I always visit this location for all my technological needs. This Saturday I upgraded my iPhone 12 to a 15 Pro Max and was helped by Sam. He provided me and my dad with superb service and the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable about all things technology and was very kind and engaging. Additionally, I made another visit today to replace my screen protector for my phones camera and was given amazing and swift service by Kelly who was very kind and aware of my concerns at all times. I highly recommend visiting this location as you will be guaranteed superb and efficient service at all times.

My senior Mom had a house fire and was having difficulty with her cable/internet/phone bill and after having a horrible experience at the AT&T Porter Ranch location, Jason and Oscar Garcia quickly offered to help remedy my Mom’s problem. They spent over an hour fixing her problem with nothing to gain for themselves. I highly recommend you going to Jason and/or Oscar at the Tampa/Nordhoff location for any of your AT&T needs. Yesterday, I visited the AT&T store with my brother-in-law to purchase a new phone. We were assisted by an associate named GG, who was incredibly kind and patient. GG provided us with numerous options, helping us find the best phone to suit my needs. He even guided me in choosing the perfect color for my new phone and the matching case. We were visiting from Utah and went to Six Flags for one day and on the 2nd ride we lost our phone with all our info and tickets to the park & flight info. AT&T should sponsor the ride X2!!!! Walked in on a Sunday and Edgar jumped right in and started our claim and a phone to walk out with and went Over & Above to help us with our crazy incident!! Edgar is the BESTEST!!! Came in a few months ago to replace a phone. They sold me on upgrading my wifi to an All-Fi-Hub. On the plus side, it looks really cool. On the downside, it provides HORRIBLE internet service. It fails every few hours and requires a reboot. While its working, its spotty. I work remotely so my livelihood is at risk. Getting help fixing it has been impossible. I wish Id just kept my old device.

LIED!!!!! They are dishonest and promise things they dont deliver! A gift card of $600 was promised by the salesperson Sam and his manager to switch to ATT Fiber. Card never arrived. I called ATT Rewards and nothing was in the system. I went back to the store two months later and the manager said she forgot to enter it but would put it in the system. I called ATT Rewards two weeks later. Still nothing in the system and they said they didnt even have this reward available to anyone for signing up for Fiber. Promises to a customer to make a sale that are not delivered is lying and unethical.

This place is a joke I waited for 45 minutes just to get talked to by somebody then they said we’ll be right with you and everyone left the store for a good 20 min and we were just waiting. When I had trouble getting my email on the new phone I returned today and he figured it all out and I am good to go. I would like to write a STELLAR review about GG from the AT&T store at Valencia Crossroads. We first met GG in 2015 and he is the ONLY person we want to assist us at the AT&T store simply because he has been so AMAZING! Over the years he has assisted us with getting our kids first cell phones, new phone shields, Alarm service, TV service and cell service. He has been beyond patient explaining our bill, itemizing everything for us and getting us the best service plan and value for our family. He always goes above and beyond when answering my questions and assisting our family when they have questions about their cell phones or service. I got helped today by Javier and was astounded by the customer service he provided. He was knowledgeable and professional plus helped me with all my questions and things needed for my cell phone. I previous went to a store in sylmar and felt bullied by the manager and didn’t feel welcome but at this location I felt comfortable and will definitely be coming back to this location even though it’s further away. The environment or atmosphere provided by all the employees was so wonderful to feel. They know their stuff and are happy to help.

I had a really good experience here this evening. I walked in kind of dreading the whole thing because I needed a new phone and just assumed that they were going to try to up- sell me and try to get me to buy all kinds of extra stuff. It wasnt like that at all. I was helped by Robert who was very personable, helpful, and patient. I told him exactly what I needed and he delivered. I didnt feel ripped off or scammed at all. Extra points for remembering things I mentioned throughout our conversation. I highly recommend if anyone needs anything from an ATT store to head to this location and ask for him. Just a little back story I was ready to quit AT&T and leave to another carrier because customer care over the phone was not helpful at all but I decided to give it a shot. Came to the store and when I saw how long the line was I almost gave up but I was already there so why not. When I put my name down the manager, Gabe, asked me to explain my reason for the visit and I let him know that my phone has been blotchy with connections. He showed me how to reset some network stuff in my phone and sure enough it now works. Told him how bad my calls with their customer service has been and he openly listened and gave me some great tips through the app. This store is a little further than the smaller one next to my house but after this visit I’ll only be coming here.

Absolutely ridiculous! My wife went in to change her number and her old numbers plan was not removed! She is still being charged for it! We find out 4 months later while looking over finances! We had contacted them today 08/11/21 and have been on the phone for 4+ hours trying to figure this out! As a matter of fact I’m on the phone as of right now still on hold! Be careful and Beware if you aren’t opening another line they could care less about you! We want a refund for the 4 months over payment! We also want the line canceled. I will continue to try to get in touch with them, but if they want our business I recommend someone reply to me here directly and give us a call. I will also be reporting this to the BBB! No one in any of their departments are helping at all, and I have also been hung up on 5 times already! Give us our refund for the over payments on an inactive phone line, then we will reconsider keeping our line with AT&T.
