I called three times and left Vikas Vanjanj, my sales rep a detailed message and he has been unresponsive. I emailed him too but still no response whatsoever. You told me the e-tron came with two key fabs when I asked you on the waiting area. Then on our way home and he handed us the keys, he said, ‘Oh, I have some bad news.’ I only have one key fab !!! Why didn’t you tell me that ahead of time? This is the kind of people that work on this dealership. I am so disappointed. Stay away from this guy and this dealership.

Once you have the Audi you desire, hopefully you were able to negotiate their Audi Care Pkg. When care is needed don’t hesitate to call for their services and when doing so, hopefully you have “Sam” as your service tech because he’s very knowledgeable and believe me when I say this, but he takes care of your Audi as if it were his own! So rest assure when you leave your car with “Sam” and Long Beach Audi, they will deliver the upmost care and service to your vehicle!

On 05/31/2023 I took my 2017 Audi A8 L to completed a recall at this dealership, and let me tell you!! first time on my life I had a process that smooth. Jorge was the person who took care my car and he followed up with me until the end of my vehicle repairs. The ladies that work at the front desk where amazing. The entire dealership treat you as a family. If it was a possible to give it 10 stars to this dealership I will give it to them when my eyes close. All the personnel that work at Audi Of Long Beach are amazing. I really highly recommend it this dealership Audi of Long Beach.

I was not able to get the right help and purchasing opportunity from another Audi dealership in SOCAL, i had to ask the receptionist if i can speak to a salesperson, she calls someone and then asks me why I am at the dealership for, literally had to tell her I want to buy a car, i left without a vehicle because they did not want to contract me on it because it was still in service and other people have called for it, yet I have been the only one to go in person to attempt a purchase with funds on hand, so I left. I saw this dealership had vehicles at better prices and more selection. I am so glad I filled out the test drive form on their website. Came in same day as I was turned away from the other dealership. Chris and his team made me feel right at home. Asking if I wanted to have a drink from their lobby so we can talk options. They delivered and then some! Glad that I did not give up on Audi. I happily drove off in the perfect car and with great service from the whole team.

Again Im not as upset with this dealership as I am with Audi in general, I littery been told by 3 salesmen that we have a deal but no one kept there word. My guest its a Audi tattic to get the ball rolling just to try to screw you...... Ppl please use caution ⚠....... Gonna add to my review since I left Saturday night from the dealership they have mildly kept in touch daily but never offered a revised offer. Until today after hearing all week how they were driven to make a deal and praising LB Audi was number 1 they insulting me by asking the same offer as I was driving off....... Im so confused 😕 with there practice. Seriously!

I really enjoy the service experience here, yes, I said the service experience! I have an Audi SQ5 and dropped off for a 30K service and a recall. Gaby handled it flawlessly, communicated with me, I never had to call them, Gaby kept me up to date via text. When I picked the car up it was spotless, parked on the service drive, and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for being awesome Gaby!

I had no inconvenience due to COVID at this dealership. They are professionals. Gabino was very helpful with my situation. I wasnt sure what I could get but he guided me through the whole process and he was fully understanding of it. I was in the market for an Audi Q7 and would check the pre-owned listings on AudiUSA. Audi Long Beach had one listed as Coming Soon, which Ive learned typically means its a car the dealership has just taken in coming off lease. I went to the dealership the next morning at 10am. Robert Lozano greeted me, and showed me the Q7. I let him know I wanted the car, but I had just purschased a pre-owned Q7 about a month earlier (long story). Ultimately Robert helped me work out a trade, and I purchased the Q7 at Audi Long Beach. Robert has a very deep knowledge of the brand, and is low pressure, lets the car speak for itself, and makes sure its a vehicle that will suit your needs. He even got the GSM involved as it was a complicated transaction. I even got to meet the GSM, Tyler Dawson, who is a very classy guy. He made it clear they would do everything they could to make the transaction happen on terms that I wanted... which they did.

