manager and he answered all of my questions and concerns. On service day, the coordinator was responsive and helpful and the work completed successfully and in a timely manner. Thank you!!

My wife and I bought a new Q5 PHEV on April 29th. What should be a time to enjoy our new car has been anything but. The car has been in your service center for 18 days since we owned it. That actually isnt the reason for my review.Your employee, Alex Acker, is not sympathetic, does not call back when he says hes going to call back, and is sexist. My wife was calling daily for updates, and when she was frustrated about the lack of urgency she received from Alex, he said There are people in worse situations than you, and we will get to it when we get to it. First of all, how does he know our situation? We have a 1 year old and the Audi was supposed to be the car he was driven in. Second of all, is that what you tell your employees to tell customers who are upset?This is the icing on the cake, however. We just picked up our car after it being there for 10 days (that isnt a typo) and the one request we gave Alex when we dropped it off was for it to be charged. Was it charged? Of course not.

We were and remain very happy with the excellent service and support we receive from the good people at Audi Mission Viejo. When we first when shopping for a performance sedan to replace my wifes 2014 Audi Q5 we had a lot of choices. We quickly narrowed them down to Mercedes (AMG), the Audi S5 or S7, and the Porsche Panamera on the high end.Well the decision was easier made than we thought. In part because some of the dealerships just did not understand how to treat a customer properly. But from our very first call to Audi MV, take by the GM no less, we were treated like family.Sure, we test drove a lot of vehicles. Jon our salesman was fantastic in explaining the options, ordering process, and helped us nail down the exact color / performance options for our custom order. Now comes the unbelievable part - the car came in early and we did not have to pay some ridiculous marked-up price!Post delivery - the service team (thanks Denny & Jonathan) were most diligent in detailing the car, adding the ceramic coating, and the hardest part - they got the garage door opener to synch with our new GE rolling-code opener.Great people! You can buy a car anywhere but this level of service is few and far between.

I bought my Audi S3 for service in order to fix a recall on the car, the passenger airbag didnt work. Audi called me in order to schedule an appointment and get the airbag fixed, since I bought the car from them with the recall at the time of purchase a few years earlier.I had to take a day off at work and drive down to Mission Vejo from LA. I was told the service would have taken the whole day, so I planned on spending the day in Mission Vejo with the courtesy car. Instead, as I dropped the car, they told me it would have been ready in a few days. Bummer.In the end, I picked up the car after 2 days, drove back to LA, and realized the nothing was done on my car. The passenger airbag is still not working and the alert light is still on. A waste of time, money on gas and beyond.On top of that, since I was there for the service, I thought it was a good idea to have a copy of the only key I had done by Audi. (yes, when they sold me the car I only received one copy).I was told I had to pay $480 for the key, which I paid right away, and expecting to have the key done at the same time the service was done.Once I picked up the car, the key was ready. They asked me an additional $280 for the key. When I asked why I wasnt told about this additional $280 to begin with, I was blasted with stupid excuses, such as - the $280 are for the key batteries and programming.I would have much appreciated transparency and professionalism.Not at this dealership.

They didnt wash my car before they returned it, and they dinged me $8.80 for ONE gallon of gas in the loaner! Also, both repairs took a very long time (over 2 weeks) to complete. If there was another Audi dealer anywhere near me I would take it elsewhere.

$360.00 for an oil change and safety inspection on a new vehicle less than a year old, is outrageous!If I was charged for the time it took to correct technical issues, replace modules for radio, replacing sensors, recall campaign, I was hosed. This was a new vehicle and any time was warranty work.If I was not charged for the above items, at a labor rate of $280/hour the oil change took 1.3 hours which is the slowest oil change I have ever heard of. I have owned among others; Audis, Hondas, Toyotas, Mazdas and many more vehicles on my 60 years of driving.

Exceptional customer service! This my second time coming here for service. It was very easy to make an appointment online. Was given a courtesy call as well as a text and email the day before the appointment. Was greeted and offered a refreshment was given a time of how long it would be. I came back about 15 before my service was to be completed and to my surprise my car was already done and ready for pickup. Price was as quoted no pressure or hidden fees. A very pleasant experience. Bought a brand new Audi Q7 from them 2 months ago and the leather on both driver and passenger seats are cracking. Took it into service because that isnt normal for leather to crack with a brand new car. Was told that they couldnt do anything and its normal wear and tear.Not only that, during the buying process they had wrote new numbers on the negotiating papers when we went to sign the papers for the car. Instead of a 36month lease, they dragged it to a 42month lease. For obvious reasons, to make more money out of the deal.Overall experience....shady

Not a good experience with Audi mission viejo. Was told the “sides” cracking on our 2024 fully loaded Q7 was “uneven weight distribution” and normal wear and tear. In addition to needing a regular 40k service, my car had a labor-intensive recall item to address that jeopardized completing both in time to return my car on the same day. Vehicle was scheduled for repair. Did not do it right the first time, lousy work; issue persistedd; on top of it, they broke the vehicle interlocking system and sensor and did not fix it; and then some how cracked/gouged the oil cap. Had to return to redo the work. And when the so called repair was done, the irresponsible service advisor never made effort to contact. Multiple texts, calls were made for a vehicle status update but she-service advisor, never responded until a call was made to the service manager and the receptionist. She then called and left a voicemail to pick up the vehicle, after all those weeks - unbelievable. She was running out of excuses when confronted. The vehicle was left outside for weeks - resulting in catastrophic damage to the vehicles clear coat - permanently edged in from bird droppings/acid rain/sun. And to top it off, their destructive car wash further damaged the clear coat with severe swirl marks on the entire vehicle. This is uncalled for from a dealership - the utmost care of your vehicle should be given each and every time. But not at this place. Bring your vehicle in and come out literally destroyed. Pure carelessness. Extremely poor quality work and customer service. This place Does Not deserve a one star - it deserves a fat F for FAILURE.

