Great buying experience! I have been to a few Audi dealerships and this one is the best. They are quick and efficient and get straight to the point. If you don’t want them to sell you stuff, they honor that, just let them know. They are willing to work with you directly, just let them know what your expectations are, within reason. First time Audi owner here, and wow, color me impressed with this dealership. I worked with Adam Brown whose patience with a nervous buyer should be commended. I had done a ton of research going in, but I still needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process. Securing a deal was important to me, and I think Adam knew I came with receipts for pricing and what I wanted. He worked quickly to find exactly what I wanted - and more importantly what I did not want. I did not want to be on the hook for extras I would never use - like a $1,000 tow hitch. My car actually came from another dealership, so Audi Marin had to do a dealer transfer. Its always easier to sell your own inventory, and I was so grateful that they didnt try to upsell me on their own car. Thank you for making the process so transparent, and thank you for finding the perfect car!

My experience at Audi Marin with Grace was a great experience. The inventory was perfect for me. The sales process was not aggressive but obviously they are going to push service and warranty packages—that is the norm for any dealership. Grace accommodated my schedule and worked with me to find the right vehicle. She was easy to get ahold of via text or phone. I would recommend Audi Marin if you are in the market for an Audi.

What an awesome experience! We set up an appointment to test drive online and Abraham greeted us promptly when we arrived. He asked several questions, then showed us many options he felt would meet our needs. He didn’t hover or put any pressure on us. He gave us a great deal, and I feel he really wants to do the right thing for all parties concerned. He took the time to go over all the features of the car, which can be overwhelming. I would absolutely buy/lease another vehicle from Abraham.The finance department was very efficient and professional. Leonel made the process painless and he even found a way to save me a bit on money! Audi of Marin is first class service.

I bought a car from Audi Marin almost a year ago. I wanted to warn other young military personnel about my experience with the company. Although I was hesitant to post a review that could harm the companys reputation, I decided to share my story to help others.I found an inexpensive car with Audi Marin using the Navy Federal car buying program. The dealership was almost three hours away from me, but I scheduled an appointment to check out the car. When I arrived, Scott told me that another person had been looking at the vehicle and wanted to purchase it, but he didnt have a check. Scott left me and my friend sitting at his desk to talk to the alleged buyer. After the conversation, Scott said the guy still didnt have the check and would proceed with letting me test-drive the car.After the test drive, I told Scott that I was in the military, and he said he was formally enlisted. However, he asked me to run my credit even though I had a pre-approved loan from Navy Federal. I showed Scott all the paperwork, but he still insisted on running my credit to prove that I was not a fraud. He said the credit pull was just for an identity check, but he then came back with paperwork saying how great my score was and that he could get me a better deal than Navy Federal. I declined his offer.Scott asked me how much I could put down on the car, and I told him the amount on the check from Navy Federal. However, he persisted in breaking down all the costs, which were almost twice the amount of the listed price for the car. I foolishly told him I had a few thousand dollars, and I asked him if putting a deposit down would lower some of the total price. I dont think my down payment knocked off any extra pricing except the extra amount that appeared doubled.Eventually, I signed up for the car despite all the red flags. During the test drive, the yellow light was on, and Scott said it might be the tire pressure light because they had mounted new tires. He promised to fix it for free, but I never received any resolution regarding the issue.Lastly, I was harassed by another representative from Audi Marin through text messages and voice calls for a few weeks after I got the car because the check from Navy Federal didnt clear. It turned out the check was illegible, and I needed to get a new one from the bank. I drove almost two hours to get a new check from Navy Federal then drove to drop it off at Audi Marin. The new check was legible and provided no further issues.Overall, the car works great, however, except for the ongoing yellow light warning. I wouldnt recommend it for young military personnel to use this company. Instead, I would recommend speaking with the military family and readiness center to give you cheaper and more reliable options that would not double the price due to your military status. Some bases have lemon lots and military personnel selling their used vehicles.

