I didnt want to go to a store because customer service nowadays is horrendous. Royce at the South Pasadena store was exceptionally patient, nice, and helpful. He would let me know what he was doing in trying to resolve the issue. Its very hard to find good customer service where the person is not talking down to you and rushing to finish with you. Royce made the whole experience pain-free. Keep hiring people like him.

If you need help or if you have any question with your phone, we highly recommend you to come to AT&T South Pasadena and look for Royce. He is nice and very helpful. He knows what hes doing. Hope AT&T should hire more people like. Cool dude.

Terrible customer service from the 1 rep here today. Walked in to him opening the door 15 minutes late. No uniform. No name tag. Did not greet me. Literally just said what do you want when i walked in. If you call that a greeting. I dont know that guys name but good lord get trained in customer service or find something else to do. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Never going back here. This is an authorized dealer not a corporate AT&T store. When they couldn’t figure out how to refund me, they told me to drive to a corporate store. The incredibly kind and competent employee who helped me at the corporate store in Alhambra told me this was not the first time that this specific authorized dealer had told people to go there to fix their mistakes.

I came into the store looking to upgrade my iPhone and was greeted by a representative named Damian. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen! He was super thorough and explained what my current plan offered. I ended up upgrading my plan and using my current phone as a trade in. Working with Damian made the process super easy and quick! I’ve had my share of interactions with reps but this guy definitely set the bar! Super professional, easy going and knowledgeable! I hope to continue working with him. A+ Service!!

I agree with the previous review. If it is possible, I would put zero. The staff is completely incompetent. It is already second time when they say one thing and the opposite happens. You cannot rely on the word. When you ask to explain, they tell me to call customer service. The only one thing they are doing extremely well it is taking credit or debit card. They also refused to give me their names. I wonder whether it is the companys policy, or their manager Angie needs to look into their training. Have to switch the provider.

Today on a Friday however, i arrived at 9.15 and the store was still closed . I waited for 30 min and the at 9.45, the guy came . The customer service was not... really that great. I would give them a 0 star if I could. I never leave review even if I’m not happy with the service but this place is a disaster.I waited for over an hour and a half.The reps (a white male and black female) didn’t care about the line. There was no sort of follow ups with people in the line to ask what they need.They just make you wait for no reason.The female rep left for an hour for lunch given the number of people in line clearly says about her work ethics.When she came back she immediately tried to help other customers that she mishandled before she left for lunch. Without even recognizing that there was a huge line at the storeStay away from this location.They don’t care about customers and their At &T services knowledge is literally not up to date (Noticed it as they dealt with other customers for 2 hours)

ATT deserves zero stars for their horrible customer service and terrible cell service around the Pasadena area!!!!! After 15 plus years with this company and porting my account over to Verizon only a few days into the billing cycle they decided to bill me 212.00 anyway and not refund any portion of unused services. Horrible company that deserves no stars at all and they wonder why people leave this company for other cell service with a more reputable company like Verizon.

Carol, I believe thats her name, was great! She helped me with everything I needed and made everything run smoothly. She helped my buy my new iPhone13 plus, switch the service, and get a case and screen protector. She gave me all the knowledge I needed to make sure I know why the first bill might be higher due to time and the services that I chose and how my bills should look. I switched from T-Mobile because they couldnt give me straight information and kept changing it but she made everything easier.

Worst experience ever! Never again will I come back to this location. I was trying to activate service on my new phones and the rep that was helping me continued to say they needed manager authorization to complete the activation. They also told me that there was no manager working and they were on vacation, how are you not going to have a manager working to support the consultants. Very bad business practices in my opinion. I ended up getting sent to the Alhambra location where the representative Jared and manager Kris were very helpful. It will definitely be worth the extra 10 minute drive next time to avoid this location all together. Please be wary AT&T customers.

The worst AT&T Ive been. Went in to have my phone upgrade and there is no greeting whatsoever. one staff was attending the other customer and the other one were on his selfphone. So I waited for someone to help.i waited nearly 20mins and still no one come to asking me anything. That gentleman still on his phone and kept talking like he didnt see me at all. Very bad customer service. Would not recommended. End up going to the one in Alhambra. Its worth the 15 mins drive.

