Gil was a great service personnel. He was kind, calm, and personable. We talked about a bunch of things while waiting for the phone process. He made great suggestions and helpful awarenesses. The staff kept calm and grounded while customers expressed their issue. Will def return to this location when needed.

First impression was of a clean store with a warm greeting from Gil, I needed a couple things done & I had gone to another AT&T and didn’t feel welcomed. Gil approached me with a very positive attitude & as I explained my concerns he helped me out with all of them 1 by 1 . If you’re looking for efficiency & patience, I would definitely recommend you to do business here.

Employee Gil was no help. He made me an account for first net but gave me no further details or paperwork with my information in accessing that account. I initially went in for a trade in/upgrade and I didn’t receive a receipt for that either on how much credit the trade in will go towards. Now that I call them, they don’t answer… will be going in person after work and going to a different store so they can better explain

I went two days ago to get two phones for my daughters for New Year’s. Nicole and Josh were able to upgrade my plan and help me save $50 a month. However, there were some glitches with the phone upgrades. Nicole and Josh spent over two hours trying to fix the problem but they were not able to. Nicole promised that she would work on it the next day and she was able to fix it the next day. She called me to inform me that everything is fixed and the phones are ready.I gave the phones to my daughters yesterday, and they were very happy. I feel that Nicole and Josh went beyond the call of duty to help me out and make it a happy new year for my daughters. I’m very grateful to both of them :-)

First time customer. I signed up with First Net. Came in to trade in my phone and start service. Jaelen offered me a free Apple Watch if I added on a wearable. I took advantage of the promotion since my daughter lost her watch last year. Or at least I tried. Long story short, I spent DAYS, 4 plus hours each time, coming back to this store trying to get that watch set up. Nobody, not Jaelen or anyone else, could figure out why the cellular service was not working on it. They even had their regional manager, Ballah, try and he ended up screwing up my phone service temporarily by messing with my eSIM thinking it would fix the watch issue. He said he would just give me the watch for free, even without service since they couldn’t get the cellular to work on it. Did I get it? No. 2 weeks later they refunded me the taxes I paid for it and took back the watch, so I went through all that hell for absolutely nothing. And to top it off, they didn’t even cancel the watch “service” I was paying for the entire time. I had to call AT&T when I saw that I was getting billed for a wearable I never used.The worst experience as a new customer I’ve ever had.

I was in need of an upgrade after my phone’s screen started giving me issues. Ilyas assessed everything and was able to determine that I was still eligible for a full trade-in credit for my old phone towards a brand new iPhone 14. I was in and out of the store in no time, and all my iCloud info was transferred with no hick-ups! I highly recommend this store, staff is super friendly, professional and super helpful.

I came in to replace a broken phone and was very pleasantly surprised with the help I received. I worked directly with Nicole who was helpful, kind, quick, everything you want in a rep. Not only Nicole, but the entire staff I interacted with at this store was exceptional. I’ve been to many ATT stores throughout my time with the service and this by far was my best experience. I’m very grateful to everyone for their help and I will be going there for all my ATT service needs despite not living in the area. They do their company a service and I would recommend going to this store. Ask for Nicole when you do.

He presented me with multiple options, and I never felt he was pushy or dishonest. Notably, he explained each option very clearly and how each would affect the final monthly bill.

After struggling with Asurion all day to get my data recovered on my old phone (a service that was supposed to be covered by my insurance) and being told it would cost $125 out of pocket, Jaelen helped me figure out how to unlock my broken phone and gave me tips on how to use a usb mouse to transfer my data. After such frustration he was patient and really went above and beyond to help. Was able to finally recover and transfer the data!

I had excellent customer service at the ATT store in La Canada this afternoon and I never leave reviews but the person helping me was so kind and good at their job I felt the need to come here and review his excellent service. I arrived at the store looking to upgrade my iPhone 12 mini to a new iPhone 15. I am not very tech savvy and felt very nervous about understanding the costs involved to upgrade, how much storage I needed, etc. Jaelen, the person working there, explained everything in great detail. He was so patient and repeated things until I understood them. You could clearly see he had helped many people like me before but he was so sweet and friendly. I learned that he was going to school for computer science. He clearly knew everything there was to know about iPhone technology and was very good about explaining it to people who were not as knowledgable. I highly recommend working with Jaelen if you go into the La Canada store. Caring, efficient, and knowledgable!

