Price was very fair, Cody was knowledgeable and prop, the crew was on time they sealed off everywhere with plastic sheets, they did an EXCELLENT JOB and cleaned up great after they were finished. Ive recommended Atticare to my neighbors.

The whole process was very easy, from the initial call to the work being done. The cost was good and it was all done in a day. I would suggest waiting on doing it though until after having your roof redone as they got all the debris and dust that came down into my attic from that process.

Miguel & Codys team placed new insulation at my place. They were so excellent: on time, though pouring rain. Professionally covered my floors with plastic, the team wore full head to feet covers, face masks and finished the job earlier than expected. The difference of having insulation was immediately better throughtout. Yes I recommend Atticare!

I have never posted on service before but felt compelled in this one…The sales rep was very nice and thorough, detailed handout. The crew was clean in setting up and removing debris BUT the lack of attention to details fell VERY FLAT.should be 2.5 stars.BUYER beware, I paid them before they were completed as I had to get back to work - from what I saw and the time cleaning the attic I trusted everything would be done as agreed. I usually would not have done that - so that was bad on my part. Don’t pay until the work meets your satisfaction. They left a LARGE opening under my house so after the attic was clean and sanitized and reinsulated I had approximately 8-9 more rats after they were done - leaving new urine and rat feces. Their on site manager said my bushes were covering the vents that’s how they missed (I guess the customer is always right doesn’t work for this man) I said it wasn’t true as I noticed it afterwards. Plus when they were under the house cleaning up they could have easily noticed the grate was missing. They also didn’t secure all the vents under the house so I asked them to come back which they eventually did leaving me to take more time off work - they weren’t very accommodating to my inconvenience for their lack of follow through. In addition, somework was sloppy, they used foam to fill holes but left it to ooze out looking very ugly - I explained for the money paid everything should look cleaner in appearance.I was hoping I could include photos to back up my claims. FYI their on site manager flatly told me they did not replace the one base door and I assured him they did - it turns out he was wrong.Good luck and I hope your house looks good and is secured from rodents gaining access to your home.

Sean, the sales rep, was able to come out quickly and provide a quote. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to offer a discount if I was able to install before the end of the month/quarter (less than a week away). I was happy to. The team that conducted the attic insulation install was nice and professional. They did a good job and finished quickly. Very happy with the quality/pricing/professionalism of everyone involved. I would do business with them again.

Purchased a large desert ranch house that had not had the attic redone in at least 50 years and had blown insulation and critter mess. The smell was creeping into every room of our house.They were very quick to respond had an estimate next day and they started the work in less than a weeks time.Workers were polite and very CLEAN!Took truck loads of yuck out of the attic honestly it was shocking. Disinfected and sealed efficiently laid new insulation and no more stink!Would definitely recommend!

Samm and his guys from Atticare did an amazing job considering the state of our attic and the heat outside. They did a clean-out and sanitization, re-insulation and attic fan installation all in one long day. They also added a last minute service of crawl space clean out. They sealed up any holes and we are enjoying a cooler and more efficient home. The mess was removed from within the homes attic and there was zero debris left behind as they made a plastic cocoon to keep dust and debris down. The team worked so hard and are very professional all under extreme heat and the conditions of a tight attic space. We are so happy we did this work and Atticare came through for us. Not satisfied with their services. Rodent proofing is a joke. No full SATISFACTION guarantee here & they wont honor their protecting home from rodent damage We would recommend you hire a company that is honorable. Now we have to pay for a fumigation which is very costly. The picture shows where the rodent(s) entered our home.

