We where looking for a more fuel efficient vehicle and came across a 2015 Nissan Altima being sold at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep and began working with Rita Olivo. From start to finish Rita made this a painless and positive car buying experience. We came out test drove it and ended up purchasing it the same day there was no pressure and even though the car didnt have a full tank of gas they mailed us a check to compensate our first fill up. Overall Auburn Dodge is a great place to do business and Rita is the person to ask for she still texts us to check in and see how we are doing keeping the relationship strong

Just an awful, awful experience! I just got a 2023 Toyota Venza 6 days ago. When I got home, I noticed all these scratches, and I asked Sasha if they could do any polishing to remove the scratches. He told me to come in on a weekend for another car wash and some polishing. Steven took my SUV back, while I waited for 1.5 hours. When I checked my SUV after, there were 7 more noticeable scratches! His employees who worked on washing and polishing my SUV made more damages to the SUV I brought from them! I told Sasha about all the new scratches I found, and he just denied it without checking for any footage or looking for any proof whatsoever. Please, please do NOT go here and spare your time, money, and life! Its NOT worth any of them!

The dealership seemed to prioritize certain clientele over others, which made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. Despite expressing genuine interest in their vehicles, I received lackluster attention and felt dismissed during my visit. Its disappointing when businesses fail to provide equal treatment to all customers, regardless of appearance.

Without exaggeration, our experience dealing with Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep was a delight. It started with an internet inquiry to find a Jeep Wrangler, we were contacted by an Auburn representative who was very polite and helpful. We were at this point dealing with three dealers who contacted us; we decided that the Auburn dealership had a possible match to what we were looking for. We drove to the dealership and arranged to meet with a gentleman named Cruz to go over inventory; (Cruz is a great guy) you should ask for him, but to be honest everyone at the dealership was great. After test driving one of the Jeeps we found the one we wanted, and the negotiations began with a price for our trade-in, which they gave a very fair trade-in value and a great price on a fully loaded Wrangler Rubicon. From the first contact through the final vehicle, delivery was an excellent experience and did not take that long time wise. We would definitely recommend Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Today is Oct 2022..had to edit this review! Yeah I bought a badass truck from this dealership last year, but just recently Had the worst experience with getting my car serviced at a dealership ever! I recently took my Dodge Challenger there to get some minor maintenance done..weather stripping,new dip stick, clips for front grill, As well as rear differential fluid, and brake fluid change out.(3WEEKS LATER) I finally get the call that my car is done, i pay 1,258$I pick it up take it home and realize that absolutely nothing was done that I can visually see... So how am I able to trust that anything else was done properly. Remember after 3 whole weeks nothing was done.... I told the service manager Ive been ubering to work every day for the last 3 weeks, he did not care what so ever, and was so inconsiderate...I will NEVER go there again!So to make up for it the service manager must have told me to go get my car detailed with my own money, bring him the receipt and hell pay me back out of his own pocket! What a clown and a joke!So this is how Dodge/Ram treats there paying customers...and mind you I just bought a 55,000$ Ram Rebel last year from them....so frustrating!Today is Nov 22nd and STILL no reply from management...

Horrible experience. I called a week in advance to make sure that they had ordered a part. I had made this appointment a month in advance, and wanted to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly as I have to drive almost 2 hours to get to the dealership.The impatient, unfriendly service man Robert on Saturdays apparently has no one to shuttle clients home. I had to call my half blind father, who lives over two hours away and drives a broken down little beater to come and get me. On a rainy day for my almost blind dad to have to come get me, it was basically an emergency, I even called to see if AAA could give me a ride home. 💔So disappointed in this dealership as we had scheduled for a month in advance and I even called the week before to remind them about the part. This should not have happened. at the very least when I got there at 10 in the morning, the service coordinator, Robert could’ve told me that the part had not arrived but rather I waited until 2 o’clock in the afternoon when my appointment was at 10 AM. I called at 11 I called at 12 and then had to start harassing them at 1 o’clock only to find out that the part wasn’t even in the shop. Absolutely terrible service on Robert’s behalf.

Brought my 2016 Jeep renegade in for a recall of the exhaust system. Charles Bruce the Service Advisor was great! Very helpful and made sure I received my car back before the end of the day. Great customer service and bought my Jeep there back in 2016. Will be back again for service. Thanks again

S coming to a stop. The carfax I read said that new brakes had just been put on,so my thought was maybe they just needed to be broken in. I purchased the car and after two weeks realized that the sound was not going away. They give you a 30 day warranty and so I called them and scheduled an appointment. I drove up 45 mins for the service manager Robert to tell me a couple hours later he has no idea what the problem is, he checked the brakes and said it could be something deeper than the brakes.He suggested we take it to a Nissan dealership then report back. We scheduled an appointment with the dealership. They did pay for diagnostics(which I am thankful for). Brandon the sales manager claims that multiple people inspected the car prior to my purchase. How in the world did multiple people inspect the car and never hear the grinding is beyond me. The Nissan dealership tells us that there is nothing wrong with the brakes they just used aftermarket parts and that created the grinding noise on the front, and squeaking in the back. They also found that the left rear shock was leaking oil. I understand the breaks and told Brandon the sales manager this, but the leak needed to be fixed. Brandon stated this could have happened between Saturday when it was inspected by their service team and today Wednesday.He said they will not fix it because his team didnt find it during the inspection. He did offer me to drive it back out 45 mins so they could take another look at it.It looks like his team didnt find a lot seeing that they didnt notice the grinding noise or squeaking when they sold the car. I had Nissan do a deep dive and see if there were other issues. Yes there was. Lesson learned just because they are a dealership doesnt mean they have ethical people working there. Probably would have been better buying from a mom and pop dealer or certified from a real dealership.

Anthony Stevens in service took really good care of us. He took the time to understand all of the needs that we had, and made sure that everything got taken care of. The team at this dealership(Auburn Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge)did all they could to make sure all that could be run through my warranty, was. Thank you all, my car is running great!