I never thought I would rate AT&T five stars. NEVER. And yet, here I am rating it that due to one employee: Jay (Jaelen). He is BY FAR the best employee I have encountered in the Telecommunications industry: polite, patient, likeable, and willing to do the hard work to solve an issue. Two times I have now come to this store to solve a serious issue and both times he didnt try to deflect me to someone else. You all should promote him to be regional head and bring back jobs to the US instead of outsourcing it to call centers. It is much more personable this way and allows the customer to have a real and tangible experience with the company.

I went to this store to upgrade my iPhone. The associate at the store where not helpful and rude! I didn’t end up upgrading because I didn’t appreciate the way they where talking to me. I am thinking about canceling AT&T all in all. They expect to make money and give awful customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend you to go to this store. Be careful. Joe and Mario at La Canadá Flintridge store were exceptional in helping me with my old phone and choosing the right upgrade. They were very patient as they helped transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. Made me feel welcome and as a management consultant I was impressed by their collaboration and cross training. I owe them some coffee and pizza! Excellent work! It was disappointing to see that the iPhone didnt come with extras in the box like it used to. But the service was very good.

BEWARE. The absolute worst AT&T store. Joseph the manager absolutely incompetent. Joel, District Manager, also totally incompetent and a liar!! I have had an issue that has cost me more than $2000.00. I was assured by both Joseph and Joel this would be handled. Over 6 months and still no resolve. I have emails from Joel stating it was fixed but no. My bill has now doubled as he 100% lied and neither Joseph or Joel will do anything. I went to the AT&T store in La Cañada to exchange my phone after I was told telephonically by someone from the branch to visit the store to perform the exchange. Once I got to the store an employee immediately told me to contact customer service. Once I called customer service (while still in store) the representative told me that I should handle the matter at the store where I purchased the phone. Needless to say, it was infuriating and it could have been a nightmare due to that store employee providing incorrect and inconsistent information. Jaelen comes in and saves the day. Jaelen was prompt, courteous, and put in the sincere effort to resolve the issue without having to throw me to customer service. He took ownership of the situation. Jaelen knows how to do the job in a manner and quality that is above and beyond what is expected and this company should hire more people like him (and give Jaelen a raise/promotion). Jaelen also took the time to apologize for the inconvenience even though the issue was not his fault. That was a great display of professionalism and I truly appreciated the gesture.

BUYER BEWARE. Theres a reason all the positive reviews sound similar - customers are asked to use the QR codes all over the store to write a review and mention the employee that helped them. Our first visit, to upgrade a phone, was also positive. Employee was friendly and offered trade in values of $800 for one phone and $1000 for the other (which we werent yet planning to upgrade.) We ended up purchasing two new phones, an Apple Watch, and adding two lines. Even left our own positive review, at the employees request. The trouble started after our new phones arrived and we went to turn in our old ones. We were told that one phone was only worth $350, because of damage that already existed when we were offered the $800, and were told to come back when there was a manager. (We did, didnt help.) We were given a receipt for the other phone that said we received a trade-in value of $290 (rather than $1000). We were told just to trust them that $290 was actually worth $1000. So, Im out $450 on one phone and wait and see on the other. The whole thing felt like a bait-and-switch, and really uncomfortable. My advice? Get any trade-in price in writing as a hard-copy before you leave the store. Or try a different store.

