2023-12-28 07:13:33I had a great experience with AT230 Cars and Coffee. I messaged them on social media regarding a big project - I wanted to install coilovers and air cups on my 2023 Subaru WRX and they were very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Shin assured me that he would take care of me, and with his 20+ years of experience working with air suspension, I knew he had the skills and knowledge to help me.I ended up sourcing coilovers, air cups and rear toe arms based on Shins recommendations. When I went to drop off the car to start the project, I also talked to Anthony and Humberto. All 3 guys in the pit crew were professional, thorough with their explanations, advised me on my options and what to expect, and overall made it a very comfortable and knowledgeable experience. I knew I was in good hands.Ultimately, I had to go back a few days after the install because of some loose suspension noises. When I arrived at the shop, the team went straight to work at tightening everything down, going on road tests to verify the noises, and eventually made all the noises go away.On top of the great experience with the shop, I also gave the cafe a shot and ordered a ham & cheese croissant as well as a rose latte. Everything I had was delicious and well worth every penny - I would gladly come back just for the cafe!Everyone here is professional and is committed to providing excellent quality of work. I am glad to have my car serviced here and also really supportive of the half cafe, half garage vision - its unique and makes this a specialty shop!Overall, 10/10, would recommend!

2024-02-28 02:24:18Great place to grab fantastic caffeinated drinks. The lobby and building itself are extremely well curated and the shop in the back performs competent automotive repairs including a variety of custom work. Custom suspension, custom audio and electric, etc

2023-02-17 23:33:55December of 2021 I had my 05 LS430 UL bagged by AT230. In the year that I have been on air, I put 25k miles on the car. Never once have I had a single issue besides one very small thing and it was fixed in 2 days. Air runner is genuinely one of the best air suspension companies around! The car rides fantastic, very similar to stock while keeping the vehicle low. I did a 250-mile day trip and not once was I ever concerned about the air suspension. Shin and Tyler did an awesome job and are extremely communicative while maintaining a professional shop experience. During the installation, they ran into a small issue and called me to see how I would like to proceed. The fact that they would take the time to call their customer on an easily resolvable issue is just awesome. I never once would hesitate to recommend or have any sort of suspension work done by AT230. Like their suspension work their coffee is high quality. Every time I get something from them it never disappoints. The coffee shop portion is very aesthetically pleasing and always kept clean. AT230 is seriously one of, if not the best shops in Socal.

2024-05-13 20:01:07The place is super spacious and has chill vibes, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. Unfortunately my coffee wasn’t super great but I honestly didn’t mind too much as the atmosphere and company was pretty distracting. Overall it’s a pretty cool place to check out.

2023-12-04 13:37:49Awesome spot for coffee and getting work on your vehicle done. I’ve taken all my cars here for work on air suspension and maintenance. Recently had my H&R spring installed on my E Class. Rides like a charm! Highly recommend AT230.

2023-11-29 20:45:20Update 11/29/23: I took my car to European Auto Source and after they inspected the coilovers, they found that Shin and Anthony installed the front springs on the rear and the rears on the front. This explains the horrible ride that I’ve had for the past few months. I should have never trusted Shin when he said, “The ride is good, just a little stiff”. Again, DO NOT GO HERE FOR SUSPENSION WORK!Update 11/28/23: I returned to the shop to resolve the issue. Shin was adamant that loctite on coilovers is a standard practice and done for safety. I shared that two other shops have countered that statement and have refused to work on the coilovers because of the loctite. Anthony (tech) then approached me and began arguing with me. Shin said they can fix the issue but would charge me an additional $125/hr. I left the shop. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORK!!!!I took my BMW M2 here in February of 2023 to have a set of ohlins RT coilovers installed. During the install process they cross threaded the spindle. I had to wait another 5 months for a replacement strut to arrive. Now I’m at another shop and I find out that they used a ton of loctite on my threads and now the collars can’t be removed. Poor quality work and no resolution. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK ON SUSPENSION.

2023-01-21 00:22:48Excellent service with top of the line alignment equipment. Shin and Stanley were friendly and very detail oriented. The staff gave me a concise report showing the changes and corrections made on my car. The coffee shop is a nice touch so I can chill there while waiting for the service to be done. No more waiting in a plastic chair with dirty floors and restrooms 😆

2023-02-11 15:50:46Trust, trust, trust. Finding a place that you can trust to work on your car is as important as finding that friend you can trust with all your problems. No matter what it is, you can go to them and they will help. Add to that a quality cup of coffee, not only do you have someone you can trust, but you have a situation where you can relax a little bit knowing everything is under control.I trust At230 with my car. The work they do is top quality. They are not just mechanics, but they are car enthusiasts, and they know that other enthusiasts demand quality work. When I needed my car aligned, I could not take it to any alignment shop. I needed to take it to a place that understands the needs of a car that is on air bags. Once I found out that At230 installed a flush to the floor alignment rack, it was a no brainier for me to take it to them. I went to drop the car off in the morning. The car was ready the afternoon. Before driving home, I sat down to enjoy an afternoon drink in their cool coffee shop that overlooks one of the cleanest garages where they work on the cars, knowing that the ride home will be much nicer than when I brought it in.Having a trusted auto shop brings you peace of mind. Having a trusted auto shop with a top notch coffee shop brings peace of mind and soul.