This was our fortunate but “unfortunate” second purchase from Audi in Marin. They worked extremely hard to get us into the first car, which was totaled and they did the same for us again.The whole team from sales, finance, to service provided an excellent customer service experience and went above and beyond for us. Mo was the one who sold us our car and he’s the one we went back to. He’s passionate about getting you exactly what you want and he cares about making that happen for you. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a vehicle from them and they were shady, uncommunicative, and disrespectful through the entire process.After I came back from taking the car in for a pre purchase inspection, they had silently raised the listing price of the vehicle by several hundred dollars as well as updating the price on their website in an effort to sneakily squeeze out extra money. When negotiating the sale of the vehicle, they did something similar by countering my offer with a price that was even higher than we had initially verbally agreed to. That should have been enough for me to walk out, but I ignored it because I wanted the car.The worst part though was that during negotiation they agreed to disable their Stargard tracking system on the vehicle as I did not want it, and take the price they wanted for the system ($995) off the sale price. This was not only offered by the salesman Mohd but also approved by the manager Mo. So they took the car to their service department and disabled the system, but when signing the paperwork for the sale their finance guy Emad Burjak had included the $995 price of the system in the paperwork anyway. I did not notice this as he was rushing us through the paperwork since it was close to closing time, and I didn’t think to double check it because it had been a major point of negotiation already and had been verbally promised by both the salesman and the manager.When I finally noticed about a week later, I emailed them and they agreed to refund me the $995, saying it would take about 6 weeks. 2 months came and went and I hadn’t received anything so I reached out again, and they ignored my email. For the next 20 weeks, I had to send over a dozen emails, and each time they would ignore the email until I emailed them a second time and usually I would not get a response for about 2 weeks, after which they would make some excuse and promise that the refund was on its way. After 20 weeks, I was prepared to take the issue to small claims court and it was not until after I told them I would be taking legal action that they finally sent the refund.I believe the dealership intentionally included the $995 charge (for a system they’d already disabled) on the paperwork hoping I would not notice it, and then intentionally failed to send the refund and ignored my emails hoping I would give up, so that they could essentially steal the $995. They are dishonest and should not be considered a reputable dealer.

The majority of my experience was great at the dealership: I received great customer service and responsiveness as a potential buyer. The Lexus I purchased was delivered to me with brand new brakes, but they squeaked horribly. Taking it to the Lexus dealership, they discovered that the shim kits for the front brakes were missing entirely. Multiple times I have tried to contact Audi of Marin to get an answer for why such a critical part was missing, but I have not received any acknowledgement that my messages were received. Business as usual I guess, as soon as they got my money I could no longer offer them any value. Would have recommended the dealership experience, however what people say about dealerships seems to be true. Not to be trusted.

I’m so happy with my new lease of a Q5 from Audi Marin! This is my third lease with Audi (A3, Q3, Q5). Each year when my lease is going to expire, I don’t want to return my car because I like it so much, but I am then even happier with my new lease. Robert Langlois at Audi Marin did an incredible job at getting me into another lease. I was above satisfied with the car, features and coverage I walked away with, all of which was within the budget I had set going in. I felt no pressure or discomfort (as a woman going into a car dealership alone), but instead, an entire team that was willing to work with me until I left completely happy. Highly recommend!

Attempted to order a car top carrier for my Q7. After paying, I checked my order status the next day to find my order had been cancelled. Why? because its big. They said couldnt possibly ship to me for what I was quoted on the website (which had a built in shipping calculator). No email, no call. They just cancelled my order. the only way I found this out was calling them. Contacted Audi of Gilbert, AZ and had a much better experience.

The dealer represented to us the there was a second key for the car. But then said they could not find it and would do nothing to make up for something which we were led to believe was part of the deal. Only a day after the paperwork was signed did they explain the error was theirs but would do NOTHING to make up for us having to now pay over $500 for a second key. I would not be surprised by this behavior if it were not the DEALERSHIP which was selling the car and they clearly made a big mistake that I am now having to pay for. Watch out when dealing with this dealership. They can not be trusted.

We went to Audi Marin to look at a car and decided later that day that we wanted it. We arranged for a babysitter for the evening so we could go back to Marin (we live 50 min away) because Audi Marin promised they would hold it for us. When we arrived, they had us wait in an area for 20 minutes. It felt strange that it seemed the salesmen and managers were avoiding us. Lo and behold, they SOLD THE CAR to another couple but had us come in still “just in case that deal didn’t go through.” Not only did we waste our time traveling to Marin, we had to arrange a babysitter last minute for no reason. They felt no remorse for the situation they made us go through (you can tell none of the salesmen actually have spouses or children).

