As a first time home buyer, we didn’t know what to expect with the process. Athir was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We were able to purchase our home in a competitive market, at a much lower price than the other offers that were being received, and that is due to Athir’s expertise in real estate. Athir is a person who anyone would want because he make the process of purchasing a house easy, for he take care of everything. He knows so many people that whatever a homeowner would want, he would provide the right person to the homeowner. I needed so many different people to remodel my home as I wanted and he provided me with a list of names that I could chose from. Athir is hands down 1 of the most professional and “on top of things” Realtor’s I know in Southern California. I’ve had the pleasure of doing many deals with him on the lending side, and he’s always on top of and all over the deal. When me or my client call, he picks up- whether it’s on the weekend or on a Monday at 8pm. He fights for his clients to get them the best deal possible, he doesn’t try to just “put you in a house.” He makes sure you’re getting a good deal. Even in the strongest sellers market we’ve ever seen, I’ve seen him get our clients’ offers accepted below asking.