We had AttiCare LA install new air ducts in our house and things went fine up to the completion of the project. Our problems started after their employee fell and his knee punched a 2 foot sized hole in our ceiling, 07/16/2018 (Sunday). Now, I understand that accidents happen and I wasnt all that upset at the worker, because I understand that accidents do happen. However, we were informed by their worker on the day of the accident, that a company contractor would contact me to schedule repairing the hole in the ceiling by the end of the day. They advised that hole would be repaired within 2 to 3 days.No one called me by the end of the day, and I called the company the next morning and spoke to Eduardo. He advised that a company contractor or handy man would call by the end of the day. However, I didnt receive a call again at the end of the day and I called Eduardo again. He said that someone would call the next morning, and once again, the next morning, no one called.I then filed a complaint on the company website and received a call from Chris. She advised that a contractor would call me by the end of the next day to schedule coming out to fix the damage they caused on my house. Their rep, Jordan, called the next day (Wednesday) to discuss repairing my house. He advised the earliest he can come to even look at my house was Friday, early in the afternoon. I told him that was unacceptable as that was a work day and I was told he could come out within a day or two. He said, he cant do that, and I would have to call the company since he wont come out before at least 10 days later. He said they company would back by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day as no one answered, and spoke to Chris again. She advised that another contractor would call asap by the next day. Guess what happened!!! No one called, and since I was busy, I didnt have a chance to call AttiCare til Friday. I spoke to Chris again, she said that someone would call by the end of the day. Now here we are, the next day (Saturday), and I have no call. I called in to the office and spoke to a Bianca, and she advised that no one would be available to speak to me about the damage that AttiCare caused to my house. I told her, that I need to speak to someone now since we are in Day 7 with no one fixing my house. She said shell inform the manager and hell call me when hes available.So as of right now, i have a gaping hole in my ceiling and the only repair I have is some peeling painters table and a black plastic trash bag. And I will point out, that all the calls and repair time expectations were created by the company. Every day, they advised someone would call to come fix my house. Every time, they fell through.As a heads up and a public service, they are only helpful up to the point of when they are paid. Once they are paid, kiss any notion of customer service and professionalism goodbye. The most youll get is a half-hearted, Maybe I can be out there in 10 days to check it out.

As I was preparing for the summer, I found out that I have quite a few rodents and other unexpected guests around my house.So it was Monday morning and I called for help, all the companies around town were not only busy but also too busy to speak on the phone. Come on, were in Los Angeles, you would think there are a million companies that would be available to help out.I spoke to my handyman and he recommended to call Atticare.I looked them up on Google and I found many positive reviews, I called and someone immediately answered the phone and politely scheduled an appointment for me. When the technician showed up. He explained to me what is going on in educated me on the situation.Fast forward a few weeks and I am already past the issue. Not only that, but the resolution included a significant saving on my electric and gas bill.I highly recommend to use this company.By far the best option for insulation and energy efficiency consultations in Los Angeles.Five stars for the customer serviceFive stars for the proficiency.

This experience with Atticare was great. It first started off when Tom came out and we discussed what needed to be done in my crawl space. He went underneath the house and took pictures and showed us the results. He also informed us of a leak we didnt know we had. After getting the leak fixed we contacted them to set up the installation of insulation. They were quick to respond and the installation was completed within 3 days. Edgardo and his crew arrived in the early afternoon. Very professional, attentive and good customer service. They also clean up the minor junk we had in the crawl space as well. They completed the job took pictures to show us the work that was completed. When they came in for our final discussion inside our house, they removed their shoes and made sure no mess was left behind. I forgot to mention they were the only company to go underneath the house originally to review the job instead of just measuring the square footage. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I search the web looking for a quote on my attic insulation. My house was built in the 70s and by looking at the actual area you could tell that it was probably the original insulation in place.The field technician, Tom arrived at the agreed time. After around 20 minutes he was down with pictures (obvious I had been up there, so I was not expecting surprises) and presented me several options to evaluate. To make the story shorter I accepted the quote few days later and made an appointment.On the scheduled date, a crew of 4 arrived very early in the morning. Dis a great setup making sure all was covered.Few hours passed and all was clean, so they showed me pictures of the progress prior to installation.After lunch, the team started the installation of the insulation and by the end of the days the results were amazing. After evaluating the area with the crew lead, Roberto, he gave me additional information on rebates that I could request from the gas company because of the insulation I selected.Want to finish saying thank you to the team that worked at my house, they deserve it: Roberto, Diego, Juan and Enrique thumbs up!If you want to work with your attic, walls or roof look no more, Atticare is your best choice.