I received excellent service last weekend at Audi of Marin. We had called ahead to let them know which cars we were interested in driving. When we arrived the 2 cars were gassed up and ready to go. Jason, our salesperson had taken care of everything beforehand and had the keys. Nate, our Sales Manager greeted us. Both Nate and Jason shared their personal experiences of driving electric cars. Since I’d never driven one it was good to hear from them both about their positive experiences. However, I had come to test drive the A4 Allroad. The test drives with Jason were great. He made sure I had my seats and mirrors set. Showed me the major functions of the car before we drove off. He is an expert when it comes to the Audi products and I learned a lot from him. He is professional, patient, kind and informative. I decided to test drive the new Q4 electric suv after the all roads. Jason made me feel comfortable driving the car as I was nervous, never having driven an electric car before. So now I feel like there may be an Audi electric vehicle in my future. Again, Jason was an expert on all things about Audi electric vehicles. In the end I bought a 2023 AllRoad Prestige. I had been interested in the vehicle for a few years and since my 2022 Q3 was totaled I needed to buy a new car. Nate and Joshua worked on the finance part and Jason got my new station wagon cleaned and ready to go. Joshua was very warm and welcoming as was Nate. They worked hard and efficiently to get all my paper done correctly. Once I was ready to go Jason got me set up with Audi Connect in my car. We went over all the functions offered and I got a thorough and detailed tutorial from him. All in all, I had a super positive experience with Jason, Nate and Joshua. Every time I call service, I am greeted with rude, exasperated young women. When I arrived I heard the gal speaking with another customer in the same manner. Its unacceptable.I had to wait for someone to help me when I arrived and until I asked a technician, they were going to let me stand there until, who knows.Ive been going to Audi Marin for a few years now and since you are the only Audi service within 75+ miles, I dont have any options.I find when Im there or speaking on the phone with you, I am told what you cant do for me rather than what you can do.I knew it was going to be a long day for servicing my car so that was fine. The technician Ian gave me updates and was fine once my car was being serviced. I requested my car to be charged before leaving, which did not happen. I had a very helpful sales person when I inquired about maybe buying another Audi but once again when I asked a different salesman a question while I was in the waiting area, he was unhelpful and unprofessional.Its a pity you are the only game in town.Finally, I have no idea if Im being charged reasonably because I dont know what it costs to service my car and you can charge whatever you want.

The sales person and finance person never returned my call or messages.Most of the 5 stars you see here are from people who just purchased a new vehicle and have not experienced their customer service.My advice: look elsewhere if you can. I called into Alex late Friday night in frustration from walking out of another dealer who just gave me the run around and wasted 4-5 hours of my day. I told Alex about my experience, where I wanted the price of the truck, APR, and payment amount. Without even running my credit Alex next to assured me he could make the deal happen. Too big of a difference between services offered by previous Audi dealers that I’ve encountered. My actual service rep was pretty good. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stopped. Attempted to charge my card double for loaner car gas. Previously, Audi dealers have reimbursed me for gas as my car is electric (or at least made sure I got an electric loaner). At intake of the loaner, a fuss was made about RUSTED damage to rims. Common sense would be that if I had a car for 5 days it would be impossible to damage a rim and have it rust within that time frame. These type of nuances shouldn’t happen after you’ve paid a certain amount for a car. Would be nice if they attempted to reach a Porsche or Mercedes level of service.

At 1st it was hard to find customer parking and cars were driving out the same way we were driving in very confusing. Once we parked and found someone to help us it was a wonderful experience. Went in for routine service which ended up taking a day and a half to complete. I was told my car would be ready same day by 5:30, let the rep know I couldn’t make it at that time so that I’d come in the next morning. Sat around for 3+ hours the next day because my car still wasn’t ready despite being told it was. I had to move my entire morning schedule around, huge inconvenience and poor communication. Nothing was offered to remedy the situation, not a ride home and back, I kept having to come back and checkin at the desk. Not one of my better experiences unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible! One star is too many. Dropped my car off for an oil change at 8:30 in the morning and said I need it back as soon as possible. I was told probably 2 o’clock. When I called at 1 o’clock I was informed that they would look at it at 4 o’clock -never would’ve dropped it off had I known this in advance. I picked it up at 2pm! What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you can’t actually get to your service until the end of the day? I was really clear I needed my car which is why I didn’t drop it off for the 60k service which was going be an all day service like the damn oil change!

