Price was very fair, Cody was knowledgeable and prop, the crew was on time they sealed off everywhere with plastic sheets, they did an EXCELLENT JOB and cleaned up great after they were finished. Ive recommended Atticare to my neighbors.

The whole process was very easy, from the initial call to the work being done. The cost was good and it was all done in a day. I would suggest waiting on doing it though until after having your roof redone as they got all the debris and dust that came down into my attic from that process.

Miguel & Codys team placed new insulation at my place. They were so excellent: on time, though pouring rain. Professionally covered my floors with plastic, the team wore full head to feet covers, face masks and finished the job earlier than expected. The difference of having insulation was immediately better throughtout. Yes I recommend Atticare!

I have never posted on service before but felt compelled in this one…The sales rep was very nice and thorough, detailed handout. The crew was clean in setting up and removing debris BUT the lack of attention to details fell VERY FLAT.should be 2.5 stars.BUYER beware, I paid them before they were completed as I had to get back to work - from what I saw and the time cleaning the attic I trusted everything would be done as agreed. I usually would not have done that - so that was bad on my part. Don’t pay until the work meets your satisfaction. They left a LARGE opening under my house so after the attic was clean and sanitized and reinsulated I had approximately 8-9 more rats after they were done - leaving new urine and rat feces. Their on site manager said my bushes were covering the vents that’s how they missed (I guess the customer is always right doesn’t work for this man) I said it wasn’t true as I noticed it afterwards. Plus when they were under the house cleaning up they could have easily noticed the grate was missing. They also didn’t secure all the vents under the house so I asked them to come back which they eventually did leaving me to take more time off work - they weren’t very accommodating to my inconvenience for their lack of follow through. In addition, somework was sloppy, they used foam to fill holes but left it to ooze out looking very ugly - I explained for the money paid everything should look cleaner in appearance.I was hoping I could include photos to back up my claims. FYI their on site manager flatly told me they did not replace the one base door and I assured him they did - it turns out he was wrong.Good luck and I hope your house looks good and is secured from rodents gaining access to your home.

Sean, the sales rep, was able to come out quickly and provide a quote. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to offer a discount if I was able to install before the end of the month/quarter (less than a week away). I was happy to. The team that conducted the attic insulation install was nice and professional. They did a good job and finished quickly. Very happy with the quality/pricing/professionalism of everyone involved. I would do business with them again.

From the moment Dave came to do the inspection to the crew coming to clean and install new insulation, I could not have asked for an easier and more delightful installation. Purchased a large desert ranch house that had not had the attic redone in at least 50 years and had blown insulation and critter mess. The smell was creeping into every room of our house.They were very quick to respond had an estimate next day and they started the work in less than a weeks time.Workers were polite and very CLEAN!Took truck loads of yuck out of the attic honestly it was shocking. Disinfected and sealed efficiently laid new insulation and no more stink!Would definitely recommend!

Samm and his guys from Atticare did an amazing job considering the state of our attic and the heat outside. They did a clean-out and sanitization, re-insulation and attic fan installation all in one long day. They also added a last minute service of crawl space clean out. They sealed up any holes and we are enjoying a cooler and more efficient home. The mess was removed from within the homes attic and there was zero debris left behind as they made a plastic cocoon to keep dust and debris down. The team worked so hard and are very professional all under extreme heat and the conditions of a tight attic space. We are so happy we did this work and Atticare came through for us. Thank you Samm, and please thank Eduardo and his team!

Not satisfied with their services. Rodent proofing is a joke. No full SATISFACTION guarantee here & they wont honor their protecting home from rodent damage We would recommend you hire a company that is honorable. Now we have to pay for a fumigation which is very costly. The picture shows where the rodent(s) entered our home.

We had AttiCare LA install new air ducts in our house and things went fine up to the completion of the project. Our problems started after their employee fell and his knee punched a 2 foot sized hole in our ceiling, 07/16/2018 (Sunday). Now, I understand that accidents happen and I wasnt all that upset at the worker, because I understand that accidents do happen. However, we were informed by their worker on the day of the accident, that a company contractor would contact me to schedule repairing the hole in the ceiling by the end of the day. They advised that hole would be repaired within 2 to 3 days.No one called me by the end of the day, and I called the company the next morning and spoke to Eduardo. He advised that a company contractor or handy man would call by the end of the day. However, I didnt receive a call again at the end of the day and I called Eduardo again. He said that someone would call the next morning, and once again, the next morning, no one called.I then filed a complaint on the company website and received a call from Chris. She advised that a contractor would call me by the end of the next day to schedule coming out to fix the damage they caused on my house. Their rep, Jordan, called the next day (Wednesday) to discuss repairing my house. He advised the earliest he can come to even look at my house was Friday, early in the afternoon. I told him that was unacceptable as that was a work day and I was told he could come out within a day or two. He said, he cant do that, and I would have to call the company since he wont come out before at least 10 days later. He said they company would back by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day as no one answered, and spoke to Chris again. She advised that another contractor would call asap by the next day. Guess what happened!!! No one called, and since I was busy, I didnt have a chance to call AttiCare til Friday. I spoke to Chris again, she said that someone would call by the end of the day. Now here we are, the next day (Saturday), and I have no call. I called in to the office and spoke to a Bianca, and she advised that no one would be available to speak to me about the damage that AttiCare caused to my house. I told her, that I need to speak to someone now since we are in Day 7 with no one fixing my house. She said shell inform the manager and hell call me when hes available.So as of right now, i have a gaping hole in my ceiling and the only repair I have is some peeling painters table and a black plastic trash bag. And I will point out, that all the calls and repair time expectations were created by the company. Every day, they advised someone would call to come fix my house. Every time, they fell through.As a heads up and a public service, they are only helpful up to the point of when they are paid. Once they are paid, kiss any notion of customer service and professionalism goodbye. The most youll get is a half-hearted, Maybe I can be out there in 10 days to check it out.
