Best experience EVER with John W at the N. McDowell location. I ordered a device from another store outside of Petaluma and had multiple issues. I was recommended to go see John for help and he did not disappoint! John resolved my issues in a matter of minutes.. he was professional, efficient, friendly and took great care of my needs. After dealing with an account issue for a year and multiple visits to other AT&T stores with no success, I visited the North McDowell store today for the first time and had the best experience. Phillip took the time to understand the complex issue and made sure it was absolutely resolved before helping us with our other needs. He was calm, professional and extremely polite. The store was clean, perfect temperature, and Phillip made sure our party of three all had a chair. Will definitely go back to this branch.

Thank you John for the excellent service! I went in to upgrade my iPhone got all my concerns and questions answered before committing and purchasing. John was very patient and gave a me a few specs/details to consider as I was trading in my old phone. I fully trusted what John recommended. Plus he hooked me up with some accessories (buy 2 get one free) I needed for my new iPhone (which came with my upgrading my mobile plan). Luckily on a Friday afternoon the store wasnt too busy, as the phone data transfer does take some time. What a great experience! This store should have a 5.0 rating. Thank you John and Philip for chatting with me, while I waited, about Rick and Morty and South Park. Pickle Rick!!!!!!

Never returning to AT&T again. I asked for a $70 unlimited phone line plan and they had me pay $200/mo without consulting me about those additional fees that grew with each month. Neither did they give me the unlimited plan benefits- I had almost 0 data provided. Theyre a scam, and refused to return my trade-in phone for 3 months after telling me they couldnt deliver it.I switched to a different phone provider and its only $100/mo with an unlimited plan with upgraded phone payments, after I traded-in my returned phone.2 months after switching to the different provider AT&T has sent bills to my bank again demanding $300 by the days end, and its status is pending on my bank account.I just read the other 1-Star reviews and they had the same issue of being charged upwards of $250 on their accounts as well. I dont know who John is that has supposedly been harassing other employees but a large # of the 5-Star reviews appear false. Before I wrote this review, google displayed I already wrote some 5-Star Review saying Best store in the area. Which, as you can see, doesnt sound like articulate little ol me. They must have hacked for a review. I agree with the other comments to FIND A DIFFERENT PHONE PROVIDER. Before you settle with a financial problem of their robbery for years. I had no choice of defaulting on 3 months rent because of these a•holes, I live paycheck to paycheck.AT&T owes me $900 from only 3 months of forcibly staying with this provider, and from their new demands long after I shut down my account with them. I wasnt able to switch to a different provider within that amount of time- due to their locked policy exclusive to their company. And I still dont get to have the service I was supposed to be provided. So why do I have to pay them $300 this month notified the last day of, and how much are they going to charge next month? Its incredulously inflated, and I cant afford their idiocracy. I dont want to have to sue them in court with my receipts and carefully looked-over previous account agreement.

Today we visited this store with many questions on 2 different accounts. One issue was something we had been dealing with for over a year and no one could seem to figure it out, until Phillip helped us. He was so patient and worked through the issue methodically until step by step it was complete. This store is less chaotic and has better customer service than the other Petaluma location by far! We really appreciated his help with our aging father, with his co-workers and with us!

Jacob was extremely helpful and efficient. Knowledgeable too. In fact, he made getting a new phone an enjoyable experience. That has not been the case for me in the past. Jacob managed to expertly circumvent problems caused by my old phone’s sudden breakdown and he answered all of my questions really clearly. He did all of that while being friendly and honest. Had a favorable experience. Aiden was extremely helpful. He was incormative and put in extra effort to get me situated and educated as I went from apple to Samsung phone. Without him, the learning curve of iPhone to android would have been more difficult to understand. I perceived him as a proactive individual who is value driven and has a clear goal in mind to execute.Id recommend this location, but only 2 employees in the store and I believe its walk-in only. May cause long waits depending on demand when you enter. Seems lots of places experiencing this since pandemic though...