I am new to Southern California and recently purchased an Audi Q5e here. I was concerned because I did not know anyone at the dealership and I had heard horror stories of inflated prices and low inventory. My experience was amazing. The was no price gouging, and I felt that my trade-in was fairly valued also. My sales person was Gabino Haro and he was attentive, informative and professional. I recently purchased a very rare, certified pre-owned, six-speed manual 2016 S5 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing but positive from almost everyone I have dealt with here. I had originally visited here to purchase a similar but different vehicle, and I expressed my initial dissatisfaction on being unable to find my preferred vehicle. However, somehow, I walked out purchasing the CPO vehicle that almost exactly matched my requirements and preferences.The Audi brand specialist who worked with me was Jeff Peck, and I was truly impressed by his sales approach. From the very first email, I could feel the transparency and honesty in his communication. Since the vehicle I was looking to purchase was very rare and in-demand, he immediately suggested to come take a look at it before its too late, and I complied. After having driven over 6 hours from my place of residence to reach the dealership, I was treated with utmost respect, and my time was valued. His communication was always prompt, and his respectful sales approach never changed, even after the sale was final and delivery was made. I felt no sales pressure from him, ever. I have to mention that he has the most unique test drive route, that I enjoyed thoroughly while test driving the vehicles.The next person I would like to mention was the used car sales manager at the time, Matt Goodwin. Upon establishing clearly my preferences of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase, he realized that I wouldnt be truly content with the vehicle that I had initially came to test drive. Somehow, he managed to find a vehicle that had almost all of the options I was looking for, and although having recently been turned in from lease, he prepped the car in a timely manner to have it ready to be test driven before I left the dealership. And needless to say, this is the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Although the vehicle needed some maintenance and cosmetic items that needed to be addressed before final sale, he wrote all of my requests on a signed and approved due bill sheet, and personally made sure that they were addressed before the vehicle was finally delivered.Finally, the last person I would like to make a noteworthy mention of, is the general manger, Chris Prodromides. Upon Matt Goodwins departure from the dealership, Chris was the person who addressed all of my concerns and requests in a very timely manner. From pricing the vehicle fairly, to completing all of my additional service requests, to rescheduling the delivery of the vehicle to my doorstep, Chris made sure everything went by as smoothly as possible. The sales manager at this place is a dishonest person, I went to buy an advertised Tesla model S, I had told the sales person that I was not going to do any financing and would like pay it by a form of check or I could bring cash, at the time of payment they started to run my credit, I asked what is the purpose of doing this, the sales manager said this was normal with evey transaction and a soft inquiry will be done, I still didnt understand, but I wanted to buy the car so I agreed, the next day I checked my credit and they had ran a hard inquiry on my credit, I have been trying to have them remove it but they have the worst management, I will have to contacting the city attorney on this business I am very dissatisfied.

Funny story, I live blocks from this place. Pass it every day on my way to work. Since Ive lived here, Ive walked in the showroom at least 6 times and have never had one salesman say hello. Ive purchased 2 Audis at other dealerships in that time and was looking at another the other day. Same thing... not a dope said hello and this is my car I drove in with ready to tradeI did call and speak with the GM who was extremely professional and listened. Best customer service from the Service department. Charles (Service Advisor) is knowledgeable and always courteous . I have been back a couple times to get help changing the battery for my car keys. I just walked in and Charles helped me without any hassles. I appreciate it very much. Service is as important, if not even more for us than the sales experience - I highly recommend to check out this dealership if you are looking for an Audi. My husband and I both bought our cars here. We got great deals for our cars, and we are happy with their service!!

I have been extremely patient since my original purchase of my vehicle. The day I went in everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Obviously it was just to sell a car. But they did not set up my Audi app. They kept saying system was down. I drove one hour the day after to get it set up and they didn’t even bother notifying me the system was done. Today I called to asked for help and I got hung up by the receptionist THREE times. After my seventh attempt of calling (I even have a screenshot of how long my wait times were with this dealership) a guy named Alex picked up. He didn’t even apologize for the rude service and delays I was experiencing. I got scheduled in for Wednesday even though I have been waiting VERY patiently to get my questions answered. Losing faith in this dealership after just three weeks. Maybe the switch to Audi Long Beach wasn’t a good one.

Scheduled a 105k service and recall fix in advance, requesting a loaner. drove 30 min to get there, and there was no loaner, and they would only offer a ride and car from enterprise. enterprise was not open, so i would have to wait.You pay top dollar for service at a dealer so you get a loaner from audi. They offered no consolidation. I expressed my concerns with the Service Manager, he said it was a courtesy. Obviously! I scheduled my service much further in advance to ensure i got a loaner.