Excellent experience. Good value for the cost!Initially Johnathon came out and did a thorough investigation, listened very well regarding what I wanted and came back with solutions and a reasonable quote. Also, I was fortunate enough to get a job date on exactly the date I wanted, this company is busy and providence allowed the job date to be only a few days after the inspection. He explained all that would be done and we set the date.Eduardo and his crew showed up right on time, cordoned off the area within the house with plastic sheeting and set up their (very loud) removal vacuum.The 3 of them proceeded to remove the old, dirty blown in insulation, sanitize the attic, and plug up any access points where rodents may get in and not just the attic, they went along the crawl space as well and plugged up any access points.All in all, it took about 6 hours, they kept everything clean and cleaned up after themselves. At this time, I only had the removal done since Ill be working in the attic but, when that work is done, I will definitely be in touch with them for insulation installation.Excellent service. Timely and exactly what I paid for.If you need your attic cleaned, call Atticare.Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Atticare highly enough! From the first inspection through the job completion, the Atticare staff was professional and responsive. Throughout the work day, Edgar explained each step that would be done, showed me pictures of what was completed, and what would be done next. At the end of the day, Edgar reviewed all that was done, including showing me pictures of each completed step, while the crew cleaned up everything spotlessly. This was the third place we tried for insulation in our attic at our home. The other two companies only spent about 5 minutes with us at the time of estimate. Tom at Atticare was very thorough and professional. He spent a good chunk of time with us explaining everything and making sure there would be no surprises with cost or work. Everything is documented and in writing. The communication in between was prompt. The crew were equally thorough. They did an amazing job cleaning the attic without affecting any other parts of the house. They took and showed pictures before, during, and after. My experience with Atticare was wonderful from the beginning. Dan was very professional and did a thorough inspection of my attic. Once we decided to go with their service, they quickly scheduled an appointment the following week. Jose and his crew came and finished the whole job in one day. They were very meticulous with their work and made sure all holes patched up (rodent proofing). They also covered and taped up the hallway they were going through to prevent any dust and debris from flowing into the other areas of the house. I hired Atticare to remove our old insulation and rodent proof our attic. I was very pleased with the whole operation. Dave came and gave a thorough inspection and his price was fair (I had gotten several estimates and quotes ), and they were available to complete the work within days of hiring them. While they were working in our attic, some of our recessed lighting LEDs were unintentionally affected, but they took responsibility for what happened and are sending someone to fix the lights/paint that were pushed out/affected.They are great team and Id highly recommend them if youre looking to clean your attic and replace the insulation.

I needed some work done to my attic last min and they were able to accommodate to my request.I randomly found out I had some entry points in my attic for small animals to nest and live (super gross). They came out removed the nest, old insulation, sprayed repellent and installed new insulation all in one day. Everyone was very helpful and they explained the entire process to us step by step. After installing a new central A/C unit, it was time for insulation in the attic! I first messaged Atticare through Yelp and received a quick response! Dave came to give an estimate and he was completely honest with me throughout the process. The sales team was very professional and not overly pushy which was nice. When they gave me the final price, they did not pull the normal hurry and put a deposit or you lose the price which was a relief. I needed time to work out the finances and I felt like the company allowed that to happen without harassment. That speaks volumes.Once work started, the guys showed up at the set time and got it done. I didnt interrupt much but went up to see what the new attic looks like before they installed the new insulation. It was VERY clean which was a relief knowing how much rat poop we had for YEARS. It has been a few weeks and we have not heard a single noise from the attic so we are truly rodent free. I feel a lot better knowing we are pumping clean air into the home since we are preparing for a baby. This was very important for us. I am an HVAC automation engineer so I speak from industry experience that the duct work installed is good quality and installed properly. My house cools faster and the AC unit runs for shorter periods of time. This has resulted in a great purchase for us. Both my husband and I work in construction so we analyzed the process and products to the finest details and feel we got what we paid for. Dave and Atticare saved us!! We had our entire attic replaced with new insulation and air ducts, which are now hung from the rafters granting easier access to all attic areas. My previous situation included blown in insulation on top of rolled insulation and it was a mess. Atticare took care of the entire situation in 1 day including disposing of old asbestos air ducts and insulating some areas that previously did not have insulation. Their prices are so reasonable this is a company that actually cares. Dave made sure we understood what needed to be done by walking us through all the pictures and really taking the time to walk us through everything! We have a hundred-plus year old home with a huge attic. After several past efforts, we had finally forced our resident bats out, not to return. However, they had left us with a terrible attic mess, mixed with old insulation. Some of the guano had piled over original, live, knob and tube wiring. In brief, a challenging clean-up. But with a very professional can-do attitude, Atticare provided a thorough estimate and was able to schedule us quickly. The equipment used was sophisticated; the haz-mat team, installers, project manager were all respectful of our home and completed their amazing clean-up and new insulation work in one day. Possible re-entry points for rodents were carefully sealed off. The two issues we had with disturbed wiring were quickly repaired by a highly qualified electrician. Our project manage, Taylor, was especially helpful and responsive. It is our pleasure to highly recommend this company.