I bought a 2018 Audi A5 in early 2022 from them and they failed to disclose that the car had previously been in an accident. Standard procedure for dealers is to run a Carfax when they receive a trade-in therefore, they knew of the vehicles history when they took it in as a trade-in prior to advertising it for sale and never disclosed it to me during my time of purchase. Fast forward, I took my car to another Audi dealer to trade in for an SUV and I was informed of my cars accident history. After further inspecting my car, I have identified that it was hit in the drivers side rear quarter panel. Giving 2 stars because they did get my Q5 in and serviced quickly, but am very disappointed in the CPO extended warranty. Something in the cooling system failed that caused the vehicle to overheat. Everything that they found during the initial assessment was covered under warranty. However, when they put everything back together and ran some tests they found some additional lines that were damaged by the overheating. Somehow none of the additional parts or labor were covered under warranty even though it was documented as being related. I paid the additional charges so I could get my vehicle back (they didn’t have any loaner vehicles for me), but asked them to file a dispute with the warranty claims department. They said they would and are now ignoring any of my messages.

Oil change was fast but when we got home we noticed there’s a scratch on the car on the front fender passenger side below the headlights. I only have a little over 5k miles on my vehicle and I entrusted you guys with it for service that you would treat it with care. I care for my car and that is why I noticed it right away. I’m worried going back for further service will only cause my car to be subjected to a further diminishment of value and property damage from your negligence.

Car returned not washed.’No one commented or said anything except that it would be washed when I came in. I drove the car as is home because I have difficulty walking with a cane and did not walk back to the office . I glanced at my bill when in the office and spotted a mistaken charge but it was refunded to me.The bill should have been looked at before I was charged.

Service is slipping at Mission Viejo Audi. When I walked in, every single service manager was obviously trying not to be the first one to greet me (as I presume that meant work for them). Also, there must have been 10-15 other workers milling around, showing each other things on their phones and clearly not working. Once I approached a service manager, I barely got looked at in the eye and just got “processed” and sent to their rental car area. I was told that my car a Q8 would be ready the next day. However, I never received any update that next day and once I reached out to see if I could pick up my car before it closed at 7 pm, they said it needed more time. 3 days then passed and I received limited updates other than a request to do my next service at a cost of close to $700. So I approved the service and when I picked up my car, the wash was mediocre and they charged me for the gas in the rental at $8/gallon. Considering I hadn’t planned to use a rental for 3 days and the lack of updates and the service fee, I would have expected either a no charge or discount for the gas. But then again, I guess that’s what I would have expected for excellent service. Not the case here. Think twice about getting your service done here. Or buying a vehicle for that matter. I sure will.

Brought in my car there initially because of vibration. Turned out the motor mount and turbo needed replacing. Once I got the car back, noticed it was leaking coolant now and engine would smoke. Took car back and was told there was a faulty line from turbo which they said couldn’t possibly come from the installation of the new turbo. Trust but verify. Asked a mechanic friend who informed me it was entirely possible the line got damaged during installation. Forced me to pay more for problem that wasn’t there when brought in. Monique was the only bright spot hence the 2 stars. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sal my service guy was awesome. Answered all my questions in detail. Had Lyft take me home and pick me up when 4 tires replaced and alignment. I have to say the Pirelli tires and size for my Audi wagon were comparable to big tire places and it’s important to have German cars properly aligned which often places dont know how to do properly. Thank you!

Not very good customer service. Also, they kept my car for several days and never fixed anything. When I went to pick it up, had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. They said they would call me after the holidays to figure out how to move forward with getting it fixed but I have not heard from anyone.

This is my first time buying a car from out of state and it was a great first experience. He offered to picke me up at the airport and drove me to the bank. These people are scam artists 😣. I’m a small female, and I literally get anxiety walking into their showroom as I feel like a bunch of sharks are licking their chops when they see me. I don’t even bring my car here for service because of their deception. It started when my 2018 Audi’s lease expired. Audi MV told me that I would loose my car if I didn’t go through them to pay off my lease. These idiots wanted to scam me into them buying my lease out and selling it back to me for retail (which was double the buyout)! I finally found out that I had to mail my payoff with a bunch of paperwork Audi doesn’t advertise in order to buy out the lease “correctly”. Luckily my husband stepped in since he knows the car business and helped me buy out my car, but Audi MV couldn’t tell me? I had to get my husband involved with something so easy! Now, if this dealership was honest, this could be a good review. I recommend Fletcher Jones Audi in Irvine as they are honest and even sent me a walkthrough video of my car on the lift. Liars get what they deserve and this dealer doesn’t deserve a good person’s business. They take advantage of good people. My advice; avoid this dealership at all costs.

Horrible customer service. For a basic service it took 5 days without a loaner vehicle. We didn’t receive any call backs from Greg Until the 5th day after attempting multiple times via phone, voicemail, and text. On the 5th day Greg re-assured that the car would be ready for pick up and he would call. At 4:30pm we still hadn’t received a call and the dealership informed us that Greg had gone home for the day. We will not return to this dealership for future services.