Had a great experience at Circle Audi! I need to do a special mention for two people - Robbert and Zoe in sales. Robbert took the time to fix my Audi Apple CarPlay that wasn’t connecting correctly and it took some time to troubleshoot the issue . I appreciate his willingness to make sure the issue was resolved before I left. He wasn’t my original salesman so I was impressed by his effort and great customer service. My original salesperson was Zoe and she was incredible too. I appreciated her quick response when I needed help when I first drove off the lot with a 2022 Q5. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership They took excellent care of me and promptly answered all my questions. Ive never experienced this level of customer care at a dealership. I was actually happy leaving and Robert actually spent a giant chunk of time walking me through the features after everything was said and done. He was extremely informative and very kind. Helped me over the phone with some questions on features as well once I got home. Above and beyond as previously stated with customer care. Id like to also mention Bryan for helping my dad and I with the purchase agreement and some great recommendations on the car. I had been researching Q7s for over 6 months and I finally pulled the trigger and leased one at Circle Audi. I contacted at least 8 dealers and the one that was willing to help from the start was Robert at Circle Audi. As soon as I entered my info into truecar.com, I got a call minutes later. I told him all the details I was looking for and he went to work for me. Pete the manager stepped in and sealed the deal with the numbers. They worked with my credit which isnt perfect. I thought for sure it wouldnt be a deal, but it worked out. Robert & Pete were quick, responsive and honest. When we got to the dealer, Robert brought us straight to my new Q7 and it was gorgeous. He showed us all the details of the car and how it works and answered all our questions. When it came down to signing the paper work with Sergio, that went great as well. He is very personable and thorough. I realized later that night there was a small issue with the door light (factory issue) and contacted Robert. He was on it first thing in the morning and the service guy called me later the same day. Everyone in the dealership that we had contact with was very professional. I highly recommend them.

Audi Long Beach1/14/2023WORST Customer Service EVER! I leased 2 new Audis. It took us over 2 months to FINALLY get help with our apps that as of now do not work. We get a flat 2 months after driving the GT call the Manager and he says sorry Ill get u 200 off a new tire? Wife brings in the car and another Manager tells her ONLY IF she writes a great review, he will give her 200 off the tire. She says NO and eventually after her getting very upset gets the 200 off with no review. Then the charging cap on the GT flys off. We wait 3 months and bring in the car only to see it once again fly off. We get a 2nd flat after only 5K miles? Today a 3rd flat which I have NEVER heard of and bring in the Car. I was told I would get a report in 3 days and NOT offered a car to drive. NOT at all professional to be asking Customers for great reviews as those r EARNED.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Circle Audi. During my first visit I was greeted by Danny, a highly knowledgeable sales agent. He walked me around the dealership explaining details of the two vehicles I was interested in. However they did not have the vehicle I wanted on the lot that current day. Lucky for me Danny called me the very next day and told me that he had my vehicle. Danny then teamed up with Sam another great gentleman and they were able to walk me through the deal seamlessly and get me in the car that I was hoping to get with no issues. I would definitely recommend asking for Danny or Sam as soon as you walk in the door! They will make your car buying experience a heck of a lot better!

The telephone answering service is unbelievably bad. Not sure if it’s in India or Timbuktu (the phone says Whittier) but if you try to get a hold of someone you end up in a disastrous loop. They need to have a receptionist in the dealership. The people who answer the phone have no idea what goes on in the dealership. Then the people in the dealership blame the shared service operators. I got the worst shopping experience in my life at Circle Audi. I visited them on Monday and they found a car for me located at another Audi dealer. After several calls, their sale specialist Joseph and sale manager Peter confirmed to me that they have secured the car, and told me that I have to pay today instead of leaving a deposit to get the deal. So I signed all the paper works and paid them all in cash. In fact, they had never secured the car that day, and that dealer refused to trade with them the second day. What is worse is that they kept the secret from me for a whole week. Every time I called them, they told me that they are getting the car and I can pick it up at the weekend. On Friday, after my several calls, they finally admitted that they were unable to get that car nor other similar cars. I immediately asked my money back, but they kept my money with all excuses. In the meantime, they were still trying to convince me to leave the money to them till they find another car. On next Monday, after six calls from me and my wife, they finally send my money back, after illegally keeping my money for a whole week.Another lie they made is that they told me they were unable to get that car because it was sold that day. But later I searched and found the dealer having that car. And they told me that car was never sold.Lies after lies, all they want to do is taking your money. After I told them I want my money back, their attitude changed 180 degree. All they care is your money instead of customer satisfaction. I suggest all potential customers keep away from this dealer. They don’t deserve your trust.Circle Audi can confront me with all the facts I wrote here. Every word I said is supported by evidence. I will also send this complain to Audi Customer Experience Center.

