Atul was simply outstanding. We were first time home buyers with a lot of novice questions. In order to make a competent offer, we wanted to close soon. While other banks balked, Atul got it done. Not only did he get it done, he got the paperwork done in less than half the time between the offer and the closing date, which was already aggressive.He is very quick to respond and will take the time to explain in detail. You will leave wiser after having talked to him.Atul also spearheaded conversations between the escrow officer and my real estate agent and made sure everyone was on point in closing the loan.Id highly recommend Atul and look forward to using his services when were in the market next.

I was referred to Atul by an out of state mortgage broker. They did not know Atul, but said he had a very good reputation. I soon discovered that was very true. Upon contacting Atul, he was easy to talk with and was personal and professional. He was upfront about the process and worked quickly to get my refinance approved and he did it at the best rate I could find.He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. This was my fourth refi and the best one by far because of Atuls personal service.I would highly recommend Atul to anyone who is refinancing or buying a home.

Atul has been an excellent loan consultant, extremely professional and very good friend.I have done two loan refinances with him within a year and he gave me the best rate with close to none loan closing cost. Both the loans got refinanced easily without any hassle and on time.The best part I like about Atul is his timely and proactive follow-ups, so that there are no last minute surprises. I worked with Atul to refinance my mortgage. I am very happy with his level of professionalism, care, and clarity. From the start, Atul was very clear about the refinance rates and closing costs. He was able to enumerate in an excel sheet every aspect of the closing cost. By the time, I decided that we would want to lock the rate, he got us a better rate and some discounts on the closing costs. Of all the mortgage brokers, I have worked with, there is one thing that stands Atul apart from everyone else. He is really on top of things, extremely responsive, and quick. It took us not more than 2 weeks from the initiation of the application to escrow. At each step, Atul described the steps, explained what documentation will be needed etc. I referred Atul to my neighbor who was also looking to refinance. He came back and was quite blown away at the fast response and turn-around time for his application as well. Had a very good experience with my refinance. Atul was quick in finding best rate, he even went further ahead and negotiated a small credit from lender. Atul is very honest, responsive and most important easily accessible when needed. My refinance sailed through smooth without any drama or unexpected surprises involved. As an investor, there are not many choices out there when it comes to re-fi your mortgage. But now I know where to go for my other properties.