While Angie got me sorted in the end it was a frustratingly long experience. Pretty much 2 hours just to get a prepaid sim ready, most of which was me sitting there waiting while apathetic staff said they dont even know if itll be fixed that day. If youre a tourist looking for prepay I would say dont go for AT&T at all unless youre willing to waste plenty of timeEdit: dropping this to 1 star because Ive just been told my device wont work for calls on the AT&T network - something that was never confirmed to me when I paid for this package. I think Angie has been incredibly deceptive and its dodgy business practice to sell someone something they actually cant use - back home wed call that fraud

I don’t get very many excellent customer experiences these days and in fact I hardly get good ones so when it comes my way it I always want to applaud it. Rene who I met with me my first time and Monica when I returned the next were exceptional. My situation was confusing after moving from one coast to the other and having multiple carriers with multiple lines. They both helped me sort it out and clearly understand my options. Rene was even willing to stay after closing hours to help me as I waited on hold for a family member to retrieve a PIN number from a former phone carrier. Monica helped with with complete focus and still kept an eye on customers entering the store by greeting them and telling them she would be right with them after helping me all the while never losing her focus on me. That’s a fine art! Great job guys!

Danny and Mauricio were fantastic. They handled the obstacles of COVID-19 protocol with grace. Despite having a busy shop, they greeted everyone warmly, and with great teamwork they managed to take care of every customer in a timely manner. I particularly appreciated their patience with me, as I got a new phone and had a lot of questions which they throughly answered. Also they were great at selling me things I actually needed and also helped me save money. Thank you again!

I have called this store for more than a week hoping to get Samsung A71. I left a message with Rene a week ago, he assured he would call me back last Saturday when they get their next shipment in. No call back. I called again and left a message for Rene. Still no call back. I called today and spoke to another gentleman asking for Rene and he was on lunch, asked him if that Samsung A71 was in stock yet. Took my number, said hed check a d call back....2 hrs...no call back. Called back and left a disappointed vm mssg saying, still no call back . Still no call back. Called back 20 minutes later, got a young lady, i explained what did not happen for me in about a paragraph. She did not acknowledge my problem and request, respond or say anything. I waiting for a response about 20 seconds. No response. I said hello, are you still there? She said, what did you say? I told her again, didnt respond for 15 seconds and said which phone? I told her again, Samsung A71 again. 15 more seconds, she said what phone was that again...no express of regret, said one more time said, what was the phone. I told her i used to train reps for PacBell/ATT, she said ok hold on. I had to tell her for the 4th time that i wanted to check if that phone was in stock...she said hold on again. Without any regret expressed...no we dont sir? Wow! Well. I had to give 1 Star to leave this review. They didnt even deserve that. I made Presidents Club twice. The new generation of reps make AT&T look absolutely terrible. ATT advertises phones, and they arent evenin stock or available. The chat people cant explain/make comparisons of the price differences to change callplans and monthly billing differences to what is currently being paid. Going online i cant upgrade without getting unlimited because it takes 45 minutes to get answers to questions. My God! How sad has ATT gotten? Boyoboyoboy!

In addition to being unable to get us a working phone plan, the employee was condescending without even having the knowledge to justify it. He showed us information in the computer that was 3 years out of date and was rude when we pointed out it was old. He told us incorrect information. He could not find order information in the system from a week or two prior. He didnt really understand the computer system, saying some numbers that were on his screen shouldnt be there (employees at other locations verified it should). Finally, despite being unable to get SIM cards for our phones, he tried to push a larger data plan on us anyway.

This service is the absolute worst service I have ever had. I tried to change my auto pay plan to a cheaper one and when I did, they charged me the original higher price plan that I was on, but gave me the cheaper phone service which is terrible service. When I called to explain they wouldn’t refund the difference and wouldn’t give me the service I was charged. And on top of that they were extremely rude about it. I am switching my phone service ASAP

Great customer service!I called the store before arriving to verify if my order was ready, the gentleman that answered, Royce, he was very kind and funny. He told me he would get the order ready!