I want to share a really embarrassing and upsetting happening I went through today.My phone suddenly stopped getting a signal today and kept stuttering. So, I visited the at&t store located in La Canada Flintridge, where I live.So, I explained my problem to a Latino employee, and he told me I needed to change my SIM card. I said that there was no problem with the SIM card until just now and that it might be a different problem. And he assured me that if I changed the SIM card, my phone would work again. He said it cost only $5. However, after changing the SIM card, it still doesnt work, and he said that my phone is too old and needs to be replaced.And I asked for a refund of the SIM card, but he said he couldnt refund it because it was already activated. When he asked me to replace the SIM card, he said he was giving his opinion and not taking responsibility.I asked what kind of nonsense this was, and he said to me, Im not responsible, its your problem because your phone is too old.” We both raised our voices, and we couldnt carry on a conversation.Im not writing this because the cost of the SIM card I paid for. I sincerely hope that a victim like me will never happen again. If you use this store, you will definitely regret it. And I will inform as many neighbors and my community as possible of this happening that I have been through.

I got an invoice this month, over $800 in bills due to my kids briefly messing with airplane mode while traveling abroad. So I visited this store to ask about this, but the staff who work here said they didnt know, and told me to call customer service. I asked a few more questions, and they got annoyed and mocked me with a smile, saying that this is a place that sells mobile phones and not answers your questions. I was so angry. But at the time, I couldnt express my insult. It was so regretful and frustrating.

I went to the AT&T store in La Cañada looking to get a new phone for my wife’s birthday and a glass protective screen for my phone. The store is very clean and they look to be taking all the precautions to keep a safe distance from the customers. I noticed that after every customer they disinfect the tables that were used. We were helped by a gentleman named Emilio who was very knowledgeable and professional. He not only was able to help us with everything we came to the store for but he patiently answered all the questions my wife had which were ALOT. ALAN provided fantastic customer service. I had an ongoing billing issue that was essentially not fixable in the store. It had to be done with AT&Ts telephonic customer service. Rather than just refer me to this telephonic customer service and say nothing else can be done (like how most people would do) Alan went above and beyond and contacted them himself on his own time, despite the fact it often takes long periods of time to even reach them. His name was Colby, or something like that and he was real nice to her even though the second we walked in we told him we weren’t there to buy anything. My Grandma was having trouble with her phone cause she’s getting old, had messed it up. I was impressed because he was so nice about it, only breaking away momentarily to help another sales person so seemed to be having trouble with another customer. Do not go to this store. They did a complete “bait and switch “ on me for a trade in. We have been AT&T customers for many many years even before there was such thing as a cellular phone. We went in to upgrade her phones and turn in for trade-in or two old phones. We bought the phones and relied on the sales persons quote for how much our phones would get in trading. Because of Covid they don’t do transfer of phone data from old phone to new phone in the store. So we went home to do that transfer and was told that we have 30 days to trade our phone in. We relied on the amount of trade-in that we were quoted in paid for the phones. After we did the transfer at home and brought the phone back and a different sales person said that the phone was not worth what the other AT&T sales person told us it was worth and on which we made a decision to upgrade our phones. This is unfair business practices bad business and probably reach of an oral agreement. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with AT&T corporate.The managers name at this design store is Samuel Roman. We will be also changing our service after 30 or 40 years to Verizon.

Its the little things that make the difference...Online it shows the store closes at 8pm Mon - Sat and 7pm on Sundays. Apparently those hours have never been updated because upon arrival the store is closed with a barely legible sign on the door saying they now close at 6pm.Since the employees at this store are too incompetent to update the information online I took 30 seconds and did it for them. Wasted 15 minutes driving to this store because no one wanted to take 30 seconds to make sure their customers werent inconvenienced!Just one more thing to add to an already long list of reasons to hate AT&T.

Unfortunately Emilo got to my google account from my phone, while I was in store, WHITEOUT my permission/authorization and posted a review on my behalf.He was not able to help me and I had to buy another phone!I will bring this to the store manager ( if he cares at all) and escalate this sort of taking advantage of customers.

The absolute worst customer services I have ever had. I legit wanted to punch the female that thinks she is a manager in the face. I AM A CUSTOMER! I CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR PAYCHECK! I dread going there but it is the closest to me. AT&T needs to overhaul the employees that work there and put in people that actually like their job.

Highly overstaffed and untrained incompetent people went in there just to buy a phone plan and I had to get my credit checked and I didnt want to signed me up for the most expensive plan which I did not want and didnt give me any of the discounts that I was qualified for horrible store in over staffed people sit around doing nothing getting paid for it