I dropped it off today in hopes that the service team will do right and resolve the issue. I will revise my review depending on how things go.Edit: I picked up my vehicle. However, nothing was done to resolve the MMI Issues. The troubleshooting seemed negligible as well. I received more information on an issue that had nothing to do with the issue i took it in for, than the issue i did. I was informed that a fix should be available in the 3rd quarter of this year. Went here looking for a Q4 Etron, the sales staff were nice and let me know they have low inventory. Contacted me shortly after inquiring about the car. I live right around the way so I went over to look at some floor models to get an idea of what trim we were looking for. When I was there they made it known that they are marking up cars $10,000 because of low inventory and pretty much they can. Also the car we were looking for wouldnt be in until June. We decided to go to Tesla and have a car build, it was actually cheaper because there is no upcharge on their cars. Also the range is almost 100 miles farther compared to Audi. Something for everyone to consider before deciding on a car.

I had a very bad experience, Please read this comment before you actually think of walking down to this dealer.I bought BMW 5 series and the sales person was co-operative until I pay the money, After few days I found the dealers there in AUDI CIRCLE are NOT at all honest.He made me buy the car with a fault of my gas tank actually leaking.Most worst part was, I had a 30 day warranty, I smelt the gas on the very second day i bough the car, but thought of watching for a week or so. I analyzed it for 15 to 20 days. I went to the same dealer within the warranty period. The service person looked it for 2 hours and told there is no leak and he is not able to smell any gas, may be his nose was not working properly.The immediate weekend I went to a local dealer, he showed me the leak under the gas tank just by seeing it for a min. Not even one min, he just took my car up in the air and gas leak is clearly visible.The local dealer told it would cost min 1500 bucks for me to repair that. I tried calling the sales person multiple times, no response from him.How ever, I got that repaired from a local dealer.Finally I would WARN every individual before going into this shop. I would say, Stay away from it. You will get faulty car even though you spend good amount of money. Be aware!!!!

It is easy to give 5 stars when things are going great. I think a company really proves itself when things go wrong.I had an issue on some service after my sale. I wrote an update Yelp review detailing what I thought was bad service. I got into it with Peter Murphy, the General Manager and we left on bad terms and I was prepared to take my service business to Audi Newport going forward.Peter ended up writing to me. He did not make excuses. He said that if he could do things over again, he would have handled things differently. I felt that him taking full accountability and offering to do whatever it took to make things right is something you dont see much anymore. Mistakes happen, people have bad days, but too often people cover up and make excuses. I really thought it showed a lot by Peter reaching out.He offered to take care of some nit picky things on my car. I told him that I am fair and it is a used car and you can not expect it to be perfect. Usually people write great reviews after they get a bunch of free stuff or services.I want people to know that I am writing this update even though I am not taking Circle Audi up on their offer to fix 3 minor things as I feel they are too nit picky on my part. Peter offered a few times to allow him to take care of it. I am writing this update simply because I feel that this story should be heard and it not rare for people to have bad experiences, but it is rare for people to try so hard to make up for it.Other businesses should learn from this. If you treat people decently, they usually are very reasonable. I just appreciate that Peter is now trying to do his best after a bad situation. Mike was able to answer all of my questions on a Q5 through email. He sent me all of the #s ahead of time so that the only decision I had to make on leasing was after the test drive. I made an appointment and he had the Q5 cleaned and ready to drive when I arrived. Went back in May and leased a Q5 2018, things are still very good, except the financing department. Richard Smith was in charged of the paperwork, including processing a refund from canceling non- used Service Contract and Prime Autocare from the 2015 Q5. You could research all you can about the whole process, but personally it comes down to who you talk to regarding your sale. I was on the market last year for an Audi as my first car (I loved the design, the drive sensation, and wanted one for the longest). Once I found the car I was interested in (Audi A3), I jumped on contacting someone from the internet sales department to provide me further information. This is where Mr. Nick Pin comes into the picture. Nick was extremely helpful during our email conversations. As I didn’t have much time to stop by a dealership just to ask questions (other locations were adamant about stopping by their dealership, not going to name them but pretty inflexible in my opinion) Nick came through with assisting me in my search. Even when making an appointment seemed difficult we worked out a date and time to preview the car and talk figures. Nick explained the whole process seamlessly and never once rushed me to purchase the car or add on unnecessary services that would make you raise an eyebrow. To me Nick was as honest as a sales person could be and I’ve had some sleazy ones at that. After sealing the deal, their financing office made the transition even better. They worked with me to provide the best incentives as a first-time car buyer. I honestly got a solid deal. As I waited throughout the whole process, I got to tour Circle Audi’s facilities and felt taken care of. Once my car was ready to go, Nick went out to give me last minute details on my new purchase. He took his time and explained how everything functioned and if I needed additional assistance to call him directly. Nick will take care of you, guaranteed. I told him it does not state must bring in for service but at time of write up, which to my understanding is the writing up of the bill of sale for the purchase.I refuse for them to mislead me and cheat me out of a promotion they sent me in order for them to gain a few bucks in sales! Buyers be aware of this and the service departments trying to cheat you. I will make sure they honor my coupons if not, then do not send me the promotions. That is falsifying and misleading with advertisement to bring in customers to gain in sales! Horrible service!