I bought a used car from Mo Sammur at Audi Marin and it was one of the best decisions! I found the vehicle online and I was coming from out of town. Not only did Mo answer all of my questions, he helped prepare all of the documents before I arrived. All I needed to do was test drive the car and sign the papers, easy in and out. I have been working with Jason Arnold for the past 5 days to purchase a CPO vehicle in their inventory. After providing everything that Jason needed AND filling out multiple financing applications on their website, I was told by a sales manager that they sold the car yesterday to someone else.This is a pretty significant customer service failure. I got a call from the general manager apologizing for the situation, with a promise to talk to the team and try to improve communication moving forward. I will post an update if they are able to successfully locate a suitable replacement. My advice is to make sure you get management involved if you are not satisfied with communication from the sales team.

Recently bought a car and it was delivered unclean, without registration and with a nonfunctional fob/remote. Contacted management and they were quick to respond (appreciated) but the actual people who are supposed to do the work are lazy. They sent someone to pick the car so it can be detailed but they only spot cleaned the visor and returned. The sales person completely disappeared once the transaction was complete. See pictures.

It was a hectic day at Audi but they took good care of us. After confusion over the loaner it was resolved. When a part was going to take 10 days and we really needed OUR car back to take a planned road trip, creative thinking and servicing allowed us to safely retrieve the car that evenng. They should have returned my phone call before asking me to rate their service. My 2018 Q7 was sent to their dealership for some subcontracted warranty work. They did a complete inspection and recommended I replace my aftermarket windshield wipers with Audi OEM blades. I said no thanks, as the Audi brand were too expensive. My vehicle was returned with no wiper blades at all. My attempts to resolve this issue have gone unanswered.

However, one thing to consider is ( as I was there for over 4H) is to make it a more privat waiting room for customers.1. I do not want to listen to people they try to buy a car and their financial status.2. I believe a more launching area for Costomer with privat space is appropriate with access to charging stations for phones. …as I asked for a charger ( was there 4+ hours). I was told “we have no chargers!?3. Do not let them steal your money! Recommend $5500 worth of repairs 2 years ago that needed immediate attention and I have been driving my A4 with no issues whatsoever. I started going to Niello Audi Sacramento, where they are respectful, mindful, and professional! AUDI Marin did not even clear the service light after getting the oil and filer changed because I did nit got the “full service” worth $700 done! It speaks about the culture they foster at Audi Marin.The staff was not welcoming and they only give better customer service to people who have newest cars or are white! Really disappointed with Etron version. You can now only charge 50% of your battery at 110v at home, Electrify America is not a reliable network, it makes you waste your valuable time. Service in general is also disappointing, they didn’t fix my dented tire, for which I have specifically pre-payed. I feel stuck with only 100 miles to roam in Marin. I have Farmland in West Marin and sometimes meetings in SF. Will not make it on 100 miles.

I brought an Audi A6 into Audi Marin recently, boy, this place is busy !Brittany Myers went out of her way to the point of going to a manager to allow me to drop the vehicle off even though they had no parking space available, she got the car into their dealership!She told me it would probably be a week before my car would be looked at because of how busy they were, that was fine with me.The level of communication Brittany has shown I had never experienced the like of it with any other dealership I had dealt with in the past. She started giving me updates the same day after I dropped off the vehicle!!! Which was great!I dropped of on January 3rd around 11 am and the car was not just looked at but was repaired and ready to go on Tuesday January 10th in the morning. This February 2023, went to Get a routine service. And received a pleasant and friendly service by all staff present. Gene Frank was our service advisor. We were offered a ride to a shopping center nearby. Our car was ready promptly and got a call that a car was being sent to pick us up. Our car was ready and all the paperwork was done. Our car was washed and the work was done. The only thing I was not happy about was that our floor mats were not replaced properly. The interior was not cleaned up properly. That is fine but not securing the mats is not safe as these must be properly secured otherwise they could shift and block the pedals. Thank you for your service.