My husband and I brought an elderly friend to this location after Target sold her a Consumer Cellular phone for $30 and assured her she could keep her existing AT&T plan. She purchased the phone at Target, given her fixed income, and belief Consumer Cellular was an ideal option for her. However, she was not told the Consumer Cellular phone could not be unlocked unless she purchased a plan through them and that her phone number would change. From the minute we entered this AT&T store, and explained the situation, Danny provided sincere customer service, even going as far as speaking with a Consumer Cellular representative in an effort to resolve our friends phone issue. Given his impeccable attention to our situation and genuine willingness to help, we purchased the very same phone at his store, for a little more than Target. HOWEVER, our friend was able to keep her phone number and absolutely no changes were made to her cellular plan/cost. Not only did Danny make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, he took the time to teach our friend how to use her new phone and entered her contacts for her! His patience and compassion did not go unnoticed and we cannot remember a time where we received such excellent customer service. This is the ONLY store one should go to in order to get help with their cell service/plan/accessories. Danny was amazing! When we asked how we could show our appreciation, he said he was happy to help and merely suggested we leave a Google review. Well done Danny...if only everyone in customer service offered half of the care you provided! Thank you!

I have to share how awesome Dianna is!I was having trouble getting my Nighthawk mobile router to work and spent hours over three days at the Santa Rosa Ave store with no success (the store manager told me the Nighthawk was defective).I stopped in at the McDowell Blvd. AT&T store and Dianna was able to get it working in just five minutes! This one (of 2) AT&T stores in Petaluma is far superior to the one on So. McDowell! I upgraded to an IPhone 13 Promax13 a week ago. Employee Philip was excellent & patient in explaining the differences between the different models. Was thorough & could anticipate & help where I was confused. Excellent customer service.Today I returned with questions & issues that I couldn’t seem to resolve on my own. Jacob was very knowledgeable, helpful in deciding what products and services would meet our needs, save us the most money and he was so pleasant and polite. In the last 18 months he has been our sales rep the 3 times that we have gone to ATT.I used to go to the store located at 301 S. McDowell and the previous 2 times I went there the young men were rude and arrogant. I will continue to only visit the N. A little disappointed in this store. I’ve been having trouble getting my Apple ID password to reset my old phone so I can turn it for the new upgrade. I purchased the upgrade with the intent of getting my password within 24 hours but the email never came. I have called twice. The first time somebody asked the manger what could be done and all he said go to the Apple store which is about 35 mins away from house. Didn’t offer to talk to me just told his team member to tell me that. The next day I called and told Apple could not do anything about it. I was told someone would call be by the end of the day. Nobody ever did. Very dissatisfied in this store and the manger who had no respect to even try and talk to me and handle the situation to help me out so I was not charged an extra $250.

I had the best experience with the customer service her at AT & T store in Petaluma off McDowell. I was told by my aunt to find Andy Thongdy, who helped her the month prior. Luckily he was there and his service was above and beyond. His warm hospitality and knowledge was extremely helpful. He got me the best deals and even helped me with getting my monthly price to exactly what I can afford. He checked in with me during the week to make sure the internet was getting Hooked up in a timely manner and let me know as soon as my new phone arrived.Everyone at this store location was so sweet and helpful and I truly enjoying talking with them while waiting for things to get dialed in. Good people.With my internet hook up, Steven H, Splicing Technician, showed up the next day and fixed everything efficiently and fast. He was done within the hour and was so kind and generous in making sure I knew exactly what to do when the box arrived. When I was doing the hook up, he was available to FaceTime me and make sure everything hooked up fine for me.Hospitality and generosity from both Andy and Steven were more than I could have asked for. Best experience I have ever had with any phone company in my life.Big thank you to them both.

Jordan helped me at the N. McDowell location in Petaluma. He was very thorough and helped me every step of the way. My previous phone was stolen in Mexico so he helped me close that phone completely out for security reasons and then helped me select a new phone with the right amount of storage, and a payment plan that worked perfectly. I really enjoyed Jordans customer service as he was patient, knowledgeable and didnt press a bunch of products on me although he did educate me on quite a few. Ill be back to that location for sure and hopefully will get to work with Jordan again.

OMG!!! In November 2020 (on my birthday, the 17th!) the corporate store closed in my town (miss you Natalie and crew!) I went into the new franchise that took over and was treated with horrible rudeness! This forced me to try the other store in town, and I found one of the best things that has ever happened to me! Danny Duclos (Manager) and Jacob are simply awesome! I cant even tell you how many times we have been back for help, and they have solved every problem weve had! We have 6 phone lines on our account so you can probably imagine how many problems we encounter! I dont care anymore because I then have a reason to visit my favorite AT&T store and Danny (and crew!) Went to try to get a new phone, the tech didn’t even look up my account or anything. I didn’t get a preview of what I was going to pay or anything. I ask him a few questions and he showed me three phones with no price on them. Than he basically walk me to the door, I wasn’t even finish. Never coming back to this place. Verizon here I come!!!!
