Juan was amazing. Very thoughtful to help me and my mom on our security system. We have been having trouble even going through tech support on the phone. Spent two days on the phone with the security system to troubleshoot. When Juan came to our home, he was able identify the problem, and he was quick to fix it. Took less than an hour, and everything works. Time well spent versus being on the phone to troubleshoot. Highly recommend this company, and Juan. Thank you so much for your help!

The installer, his name is Zack . He was very friendly very respectful, I’m a disabled veteran. I am not comfortable around people. Zack made me feel comfortable and relax, he really needs to be working for the VA. Install. The installation was done. Well he was very knowledgeable of what he was doing, he even showed me the cameras that y’all have. I would’ve bought that camera from you. The only problem is that they come in white and not in black.

I had their phone number from when they troubleshooted a problem a year ago, when my current security system couldn’t.I called Cynthia in ATI Customer Service last week after my current security company dropped the ball. (I stayed home all afternoon for a back camera install and they were a no-show. And all my security company said they could do was book another appt two weeks out?!)ATI worked to get me in the next day. I had THE most professional installer (Zack). Have had so many issues since switching to Brinks The stars are for the technician not for Brinks (my main alarm company) themselves. Today, I had a technician by the name of Javier from ATI come to replace CO2. Not only did he fix the issue I was having, he fixed issues the previous tech who installed my service had not done. Javier was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient in teaching me how to use my system properly. Hope if any future issues, Javier is the one who comes out as he cares for the customers.

Eric Mejia replaced our older security system with a new one. He was very familiar with the former provider and upgraded necessary equipment but reused what he could to save time and cost.I cant say enough great things about his professionalism and knowledge. He was on time and anticipated my questions before I could ask. He was super patient in demonstrating all the features (new & old) and how they could be accessed on the new system. He did a run through of everything, then just to be sure, he asked me to mimic what he had just done to be sure I understood. He even cleaned up all the boxes and scraps before he left. Eric Mejia came to my home to install my security system. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous the whole time. I had an issue with one of my cameras and Eric did not want to leave until the issue was corrected. He contacted his tech-support and went through a problem-solving process with their help and ultimately corrected and fixed the camera. Eric went above and beyond what I expected him to do and ultimately saved Brinks security a customer because I was ready to cancel my service if it had not been for him. They worked professionally and respected our property taking care not to damage anything while installing the new equipment. Juan Saldana had an assistant who he was training and he was through in his instructions to his assistant as well as myself during the installation process. We had Protect America for some time before it was bought out by Brinks. I have been very happy with the equipment and the service and have not had any problems until a couple of months ago. Technical Support was unable to resolve the issue so I was told a service technician would come to the house to resolve the problem. The earliest appointment was a month out, so our alarm was down for a while. Customer Service waived my monthly fees. Today Technician Zack came out and took care of our problems. He did an outstanding job. He followed all of the covid protocols and even offered to take his shoes off before entering the house. I can’t speak highly enough about Zack or the service he provided. He is an excellent representative for Brinks Alarm Systems.