I’m stubborn and impatient and I actually feel like Danny put up with a lot of demands from me. This is the second time I leased an Audi A4 from Circle Audi. Although there are Audi dealers closer to home, nobody beats the professional, clear and straight-forward way this dealership does business. Highly recommend dealing with Rainer Stiller. Gives great advice - like why would I need a costly navigation system when the Audi Multi Media System now supports having the navigation from your phone showing on your Audi Media Screen. Explains all the set-up clearly and is there for you to answer any questions after the sale/ lease. Ill be back there in another 3 years. Highly recommend!

This review for Service Dept. Ive been to both Circle Porsche & Audi for years, but the recent visit would be my last. Long story short, dropped off my car on Wed for service, car was done on Fri afternoon. I couldnt pick it up by the time Service close (6pm), so I arranged with Service Advisor to pick up over @ Sale (close @ 8pm) as I did before. I showed up at 7:40pm, car wasnt there. Sale guys has no paperwork, nor car / key ??? So I rushed out of work, got there for no reason.I had to contact them the following day to find out what happened. They had no clue, and called me back an hour later, said car being washed, and ready to pick up. They offered to deliver my car to work. Cool, easier for me since I didnt have to drive there to pick up my car. Got my car back, noticed there were 2 big cracks about a foot long each side, running from the bottom of the windshield. I called them immediately, they didnt know anything about the cracks and said Service Manager would contact me on Monday.I went back to the car, check the dash cam footage, since the camera angle cant pick up the cracks on the windshield, I couldnt tell when it happened. But in 1 clip after the carwash, the technician noticed the cracks, they even called Lola (the Service Manager) over to inspect the cracks. So they knew about the cracks prior deliver my car but didnt say a word (???)I waited all Monday morning, no call. I called them back, explained the whole story to the Service Advisor, I admitted there was a chip on my windshield long time ago. She immediately blamed on the existing chip, and said those cracks were unavoidable / unpredictable ... Okay, whatever, it was a bummer for me then. I asked what they can do for me, they quoted me $2088 for the replacement; parts, labor (including sensors, camera recalibration...) and offer 10% off on labor. I called Fletcher Jones Audi, got a quote for $1776 ish without any discount. Apparently, not all Audi dealers have the same rate for the same job, and I really appreciate the 10% discount from Circle. LoL, too funny :)PS. Service deserves ZERO starSales is 5 stars, ask for Mike Burns, hes absolutely awesome.

I am very thorough and I wanted to get more details on the servicing that had been done at this dealership (to confirm what the Carfax showed).I had the pleasure of speaking with Amilio in the Servicing Department. After explaining what I needed, Amilio was very patient and spent about 20 minutes explaining all the details on the servicing that had been done on the car.Unfortunately, this was the only interaction I have had with this dealership. Stopped by this afternoon, walked around in plain view during the middle of the day (not busy), and was not even greeted during the 20 minutes that I wandered around the lot. This is absolutely terrible service. When going to a dealership, I expect to have someone come up to me and greet me. I would assume a salesperson would try to do their job and........SELL. Service Department treats you great! Service prices are decent and they dont push you to do any unnecessary work. Loaner vehicles are the newest model and offer shuttle service when no loaners be available. Highly recommend.