Kobi from Atticare came out and gave me a very fair estimate. I booked on the spot. They crew came out the day scheduled on time, (early,in fact) set up and went to work. My attic is very challenging given the height is maybe 18 inches in total. The crew never complained...its was almost a 6 hours process to remove the old insulation. Austin then when to work patching some possible rodent holes and covering some vents that had missing screens. Then the new insulation went in to finish the job. During his onsite evaluation he was courteous, well spoken, informative and very transparent about costs. I was slightly concerned that though the vast majority of Atticare reviews were positive, I did read one very negative review. However my experience was totally different. Edgardo and his assistants were extremely thorough in making sure that the room leading to the attic was sealed off and then that the old insulation was disposed of properly, that the attic was cleaned and decontaminated, that any entrance holes for rats were covered and that the new insulation and later attic fan were installed correctly. Highly recommend Atticare USA - Burbank, CA:Atticare removed and reinstalled my attic insulation. Their service was exceptional from beginning to end. Joey Gill walked me through available financing options and provided an extremely fair price that couldnt be beat. After inspection and estimate from Dave, who was on time clean, polite and genuinely concerned about the living situation. All previous quotes I received were over the phone and included conversations about things they did NOT do. Kobie came out, did his thing and gave me his analysis. From being up in the attic a short time before, I kind of had an idea of what I had to deal with. Kobie was honest about the work that had to be done, which is key for any sort of transaction. Arrived on time and finished as predicted.One thing that was different than expected was the sanitization of my garage was not a real sanitization, it was bleach squirted onto the corners and walls of garage. I expected surfaces to be thoroughly sanitized. I would like to comment on the excellent service I received from Jonathan when he came out to inspect my attic and give me an estimate to remove and replace insulation. When Jonathan arrived, he greeted me very pleasantly and made me feel very comfortable. Jonathan was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns regarding my attic and answered every question. Jonathan’s inspection and assessment was informative and honest. Jonathan did not try to sell me services that I did not need nor did he attempt to convey I had problems that I really did not have. I had concerns about the sanitizer that would be sprayed in the attic and Jonathan pulled up the type of sanitizer the company uses on his cell phone so that I would feel comfortable that no toxins would be used. Jonathan said that he did not see any evidence of rodents but let me know that upon removing the old insulation and cleaning the attic, if there were any holes, repairs would be made to ensure a protected attic. At the end of the inspection, Jonathan gave me his business card which included his cell phone number; Jonathan told me to call him any time in the event that I had any questions. I called Jonathan several times with questions and he always availed himself to any and every question I had. I am very satisfied and confident in the superior representation that I received from Jonathan.

Before you decide read this. I hired AttiCare to replace the insulation in my attic and ductwork under my house. I compared other highly rated contractors and ultimately decided to use AttiCare after they lowered their bid when presented with lower quotes from competitors. Gus, the rep who performed my inspection seemed to be very eager to earn my business, which I appreciated. To my surprise, they preformed the service rather quickly with a crew of 4. First sign of trouble: Part of the job included sealing the attic floor. When the crew foreman was wrapping up, I asked him about the sealing. He acted like this was not even a term he was familiar with. I showed him the text chain with Gus he said he would figure it out. After calling Gus he said he’d take care of it, although my confidence was shaken at that point.Fast forward a few months when I was expecting to notice some improvement in my energy usage that did not materialize. No suspecting any particular failures with AttiCare’s work, I felt like I needed to take my energy efficiency effort to the next level so I hired a company (found on Yelp) to do full home energy audit. What they found both shocked and angered me. I have had bad experiences with companies before, but nothing that jeopardized the health and safety of my family. Here are the details:In very detailed report, the auditor noted several large areas of missing insulation and area openings that were not sealed. The infrared pictures were dramatic. Good portions of my attic appeared to have no insulation coverage at all. Unfortunately that was not even close to the worst part. After inspecting the ductwork he noted that the vent boots were covered with remnants of ASBESTOS tape. He was shocked that AttiCare went ahead with the replacement of the ductwork without mentioning it to me or having it abated. (this was a safety issue for the installer as well) In the auditor’s opinion, it was a clear and present environmental hazard that any licensed contractor should have easily identified prior to beginning work. By replacing, the ductwork they disturbed the asbestos and sent it into my home exposing my family that includes 3 young children.Due to character limits I will spare you the gory details of what happened next. The end result was they did nothing to fix the issue they created.

We have had a terrible dust problem in our house. We took a shot at calling Atticare to suck out our old fiber insulation. They were very easy to deal with from the estimate, working in our home, and they make paying easy by being online and with credit cards.
