The service by Lucas was fantastic. We left with two phones at a good price and a new plan that decreased our monthly bill by $30 with the same unlimited benefits. Lucas knew the answers to not only all of our questions but also those of the many customers who came in after us. It was a simple process and I actually learned a lot about our phones and the plan.

They are the best. Staffs are very smart. Service here is top notch. I have been to AT&T in Santa Ana. They weren’t very helpful and told me mini iPhone I wanted wasn’t available. Then I called in this location in Corona Del Mar, the staff was able to assist me right away and provide what I need. Not every ATT&T locations are great. You should come to this one.

Only one staff member visible on 4/1 when I entered store through HC accessible entrance (😍) He escorted me to HC accessible counter area and inquired how he could help. I explained how on previous visit I was told how to coordinate my brother’s cell w/his home phone listing to correct his cell # being ID d as “Blocked” and never ringing through to me.(I actually had 3 contacts for his cell plus a diff for home contact… I am not a “techy”, had no support from family to help resolve ) Having no mixed problem once I got home, was informed, because of Access transport arriving, next step would be to install new SIM card BUT it was another trip bec had to have CELL, with ME in STORE @ same time . Who knew? not me SO on 4/1 trip -My courteous, knowledgeable employee installed new SIM quickly, and WE tested it out w/a call requesting my brother to call from cell, leave message and I’d report what occurred ..WIE, SUCCESS‼️I was out the door so quickly and extremely HAPPY w/ “Team Corona del Mar”Highly recommend it over another store that was closer and phone was NEVER ANSWERED

Purpose was to upgrade our phones to the Z Fold 5, change plans, get 2 Samsung watches. The rep immediately helped us when we arrived, she was friendly and super knowlegable. For that complex transaction we were in and out in under an hour.

Best AT&T in Orange County! I was assisted by Fernando as well as the store manager, Tony...both helped me make updates to my our family’s plan and get all the new phones we needed ordered. In addition to that, Tony took the time to help me set up my AT&T app. They are taking proper covid protocols and were very professional. If you’re looking to go to a store, I highly recommend this one!

I walked into the store today af 4 p.m. and I may say that rhe two people working there were absolutely terrible. There was no energy and absolutely no desire to be of service. I know the labor market is tight but these guys seemed to just want to collect a paycheck and do as little as possible. I wanted to order 6 new phones and they could care less. I would be embarrassed if I was AT&T to have them represent my company as they were totally disengaged. .

What incredible service! Karam helped us upgrade our phones and get internet at THE lowest rates possible. When he couldn’t get through a phone call (no fault of his own; corporate changed a number and didn’t notify employees of the new number), instead of having us wait any longer, he said he would follow up and schedule our Internet installation. I honestly thought I would have to call him the next day to remind him. But no! He called me the next day and informed me he scheduled our Internet installation at an unbeatable rate. I’m truly impressed with Karam’s professionalism and follow through. Will definitely keep visiting this store in the future!

I came in a couple days to upgrade my iPhone 7 plus wasnt sure what kind of phone I wanted. Seemed like a slow day so i took my time on deciding what phone i wanted, (while there i was offered water felt really comfortable) luckily the guys at the store knew what they were talking about when it came to phones. I ended up leaving with a Iphone XS Max ( in silver) & i love it!! While there i also got a couple accessories for it. Will defiantly come back for future phones.

Excellent service. Travis was extremely diligent and did not quituntil he got the desired result in changing my phone plan, that involvedextra work This was after spending hours on the phone with AT&T - customer service, loyalty, retention, prepaid, post-paid departments, each referring me to another location, including wanting me to travel to a corporate office. Thank you, Travis, for not quitting.

Everything was okay except for the guy that helped us. ERNIE. He seemed in a bad mood and to be honest I did not feel comfortable with him. He was kind of rude and looked like he was just there because he had to. He didn’t care about helping us out at all.

Under staffed, second technician didn’t wasn’t trained to resolve my issue. Waited for 45 min before they tell me they can not get to me for another hour and to come back! My Apple Watch cellular was not working. Not very happy! 😩
